【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遠隔操縦するリモコン装置等に関し、詳しくは1つの操作部での押動操作にて、2段階にスイッチ操作し、例えばクレーン等の遠隔操縦におけるクレーンの動作速度を2段階に調節できるようにする段押しスイッチ機構に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、1つの操作部での押動操作にて2段階のスイッチ操作が可能な段押しスイッチ機構では、上下揺動可能なように弾性支持されたスイッチ操作部材の1箇所に操作部を設けるとともに、この操作部に与えられた押動力が第1のスイッチ押動体を介し第1のスイッチに優先的に働いた後、第2のスイッチ押動体を介し第2のスイッチに働かせる構造が提案されている。例えば、特開平6−28948号公報での段押しスイッチ装置の構成例を図33、図34で以下に説明する。

図33、図34において、キー131は、操作パネル17の透孔151内に位置してスイッチ操作部材をなし、操作パネル17の透孔151の口縁一部と樹脂ばね152を介して操作パネル17に一体形成され、樹脂ばね152部の弾性変形を伴って下動されて対応するスイッチ141、142のアクチュエータ141a、142aを押動操作でき、操作後は樹脂ばね152の弾性復元力によって通常位置に復帰できるようにしている。

更にキー131は、互いに離れた位置で下向きに形成されている第1、第2の各スイッチ押動突起131a、131bを備えている。キー131の第1、第2の各スイッチ押動突起131a、131bの間の第1のスイッチ押動突起131a寄りに操作部131cを設け、操作部131cへの押動が第1の押動突起131aに優先的に働いた後、第1のスイッチ押動突起131aによる第1のスイッチ141のアクチュエータ141aの押動点を支点として第2のスイッチ押動突起131bに働くようにしている。

これによって、キー131の操作部131cに与えられた押動操作力は第1のスイッチ押動突起131aの側に優先的に働いてこれを第1のスイッチ141のアクチュエータ141aに押し付けて第1のスイッチのみを押動操作するようにできる。

この時第2のスイッチ押動突起131bの側も下動されるが、キー131自身の弾性によって逃げが生じることにより、第2のスイッチ142のアクチュエータ142aに接するまで下動されないか、下動されてもこれを押動するまでの操作力は伝達されない。

したがって、キー131の操作部131cに受ける初期押動操作力が第1のスイッチ押動突起131aに優先的に働くことによる第1のスイッチ141の単独での押動操作が確実に行うことができると記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の構成では、操作部131cへの押動が第1の押動突起131aによる第1のスイッチ141のアクチュエータ141aに優先的に働き、更に操作部131cを押動することにより、前記第1のスイッチ141のアクチュエータ141aの押動点が支点となり、第2の押動突起131bが第2のスイッチ142のアクチュエータ142aを押動するため、常に第1のスイッチ141のアクチュエータ141aに過負荷な荷重が掛かる状態であり、更に第1のスイッチ141と第2のスイッチ142が両方押動された状態においても、操作部131cを押動し続けると、両方のスイッチのアクチュエータに過負荷な荷重が掛かって、スイッチ本来の操作寿命を低下させることとなり、また、キー131が樹脂ばね152を一体で構成され、前記樹脂ばね152の弾性復元力の範囲内でしか、操作後のキー131を通常位置に復帰させることができないために、スイッチ単独のストロークが小さなものしか選択できず、第1のスイッチ押動突起131aと第1のスイッチ141のアクチュエータ141aとの対向間隔S1と、第2のスイッチ押動突起131bと第2のスイッチ142のアクチュエータ142aとの対向間隔S2の差を大きく設定することができないので、1段目と2段目の操作間隔の明確な違い(クリック感)をもたらすことができないという課題があった。

本発明はこのような従来の課題を解決し、スイッチ本来の操作寿命を低下させること無く、スイッチ単独の操作ストロークが小さな場合であっても、実際の操作部でのストロークを十分確保できるとともに、1段目と2段目の操作間隔(クリック感)を明確にすることができる段押しスイッチ機構を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題を解決するために本発明による段押しスイッチ機構は、第1の支点軸と少なくとも2箇所以上の第1の爪部を有し、前記第1の支点軸の長手方向に対して直角に離れた位置で垂直方向に伸びた第1のスイッチ押動突起と、前記第1のスイッチ押動突起と同一中心線上に第1の操作部が設けられた第1のスイッチボタンと、第2の支点軸と少なくとも2箇所以上の第2の爪部を有し、前記第2の支点軸の長手方向に対して直角に離れた位置で垂直方向に伸びた第2のスイッチ押動突起と、前記第2のスイッチ押動突起の中心線から平行線上に2箇所以上の第2の操作部が設けられた第2のスイッチボタンと、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンに設けられた第1、第2の支点軸に嵌合保持する第1及び第2の支点軸受けと、第1、第2の少なくとも2箇所以上設けられた爪部を係止する第1、第2の係止穴と、第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起をガイドする第1、第2のガイド穴を有するスイッチスペーサと、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起と相対する位置に、第1、第2のスイッチが実装されたプリント基板と、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起が、無操作状態では常に前記第1、第2のスイッチに接触しない通常状態位置に跳ね上げておくための第1、第2の跳ね上げバネと、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2の操作部と相対する位置に一定の肉厚を保持した内面が空洞で凸状態にある操作部と、前記操作部上面に表示銘板を貼り付けるための段部と、裏面には前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2の操作部に相対する位置に段差を有した第1、第2の突起が設けられたスイッチボードと、前記スイッチボードの操作部と相対する位置に開口部を設けた第1ケースを備えた構成としたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、第1の支点軸と少なくとも2箇所以上の第1の爪部を有し、前記第1の支点軸の長手方向に対して直角に離れた位置で垂直方向に伸びた第1のスイッチ押動突起と、前記第1のスイッチ押動突起と同一中心線上に第1の操作部が設けられた第1のスイッチボタンと、第2の支点軸と少なくとも2箇所以上の第2の爪部を有し、前記第2の支点軸の長手方向に対して直角に離れた位置で垂直方向に伸びた第2のスイッチ押動突起と、前記第2のスイッチ押動突起の中心線から平行線上に2箇所以上の第2の操作部が設けられた第2のスイッチボタンと、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンに設けられた第1及び第2の支点軸に嵌合保持する第1、第2の支点軸受けと、第1、第2の少なくとも2箇所以上設けられた爪部を係止する第1、第2の係止穴と、第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起をガイドする第1、第2のガイド穴を有するスイッチスペーサと、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起と相対する位置に、第1、第2のスイッチが実装されたプリント基板と、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起が、無操作状態では常に前記第1、第2のスイッチに接触しない通常状態位置に跳ね上げておくための第1、第2の跳ね上げバネと、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2の操作部と相対する位置に一定の肉厚を保持した内面が空洞で凸状態になった操作部と、前記操作部上面に表示銘板を貼り付けるための段部と、互いに段差を有する第1、第2の突起が、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2の操作部の相対する位置に設けられたスイッチボードと、前記スイッチボードの操作部と相対する位置に開口部を設けた第1ケースを備えた構成を有しているので、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンに設けられた第1、第2の支点軸を支点とした前記第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起までの距離と、前記第1、第2の操作部までの距離との差と、更に前記スイッチボードの操作部の裏面に設けた第1、第2の突起の段差により、スイッチ単独のストロークが小さくても、実際の操作で手が触れるスイッチボードの操作部でのストロークが大きく設定できるとともに、1つの操作部での押動操作にて、2段階にスイッチ操作ができ、且つ1段目と2段目の操作間隔(クリック感)を明確にすることができるという作用を有する。

図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態における段押しスイッチ機構を示す分解構成斜視図であり、図2(a)は同実施の形態1による第1、第2のスイッチボタンの配置状態を示す要部平面図であり、図2(b)は図2(a)のB−B’で断面した第1のスイッチボタンの通常状態を示す断面図であり、図2(c)は図2(a)のC−C’で断面した第2のスイッチボタンの通常状態を示す断面図であり、図3(a),(b)は第1、第2のスイッチボタンが押動された状態を示す要部断面図である。図1、図2、図3において、1、2は各々支点軸1a、2aと少なくとも2箇所以上の各々爪部1b、2bを有した第1、第2のスイッチボタン、1c、2cは各々支点軸1a、2aの長手方向に対して直角に離れた位置に各々垂直方向に伸びたスイッチ押動突起、1d、2dはスイッチ押動突起1c、2cと同一中心線上及び平行線上に各々設けられた操作部である。3は前記第1、第2のスイッチボタン1、2に各々設けられた支点軸1a、2aを保持する支点軸受け3c、3dと、第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起1c、2cを各々ガイドするガイド穴3a、3bと、爪部1b、2bを各々係止する係止穴3e、3fを一体で構成したスイッチスペーサ、4、5は前記第1、第2のスイッチボタン1、2を通常状態に跳ね上げておく跳ね上げバネ、6は第1、第2のスイッチ7、8が実装されたプリント基板、9は前記第1、第2のスイッチボタン1、2の操作部1d、2dと相対する位置に一定の肉厚を保持した内面が空洞で凸状態にある操作部9aと、前記操作部9a上面に表示銘板11を貼り付けるための段部9dと、前記操作部9aの裏面に前記第1、第2のスイッチボタン1、2の操作部1d、2dと相対する位置に段差を有した第1、第2の突起9b、9cが弾性体で一体構成されたスイッチボード、10は前記スイッチボード9に設けられた操作部9aと相対した位置に開口部10aを有する第1のケースである。

上記の構成において、ガイド穴3a、3bの外周部に跳ね上げバネ4、5を配置し、支点軸受け3c、3dに第1、第2のスイッチボタンの支点軸1a、2aを嵌合するとともに、爪部1b、2bを係止穴3e、3fに係止するまで挿入することで、第1、第2のスイッチボタン1、2は跳ね上げバネ4、5のバネ力で通常状態位置に跳ね上げられた状態となる。次に第1、第2のスイッチボタン1、2が装着されたスイッチスペーサ3を第1、第2のスイッチが実装されたプリント基板6の上にのせ、ネジ等の手段によって固定する。更にスイッチスペーサ3の上面にスイッチボード9と第1のケース10を被せることで、スイッチボード9の第1、第2の突起9b、9cが第1、第2のスイッチボタンの第1、第2の操作部1d、2dと相対する位置に配置されるとともに、第1の突起9bと第1の操作部1dはほぼ隙間の状態となり、スイッチボード9の操作部9aを押動操作すると、まず図3(a)に示すように第1の突起9bが第1のスイッチボタン1の操作部1dを押し下げると連動して、第1のスイッチ押動突起1cが第1のスイッチ7に働き、更に押動操作すると第1の突起9bが弾性変形しながら、図3(b)に示すように第2の突起9cが第2のスイッチボタンの操作部2dを押し下げると連動して第2の押動突起2cによって第2のスイッチ8に働くようにしてある。

以上のように同実施の形態1によれば、前記第1、第2のスイッチボタンに設けられた第1、第2の支点軸を支点とした前記第1、第2のスイッチ押動突起までの距離と、前記第1、第2の操作部までの距離との差と、更に前記操作部材の凸部の裏面に設けた第1、第2の突起の段差により、スイッチ本来の操作寿命を低下させること無く、スイッチ単独のストロークが小さくても、実際の操作で手が触れるスイッチボードの操作部でのストロークが大きく設定できるとともに、1つの操作部での押動操作にて、2段階にスイッチ操作ができ、且つ1段目と2段目の操作間隔(クリック感)を明確にすることができるという効果が得られる。
