本発明は、浄化槽のマンホール部の高さを調整するための嵩上枠及びその嵩上枠を用いた浄化槽に関する。

浄化槽は、汚水を浄化するための装置であり、通常は地中に埋設して使用する場合が多い。図2は、汎用されている浄化槽の全体図(正面図)で、流入口から流入した汚水は、浄化槽内(槽内部の構造は省略)で有機物は分解・処理され、処理水は放流口から放流される。浄化槽の上面には、浄化槽内部の機器及び水質の点検の際に使用するマンホールが複数個設けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述した通り、浄化槽は通常、地中に埋設して使用する場合が多い。浄化槽を地中に埋設する際には、マンホール蓋が地面高さになるように穴を掘るが、配管の関係で流入口を下げる等の必要が生じた場合には、より深い穴を掘ることとなる。一方、マンホール蓋の高さ(地表と同じ高さ)は変えることができないので、マンホール部の構造は高さを調整できるものでなければならない。
しかし、図3に示したマンホール部の構造では、マンホール蓋の高さを調整することができない。

図4に示したマンホール部の構造では、スペーサを挾む手間を要し、また高さ調整も容易ではない。
図5に示したマンホール部の構造は、所定高さのものを予め用意しておけば、不必要部分を切断するだけなので高さ調整は容易であるが、切断カスが廃棄物となり無駄となる。
本発明は、スペーサを必要とせず、あるいは切断カス(廃棄物)を発生させずに、容易にマンホール蓋の高さを調整でき、現場における浄化槽の設置時間が短縮するマンホール部の構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、下部を浄化槽立上がり部に固定され、上部をマンホール枠に固定されるジャバラ構造の筒体と、この筒体の外力を加えないときの高さよりも長い棒状支持体とを備え、浄化槽立上り部と筒体との固定、及び、筒体とマンホール枠との固定が、上記棒状支持体によりなされ、この棒状支持体が、ネジ部を有するボルト・ナットであり、上記固定をボルト・ナットのネジ固定により行う嵩上枠を提供する。また、本発明は、この嵩上枠を備えた浄化槽を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の一実施形態における、浄化槽立上り部とマンホール部(断面図)を図1に示した。立上り部2に嵩上枠6が接続・固定され、その嵩上枠の上部にマンホール枠3が接続・固定され、そのマンホール枠3にマンホール蓋4が載置されている。嵩上枠6はジャバラ構造を有する筒体であるゆえにマンホール枠3の高さ(すなわち、マンホール蓋4の高さ)が調整できる。
なお、図1の(A)は嵩上枠6に外力を加えないときの状態の図であり、図1の(B)は嵩上枠6に垂直方向に(固定具による)締め付け力を加えて、嵩上枠6を縮めた状態の図である。

嵩上枠の材質は、垂直方向に伸縮可能な特性を考慮するとプラスチックが好ましく、そのプラスチックとしては、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、軟質塩化ビニル等があり、好ましくはポリプロピレンである。
