Description

【0001】
そして、上部傾斜部c3dと下部傾斜部c3eには、上述した係止部材G(中間係止雌部材Gc、中間係止雌部材側の端部係止雌部材Ge1、端部係止雌部材Ge2)の垂直板材g1の幅より、若干.
即ち、中間に位置する上部雄部c3b(以下、中間上部雄部と称し、符号c3b1を付す。) 同様に、中間に位置する下部雄部c3c(以下、中間下部雄部と称し、符号c3c1を付す。)

During this fitting operation, the pair of vertical plate members g1 of the locking female member G are Due to the elastic force, the locking claw g2 of the locking female member G expands outward, and the end face c3c ′ facing the slits c3d ′ and c3e ′ of the upper male part c3b or the lower male part c3c as described above, At the time of locking to c3c ″, the vertical plate material g1 returns to the substantially vertical original state. It is configured as follows.
[0035]
As described above, the engaging female member G constituting the corner girder fitting portion 5, the intermediate girder fitting portion 6 and the central girder fitting portion 7 formed on the upper deck member Pa and the lower deck member Pb, and the corner portion. When the connecting member C1, the intermediate connecting member C2, and the central connecting member C3 are connected, the corner connecting member C1, the partition connecting wall C2 of the intermediate connecting member C2, and the central connecting member C3 are fitted with corner girders. Inserted into the gap formed between the pair of vertical plate members h1 of the holding member H1 disposed in the portion 5, the intermediate beam fitting portion 6 and the central beam fitting portion 7, and the corner connecting member C1, the intermediate portion The cylindrical part c1 of the connecting member C2 and the central connecting member C3 includes a gap formed between the outer peripheral wall 5a of the corner girder fitting part 5 and the peripheral plate member H2, and the outer peripheral wall 6a of the intermediate girder fitting part 6. A gap formed between the peripheral plate member H2 and the outer peripheral wall 7a of the central girder fitting portion 7 and the peripheral plate member H A gap formed between the, and is configured to be inserted respectively.
[0036]
As described above, the upper deck member Pa and the lower deck member Pb are connected via the corner connecting member C1, the intermediate connecting member C2, and the central connecting member C3, and the pallet is assembled.
[0037]
In the assembled state of the pallet, the connecting member C is interposed between the pair of vertical plate members g1 of the engaging female member G disposed in the girder fitting portions 5, 6 and 7 of the upper and lower deck members Pa and Pb. The upper male part c3b or the lower male part c3c constituting the locking male wall member c3 is fitted, and the locking claw g2 formed on the vertical plate material g1 is connected to the upper male part c3b or the lower male part c3c of the connecting member C. Are connected to the opposite end faces c3c ′, c3c ″ of the slits c3d ′, c3e ′, so that the connecting member C rattles or moves horizontally with respect to the upper and lower deck members Pa, Pb. Therefore, the engagement between the locking claw g2 formed on the vertical plate member g1 and the end faces c3c ′ and c3c ″ facing the slits c3d ′ and c3e ′ of the upper male part c3b or the lower male part c3c of the connecting member C Such that the stop state is released Theft is, can be reliably prevented.
[0038]
When the pallet is assembled, the partition walls c2 of the corner connecting member C1, the intermediate connecting member C2, and the central connecting member C3 are connected to the corner girder fitting part 5, the intermediate girder fitting part 6, and the central girder. Since it is inserted into the gap formed between the pair of vertical plate members h1 of the holding member H1 disposed in the fitting portion 7, the connecting member C is loose with respect to the upper and lower deck members Pa and Pb. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the horizontal movement more reliably. As a result, the locking claw g2 formed on the vertical plate material g1 and the slit c3d ′ of the upper male part c3b or the lower male part c3c of the connecting member C are obtained. , C3e ′ can be more reliably prevented from being released from the locked state with the opposed end faces c3c ′ and c3c ″.
[0039]
Further, the cylindrical portion c1 of the corner portion connecting member C1, the intermediate portion connecting member C2, and the central portion connecting member C3 has a gap formed between the outer peripheral wall 5a of the corner beam fitting portion 5 and the peripheral plate member H2. Inserted into the gap formed between the outer peripheral wall 6a of the girder fitting portion 6 and the peripheral plate member H2 and the gap formed between the outer peripheral wall 7a of the central girder fitting portion 7 and the peripheral plate member H2, respectively. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the connecting member C from rattling or horizontally moving with respect to the upper and lower deck members Pa and Pb. The locking state between the locking claw g2 formed on the plate material g1 and the end faces c3c ′ and c3c ″ facing the slits c3d ′ and c3e ′ of the upper male part c3b or the lower male part c3c of the connecting member C is released. This can be prevented more reliably.
[0040]
Furthermore, positioning insertion pieces T1 and T2 are formed in the corner girder fitting portion 5 and the central girder fitting portion 7 disposed on the upper and lower deck members Pa and Pb, and positioning insertion is performed during the pallet assembling operation. Since the pieces T1, T2 are configured to be inserted into the upper slit S1 and the lower slit S2 formed in the cylindrical portion c1 of the corner connecting member C1 and the central connecting member C3, the upper and lower deck members Pa, Pb The corner connecting member C1 fitted to the corner girder fitting portion 5 arranged in the corner does not have the wrong fitting position, and the corner girder fitted in the upper and lower deck members Pa and Pb The intermediate portion connecting member C2 and the central portion connecting member C3 are not erroneously fitted into the joint portion 5. Similarly, the fitting position of the central connecting member C3 fitted to the central girder fitting part 7 disposed on the upper and lower deck members Pa and Pb is not mistaken, and the upper and lower decks are not misplaced. There is no possibility that the corner connecting member C1 and the intermediate connecting member C2 are mistakenly fitted into the center beam fitting portion 7 disposed on the members Pa and Pb. Furthermore, the corner connecting member C1 and the center connecting member C3 are not erroneously fitted to the intermediate beam fitting portions 6 arranged on the upper and lower deck members Pa and Pb.
[0041]
As shown in FIG. 17, the upper deck member Pa and the lower deck member Pb are connected via the corner connecting member C1, the intermediate connecting member C2, and the central connecting member C3, as described above. A fork insertion space F is formed between the corner connecting member C1 and the intermediate connecting member C2 and between the intermediate connecting member C2 and the central connecting member C3. Two fork insertion spaces F are formed on each side of the pallet, and a so-called four-way pallet is assembled.
[0042]
When the planar shape of the four-way pallet is rectangular, in order to easily identify the long side and the short side of the pallet, the color and hue of the intermediate connecting member C2 positioned on the long side and the short side The intermediate portion connecting member C2 located on the side is configured to change the color and hue. By configuring in this way, the long side and the short side of the four-way pallet can be easily identified, so that the operator can reliably and quickly achieve the desired side surface of the four-way pallet. Can be located. Especially when there is little difference in the length in the width direction between the long side and the short side of the four-way pallet, and the long side and the short side cannot be distinguished depending on the difference in length. In this way, by configuring the color and hue of the intermediate part connecting member C2 located on the long side to be different from the color and hue of the intermediate part connecting member C2 located on the short side, The long side and the short side of the four-way pallet can be easily and quickly identified.
[0043]
Further, the color and hue of the intermediate connection member C2 of the four-way pallet are configured so as to be different from the colors and hues of the corner connection member C1 and the central connection member C3, thereby positioning the intermediate connection member C2 therebetween. The position of the fork insertion space portion F to be viewed can be easily and quickly visually recognized, and therefore the workability of the fork insertion work into the fork insertion space portion F is improved.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention has the structure demonstrated above, there exists an effect described below.
[0045]
The upper male portion and the lower male portion of the locking male wall member constituting the connecting member are inserted between a pair of vertical plate members of the locking female member formed in the girder fitting portion of the upper deck member and the lower deck member. In addition, since the locking claw formed on the vertical plate member is configured to be locked to the end surface forming the slit formed in the locking male wall member, it is connected to the upper and lower deck members. The member does not rattle or move horizontally, and therefore it is possible to reliably prevent the locked state between the girder fitting portion of the upper and lower deck members and the connecting member from being released.
[0046]
Since the partition wall of the connecting member is inserted into the gap formed between the pair of vertical plate members of the holding member disposed in the girder fitting portion, the connecting member is loose with respect to the upper and lower deck members. And the horizontal movement can be more reliably prevented, and therefore, the locking state between the girder fitting portion of the upper and lower deck members and the connecting member is more reliably prevented. it can.
[0047]
Since the cylindrical portion of the connecting member is inserted into the gap formed between the outer peripheral wall of the girder fitting portion and the peripheral plate member, the connecting member is loose or horizontal with respect to the upper and lower deck members. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the locking state between the girder fitting portion of the upper and lower deck members and the connecting member from being released.
[0048]
Of the two space regions of the connecting member divided by the partition wall, the arrangement of the upper and lower male portions of the plurality of locking male wall members formed in one space region and the other space region are formed. Since the arrangement of the upper male portion and the lower male portion of the plurality of locking male wall members is configured to be point symmetric with respect to the center point of the connecting member when seen in a plan view, A double-sided pallet can be assembled with the deck member and the connecting member.
[0049]
Easy because the color and hue of the intermediate connection member located on the long side and the color and hue of the intermediate connection member located on the short side of the rectangular four-way pallet with a planar shape are different. In addition, the long side and the short side of the four-way pallet can be distinguished quickly, and the position of the fork insertion space located between the intermediate connecting members can be easily and quickly determined. Therefore, the workability of the fork insertion work into the fork insertion space is improved.
