Description

【0001】

In FIG. 6, the exhaust duct connection portion 42 has a 90-degree curved pipe shape, but the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. 8, a straight pipe shape (FIG. 8A). Any of the 45-degree bent pipe shapes (FIG. 8B) can be selected and used.
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the exhaust duct connection portion 42 has one end 81 relative to the second end portion 72 of the duct joint portion 41, and the screw through hole 92 and the second end portion 72 at the one end 81. By fastening the screws 91 together with the screw fastening holes 93, the air is not leaked from the connecting portions and is fixed to the duct joint portion 41, and the exhaust duct is connected to the other end 82 of the exhaust duct connecting portion 42. 13 is inserted and further fixed with tape.
[0030]
In FIG. 6, the intake duct connecting portion 44 has a straight pipe shape. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. 8, a 90-degree bent pipe shape (FIG. 8C). Any of the 45-degree bent pipe shapes (FIG. 8B) can be selected and used.
[0031]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the intake duct connection portion 44 has one end 81 relative to the third end portion 73 of the duct joint portion 41, and the screw through hole 92 and the third end portion 73 at the one end 81. By fastening the screws 91 together with the screw fastening holes 93, the air is not leaked from the connecting portions, and is fixed to the duct joint portion 41, and the other end 82 of the intake duct connecting portion 44 is connected to the intake duct. 14 is inserted and further fixed with tape.
[0032]
Further, the exhaust duct connection portion 42 and the intake duct connection portion 44 can be used interchangeably by forming one end 81 that becomes a connection portion with the duct joint portion 41 in the same shape. This makes it possible to select and replace a duct connection portion having a convenient shape at the installation site.
[0033]
The closing plate 43 is fixed to the fourth end 74 of the duct joint portion 41 with screws without leaking air so that the connection surfaces face each other.
[0034]

The damper 58 is configured to be opened and closed by inserting the shaft of the damper 58 into the hole at the upper end portion of the damper outer frame 57, so that the angle at the time of closing is less than 90 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane. Even if the motor 59 is not installed, the motor 59 is closed by its own weight.
[0036]
Moreover, the damper part 56 can also be installed in another place, and the duct integrated pipe 12 can also be implemented in the case of a configuration that does not include the damper part 56. The damper portion 56 can reduce the ventilation resistance at the time of opening by installing the motor 59. However, the damper portion 56 opens by ventilation of the ventilation fan 39 without providing the motor 59 and exhibits the function of preventing the back wind. be able to.
[0037]
In this way, air in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom is sucked into the bathroom heating / ventilating apparatus 10 through the intake duct 14 and exhausted through the exhaust duct 13 together with the bathroom air. Even in the case where the device 10 is provided, it is possible to ventilate a separate room adjacent to the bathroom, and to exhaust the air with a single exhaust duct 13, and to provide a dedicated ventilation device in the separate room adjacent to the bathroom. Thus, an increase in cost can be suppressed, and since it is not necessary to install the inspection port 55 on the ceiling, it is possible to prevent a decrease in workability.
