【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、筆記面に予め罫線や文字や模様等の表示体を設けた磁性体反転表示パネルに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、例えばS極側表面部分を緑にN極側表面部分を白に着色した磁性体を分散媒と増稠剤とを主成分とする降伏値を有する液体中に分散してなした分散液体を、複数の液体収容室(例えば裏面板の上に配した隔壁により仕切られたハニカムセル)に収容し、該液体収容室の表側に透明な表面板を配して筆記面とし、筆記面が白色の状態(N極側表面部分が筆記面に向いた状態)で、磁気ペンのN極を近づけることにより、磁力で磁性体を反転させて白色(N極側表面部分が筆記面に向いた状態)の背景部に緑色(S極側表面部分が筆記面に向いた状態)の筆記線を構成するいわゆる磁性体反転表示パネルは知られている。

また最近では、磁性体反転表示パネルの筆記面に、黒板やホワイトボードのように予め罫線や文字や模様等の表示体を設けることが望まれている。前記表示体を磁気パネルの筆記面に設ける方法としては、表面板の表側に直接印刷インキで印刷を行うものが実用新案登録第3075197号公報に記載されており、また、ホワイトボードでは、筆記面に色つきの粘着テープを貼付けて罫線とするものが良く知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、磁性体反転表示パネルの表面板は透明な樹脂で形成されているため、鋼板等で形成するホワイトボートとは異なり、印刷した後に焼き付け加工を行うことができず、印刷インキの定着性が低く、筆記面に磁気ペンや磁気イレーザーを当接して繰返しの書消しを行っていると、表示体が表面板から剥がれて見辛くなってしまうという問題がある。また、筆記面に色つきの粘着テープを貼付けて罫線とした場合も同様に、磁気ペンや磁気イレーザーに擦られて粘着テープが剥がれて見辛くなってしまうという問題があった。さらに、上記いずれの方法においても、筆記面から罫線等の表示体が浮き出た状態となるため、筆記時に磁気ペンが引っ掛かって筆記感が悪くなったり、ゴミや汚れが付着して表示体の視認性が悪くなるという問題があり、さらに、磁性体反転表示パネルは透明な表面板の裏側で磁性体による筆記線が構成される構造であるため、筆記線が表示体と重なった場合には、筆記線が表示体の裏に隠されてしまい、筆記線が途切れてしまうという問題があった。

本発明はこうした事実に鑑み、磁性体反転表示パネルが有する罫線等の表示体が、磁気ペン等に擦られて剥がれることがないものとし、また、筆記線が表示体と重なった場合においても、筆記線が途切れてしまうことがないものとすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
次に、前記課題を解決するために案出した本発明を説明する。
「1.S極側表面部分とN極側表面部分とを異なる色に着色した磁性体を分散媒と増稠剤とを主成分とする降伏値を有する液体中に分散してなした分散液体を、複数の液体収容室に収容し、該液体収容室の上側に筆記面となる透明な表面板を設けてなる磁性体反転表示パネルにおいて、筆記面を、S極側表面部分を第一の色に着色しN極側表面部分を第二の色に着色した第一の磁性体を分散した第一の分散液体を収容した第一の液体収容室で構成した第一筆記面と、S極側表面部分を前記第二の色又は第三の色に着色しN極側表面部分を前記第一の色又は第四の色に着色した第二の磁性体を分散した第二の分散液体を収容した第二の液体収容室で構成した、表示体を形成する第二筆記面とで形成したことを特徴とする。
2.S極側表面部分を第一の色に着色し、N極側表面部分を第二の色に着色した第一の磁性体を分散媒と増稠剤とを主成分とする降伏値を有する液体中に分散してなした分散液体を、複数の第一の液体収容室に収容し、該第一の液体収容室を透明な中板で被覆し、該透明な中板の上側に、凹部を設けてS極側表面部分を前記第二の色又は第三の色に着色しN極側表面部分を前記第一の色又は第四の色に着色した第二の磁性体を分散した第二の分散液体を収容した第二の液体収容室を形成し、前記透明な中板の上側に筆記面となる透明な表面板を配し、筆記面における前記第二の液体収容室の上面部分で表示体を構成する第二筆記面とし、その他の部分を第一筆記面としたことを特徴とする。」

本発明における罫線や文字や模様等の表示体は、第一筆記面における第一の液体収容室に収容した第一の磁性体の色と、第二筆記面における第二の液体収容室に収容した第二の磁性体の色の相違により現出するので、色の較差を出すことが重要である。尚、本発明における異なる色とは、色相、明度、彩度の少なくともいずれかの要素が違うものである。

また、本発明における磁性体反転表示パネルは、第一の液体収容室の第一の磁性体と第二の液体収容室の第二の磁性体とが入り混り、第一筆記面(背景部)と表示体との色の較差が減少して、筆記線や表示体の鮮明性が損なわれないようにするために、成形時に第一の磁性体と第二の磁性体とが混ざらないようにすることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を理解し易くするために図を用いて説明を行なう。図1は第一の実施の形態の磁性体反転表示パネルの第一状態を示す平面図で、図2は図1の要部断面模式図である。図2を用いて磁性体反転表示パネルの内部構造を簡単に説明をすると、磁性体反転表示パネル1は、筆記面2aとなる透明な表面板2と裏面板3との間に、板材からなる隔壁4aを組合わせて形成したハニカムセル4と、真空圧成形により成型した、隔壁5aと隔壁間を連接する底部5bと底部の反対側に位置する折返部5cとで構成した有底のハニカムセル5とを介在させ、隔壁4a同士の間及び隔壁4aと隔壁5aとの間を第一の液体収容室6aとし、隔壁5a同士の間を第二の液体収容室6bとしてある。また、S極側表面部分を緑色に着色しN極側表面部分を白色に着色した第一の磁性体8aを分散媒と増稠剤とを主成分とする降伏値を有する液体7中に分散してなした分散液体9aを、第一の液体収容室6aに収容し、同液体7中にS極側表面部分を白色に着色しN極側表面部分を緑色に着色した第二の磁性体8bを分散した第二の分散液体9bを、液体収容室6bに収容してある。

図3は、本実施の形態の磁性体反転表示パネル1の製造工程の一部を示すものである。図3を用いて磁性体反転表示パネルの製造工程の一部を簡単に説明すると、初めに、有底のハニカムセル5を底部5bが下となるように配置して開口部を上に向けて(図2,図3における上下を反対にした状態)、第二の液体収容室6bに第二の分散液体9bを収容し、裏面板3を隔壁5a及び折返部5cに接着して第二の分散液体9bを封入し、次いで上下を反転し、図3に示すように、裏面板3の有底のハニカムセル5の隣りに、ハニカムセル4の隔壁4aを接着して第一の液体収容室6aを形成し、第一の液体収容室6aに第一の分散液体9aを収容し、次いで透明な表面板2をハニカムセル4の隔壁4a及びハニカムセル5の底部5bに接着して第一の分散液体を封入し(図2参照)、形成してある。

図4は、磁気ペンで、第一状態の磁性体反転表示パネル1の筆記面2aに筆記を行ったときの平面図で、図5は図4の要部断面模式図である。図5に示すように、磁性体反転表示パネル1は、磁気ペン60の前方部に配設した磁石61のN極を、筆記面2aに接触させた状態で矢印V方向へ動かし、磁気ペン60の磁力h(図中の一点鎖線の矢印)で第一の磁性体8a及び第二の磁性体8bを反転させ、磁気ペン60の移動間にある(図5におけるA間にある)両磁性体8a,8bのS極を筆記面2aに向けてある。図4,図5に示すように、筆記線Aは、第一の磁性体部分A1と第二の磁性体部分A2とで線色が異なるものの、第二筆記面10bに重なっている第二の磁性体部分A2は、筆記面2aに白色(S極側表面部分)を向けてあり、磁気ペン60が通過していない第二筆記面10bは緑色(N極側表面部分)であるため、結果的に重なった部分の筆記線は判別でき、途切れることなく表示がなされる。

図8は、磁気ペンで、第二状態の磁性体反転表示パネル1の筆記面2aに筆記を行ったときの平面図で、図9は図8の要部断面模式図である。図9に示すように、磁性体反転表示パネル1は、磁気ペン70の前方部に配設した磁石71のS極を、筆記面2aに接触させた状態で矢印W方向へ動かし、磁気ペン71の磁力j(図中の一点鎖線の矢印)で第一の磁性体8a及び第二の磁性体8bを反転させ、磁気ペン70の移動間にある(図9におけるB間にある)両磁性体8a,8bのN極を筆記面2aに向けてある。図8,図9に示すように、筆記線Bは、第一の磁性体部分B1と第二の磁性体部分B2とで線色が異なるものの、第二筆記面10bに重なっている第二の磁性体部分B2は、筆記面2aに緑色(N極側表面部分)を向けてあり、磁気ペン70が通過していない第二筆記面10bは白色(S極側表面部分)であるため、結果的に重なった部分の筆記線は判別でき、途切れることなく表示がなされる。

図10は、第二の実施の形態の磁性体反転表示パネルを示す平面図で、図11は図10の要部断面模式図である。磁性体反転表示パネル101は、筆記面2aとなる透明な表面板2と裏面板3との間に、板材からなる隔壁4aを組合わせて形成したハニカムセル4を介在させてある。図中10aの部分は第一の液体収容室106aとして前記第一の実施の形態と同様の分散液体9aを収容して第一筆記面としてあり、10bの部分は分散液体9bを収容して第二筆記面としてある。尚、本実施の形態では、隣り合う第一の液体収容室106aと第二の液体収容室106bとに収容する、第一の磁性体8aと第二の磁性体8bとが混ざらないようにするために、その製造時においては、裏面板3にハニカムセルを固着して双方の液体収容室106a,106bを形成し、第一の液体収容室106aには第一の磁性体8aを、第二の液体収容室106bには第二の磁性体8bを入れて、裏面板3の裏から磁石で双方の磁性体8a,8bを該裏面板3側に引き寄せた上で、液体7を双方の液体収容室106a,106bに収容させ、透明な表面板2をハニカムセル4の隔壁4aに接着して第一の分散液体9a及び第二の分散液体9bを封入する工程としてある。他の構造及び作用は、前記第一の実施の形態の磁性体反転表示パネル1と同様であるため説明を省略する。

以上、本発明の実施の形態を詳述したが、本発明は、前記形態例に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した本発明の要旨の範囲内で種々の変更を行うことができる。例えば、マイクロカプセルを液体収容室として分散液体(磁性体を降伏値を有する液体中に分散した液体)を収容したパネル構造のものに採用することも可能である。また、本実施の形態のように第一の磁性体を緑色と白色に色分けした場合に、第二の磁性体の色を、例えば青色と赤色のように、第一の磁性体の色と全く異なる組合せに着色しても良い。

また、図20は本発明の変形例を示す参考姿図で、磁性体反転表示パネル301は、背景部となる第一筆記面10aを構成する第一の磁性体のS極側表面部分を青色、罫線となる第二筆記面10bを構成する第二の磁性体のS極側表面部分を黄色、反対に、第一の磁性体のN極側表面部分は黄色、第二の磁性体のN極側表面部分は青色、となるように双方の磁性体の同じ磁極の色において大きな差を設けて着色してあることから、図20Aに示す第一筆記面10aが黄色で第二筆記面10bが青色の状態の筆記面302aにおいても、磁石80を矢印方向に移動させて変化させた図20Bに示す第一筆記面10aが青色で第二筆記面10bが黄色の状態の筆記面302aにおいても、第一筆記面10a(背景部)に対して第二筆記面10b(罫線)は常に見易いものである。この関係は第一筆記面と筆記線との関係にも成立するので好ましい。また、図に示すように筆記面に対して幅広くS極とN極とが並行して接触することのできる磁石や、あるいは広い面積で筆記面に対して接触できる磁石を用いた場合には、第一筆記面(背景部)と第二筆記面(表示体)の色を同時に簡単に入れ替えさせることができるという作用効果が生じる。これに対し、図21は、従来の罫線を設けた磁性体反転表示パネルを示す参考姿図で、磁性体反転表示パネル401は、第一の磁性体のS極側表面部分を青色、N極側表面部分を黄色に着色してあり、筆記面402aには黒色のインキで印罫線402bを設けてある。筆記面402aが黄色の状態(図21Aの状態)においては罫線402bは見易いが、磁石80を矢印方向に移動させて変化させた青色の状態(図21B)においては罫線402bは見辛くなってしまう。

【発明の効果】
本発明の磁性体反転表示パネルは前述したような構造なので、罫線等の表示体が透明な表面板の板面から浮き出た状態とならず、磁気ペン等に擦られて剥がれることがないものとなり、また、筆記線が表示体と重なった場合においても、筆記線が途切れてしまうことがないものとなった。
