【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は扉取付部材の開口部が通常の通り鉛直状に形成されている場合と、底板から天上板に向けて後退するように傾斜して形成され、当該扉取付部材と扉の各1側部間にスライドヒンジを跨装連枢することで、上記の扉がその自重により閉扉動して開口部を自動閉扉するようにした場合の扉開閉装置にあって、上記スライドヒンジにおけるスライドヒンジ本体を扉取付部材に対し夫々平行状または傾斜状となるよう連着するため、予め扉取付部材の適所に螺子止め手段等により取着することになるスライドヒンジ用の座金に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
上記のような扉開閉装置にあって、スライドヒンジ本体をビス等により連着することになる従来の座金は、扉取付部材の側板内面に固設するようにしており、かつ単に直方体状等に形成しただけのものであるため、扉に対する保持強度が弱く充分な耐久性を確保することができず、さらに扉を自重により閉扉動させる必要のある場合には、当該座金を扉取付部材の側板内面にあって水平状態に取着するのではなしに、扉側に向けて所定の上昇傾斜角度となるようにして、止め螺子等によって取着しなければならない。このため当該上昇傾斜角度が得られるための割り出し作業を行った上で、正確に螺子止めするといった作業が要求されることになり、この結果可成りの作業時間と労力を費やすこととなるだけでなく、当該作業に誤りがあった場合の是正には、単なるやり直し作業でなく、止め螺子孔の補修作業を必要とする難点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記した従来の座金に内在する欠陥に鑑み検討されたもので、先ず請求項1にあっては、スライドヒンジの座金につき、その取着箇所を扉取付部材における側板内面に選定するのではなしに、天板下面と底板上面に取着可能とすることによって、座金の扉等に基づく外力に対する取着強度を強化し、扉の耐久性を改善しようとしている。

次に請求項2にあっては、前記した請求項1の構成に関し、その取着板部を第1、第2取着板部により形成し、前記の連設部も一対の脚板部および連設板部とにより形成し、当該連設部の前面側に横向連着用板部を設けるよう構成することで、請求項1と同様の目的を達成すると共に、軽量に製作することをも可能として取着作業における使い勝手をよくしようとしている。

さらに請求項3にあっては、天板下面に取着するための座金に関し、ここでは第1取着板部と第2取着板部から第1、第2脚板部を曲設し、しかも第1、第2脚板部の下端から前面側へ突設した第1、第2連装用突板部に、横向連着用板部を形成することで、スライドヒンジ本体のコ字状内嵌凹所に当該横向連結用板部が嵌合するようにして、座金とスライドヒンジ本体との連着強度を向上させ、さらに横向連着用板部の扉取付部材における奥側にあって滑り止め面を形成し、ここに連着用螺子を螺装することで、スライドヒンジ本体との取着状態を強固なものにて請求項1の目的をより確実に達成し得るようにしている。

そして請求項4では、前記した底板上面に取着するための座金に関し、ここでは請求項3における座金を上下反転配置として、これを同じ要領でスライドヒンジ本体のコ字状内嵌凹所に嵌合することとなるが、請求項3における横向連着用板部とは反対側にあって、滑り止め面を施すようにし、このことで前記した請求項3と同等の作用効果を発揮可能とするのがその目的である。

請求項5以下にあっては、上記した請求項1ないし請求項4と同じく扉取付部材における側板内面に取着する座金の既成観念を排し、取着板部を天板下面か底板上面に取着するだけでなく、当該取着板部に連設部を介して傾斜連着用板部を形成することにより、座金を取着するだけで労せずして所定の上昇傾斜角度にて配設され得るよう構成するのである。
かくして、請求項5によるときは、座板の上昇傾斜角度については全く意を払うことなしに、スライドヒンジ本体と整合する位置となるよう天板下面や底板上面に配装取着でき、上記の傾斜連着板部に設けた連着用螺子によって、当該スライドヒンジ本体との連着を行うだけで作業を完結可能とし、かくてこの種の取着作業につき飛躍的な作業効率の向上を可能にしようとするのが、その目的である。

次に請求項6にあっては、前記した請求項5の構成に関し、その取着板部を第1、第2取着板部により形成し、前記の連設部も短脚、長脚板部および連設板部とにより形成し、当該連設部の前面側に傾斜連着用板部を設けるよう構成することで、請求項5と同様の目的を達成すると共に、軽量に製作することをも可能として取着作業における使い勝手をよくしようとしている。

次に請求項7にあっては、天板下面に取着するための斜着用の座金に関し、ここでは第1取着板部から短脚板部を、第2取着板部から長脚板部を夫々曲設し、しかも短脚、長脚板部の下端から前面側へ突設した第1、第2連装用突板部に、傾斜連着用板部を形成することで、スライドヒンジ本体のコ字状内嵌凹所に当該傾斜連結用板部が嵌合するようにして、斜着用の座金とスライドヒンジ本体との連着強度を向上させ、さらに傾斜連着用板部の扉取付材における奥側にあって滑り止め面を形成し、ここに連着用螺子を螺装することで、スライドヒンジ本体との取着状態を強固なものにて請求項5の目的をより確実に達成しようとしている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願請求項1では、上記の目的を達成するため扉取付部材の天板下面または底板上面に当接状態で取着される取着板部と、この取着板部に連設された連設部と、当該連設部の前面側にあって前記した天板下面または底板上面に対して、扉取付部材の扉側へ向け平行状態にて、スライドヒンジ本体が連着自在である横向連着用板部とを具備し、この横向連着用板部には連着用螺子が螺装されていることを特徴とするスライドヒンジの座金を提供しようとしている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本願に係る請求項1につき特に図1ないし図3によって以下詳記すると、各種のキャビネット等による扉取付部材Aとしては、既知の如く天板aと底板bそして左右の側板c1、c2および背板dとにより開口部eが開設されているが、図3に例示されている通り当該開口部eが底板bから天板aに向けて鉛直面として形成の直立周端枠縁e1によって画成されている。
そしてこの種の開口部eを閉成する扉fは、既知のスライドヒンジBを介して扉取付部材aに枢支されることとなり、閉扉状態では扉fが上記開口部eの周端枠縁e1に当接して閉扉状態となる。

本発明は上記の如きスライドヒンジBのソケットB1を扉fの裏面に嵌合取着し、ソケットB1に連枢のスライドヒンジ本体B2を、予め扉取付部材Aに取着することとなる座金に関するもので、図1と図2そして図3を参照して理解される通り、扉取付部材Aの天板下面a1または底板上面b1に当接状態として螺子止め等の手段により取着されることになる取着板部1と、この取着部材1に連設された連設部2と、この連設部2における前面側D1に設けられた横向連着用板部3Aと、これに螺装されて、スライドヒンジ本体B2を連着するために用いられる連着用螺子4とによって構成されている。
ここで、図1(A)には天板下面a1に取着するための上位側用である座金が示され、図1(B)は当該座金に、スライドヒンジ本体B2を連着用螺子4により螺着した状態の斜視図であり、図2(A)にあっては底板上面b1に取着するための座金を示し、同図(B)には、これにスライドヒンジBが取着された場合が開示されている。

さて、請求項1では前記した横向連着用板部3Aが、連設部2を天板下面a1または底板上面b1に対して、止め螺子とか溶着等の手段で取着した際、扉取付部材Aの扉側D2へ向け平行状態にて、スライドヒンジ本体B2が連着自在となるよう予め設定されているのである。
従って当該発明によるときは、取着板部1を天板下面a1もしくは底板上面b1に取着しさえすれば、横向連着用板部3が横向状態をもって配設されることとなり、この結果これに連着用螺子4によりスライドヒンジ本体B2を、労せずして水平状態となるよう当該所望の傾斜状態にて取着することが可能となる。

次に請求項2につき以下説示すると、ここでは請求項1における取着板部1が第1、第2取着板部1a、1bからなり、さらに連設部2が一対の第1、第2脚板部2A、2Bそして連設板部2cとによって形成されている点で相違している。
すなわち図1、図2に明示されている通り、扉取付部材Aの天板下面a1または底板上面b1に当接して取着した一対の第1、第2取着板部1a、1bを連設している連設部2が、第1、第2取着板部1a、1bの一側端から夫々曲折されている第1、第2脚板部2A、2Bと、これらの各端部間に跨装された連設板部2cとによって形成されているのである。
そして上記連設板部2cの前面側D1、すなわち取着作業時にあって作業者側に面する側には、前記と同じく天板下面a1または底板上面b1に対して、扉側D2に向け平行状態にて、スライドヒンジ本体B2が連着自在な横向連着用板部3Aが設けられ、これには連着用螺子4が備えられている。

従って請求項2によるときは、前記請求項1の作用効果を発揮すると共に、第1、第2取着板部1a、1bによって扉取付部材Aに対する安定した取着が保証され、全体を軽量にして、かつ強度を確保し易くし、また第1、第2脚板部2A、2Bの寸法を同等に形成するだけで、労せずに扉fを扉取付部材Aの直立周端枠縁e1に対して、当接状態で閉扉させることが可能となる。

さらに請求項3にあっては前記した天板下面a1に取着するための座金に関し、これもその基本的構成は請求項1そして請求項2の内容と同じであるが、請求項2と相違する点は以下の通りである。
先ず前記した第1、第2取着板部1a、1bに、夫々第1、第2取着用孔1c、1dが穿設されることで螺子止めによる取着が行い易くしてあるだけでなく、同じく第1、第2取着板部1a、1bの奥側D3と、その反対の扉側D3にあって夫々曲設した第1、第2脚板部2A、2Bの下端における前面側D1には、第1、第2連装用突板部2d、2eを突設するのであり、上記第1、第2脚板部2A、2Bと第1、第2連装用突板部2d、2eとの下端には、連設板部2cが跨設されている。

そして上記の第1、第2連装用突板部2d、2eと連設板部2cとの前面側D1にあって、前説した横向連着用板部3Aを設けるのであり、これは請求項1、2と同じく水平状態に形成されている。
しかも上記の横向連着用板部3Aは、前記した第1、第2連装用突板部2d、2eの前面側D1に形成されていることから、スライドヒンジ本体B2におけるコ字状内嵌凹所B3に嵌合した状態にあって、連着自在となっている。
上記の連着手段としては従来より各種のものが存しているが、請求項3に開示のものは、前記した横向連着用板部3Aに螺装されている連着用螺子4として、扉取付体Aの奥側D3にあって、当該横向連着用板部3Aに形成の滑り止め面3aにおいて螺合された固定螺子4aと、扉側D2にあって螺合するようにした扉幅員方向調整螺子4bとによって構成するようにしてある。

上記の連着用螺子4として図示されたものは、それ自体既知の通りであるが因みに説示すれば、固定螺子4aと扉幅員方向調整調子4bを、スライドヒンジ本体B2のコ字状内嵌凹所B3における背板部B5に穿設した夫々固定用孔B5と調整用孔B6とに嵌入かつスライドさせることで、第1、第2細成湾入口B7、B8に係入し、当該係入状態下で固定螺子4a、扉幅員方向調整螺子4bを締着すればよい。
この際凹凸条溝等によって形成した滑り止め面3aと押当する位置にあって、スライドヒンジ本体B2の側にも通常滑り止め面が形成されており、また扉幅員方向調整螺子4bには、図5(B)に明示されている通りの係嵌周溝4cが形成され、これに第2細成湾入口B8の形成されている段落額縁B9が係嵌するよう形成されている。従って扉幅員方向調整螺子4bを回動調整することによって、扉fをその幅員方向へ変動することで扉取付部材Aの開口部eにおける周端枠縁e1に対し位置合わせができるようにしてある。

そして請求項4の場合にあっては、図2に示す通り底板上面b1に取着するための座金を示しており、ここでは上記した請求項3に比し基本的な相違点はなく、図1と図2との対比によって理解される通り、図1(A)の座金を180度回動して逆転状態とすれば、底板上面b1に取着することができるが、この際連着用螺子4としての固定螺子4aと扉幅員方向調整螺子4bの横向連着用板部3Aにおける配設位置が、逆転することとなる。
すなわち図1の場合とは逆に、第1脚板部2A側にあって滑り止め面3aや固定螺子4aが設けられ、他の第2脚板部2B側に扉幅員方向調整螺子4cが螺装されることになるのである。
そして、上記構成による作用についても当然本質的には請求項3の場合と同じであることから、ここでの説示は省略されている。

次に請求項5につき特に図4ないし図6によって以下詳記すると、パチンコスロットマシンや各種のキャビネット等による扉取付部材A1としては、前説図3と同じく天板aと底板bそして左右の側板c1、c2および背板dとにより開口部eが開設されているが、ここでは図6に例示されている通り当該開口部eが底板bから天板aに向けて傾斜面として形成の周端枠縁e2によって画成されている。
そしてこの種の開口部eを閉成する扉fは、既知のスライドヒンジBを介して扉取付部材aに枢支されることとなり、閉扉状態では扉fが上記開口部eの周端枠縁e2に押当するが、この際扉fは図3につき前説の通り、手を離すだけで自重により閉扉動可能となる。

本発明でもスライドヒンジBのソケットB1を扉fの裏面に嵌合取着し、ソケットB1に連枢のスライドヒンジ本体B2を、予め扉取付部材Aに取着することとなる座金に関するもので、図4と図5そして図6を参照して理解される通り、扉取付部材A1の天板下面a1または底板上面b1に当接状態として螺子止め等の手段により取着されることになる取着板部1と、この取着部材1に連設された連設部3Bと、この連設部2における前面側D1に設けられた傾斜連着用板部3と、これに螺装されて、スライドヒンジ本体B2を連着するために用いられる連着用螺子4とによって構成されている。
ここで、図4(A)には天板下面a1に取着するための上位側用である座金が示され、図4(B)は当該座金に、スライドヒンジ本体B2を連着用螺子4により螺着した状態の斜視図であり、図5(A)にあっては底板上面b1に取着するための座金を示し、同図(B)には、これにスライドヒンジBが取着された場合が開示されている。

さて、請求項5では前記した傾斜連着用板部3Bが、連設部2を天板下面a1または底板上面b1に対して、止め螺子とか溶着等の手段で取着した際、扉取付部材A1の扉側D2へ向けて所定の上昇傾斜角αをもって、スライドヒンジ本体B2が連着自在となるよう予め設定されているのである。
従って当該発明によるときは、取着板部1を天板下面a1もしくは底板上面b1に取着しさえすれば、傾斜連着用板部3Bが所要の上昇傾斜角αをもって配設されていることとなり、この結果これに連着用螺子4によりスライドヒンジ本体B2を、労せずして当該所望の傾斜状態にて取着することが可能となる。

次に請求項6につき以下説示すると、ここでは請求項5における取着板部1が第1、第2取着板部1a、1bからなり、さらに連設部2が短脚板部2a、長脚板部2bそして連設板部2cとによって形成されている点で相違している。
すなわち図4、図5に明示されている通り、扉取付部材Aの天板下面a1または底板上面b1に当接して取着した一対の第1、第2取着板部1a、1bを連設している連設部2が、第1、第2取着板部1a、1bの一側端から夫々曲折されている短脚、長脚板部2a、2bと、これらの各端部間に跨装され連設板部2cとによって形成されているのである。
そして上記連設板部2cの前面側D1、すなわち取着作業時にあって作業者側に面する側には、前記と同じく天板下面a1または底板上面b1に対し、扉側D2に向け所定の上昇傾斜角αをもって、スライドヒンジ本体B2が連着自在な傾斜連着用板部3Bが設けられ、これには連着用螺子4が備えられている。

従って請求項6によるときは、前記請求項5の作用効果を発揮すると共に、第1、第2取着板部1a、1bによって扉取付部材Aに対する安定した取着が保証され、全体を軽量にして、かつ強度を確保し易くし、また短脚、長脚板部2a、2bの寸法とか、これらと第1、第2取着板部1a、1bとのなす第1、第2折曲角β1、β2を適宜調整することで、前説の上昇傾斜角αを所要の角度に調整することができる。

さらに請求項7にあっては前記した天板下面a1に取着するための座金に関し、これもその基本的構成は請求項5そして請求項6の内容と同じであるが、請求項6と相違する点は以下の通りである。
先ず前記した第1、第2取着板部1a、1bに、夫々第1、第2取着用孔1c、1dが穿設されることで螺子止めによる取着が行い易くしてあるだけでなく、同じく第1、第2取着板部1a、1bの奥側D3と、その反対の扉側D3にあって夫々曲設した短脚、長脚板部2a、2bの下端における前面側D1には、第1、第2連装用突板部2d、2eを突設するのであり、上記短脚、長脚板部2a、2bと第1、第2連装用突板部2d、2eとの下端には、連設板部2cが跨設されている。

そして上記の第1、第2連装用突板部2d、2eと連設板部2cとの前面側D1にあって、前説した傾斜連着用板部3Bを設けるのであり、この際請求項1、2と同じく所定の上昇傾斜角αをもって傾斜状態に保持される。
