Description

【0001】

【0046】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door gap fixing tool that places a door in a half-open state while a door chain or a door guard is applied.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Most of the entrances of condominiums and general houses are hinged doors, and a door guard 7 as shown in FIG. 2 and a door chain 120 as shown in FIG. 17 are used for crime prevention. By applying these, when there is a visitor, the door is opened half-way to deal with the visitor, and even if the visitor tries to forcibly enter the room as a malicious visitor, door guard 7 and door chain Since the door 120 is open, the door is not fully opened, and thus a visitor cannot enter the room through the door, and is used for many entrance doors.
[0003]
Well, the entrance doors of the apartments and ordinary houses have high sealing performance, so there is no ventilation or ventilation, so it is very dangerous to keep the entrance door open for women and elderly people living alone. is there. In addition, many people use the air conditioner throughout the day during hot summer nights and feel unwell, and instead of using the air conditioner, they wanted to open the entrance door to improve ventilation.
Accordingly, FIG. 16 shows a front view of a conventional door gap fixing tool (see, for example, Patent Document 1) that holds the door in a half-opened state with the door guard 7 and the door chain 120 applied, and FIG. 17 shows a state of use. .
[0004]
In the following description, the same number is used for a structure having a common function.
A door gap fixing tool 110 shown in FIG. 16 has a mounting member 111 containing a magnet so that it can be fixed to the door, a sphere 113, a mounting cover 112 that allows the sphere 113 to swing, and a base shaft 114 that includes the sphere 113. The base shaft 114 has a male screw (not shown), and the support rod 115 has a female screw (not shown). When the support rod 115 is rotated, the base shaft 114 and the support rod are rotated by the screw. Since the length of the connecting portion 115 can be changed, the opening width of the door in the half-open state can be adjusted.
[0005]
From the front view of FIG. 16 and the usage state diagram of FIG. 17, the door 118 is made to be attracted to the door 118 by the magnet of the mounting member 111 of the door gap fixing tool 110 with the door chain 120 being slightly opened. The door 118 can be held in a half-open state while the door chain 120 is applied by raising the support rod 115 and pressing the protective member 116 against the wall surface 117.
FIG. 18 shows a conventional door stopper (see, for example, Patent Document 2) that can fix the gap on the hinge side of the door and adjust the opening width of the door to six angles. 18A is a top view, FIG. 18B is a front view, and FIG. 18C is a side view. FIG. 19 shows an attachment state diagram, which shows the door knob 8, the door hinge 11, and the door opening angle 127.
[0006]
The door stopper 130 that can adjust the opening width of the door to six kinds of angles includes a main body 131, a handle upper portion 133, a handle lower portion 134, and a rotating portion 132 that connects the main body 131 and the handle upper portion 133 with a pin (not shown). The main body 131 is composed of a string 136 and a hook 136 bonded and fixed to the door outer frame with the rotating portion 132 of FIG. 18B as an axis and rotating in the left and right directions, and A1 to A6 have six different widths. is there. It is a device that can change the opening angle 127 of the door in six ways by selecting one of the six widths and inserting it into the gap on the hinge 11 side of the door.
[0007]
FIG. 20 is a front view of a door stopper (see, for example, Patent Document 3) that can adjust the opening width of the door in two ways by fixing the gap on the hinge side of the door, and FIG. The door knob 8, the door hinge 11, and the door opening angle 137.
The door stopper 140 which can adjust the opening width of the door to two angles is composed of a large spherical portion 141 of the face, a small spherical portion 142 of the body, a neck 143 and a string 144, and a string 145 is connected to the door closer 6 by a knot 145. 144 is tied. According to this device, the opening angle 137 of the door can be changed in two ways by inserting each into the gap on the hinge 11 side of the door due to the difference between the size of the large spherical portion 141 and the size of the small spherical portion 142. .

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the door gap fixture 110 shown in FIGS. 16 and 17 is designed to attract the metal door 118 by the magnet inside the mounting member 111, the mounting is easy, but a little large force is required. Is attached to the mounting member 111, there is a problem that the door 118 is easily dropped and the door 118 is closed. Further, since the base shaft 114 is structured so as to be swingable by the mounting cover 112, if a slightly large force is applied to the protection member 116 and the direction deviates from the horizontal, the reaction force applied to the protection member 116 from the wall surface 117. Since the protective member 116 is inclined in the vertical direction due to the vertical component force, the door 118 is closed, which is also unstable.
[0010]
In addition, the opening width of the door can be adjusted by changing the joint length between the base shaft 114 and the support rod 115 by rotating the support rod 115. However, one rotation of the support rod 115 is equivalent to one pitch of the screw. Therefore, when adjusting the opening width of the door by several centimeters, the support rod 115 has to be rotated many times, and the opening width cannot be easily adjusted.
The door stopper 130 that can be adjusted to six angles shown in FIGS. 18 and 19 has almost no gap on the hinge 11 side of the door when the door guard 7 and the door chain 120 are applied. The part cannot be inserted. Further, since the door opening angle 127 is changed to six types, six different widths A1 to A6 are required, so that there is a problem that the shape becomes complicated and the cost is increased.
[0011]
In addition, the main body 131 easily moves because of the rotating portion 132, and it is difficult to insert the main body 131 into the gap on the hinge 11 side, and there is a risk that a child or an elderly person may pinch a finger in the gap on the hinge 11 side. In particular, when the force on the doorknob 8 side is the force point, the hinge 11 is the fulcrum, and the force applied to the gap on the hinge 11 side is the point of action, the force applied to the gap on the hinge 11 side is greater than the force on the doorknob 8 side by the lever principle. Therefore, there is a problem that it is very dangerous to put a finger in the gap on the hinge 11 side.
The door stopper 140 that can be adjusted to two angles shown in FIGS. 20 and 21 can be inserted because there is almost no clearance on the hinge 11 side of the door with the door guard 7 and the door chain 120 applied. Absent. Further, since the door opening angle 137 is changed in two ways, there is a problem that the shape becomes complicated and the cost becomes high.
[0012]
In addition, when inserting the large spherical portion 141 into the gap on the hinge 11 side, the small spherical portion 142 is gripped and inserted, but the length 146 of the neck 143 is as short as 20 mm, so if you move your finger slightly, There is a problem that there is a danger of putting a finger in the gap.
Furthermore, the door gap fixing tool 110, the door stopper 130 that can be adjusted to six different angles, and the door stopper 140 that can be adjusted to two different angles can be used when a suspicious person or the like attempts to open the door from the outside. I don't have a way to warn someone.
[0013]
The object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art and to change the opening width of the door with a simple shape of the insertion portion. Another object of the present invention is to insert a finger when inserting the insertion portion into the door. It is safe so that it does not get caught, and another object is to provide a safer door gap fixing device for crime prevention by having means for warning when the door is opened from the outside. .
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made for the purpose of solving the above-described problems. In the door fixing tool for opening the door in a half-open state with the door chain or the door guard described in claim 1 applied, the gap is formed on the upper surface of the door. PlugRod-shapedInsertion part and insertion partA suspended part having a grip part longer than the length is connected to the suspended part by a connecting part.Fall prevention part to prevent falling to the floorInIt consists of a door gap fixture characterized by being connected.
[0015]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, even when the door chain or the door guard is applied, the insertion portion is fixed and the door can be half-opened by simply sandwiching the insertion portion between the upper surfaces of the door.
In addition, since the insertion part is connected to a fall prevention part such as a suction cup fixed to the door in advance by a connection part such as a string, it does not fall on the floor, so that it can be easily removed while standing. .In addition, since the insertion part has a grip part, the insertion part inserted into the gap between the door and the wall is not directly touched by hand, so that there is no effect that the finger can be used safely without being caught in the gap between the door and the wall. is there. Further, by lengthening the grip portion that fixes the insertion portion, there is an effect that the insertion portion can be easily sandwiched between the upper surface of the door even when the upper surface of the door is at a high position.
[0016]
Claim 2The insertion positioning portion having an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the insertion portion is fixed between the insertion portion and the grip portion. 1 Described inIt consists of a door clearance fixture.
The present invention described in claim 212, when the urethane rubber portion 52 serving as the insertion portion is inserted into the gap between the door 9 and the wall 10, the outer shape of the insertion positioning portion 60 is larger than the outer shape of the urethane rubber portion 52. Since the insertion positioning part 60 hits the gap between the door 9 and the wall 10 and the insertion positioning part 60 cannot be inserted, there is an effect that the urethane rubber part 52 can be inserted at an appropriate position without inserting the urethane rubber part 52 too much.
[0017]
Claim 3The warning means for generating a sound by vibration hangs in the insertion positioning part, and a metal part is fixed to a grip part at a position adjacent to the warning means. 2 Described inIt consists of a door clearance fixture.
The present invention described in claim 3The disk-shaped insertion positioning portion 60 is fixed to the urethane rubber portion 52 that is the insertion portion of FIG. 12, a plurality of strings 57 are fixed to the insertion positioning portion 60, and the pipe 58 is hung under the strings 57. A round bar 56 serving as a gripping part is fixed to the lower surface of the part 60, and is fixed in a state where the inner diameter of the cylindrical metal part 59 is inserted into the outer shape of the round bar 56 at a position adjacent to the pipe 58. With this configuration, when vibration is applied to the main body, the pipe 58 hanging from the string 57 is swayed, and the metal part 59 and the pipes 58 come into contact with each other to produce a sound.
In addition, when a suspicious person tries to open the door, or when the door chain or door guard is cut and entered, if the door is moved in the opening direction, the insertion part caught in the door will drop and vibrate. The warning means that detects vibration and warns the person inside the room and the suspicious person, so that the security safety is improved.
[0026]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Example 1 of the door gap fixing device of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a door gap fixing tool.
FIG. 2 is a view of the use state of FIG. 1 with the door closed.
FIG. 3 shows the state of use of FIG. 1 with the door half open.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a large door opening width as viewed from the Z direction in FIG. 3.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a small door opening width as viewed from the Z direction in FIG. 3.
6 is a cross-sectional view seen from the Z direction of FIG. 3 when the door is opened in the F1 direction.
[0027]
FIG. 1 shows a door gap fixing tool 1 including an insertion portion according to the first embodiment of the present invention. A columnar cylindrical portion 2 serving as an insertion portion is, for example, urethane rubber, and is formed at the center of the columnar portion 2. There is a through hole 3, and a string 4 serving as a connecting portion is passed through the through hole 3 and tied to the cylindrical portion 2, and further, the string 4 is tied to a suction cup 5 serving as a fall preventing portion.
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a state in which the door gap fixing tool 1 including the insertion portion is adsorbed and suspended by a suction cup 5 on a door 9 inside the entrance door, and includes a door closer 6, a door guard 7, a door knob 8, a wall 10, and a hinge. 11 and floor 14. The door closer 6 is a safety device that applies a force slowly in the direction in which the door 9 is closed, thereby preventing the door 9 from suddenly opening and closing and preventing door finger scissors.
[0028]
FIG. 3 is a view showing a use state in which the column part 2 of the door gap fixing tool 1 composed of the insertion part is sandwiched between the upper surface of the door 9 and the wall 10 with the door guard 7 applied, and the door is opened halfway. 6, door knob 8, hinge 11, and floor 14.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view as viewed from the Z direction of FIG. 3. When the cylindrical portion 2 is sandwiched in the direction of the hinge 11, the door opening width 12 is increased.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view seen from the Z direction in FIG. 3. When the cylindrical portion 2 is sandwiched in the direction toward the door knob 8, the door opening width 13 is reduced. Thus, even if it does not comprise the shape of the cylindrical part 2 by complicated thickness, there exists an effect that the opening width | variety of a door can be adjusted with the position which the door upper surface pinches | interposes.
[0029]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view as viewed from the Z direction in FIG. 3. When the door is opened by the force F <b> 1 in the direction in which the door 9 opens, the gap is formed in the cylinder 2 sandwiched between the door 9 and the wall 10. When the door is opened, the cylindrical portion 2 is dropped and removed by its own weight. By opening the door 9, the cylindrical portion 2 can be easily removed. In addition, when the shape of the insertion part is a rod, bowl, prism, plate, a shape with a small insertion direction and a large anti-insertion direction, a conical shape, a pyramid shape, or a wedge shape, the door 9 is slightly opened. Even in this gap, the insertion portion does not get caught by the door 9 and the wall 10 and can be easily removed. The insertion portion is an elastic body, and may be a rubber material, a plastic material, or an elastic structure made of a plastic material, for example, a leaf spring shape. Since the insertion portion is an elastic body, even if it is inserted into the gap between the door 9 and the wall 10, there is an effect that the door 9 and the wall 10 are not damaged.
[0030]
Also, if the insertion part is made of urethane rubber, for example, the color is black, so it will not look good when hung at the entrance. In this case, the design will be improved by attaching a colorful cloth or leather to the insertion part, especially in the season. Covering the insertion part with a cloth or leather bag, wrapping or pasting the cloth or leather, it is easy to create a design that matches the atmosphere of the entrance. The connecting portion may be in the form of a string or chain, and the connecting portion is made of rubber, leather, plastic, fiber material such as hemp, silk, cotton, etc., and the connecting portion may be sandwiched between the door 9 or the wall 10 There is an effect that the door 9 and the wall 10 are not damaged.
The fall prevention part is a structure for fixing the connecting part to the door 9 or the wall 10, for example, a hook for tying and fixing the string 4, a structure having a hole for tying the string 4, a suction cup, a magnet, an adhesive tape, an adhesive, The door 9 and the wall 10 are fixed or adsorbed by screws and nails.
[0031]
For the fixing method of the fall prevention part, select a fixing method suitable for the material of the door 9 or the wall 10, for example, when sucking on a steel door without irregularities, suckers and magnets are good, and the door is not damaged effective.
In addition, the wooden doors and walls with irregularities that cannot be fixed with a suction cup or magnet can be securely fixed with the adhesive tape, adhesive, screws, and nails to secure the fall prevention part. Moreover, the fall prevention part can adjust the length of a connection part. For example, since the fall distance can be adjusted by adjusting the string 4 to a desired length and connecting the string 4 to the through hole 3 and the suction cup 5, it is possible to adjust the length so as not to hit a person or an object when the cylindrical portion 2 is dropped. There is.
[0032]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6 by attaching a bell, a bell or the like, which is a warning means (not shown), to the column part 2 serving as the insertion part or the string 4 serving as the connection part, the column part 2 drops when the door is opened. Because the sound is generated by the vibration caused by the suspicious person, there is an effect of warning when a suspicious person opens the door.
Furthermore, even when the door is opened and closed without applying the door chain or door guard, the column part 2 and the string 4 are shaken by the vibration of the door opening and closing, and a bell and a bell sound, so that a person can be notified that the door has been opened and closed. There is also an effect.
[0033]
A second embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 8, FIG. 9, and FIG.
FIG. 7 is a front view of the second embodiment. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a usage state of the second embodiment in which the door is half-opened with the door guard 7 applied. FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a usage state of the second embodiment with the door closed. FIG. 10 is a view showing a usage state of the second embodiment in which the insertion portion is inserted into the gap on the door side surface on the door knob side.
FIG. 7 shows a configuration in which a warning means is provided in a door gap fixing tool 21 composed of an insertion portion and a grip portion. A rod-like urethane rubber portion 22 as an insertion portion, a round bar 26 as a grip portion, a string 27, a warning means. The bell 28, the string 24 serving as the connecting portion, the suction cup 25 serving as the fall preventing portion, the hanging portion 29, and the connecting portion 23.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 7, the hanging part 29 that is suspended from the string 24 tied to the suction cup 25 is composed of a cylindrical urethane rubber part 22, a round bar 26, a string 27, and a bell 28. FIG. 8 is a view showing a state in which the urethane rubber portion 22 is sandwiched between the door 9 and the wall 10 by the door gap fixing tool 21 including the insertion portion and the grip portion with the door guard 7 applied, and the door is half-opened. 6, door knob 8, wall 10, hinge 11, and floor 14. The door closer 6 is a safety device that applies a force slowly in the direction in which the door 9 is closed, thereby preventing the door 9 from suddenly opening and closing and preventing door finger scissors.
In FIG. 9, a suspicious person or the like opens the door a little from the outside of the door, the gap between the door 9 and the wall 10 widens, the urethane rubber part 22 comes off, the hanging part 29 falls, and the string 24 tied to the suction cup 25. As a result, the suspended portion 29 is suspended. Thereafter, the door 9 is closed by the door closer 6.
[0035]
In this way, when the hanging portion 29 receives vibration due to dropping, the bell 28 sounds, and there is an effect that it is possible to notify the person in the room that the door has been opened.
Furthermore, even when the door is opened and closed without the door chain or door guard being applied, the hanging portion 29 and the string 24 are shaken by the vibration of the door opening and closing, and a bell sounds, so that a person can be notified that the door has been opened and closed. There is also.
Further, the hanging portion 29 is hung on the string 24 that becomes the connecting portion, and the connecting portion 23 is positioned closer to the insertion portion than the center of gravity of the hanging portion 29, so that the round bar 26 that becomes the grip portion as shown in FIG. Since it hangs down on the lower side, the grip portion is in a low position, so that even a short person or a child can easily hold the grip portion.
[0036]
The insertion part is an elastic body and is preferably made of a rubber material, a plastic material, or an elastic structure made of a plastic material, for example, a leaf spring shape. The insertion part is an elastic body, so even if it is inserted into the gap between the door 9 and the wall 10, the door 9 and the wall 10 are not damaged.
Also, if the insertion part is a urethane rubber part, for example, the color is black, so it will not look good when hung at the entrance. In this case, the design will be improved by attaching a colorful cloth or leather to the insertion part, especially in the season Covering the insertion part with a cloth or leather bag, wrapping or pasting the cloth or leather, it is easy to create a design that matches the atmosphere of the entrance. Furthermore, by applying a flower, bird, or animal shape design (not shown) to the insertion portion, a door gap fixing tool that is favorable as an interior can be obtained.
[0037]
The grip portion has a structure in which the insertion portion is fixed and is easy to grip. The grip portion and the insertion portion may have an integrated shape made of the same material. In the case of the integrated shape, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. In addition, the grip part and the insertion part may be made of parts made of different materials. In the case of parts made of different materials, for example, the grip part can be made lighter by using a pipe made of wood or plastic material. By reducing the impact applied to the fall prevention part, there is an effect that it is possible to stably fix even a suction cup or a magnet having a low adsorption force of the fall prevention part.
In addition, by making the grip part longer than the insertion part, when inserting the insertion part into the gap between the door 9 and the wall 10, it is possible to use the hand or fingers more safely without being caught in the gap between the door 9 and the wall 10. There is also.
[0038]
The connecting portion may be in the form of a string or chain, and the connecting portion may be made of rubber, leather, plastic, fiber material such as hemp, silk, cotton, etc. Even if the connecting portion is sandwiched between the door 9 or the wall 10 There is also an effect that the door 9 and the wall 10 are not damaged.
The fall prevention part is a structure that fixes the connecting part to the door 9 or the wall 10. For example, a hook that ties and fixes the string 24, a structure with a hole that connects the string 24, etc., sucker, magnet, adhesive tape, adhesive, The door 9 and the wall 10 are fixed or adsorbed by screws and nails.
For example, the fall distance can be adjusted by adjusting the string 24 fixed to the end face of the urethane rubber part 22 to a desired length and tying it to the suction cup 25. There is an effect that the length can be adjusted.
[0039]
FIG. 10 is a view showing the usage state in which the insertion portion is inserted into the gap on the side of the door on the door knob side. If the insertion portion cannot be inserted into the gap on the upper surface of the door, such as a short child, it will fall to the vicinity of the door knob 8.
