Description

【0001】

A container described in Utility Model Registration No. 3037619 is known as a container used for production and storage of fruit wine such as plum wine. This container consists of a bottomed cylindrical container body with a wide mouth opening at the top and a lid with a spout that fits over the top of the container body and covers the opening. Fruit liquor is poured out from the mouth, and the lid is removed from the container body so that the fruit can be taken out.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When drinking fruit wine, the fruit soaked in the container is often put together with the fruit wine in a cup and eaten after drinking. In addition, when the lid is attached / detached, the fruit liquor adhering to the inside of the lid or the gap with the container main body may spill out of the container or hang down on the outer surface of the container.
[0004]
This type of container has a large capacity for pickling fruit, and the outer diameter of the container is large, so it is not easy to attach and detach the lid, and accidentally spilling the contents liquid or dropping the container during lid operation In order to prevent this, it is desirable that the structure allows the fruit to be taken out without removing the lid.
[0005]
In view of such problems of the prior art, the present invention has a lid attached to a container body in a container used for storage, such as a container for fruit wine, in which a solid and a liquid are placed in one container. It is an object to make it possible to separate and extract solids and liquids with a simple operation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the solid-liquid separation container of the present invention includes a bottle main body having a wide-mouth opening at the upper end, an outer cylinder part fitted to the mouth part of the bottle main body, and an upper lid part attached to the upper part of the outer cylinder part. And a lid body provided with an inner lid portion with a liquid pouring hole integrally connected to the inside of the outer cylinder portion via a hinge portion.
[0007]
This container is fitted with an outer cylinder part at the mouth of the bottle body, and a lid is attached. By attaching the upper lid part to the outer cylinder part, the opening of the bottle body is closed, and the inside of the bottle body is sealed. Maintained in a state.
The content liquid is poured out by tilting the bottle body from which the upper lid part is removed, and the content liquid is poured out from the upper part of the outer cylinder part through the liquid pouring hole of the inner lid part. To remove the solid matter, rotate the inner lid part around the hinge part as a fulcrum, open the inside of the outer cylinder part, and connect the outer cylinder part and the bottle body to the inside of the bottle body from the upper part of the outer cylinder part. This is done by pinching with chopsticks inserted in the box.
[0008]
The lid constituting the container is composed of an outer cylinder part having a bottle engaging part formed on the inner surface and an upper lid part covering the upper part of the outer cylinder part, and the tip is curved outward on the inner side of the upper surface of the outer cylinder part. A pour tube part is formed in a protruding manner, and an inner lid part with a liquid pour hole is provided that is integrally connected to the inside of the pour pipe part via a hinge part and engages the lower end of the pour pipe part. Then, the inner lid portion can be rotated downward about the hinge portion as a fulcrum so that the inside of the extraction tube portion can be opened widely.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is an external view of a container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of a lid in an opened state, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG. 2, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a view showing the operation of extracting the content liquid and the solid from the container.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 1, the container 1 includes a bottle body 2 and a lid 3.
The bottle body 2 is made of plastic and is formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape with an upper end 21 having a wide opening. More specifically, the barrel portion 23 rises in a cylindrical shape from the bottom portion 22 to an appropriate height, and a receiving step portion 24 is provided in an annular shape at the upper portion of the trunk portion 23 to which the lower end of the lid 3 is joined. On the inner side, a mouth part 25 having an external thread on the outer peripheral surface is projected upward, and the inner side of the mouth part 25 is used as a wide mouth opening part 21 (see FIG. 4).
[0011]
The lid 3 is made of plastic and is formed by injection molding, with an outer cylinder part 31 fitted to the mouth part 25 of the bottle body 1, an upper lid part 32 covering the upper part of the outer cylinder part, and the inside of the outer cylinder part up and down. A partitioning inner lid portion 33 is formed integrally with hinge portions 34 and 35, respectively.
[0012]
The outer cylinder portion 31 has a cylindrical shape that fits into the mouth portion 25 of the bottle main body 2, and an internal thread that engages with the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 25 is formed on the inner side surface thereof. A pour cylinder portion 31b that is folded back and protrudes upward through a reduced diameter portion 31a that extends horizontally and is bent outward is provided. In addition, a wall portion 31c into which the upper lid portion 32 is fitted projects in an annular shape on the upper surface of the reduced diameter portion 31a.
[0013]
The upper lid portion 32 has a shape that hangs a side plate 32b around the top plate 32a, covers the entire top surface of the outer cylinder portion 31 from which the extraction cylinder portion 31b protrudes, and is provided on the upper side surface of the outer cylinder portion 31. 34 is integrally connected to the hinge portion so as to be rotatable around the hinge portion. Further, the bottom surface of the top plate 32a protrudes perpendicularly to the surface with an outline having the same diameter as the opening diameter of the extraction tube portion 31b, and when the upper lid portion 32 is attached to the outer tube portion 31, An annular projecting piece 32c is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the exit tube portion 31b. A knob 32d is projected from the edge of the side plate 32b.
When the upper lid portion 32 is pivoted upward with the hinge portion 34 as a fulcrum and is put on the upper portion of the outer cylinder portion 31, the inner peripheral edge of the side plate 32b is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the wall portion 31c as shown in FIG. And the annular projecting piece 32c is fitted into the dispensing cylinder part 31b so as to be pressed with no gap, and the upper opening of the outer cylinder part 31 is closed. From this state, the knob 32d is picked and fitted. When removed, due to its own elasticity, the hinge portion 34 is pivoted to the side of the outer cylinder portion 31 to open the upper opening of the outer cylinder portion 31.
[0014]
The inner lid portion 33 includes a plurality of liquid pouring holes 33a, and is integrally connected to a hinge portion 35 provided on the inner side of the pouring cylinder portion 31b so as to be rotatable around the hinge portion. More specifically, the hinge portion 35 has a notch groove 35a formed on the lower side thereof (see FIG. 3), whereby the inner lid portion 33 is always urged upward and is opposed to the hinge portion 35. Only when engagement protrusions 33b, 33b provided on the side engage with the lower end of the extraction cylinder part 31b and are locked to the lower side of the extraction cylinder part 31b, and downward pressing force is applied, The hinge 35 is pivoted downward with the fulcrum as a fulcrum. The inner lid portion 33 is provided in a size that allows a thin gap for liquid dispensing to be formed around the middle lid portion 33 while being locked to the lower side of the dispensing cylinder portion 31b.
[0015]
The lid 3 formed in this manner engages the outer cylinder portion 31 with the upper lid portion 33 attached to the mouth portion 25 of the bottle body 2 filled with a solid such as fruit and a liquid such as distilled liquor. By screwing until it stops rotating, it is firmly fixed to the mouth portion 25 of the bottle body 2, and the opening 21 of the bottle body 2 is closed to seal the inside of the bottle.
Even if the container 1 is tilted in this state, the end of the extraction cylinder 31b of the lid 3 that communicates with the opening 21 is closed without a gap by the top plate 32a and the annular protrusion 32c of the upper lid 32. Liquid does not leak outside the container. Moreover, since the lower end part of the outer cylinder part 31 fixed to the mouth part 25 joins to the step part 24 of the bottle main body 2, a content liquid may leak from the clearance gap between the junction part of the mouth part 25 and the outer cylinder part 31. Absent.
[0016]
When the content liquid is poured out, when the knob 32d is picked to release the fitting of the upper lid portion 32 and is removed from the upper portion of the outer cylindrical portion 31, the upper lid portion 32 is connected to the outer cylindrical portion 31 with the hinge portion 34 as a fulcrum. It turns to the side and the upper part of the outer cylinder part 31 is open | released.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 5A, if the container 1 is tilted, the content liquid is poured out from the dispensing cylinder portion 31 b through the liquid dispensing hole 33 a of the inner lid portion 33.
When the container 1 is erected after pouring, the liquid adhering to the tip of the pouring cylinder 31b may flow down the outer surface of the pouring cylinder 31b, but the liquid adhering to the outer surface of the pouring cylinder 31b , It stays in the recess between the extraction cylinder part 31b and the outer wall part 31c, and does not leak to the outside of the container 1.
Further, when taking out the solid matter filled in the bottle main body 2 together with the content liquid, if the inner lid portion 33 is pushed down, the inner lid portion 33 rotates around the hinge portion 35 as a fulcrum and folds downward. Since the inside of the cylindrical portion 31 is widely opened, as shown in FIG. 5B, chopsticks can be inserted into the bottle body 2 from above and pinched.
[0017]
In the illustrated embodiment, the lid body 3 is integrally formed. However, the outer cylinder portion 31, the upper lid portion 32, and the inner lid portion 33 are formed separately and connected by hinge portions. Alternatively, the upper lid part 32 may be separated from the outer cylinder part 31.
The container and lid of the present invention can be used for various purposes in which solids and liquids are stored in one container in addition to the production and storage of fruit wine.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in the closed state, the container opening is closed with the lid and the inside is kept in a sealed state, and in the opened state, the liquid can be removed by a simple operation while the lid is attached to the container.
