【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、特売コードが指定された場合に商品マスタファイルに設定されかつ当該指定特売コードを含む商品情報に関する特売情報を一括して特売マスタファイルに登録可能な商品販売データ処理システムおよび方法並びに商品販売データ処理プログラムを記憶したコンピュータで読取り可能な記憶媒体に関する。

【従来の技術】
商品販売データ処理方法を実施するための、一例としての、商品販売データ処理システム（ＰＯＳシステム）を図７に示す。

図７において、システム全体をコントロールするストアコントローラ（ＳＣ）３０には、ファイルプロセッサ２０を介して商品登録，会計処理機能等を有する複数の端末（電子キャッシュレジスタ…レジ）１０Ａ〜１０Ｎが接続されている。

各端末１０は、商品登録に際し、入力された商品コードを元にファイルプロセッサ２０へ商品情報を問合わせる。ファイルプロセッサ２０は、自機内の単品ルックアップファイル２３Ｆから当該商品コードに対応する商品情報（商品名，単価等）を抽出して当該端末１０へ応答する。

かくして、各端末１０は、応答された商品情報を用いて商品登録することができる。各端末１０に商品ファイルを設ける必要がなくかつ各端末１０に同一の商品情報を提供することができる。

各ファイルプロセッサ２０内の各単品ルックアップファイル２３Ｆは、ストアコントローラ３０内の商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦおよび特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦで最新の情報に更新される。なお、ストアコントローラ３０を、ストアプロセッサとワークステーションとから形成する場合もある。

商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦには、例えば図２に示すごとく、商品登録に必要な複数の商品情報（単品コード…商品コード，部門コード，クラスコード，単品名称…商品名称，標準単価等）が設定（記憶）される。また、特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦには、特売情報（特売企画コード，特売企画名称，単品コード，開始日時，終了日時，基準単価，値引／割引区分，特売単価等）が登録（記憶）されている。

特売情報は、当然に、販売対象である商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに設定された複数の商品情報の中から選択されかつ当該商品（単品）の価格は値引／割引された特売価格とされる。

ここに、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦを基に特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦを作成するには、個々の商品情報を選択しかつ当該商品情報に対応する特売情報を登録する。しかし、この方法であると、商品情報および特売情報が大量な場合、時間と労力が掛かるばかりか、ミス登録も生じ易い。

そこで、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに設定された商品情報の中の選択された特売コードを含む商品情報についての特売情報を要求指令によって一括して特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに登録する方法が提案されかつ実行されている。

詳しくは、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに設定された商品情報に含まれる例えば“部門コード”を“特売コード”と指定することにより、当該“部門コード”を含む商品情報（商品）をそれぞれ特売商品として、当該各特売情報を自動的かつ一括して特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに登録する。

かくして、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦへの設定後に、特売コード（例えば、“部門コード”）を指定するだけで、当該“部門コード”を含む商品情報についての特売情報を迅速かつ正確に一括登録することができるから、業務能率および顧客サービスを向上できる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、売れ筋商品を適時に適量だけ陳列する事情や交通事情等から、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに途中入荷した商品を追加設定しなければならないケースが増大している。この途中の追加設定は、例えばストアコントローラ３０においてマニュアル操作であるいはデータ通信回線を介したホストコンピュータからオンラインで行われる。

いずれの場合でも、当該追加設定された商品が特売商品である場合には、当然に特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに追加登録しなければならない。しかし、営業中に当該商品が特売商品であるか否かを判断することが難しい場合も多い。判断できたとしても、稼働中にマニュアル操作で特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに追加登録しなければならないから、一層多くの時間・労力を要する。しかも、営業中につき、誤認・混同によるミス登録や既登録の改変ミスは御法度である。

さらに、オンラインで商品情報が商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに追加設定されるシステムでは、当該商品の特売情報を特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに追加登録するまでに、相当大幅な遅速化を招く。

本発明の目的は、追加設定された商品情報に関する特売情報を迅速かつ正確に追加登録することのできる取扱い容易な商品販売データ処理システムおよび方法を提供することにある。また、商品販売データ処理プログラムを記憶したコンピュータで読取り可能な記憶媒体を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１の発明は、商品登録に必要な複数の商品情報を設定可能な商品マスタファイルと，この商品マスタファイルに設定された商品情報の中の選択された特売コードを含む商品情報に関しかつ当該特売コードを含む特売情報を登録可能な特売マスタファイルとを有し、特売コードが指定された場合に商品マスタファイルに設定されている当該指定特売コードを含む商品情報に関する特売情報を一括して特売マスタファイルに登録可能に形成された商品販売データ処理システムにおいて、前記商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に前記特売マスタファイルを検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている前記特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別可能かつ同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を前記特売マスタファイルに追加登録可能に形成された商品販売データ処理システムである。

かかる発明では、商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定されると、特売マスタファイルを検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かが判別される。そして、同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合には、当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を、当該特売コードを手掛かりとして、特売マスタファイルに追加登録する。

したがって、新規商品の追加設定がオンラインで実行されたか否かに拘わらずかつ営業中に当該商品が特売商品であるか否かを判断しなくてもよく、多くの時間・労力を要するマニュアル追加登録操作も必要なく、しかも誤認・混同によるミス登録を一掃できる。よって、商品マスタファイルに追加設定された商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに迅速かつ正確に追加登録することができる。

また、請求項２の発明は、商品登録に必要な複数の商品情報を設定可能な商品マスタファイルと，この商品マスタファイルに設定された商品情報の中の選択された特売コードを含む商品情報に関しかつ当該特売コードを含む特売情報を登録可能な特売マスタファイルとを有し、特売コードが指定された場合に商品マスタファイルに設定されている当該指定特売コードを含む商品情報に関する特売情報を一括して特売マスタファイルに登録可能に形成された商品販売データ処理システムにおいて、前記商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に前記特売マスタファイルを検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている前記特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別する特売コード判別手段と，同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を前記特売マスタファイルに追加登録する追加登録制御手段とを設けた、商品販売データ処理システムである。

かかる発明では、商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合、特売コード判別手段が、特売マスタファイルを検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている特売コード（例えば、“部門コード”）と同一の特売コード（“部門コード”）が当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別する。同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合には、追加登録制御手段が、当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を、特売マスタファイルに自動的に追加登録する。

したがって、請求項１の発明の場合と同様な作用効果を奏することができる他、さらに全自動化により大幅な省人化を図れるとともに、取扱いが極めて容易でかつ一段と迅速な追加登録を行える。

また、請求項３の発明は、前記特売コードが、部門コード，クラスコードおよびメーカーコードの中から選択可能に形成されている商品販売データ処理システムである。

かかる発明では、商品マスタファイルに設定される商品情報には、商品名，単価等とともに部門コード，クラスコードやメーカーコードが管理容易化のために含まれており、かつ特売は例えば同一部門に属する商品について実行される場合が多い。したがって、格別の特売コードをセットしなくても、選択した部門コード等を利用して当該商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに追加登録することができる。

したがって、請求項１および請求項２の発明の場合と同様な作用効果を奏することができることに加え、さらに取扱いが一段と楽でかつより迅速な自動追加登録をすることができる。

さらに、請求項４の発明は、商品登録に必要な複数の商品情報を設定可能な商品マスタファイルと，この商品マスタファイルに設定された商品情報の中の選択された特売コードを含む商品情報に関しかつ当該特売コードを含む特売情報を登録可能な特売マスタファイルとを用い、特売コードが指定された場合に商品マスタファイルに設定されている当該指定特売コードを含む商品情報に関する特売情報を一括して特売マスタファイルに登録した後に該商品登録を含む商品販売データ処理を行う商品販売データ処理方法において、前記商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に、前記特売マスタファイルを検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている前記特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別させ、かつ同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を前記特売マスタファイルに追加登録させ、新規商品情報が追加設定された商品マスタファイルおよび追加登録された特売マスタファイルを用いてその後の商品販売データ処理を行う商品販売データ処理方法である。

かかる発明では、商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に、特売マスタファイルを検索して、当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報中の特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別させ、かつ同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに追加登録させ、新規商品情報が設定登録された商品マスタファイルおよび追加設定された特売マスタファイルを用いて、その後の商品販売データ処理を行わせる。

さらにまた、請求項５の発明は、商品登録に必要な複数の商品情報を設定可能な商品マスタファイルと，この商品マスタファイルに設定された商品情報の中の選択された特売コードを含む商品情報に関しかつ当該特売コードを含む特売情報を登録可能な特売マスタファイルとを用い、特売コードが指定された場合に商品マスタファイルに設定されている当該指定特売コードを含む商品情報に関する特売情報を一括して特売マスタファイルに登録した後に該商品登録を含む商品販売データ処理を行なわせる商品販売データ処理プログラムを記憶したコンピュータで読取り可能な記憶媒体であって、商品販売データ処理プログラムがこれを読取ったコンピュータに、前記商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に、前記特売マスタファイルを検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている前記特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別させ、かつ同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を前記特売マスタファイルに追加登録させ、新規商品情報が追加設定された商品マスタファイルおよび追加登録された特売マスタファイルを用いてその後の商品販売データ処理を行なわせるものとされている商品販売データ処理プログラムを記憶したコンピュータで読取可能な記憶媒体である。

かかる発明では、商品販売データ処理プログラムがこれを読取ったコンピュータに、商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に、特売マスタファイルを検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別させ、かつ同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別した場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに追加登録させ、新規商品情報が追加設定された商品マスタファイルおよび追加登録された特売マスタファイルを用いて、その後の商品販売データ処理を行なわせる。

したがって、この記憶媒体に記憶された商品販売データ処理プログラムをコンピュータに読取らせれば、当該コンピュータを、商品マスタファイルに追加設定された新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに迅速かつ正確に追加登録することができると言う優れた作用効果を有する商品販売データ処理システムに簡単に構築することができかつ当該方法を確実に実施させられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。
（第１の実施形態）
本商品販売データ処理方法を実施するための好適な商品販売データ処理システムは、基本的構成（１０，２０，３０等）が従来例（図７）の場合と同様とされているが、さらに図１に示す如く、特売コード判別手段（３１，３２）と追加登録制御手段（３１，３２）とを設け、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に、特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦを検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別し、かつ含まれていると判別できた場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに追加登録可能に形成されている。

図１において、ストアコントローラ３０は、ＣＰＵ３１，ＲＯＭ３２，ＲＡＭ３３，ＨＤＤ（ハードディスク装置）３４，ＦＤＤ（フロッピーディスク装置）３５，キーボード（ＫＢ）３６，表示器（ＩＮＤ）３７，ネットワーク（例えば、ＬＡＮ）用のインターフェイス（Ｉ／Ｆ）を含み、複数の端末（１０）の一括管理機能を有する。

追加登録制御手段は、追加登録制御プログラムを格納させたＲＯＭ３２とＣＰＵ３１とからなり、特売コード判別手段（３１，３２）によって同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合に、当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに追加登録（ＳＴ２１）する。

しかして、この第１の実施形態によれば、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦ（３３ＢＭＦ１）を検索して当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別可能かつ同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに追加登録可能に形成されているので、新規商品の追加設定がオンラインで実行されたか否かに拘わらずかつ営業中に当該商品が特売商品であるか否かを判断しなくてもよく、多くの時間・労力を要するマニュアル追加登録操作も必要なく、しかも誤認・混同によるミス登録を一掃できる。したがって、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに追加設定された商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに迅速かつ正確に追加登録することができる。

また、特売コード判別手段（３１，３２）と追加登録制御手段（３１，３２）とを設け、商品マスタファイル３３ＧＭＦに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに既登録の特売情報に含まれている特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれていると判別された場合に、当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイル３３ＢＭＦに追加登録可能に形成されているので、全自動化による大幅な省人化を図れるとともに、取扱いが極めて容易でかつ一段と迅速な追加登録を行える。

また、部門コード，クラスコードおよびメーカーコードの中から任意数を特売コードとして選択可能かつ利用可能に形成されているので、取扱いが一段と楽でかつより迅速な自動追加登録をすることができる。

（第２の実施形態）
この第２の実施形態では、コンピュータ（３０）に記憶媒体（ＦＤ）から商品販売データ処理プログラム（図５，図６）を読取らせ、第１の実施形態の場合と同様な商品販売データ処理システムを構築しかつ商品販売データ処理方法を実行可能としてある。

すなわち、第１の実施形態では、図５，図６に示す商品販売データ処理プログラムをコンピュータ（ストアコントローラ３０）のＲＯＭ３２に格納させていたが、この第２の実施形態では、便宜的に第１の実施形態（図１）に示したストアコントローラ３０のＦＤＤ３５を用いて記憶媒体（ＦＤ…フロッピーディスク）に記憶された商品販売データ処理プログラム（図５，図６）を読取ってＨＤＤ３４に格納しかつＲＡＭ３３に展開して実施可能に形成してある。他は第１の実施形態の場合と同様である。

したがって、コンピュータ（３０）に記憶媒体（ＦＤ）に記憶された商品販売データ処理プログラム（図５，図６）を読取らせれば、当該各コンピュータ（３０）を、第１の実施形態の場合と同様な商品販売データ処理システムとして簡単かつ低コストで構築することができ、かつ当該商品販売データ処理方法を確実に実施させられる。

もとより、図１に示すＲＯＭ３２やＨＤＤ３４を着脱可能としかつ図５，図６に示す各商品販売データ処理プログラムを格納させておけば、当該ＨＤＤやＲＯＭも記憶媒体となる。また、記憶媒体は、上記（ＦＤ）に限定されずＣＤ−ＲＯＭ，ＤＶＤ−ＲＯＭ，ＭＯ，磁気テープ等から形成してもよい。

【発明の効果】
請求項１の発明によれば、商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれているか否かを判別可能かつ同一の特売コードが含まれていると判別された場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに追加登録可能に形成された商品販売データ処理システムであるから、新規商品の追加設定がオンラインで実行されたか否かに拘わらずかつ営業中に当該商品が特売商品であるか否かを判断しなくてもよく、多くの時間・労力を要するマニュアル追加登録操作も必要なく、しかも誤認・混同によるミス登録を一掃できる。よって、商品マスタファイルに追加設定された商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに迅速かつ正確に追加登録することができる。

また、請求項２の発明によれば、特売コード判別手段と追加登録制御手段とを設け、商品マスタファイルに新規な商品情報が追加設定された場合に当該特売マスタファイルに既登録の特売情報に含まれている特売コードと同一の特売コードが当該新規商品情報に含まれていると判別した場合に当該新規商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに追加登録する商品販売データ処理システムであるから、請求項１の発明の場合と同様な効果を奏することができる他、さらに全自動化により大幅な省人化を図れるとともに、取扱いが極めて容易でかつ一段と迅速な追加登録を行える。

また、請求項３の発明によれば、特売コードが部門コード，クラスコードおよびメーカーコードの中から選択可能な商品販売データ処理システムであるから、格別の特売コードをセットしなくても、部門コード等を利用して当該商品情報に関する特売情報を特売マスタファイルに追加登録することができる。したがって、請求項１および請求項２の発明の場合と同様な効果を奏することができることに加え、さらに取扱いが一段と楽でかつより迅速な自動追加登録をすることができる。
