【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、車輌通行規制用の開閉ゲート装置に関し、更に詳しくは、通行規制部材が自動車等の車輌通行を阻止する位置と阻止しない位置との間を二位置的に旋回駆動される旋回式の開閉ゲート装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の旋回駆動される旋回式開閉ゲート装置としては、例えば、住宅、企業、工場、その他特定施設の通用口等に設けられるヒンジ・スイングゲートなどが知られている。
これらヒンジ・スイングゲートは、通行規制部材であるゲート本体が旋回中心軸を備えたヒンジ部を介して左右の門柱に支持され、前記ゲート本体を旋回させる駆動手段は、回転レバーによって前記ゲート本体を旋回中心軸の周りに旋回させるリンク機構により構成されている。
そして、こられヒンジ・スイングゲートの施解錠は、駆動モータに付されたブレーキで行われており、利用者が手動で施解錠する必要はない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、一般の道路等に設置される車輌通行規制用の開閉ゲート装置においては、通行規制部材として車輌衝突に対する充分な剛性を備えた鋼管或いは中実剛体等からなる部材が用いられるが、重量が大きく長尺な前記通行規制部材の全荷重を、支柱に設けた旋回用のヒンジ部で支持することはできず、別途、その先端部を支柱に連結して吊下げるための支持杆を設けたものが一般的である。
この様に、従来の旋回駆動される開閉ゲート装置では、旋回される通行規制部材が重厚な構造となるにしたがって、その支持機構、並びに駆動機構が複雑な構造となり、設計の自由度が狭まり、コスト上昇を回避することは非常に困難であった。

また、車輌通行を規制するための開閉ゲート装置では、通行規制部材自体の剛性が必要であることは勿論のこと、閉鎖位置の姿勢を維持する強度、即ち施錠手段の耐久性も重要であり、車輌衝突により通行規制部材が容易に開放してしまうものでは、駆動機構に過大な衝撃荷重が作用し、破壊されてしまう危険があるため、同じく高い剛性を備えたカンヌキ棒を用いて通行規制部材を閉鎖位置に固定するものが一般的である。

しかしながら、耐衝撃性を備えたカンヌキ棒は当然の事ながら重量が大きく、これを駆動制御する機構を更に備えた通行規制部材は殆ど存在せず、通路面に別途設けた係止孔にカンヌキ棒を手動で装着するものや、対向する通行規制部材の間にカンヌキ棒を手動で連結させるものなどが主流であった。

本発明は係る現況に鑑み為されたものであり、コスト増大を回避しつつ、耐衝撃性を備えたカンヌキ部材を駆動制御し、通行規制部材の閉鎖位置を簡易に安定維持させることができる開閉ゲート装置を提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は前述の課題が解決するにあたり鋭意検討を進めた結果、カンヌキ部材をスライド移動可能に内装できる鋼管を用いて通行規制部材を構成することにより、比較的簡易な構造で且つ非常に小さな駆動力でカンヌキ部材を容易に駆動制御できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち本発明は、車輌衝突に対する剛性を備え、通路幅方向に沿って延びた閉鎖位置において自動車等の車輌通行を阻止できる通行規制部材と、前記通行規制部材を、前記車輌通行を阻止する閉鎖位置と、車輌通行空間から退避して、車輌通行を阻止しない開放位置との間を二位置的に旋回動作可能に支持する支持手段と、前記通行規制部材を旋回駆動するための駆動手段と、前記駆動手段を電気制御し、前記通行規制部材を前記閉鎖位置と、前記開放位置とに選択的に駆動制御するための駆動制御手段と、前記通行規制部材を閉鎖位置にて固定させる施錠手段と、から成る車輌通行規制用の開閉ゲート装置であって、前記通行規制部材が、長手方向に沿って水平に延びる主鋼管を備え、前記施錠手段として、施錠時に主鋼管の先端開口部から突出し、これに対応した嵌合受け部に挿入される長尺なカンヌキ部材を、前記主鋼管の内部にスライド可能に設けるとともに、これをスライド駆動させる駆動手段、及び該駆動手段を電気制御し、前記カンヌキ部材を先端開口部から一部突出した施錠位置と、主鋼管の内部に収納された解錠位置とに選択的に駆動制御するための駆動制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする開閉ゲート装置を提供する。

このような開閉ゲート装置では、通行規制部材が通路幅方向に水平に延びた閉鎖位置において、前記通行規制部材を構成している主鋼管の内部にカンヌキ部材が同じく水平に内装されており、水平方向の小さな駆動力で重量の大きなカンヌキ部材が容易にスライド移動されるので、通路面の係止孔に装着すべくカンヌキ部材を上下移動させる場合に必要となる複雑で高価な駆動機構やスライド案内機構などが不要となり、コストの増大が回避できるとともに、通行規制部材の閉鎖位置が簡易に安定維持される。

ここで、通路を挟んだ両側方からそれぞれ通路幅方向に沿って延びた閉鎖位置において、互いの主鋼管が一直線上に配置される一対の通行規制部材を設け、前記施錠手段として、一方の通行規制部材の主鋼管に前記カンヌキ部材をスライド可能に設け、且つ他方の通行規制部材の主鋼管を、その先端開口部から施錠位置における前記カンヌキ部材の突出部を受け入れる嵌合受け部として機能させ、前記カンヌキ部材の突出部を前記他方の主鋼管に挿入した状態において、各通行規制部材が閉鎖位置にて固定されるものでは、通行規制部材以外に、カンヌキ部材の突出部を受け入れる嵌合受け部用の特別な構造を別途通路上に備えさせる必要がなく、非常に合理的である。

カンヌキ部材をスライド駆動する駆動手段としては、駆動モータにより回転駆動される駆動軸を主鋼管に設け、前記駆動軸上に係合された駆動チェーンの両端を、それぞれカンヌキ部材の長手方向に沿った所定箇所に固定し、駆動チェーンと共に前記カンヌキ部材をスライド駆動してなるものが好ましく、特に、前記駆動チェーン端部が固定される前記カンヌキ部材の所定箇所に、それぞれ端部固定用のブラケットを設け、該ブラケットにおける前記駆動チェーンの固定部位を挟む両側方に、当該カンヌキ部材を支持しつつ主鋼管の内面に対してスライド方向に摺動する摺動部材を設けてなるものがより好ましい。

また、前記カンヌキ部材の駆動制御手段として、カンヌキ部材の施錠位置及び解錠位置を検出するリミットスイッチを、それぞれ主鋼管の内面側の所定箇所に突設するとともに、前記端部固定用のブラケットの各々に、当該カンヌキ部材のスライド移動に伴い、対応するリミットスイッチを押圧してスイッチ・オンするための押圧面を設けてなるものでは、機械的検出により誤作動がなく、簡単且つ低コストで実現される。

更に、駆動手段に依らず、施錠位置にあるカンヌキ部材を手動で解錠位置に移動させる手動解錠手段が備えられ、前記手動解錠手段は、前記カンヌキ部材を、施錠時に主鋼管の先端開口部より一部突出するカンヌキ部を先端側に備えた前方部材と、駆動部を備えた後方部材とに分割形成するとともに、前記前方部材に長手方向に沿ったスライド案内孔を穿設し、これに後方部材を挿嵌することにより、当該カンヌキ部材に伸縮自在な連結部を構成し、前記前方部材及び後方部材に連穿した挿通孔に挿通され、当該連結部を伸縮不能に固定する固定ピン、並びに前記固定ピンを外した状態において、前方部材を後方にスライド移動させる操作ハンドルを、それぞれ前記前方部材に着脱自在に備えてなるものが好ましい。

このような手動解錠手段によれば、通常は、前方部材及び後方部材に連穿した挿通孔に固定ピンが装着され、当該連結部が伸縮不能に固定されており、停電等の非常時には、前記固定ピンを外した前方部材上に操作ハンドルを固定することにより、手動操作で前方部材を後方へスライド移動させ、カンヌキ部を施錠位置から解錠位置まで移動することが可能となり、開閉ゲート装置を手動で開放できる。

通行規制部材を支持する支持手段として、同じく車輌衝突に対する剛性を備え、且つその外周面に沿って摺動案内部が形成された円筒又は円柱状の支柱を通路側方に立設するとともに、前記通行規制部材の基端側には、前記支柱に外嵌され、前記摺動案内部に対応した摺動部をその内周側に備えた筒状嵌合体を設け、前記通行規制部材が、前記筒状嵌合体を介して全荷重を前記支柱に支持されつつ、該支柱全体を摺動軸として当該軸心を中心に水平旋回するものでは、筒状嵌合体を含む通行規制部材の全荷重が支柱により水平旋回可能に完全支持され、これを旋回駆動する駆動能力は、自然風速荷重に対する必要最小限の駆動力を有しておれば充分であるので、その駆動手段としては、非常にシンプル且つ比較的自由な機構を採用できる。このことは同時に、重量の大きいカンヌキ部材を内装した通行規制部材が、半永久的に正確且つ安定して水平旋回されることを意味し、長期使用により生じた歪みで、カンヌキ部が嵌合受け部に挿嵌できないといった問題は起こらず、車輌衝突時の衝撃はカンヌキ部により確実に受け止められる。

通行規制部材を水平に旋回駆動する駆動手段として、駆動輪及び駆動モータをユニット構成し、これを前記通行規制部材の先端部に、案内手段を介して上下にスライド移動自在に付設してなるものが好ましい。このような開閉ゲート装置によれば、支柱の周囲に駆動機構が全く存在せず、周囲空間の自由度が大幅に向上するとともに、駆動ユニットは常時、自重によって路面に接地するので、多少の高さ変動や傾斜のある路面、例えば未舗装路等であっても自動的に路面に追随し、支柱を中心軸として水平旋回する通行規制部材が確実に旋回駆動される。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施形態を添付図面に基づき詳細に説明する。

図1及び図2は、本発明における開閉ゲート装置の全体構成を示しており、図中1は開閉ゲート装置、2は通行規制部材、3は施錠手段、Wは通路をそれぞれ示している。

本発明に係る開閉ゲート装置1は、図1に示すように、車輌衝突に対する剛性を備え、通路Wの幅方向に沿って延びた閉鎖位置CLにおいて自動車等の車輌通行を阻止する通行規制部材2、2と、通行規制部材2を、車輌通行を阻止する閉鎖位置CLと、車輌通行空間から退避して、車輌通行を阻止しない開放位置OPとの間を二位置的に旋回動作可能に支持する支持手段6と、各通行規制部材2を旋回駆動するための駆動手段7と、前記駆動手段7を電気制御し、各通行規制部材2を閉鎖位置CLと開放位置OPとに選択的に駆動制御するための駆動制御手段と、通行規制部材2、2を閉鎖位置CLにて固定させる施錠手段3とを備えており、車輌通行規制用として、例えば河川敷道路等の通路に設けられ、一般車輌等の通行を阻止するものである。

そして、図3にも示すように、各通行規制部材2が、長手方向に沿って水平に延びる主鋼管22を備えており、前記施錠手段3として、施錠時に主鋼管22の先端開口部22aから突出し、これに対応した嵌合受け部3aに挿入される長尺なカンヌキ部材30を、前記主鋼管22の内部にスライド可能に設けるとともに、これをスライド駆動させる駆動手段4、及び該駆動手段4を電気制御し、前記カンヌキ部材30を先端開口部22aから一部突出した施錠位置LOと、主鋼管22の内部に収納された解錠位置UNとに選択的に駆動制御するための駆動制御手段5を設けることにより、水平方向の小さな駆動力で重量の大きな大径のカンヌキ部材が容易にスライド移動され、コスト増大が回避できるとともに、通行規制部材の閉鎖位置が簡易且つ安定に維持されるのである。

本実施形態においては、支持手段6として、通路Wを挟んだ両側方に支柱60、60を垂直に立設し、各支柱60に通行規制部材2を水平旋回動作可能に支持させるとともに、双方の通行規制部材2、2を通路幅方向に沿って延びた閉鎖位置CLに旋回させることにより、自動車等の車輌通行を阻止してなる両開き式の開閉ゲート装置1が例示されており、閉鎖位置CL、CLにおいて互いの主鋼管22、22が一直線上に配置される一対の通行規制部材2、2のうち、一方の通行規制部材2(図中左側)の主鋼管22の内部にカンヌキ部材30をスライド可能に設けるとともに、他方の通行規制部材2の主鋼管22を、その先端開口部22bから施錠位置LOにおける前記カンヌキ部材30を受け入れる嵌合受け部として機能させ、前記カンヌキ部材30の突出部を他方の主鋼管22に挿入した状態において、双方の通行規制部材2、2が閉鎖位置CL、CLにて互いに固定される施錠手段3が設けられている。

但し、本発明の開閉ゲート装置はこのような両開きのゲートに限定されるものではなく、通路の一側方に立設した支柱により略通路幅の長さを有する通行規制部材を旋回可能に支持するとともに、通路の他側方には、該通行規制部材の主鋼管から延出するカンヌキ部材を受け入れる嵌合受け部として機能する支柱等を別途設けておくものや、通行規制部材が上下に旋回する開閉ゲート装置に採用することも可能である。

通行規制部材2は、図2に示すように、上端が閉口した外径150mm〜200mmの鋼管より構成され、垂直方向に沿って支柱2に外嵌される筒状嵌合体20と、該筒状嵌合体20から長手方向に沿って水平方向に延出した外径80mm〜125mmの上下2本の平行な主鋼管22、22、並びに、これら主鋼管22、22の間に縦架される外径50mm〜80mmの複数の連結鋼管23、・・・より構成されたゲート本体フレーム21と、からなる大径の鋼管溶接構造を有している。

また、支柱60に外嵌される前記筒状嵌合体20と、車輌通路空間に延出して主に車輌通行を阻止する前記ゲート本体フレーム21とは、図7に示すように、フランジ部20a、21aを介して、ボルトナットにより着脱可能に連結されており、万一車輌の衝突等によりゲート本体フレーム21が破損した場合には、旋回機構及び支持機構を備えた比較的高価な筒状嵌合体20を交換することなく、前記ゲート本体フレーム21のみ迅速に交換できるように構成されている。

通行規制部材2の寸法や、形状、構造等は、当該開閉ゲート装置が設置される通路の幅や状況等に応じて適宜設定され、少なくとも長手方向に沿って水平に延びる主鋼管を有しておれば、上記の構造以外に、例えばトラス構造や板状の遮蔽板を備えたものなど、様々な形態のゲート本体フレームが採用でき、主鋼管に角パイプを用いることもできる。

前記カンヌキ部材30は、図3に示すように、主鋼管22の先端開口部22aより突出される先端側のカンヌキ部32と、基端側に設けられ、駆動手段4により当該カンヌキ部材30全体をスライド駆動するための駆動部33と、これらカンヌキ部32及び駆動部33を連結している連結部34とより構成されており、カンヌキ部32は、外径70mm〜115mm、長さ600mm〜1200mm程の鋼管或いは中実剛体からなり、高い曲げ剛性を備え、上記施錠位置LOにおいては、その略半分程度の長さを主鋼管22の先端開口部22aより突出させることで双方の主鋼管22、22の内部に渡設され、車輌の衝突等の際には、発生した荷重を確実に受け止め、各通行規制部材2、2の閉鎖位置CL、CLを強固に維持するものである。一方、駆動部33及び連結部34には荷重が殆ど作用しないため、前記カンヌキ部32ほどの高い剛性は必要でなく、本例においては外径25mm〜70mm程度の鋼管により構成されている。

カンヌキ部材30をスライド駆動する駆動手段4は、図4に示すように、駆動モータ40により回転駆動される駆動軸41を主鋼管22の外壁上に設け、該駆動軸41上のスプロケット42に係合された駆動チェーン43を、案内スプロケット44、44を介して前記主鋼管22内部に案内し、その両端部43a、43aをそれぞれ駆動部33に設けたブラケット35、35に固定することにより、駆動チェーン43と共にカンヌキ部材30全体をスライド駆動するものである。

また、主鋼管22内面側の所定箇所には、カンヌキ部材30の施錠位置LO及び解錠位置UNを検出する、駆動制御手段5としてのリミットスイッチ50、50が突設されており、各ブラケット35に設けた押圧面35aが当該カンヌキ部材30のスライド移動に伴ってリミットスイッチ50のアーム部51を押圧し、これを傾動させることによりスイッチ・オンされ、各位置を検出するように構成されている。

また、各ブラケット35には、図5に示すように、駆動チェーン43の固定部位36を挟む両側方に、当該カンヌキ部材の駆動部33を支持しつつ主鋼管22の内面に対してスライド方向に摺動する摺動部材37、37が設けられている。これら摺動部材37には、ポリアミド系のMCナイロン材や超高分子量ポリエチレン材、真鍮やアルミの合金等を用いて成形したものが好ましい実施例である。

連結部34は、カンヌキ部材30の全体を、カンヌキ部32を先端側に備えた前方部材30aと、駆動部33を備えた後方部材30bとに分割形成し、前記前方部材30aに長手方向に沿ったスライド案内孔38を穿設するとともに、これに後方部材30bを挿嵌することで伸縮自在に構成されており、通常は、図6(a)に示すように、前方部材30a及び後方部材30bに連穿した挿通孔34cに固定ピン39が装着され、当該連結部34が伸縮不能に固定されており、非常時には、図6(b)に示すように、前記固定ピン39を外した前方部材30a上に操作ハンドル45を固定し、手動により該前方部材30aを後方へスライド移動させ、カンヌキ部32を施錠位置LOから解錠位置UNまで移動できる手動解錠手段が構成されている。

そして、通行規制部材2を支持する支持手段3としては、図7に示すように、同じく車輌衝突に対する剛性を備え、且つその外周に沿って摺動案内部61が形成された円筒又は円柱状の支柱60が通路側方に立設されている。支柱60は、地盤下の基礎コンクリートに埋設固定される基礎部60aと、地上に縦立される支持部60bとから構成されており、通行規制部材2の筒状嵌合体20が外嵌される前記支持部60bは、外径90mm〜150mmの円筒形の鋼管、或いは円柱形の中実剛体からなる堅強な構造を有し、通行規制部材2を安定して支持できる充分な支持強度と車輌衝突に対する充分な剛性とを兼ね備えており、各通行規制部材2は、前記筒状嵌合体20を介して支柱60に全荷重を支持されつつ、該支柱60全体を摺動軸として当該軸心を中心に水平旋回される。

より詳しくは、支柱60の上部には、筒状嵌合体20を自由方向に摺動可能に支持する球面摺動案内部62が形成されており、これと上記外周に沿って形成された摺動案内部61のみを介して、重量の大きな通行規制部材2の全荷重が当該支柱60により片持ち状に旋回動作可能に支持されており、前記摺動案内部61及び球面摺動案内部62によって筒状嵌合体20が自由挙動可能に支持され、挙動を拘束する他の支持構造に比べて、無理な抉れ等によって生じる過剰な負荷発生を防止でき、加工誤差や組立誤差があっても各摺動案内部或いは軸受け部等に無理な異常荷重が発生せず、長期間安定した運転が行われる。したがって、外径70mm〜115mm、長さ600mm〜1200mm程の鋼管或いは中実剛体からなる重量の大きい大径のカンヌキ部材30を内装した通行規制部材2を、半永久的に、正確且つ安定して水平旋回させることができ、長期使用により生じた歪みで、カンヌキ部が嵌合受け部に挿嵌できないといった問題は起こらず、前記カンヌキ部により車輌衝突時の衝撃が確実に受け止められるのである。

筒状嵌合体20は、支柱60に対し、支持部60bの略全体を覆う形で同軸状に外嵌されており、その上端部に設けた球面滑り軸受け25、並びに滑動面が形成された側部内壁26によって、それぞれ球面摺動案内部62及び摺動案内部61、61を介して水平旋回可能に支持されている。摺動案内部61には、例えばポリアミド系のMCナイロン材や超高分子量ポリエチレン材、真鍮やアルミの合金等を用いて成形した円筒形の摺動部材が、支持部60bの外周面上の高さ方向途中位置及び地上付近の下端位置にそれぞれ嵌着されている。また、球面滑り軸受け25を備えた筒状嵌合体20の上部は、半球面状のカバー蓋27により掩塞されている。

このように本発明の開閉ゲート装置1においては、筒状嵌合体20を含む通行規制部材2の全荷重が支柱60により水平旋回可能に完全支持されており、これを旋回駆動する駆動能力は、自然風速荷重に対する必要最小限の駆動力を有しておれば容易に旋回させることができるため、その駆動手段7としては、非常にシンプル且つ比較的自由な機構を採用することができ、本実施形態においては、図8及び図9に示すように、駆動輪71及び駆動モータ72をユニット構成し、これを通行規制部材2の先端部に、案内手段8を介して上下にスライド移動自在に付設することで駆動手段7が構成されており、支柱の周囲には駆動機構が不要となり、周囲空間の自由度を大幅に向上できる。

具体的には、図9に示すように、前記駆動輪71及び駆動モータ72を取り付け台73に固定することにより駆動ユニット70が構成されており、この取り付け台73を、摺動部材74を介してブラケット80内部の角形案内面80a及び案内溝80b、80bに沿って上下にスライド可能に支持することにより、前記駆動ユニット70が通行規制部材2に対して上下スライド可能に付設されている。したがって、前記駆動ユニット70は常時、自重によって路面に接地することとなり、多少の高さ変動や傾斜のある路面、例えば未舗装路等であっても自動的に路面に追随でき、支柱60を中心軸として水平旋回する通行規制部材2を確実に旋回駆動させることができるのである。前記案内溝80bはブラケット80の上端にわたって形成され、上端に装着されるエンドキャップ81を着脱することで、駆動ユニット70全体が容易に取り外し、交換可能に構成されている。

尚、前記駆動モータ71は、ブレーキ機構及びブレーキ解除レバー付きのモータが使用され、停電時等の非常の際には、前記ブレーキ機構を解除し、通行規制部材が手動で開閉できるように構成されている。また、取り付け台73には、駆動輪71や駆動モータ72を風雨、降雪等から保護する保護カバー75が設けられている。

また、これら駆動手段7を制御すべく、通行規制部材2の閉鎖位置及び開放位置を検出する手段としては、通行規制部材の停止すべき位置にスイッチを設けたり、押し付け停止時の異常な電流上昇を検出するものなど、様々な形態のものが可能である。
