Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vibrator holding structure, and more particularly to a vibrator holding structure in which a vibrator that transmits audio information to a human body is accommodated in a case.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a vibrator for transmitting voice information to a human body, a vibrator used for a hearing aid for a hearing impaired person is known. Hearing aids include air-conducting hearing aids that transmit sound vibrations through the eardrum to the auditory organ of the brain, and bone-conducting hearing aids that transmit sound vibrations directly from the skull to the human body without passing through the eardrum. Yes, the vibrator is used by attaching it to a predetermined part of the human body. Recently, a configuration that enables transmission of audio information by transmitting ultrasonic vibrations to the auditory organ of the brain via a vibrator is also known (Patent Documents 1 and 2).
An example of the vibrator holding structure disclosed in Patent Document 1 is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3A, the vibrator 50 is accommodated in the case 52 and attached to one end of the spring 54. The other end of the spring 54 is connected to a hemispherical adapter 58 that can slide along the inner peripheral surface of the pedestal 56. The pedestal 56 can be fixed at an arbitrary position on the inner surface of the case 52 by a slide fixing screw 60. For example, as shown in FIG. 3B, the vibrator 50 is attached to a predetermined part of the human body by fixing the case 52 to both ends of the spring type band 62 and placing it on the forehead.
According to this vibrator holding structure, the vibrator 50 is pressed against the human body by the spring 52, and the pressing direction of the spring 52 can be changed by sliding the hemispherical adapter 58.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the conventional vibrator holding structure described above, the orientation of the vibrator 50 may not follow the shape of the attachment part when attaching to a part having a complicated surface shape such as a milky protrusion. For this reason, there is room for further improvement in not only the feeling of wearing but also the transmission accuracy of voice information and the transmission efficiency of vibration energy. In particular, in the case of a bone-conducting vibrator, the loudness, timbre, pitch, and the like of the sound change greatly only by slightly shifting the position of the attached vibrator 50, and thus the need for the above problems has increased. Further, since the vibrator 52 is attached by the band 62, it is easy to be noticed by humans, and improvement has been demanded from the viewpoint of beauty.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of these points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a vibrator holding structure that can stably transmit voice information, has good wearing feeling, and further eliminates cosmetic problems. To do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object of the present invention is a vibrator holding structure in which a vibrator for transmitting audio information to a human body is accommodated in a case, and the vibrator is swung around two axes orthogonal to each other inside the case by a gimbal mechanism. A suction cup is provided at the opening of the case, and the vibration surface of the vibrator slightly protrudes from the opening of the case. This is achieved by the vibrator holding structure configured to contact and press the suction surface .
[0008]
In this vibrator holding structure, it is preferable that a communication hole is formed in the bottom of the case, and an elastically deformable bag-like body having an internal space connected to the communication hole is provided.
[0009]
Moreover, the hook-shaped latching tool provided with respect to the said case so that expansion-contraction and rotation was possible could further be provided.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, actual forms of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a vibrator holding structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0011]
In FIG. 1, a vibrator 1 is accommodated in a cylindrical case 2, and a suction cup 4 is attached to the opening edge of the case 2. The vibrator 1 is supported by a gimbal mechanism so as to be swingable about two axes orthogonal to each other. That is, the vibrator 1 is fixed to the first frame 10 so that the vibration surface is exposed, and the first frame 10 is attached to the second frame 14 via the first support shaft 12. It is swingably supported. The second frame body 14 is swingably supported inside the case 2 via a second support shaft 16 orthogonal to the first support shaft 12. The vibration surface of the vibrator 1 protrudes slightly from the opening of the case 2 and is configured such that when the suction cup 4 is attracted to a predetermined attachment site, the vibration surface of the vibrator 1 contacts and is pressed against the attracted surface. Has been.
[0012]
A communication hole 2a is formed at the center of the bottom (upper part of the figure) of the case 2, and a spherical bag-like body 20 is coupled to the communication hole 2a. The bag-like body 20 is made of an elastic material such as a rubber material, and is configured to be elastically deformable by pressing. The internal space of the bag-like body 20 communicates with the inside of the case 2 through the communication hole 2a.
[0013]
According to such a vibrator holding structure, when the suction cup 4 is pressed against a predetermined attachment portion of the human body while the bag-like body 20 is picked by hand, the vibration surface of the vibrator 1 comes into contact with the human body. Since the vibrator 1 is supported by the gimbal mechanism so as to be swingable about two axes, even if the surface of the attachment site is a complicated three-dimensional curved surface, the vibrator 1 is set in a posture suitable for the curved surface. Thus, the entire vibration surface can be reliably brought into contact with the human body. After that, when the hand that has been picked is released, the inside of the case 2 becomes negative pressure due to the shape restoring force of the bag-like body 20, and an adsorption force is obtained. Therefore, the vibrator 1 is securely attached by the suction cup 4. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent positional deviation and change in posture of the vibrator 1 over time.
[0014]
As a result, not only a good wearing feeling can be obtained, but also the transmission accuracy of voice information can be improved, and further, power saving can be achieved by improving the transmission efficiency of vibration energy. In addition, it is possible to reduce the size and eliminate the need for a band for attaching a vibrator as in the prior art, so that cosmetic problems can be solved.
[0015]
When removing the vibrator 1, the negative pressure inside the case 2 is reduced by picking the bag-like body 20 by hand, and the suction cup 4 can be easily removed.
[0016]
As described above, the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail. For example, when attaching the vibrator to the milky protrusion, as shown in FIG. 2, the hook-shaped locking tool 30 is provided on the outer surface of the case 2. By hanging the locking tool 30 behind the ear, the vibrator 1 can be more reliably attached without causing a cosmetic problem. The locking tool 30 is configured to be extendable and rotatable with respect to the case 2 by including an expansion / contraction portion 30a made of a rubber material or a spring and a screw portion 30b that is screwed into the case 2. Therefore, it is possible to prevent individual differences in wearing feeling and mounting stability. Although not shown, an earphone-like attachment portion that is inserted into the ear hole may be provided at the distal end of the locking tool 30.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vibrator holding structure capable of stably transmitting audio information, having a good feeling of wearing, and further eliminating cosmetic problems. .
