【従来の技術】
従来より、一体成型によるヒンジ構造を採用した”ワンタッチオープンキャップ”が存在する。例えば実開平2ー45266が挙げられる。この構造は、フック部を容器やキャップの外形に突出させる必要があり、また抽出口及び栓の構造はヒンジ線に対して垂直方向に上下させる機構であった。

シーソー原理を用いたキャップに於いては、開放操作を妨げる為に楔形を成す確実なフック形状を回動側に形成することは不可能である。事実この案を視ると、回動側の先端にフック機能を成さない小さな凹部が体裁程度に形成されているのみである。

キャップの基本条件は、キャップの無用な開放を避け、収納品を安全に収納維持することであり、その点でも不完全な案と言える。

またシーソー原理を採用した当該案に於いては、蓋部側には必要不可欠な支承部材を形成されており、更にこれを固定する為にキャップ本体側に受け部を備える必要があり、従って蓋内部の構造が極めて複雑な様相を呈しており、成型加工上型抜きが不可能とも視られる形状が記載されており、実現性は極めて低い案である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
容器のキャップは、蓋部の無用な開放を防ぐために堅固なフック機構を要すると共に、容器内収納品を確実に密閉維持するために密閉栓機能を備え、フック及び栓部の開放時には容器を掴み、同じ手の指でワンプッシュするだけでフックを解除し、同時に栓部も蓋部も同時に容易に開放できるようにし、而も機構や構成にはシーソー支点や挺子機構等を配設する必要も無く、また外形状に凹凸も無用で、キャップ本体と蓋部のみでシンプルな機構及び構成とすることによって、部品や後加工も無用として、一体的に形成でき、高機能製品を低コスト供給し、広範に利用できるようにすることが望ましい。

そこで、この発明にかかるキャップ機構は、弾軟性素材を用い、ヒンジ構造を備えて、一体的に形成された容器のワンプッシュオープンキャップ機構に於いて、押圧開放操作部への圧力方向と、フック及び栓部の開放作動方向と収納品の抽出方向とに共通の方向性を持たせて形成し、キャップ本体及び蓋部の各々に蓋の回動側に楔形を成す雌雄のフック機構を設け、キャップ本体と蓋部に収納品の抽出口及び栓部を、各々回動方向に同一角度に傾斜させて形成すると共に、2本のスリットをキャップ本体側からヒンジ部を横切り蓋部に達するように設け、蓋部の2スリットの端に各々折曲部を設け、2スリットと2スリットのキャップ本体側及び蓋部に達する部分とで囲まれた部分をキャップの押圧開放操作部とする。
