Description

The present invention relates to a sash in which a shoji is attached to a sash frame so as to be freely opened and closed, and more particularly, to a structure for draining rainwater or the like that has entered from a watertight portion between the sash frame and the shoji to the outdoor side.

In a sash having a sash frame that can be opened and closed, the sash frame and the sash are watertight with a watertight material so that rainwater or the like does not enter the interior of the sash frame.
However, during strong winds and rain, rainwater and the like may enter the indoor side of the shoji through the watertight part.
The rainwater or the like that has entered the indoor side accumulates on the upper surface of the lower frame, and flows to the indoor side when the water level becomes higher than the lower frame indoor side, so a sash that drains the rainwater or the like to the outdoor side is disclosed in Patent Document 1. Is disclosed.
The sash is configured to introduce rainwater or the like accumulated on the indoor side of the shoji on the upper surface of the lower frame into the hollow portion of the lower frame at the water collection port, and drain the water from the drain port to the outdoor side through the hollow portion. Even if the air pressure in the hollow part increases through the air vent hole to the indoor space rather than the shoji screen in the sash and the air pressure in the hollow part increases during heavy winds and rains, The rainwater etc. collected on the upper surface of the lower frame is not easily splashed indoors.

The conventional sash mentioned above has a water collecting port and a drain port in the lower frame, and an air vent hole is processed separately from this water collecting port, so there are many processing points for drainage, and the processing work is troublesome and time consuming. Therefore, it is a sash with high production cost.

The object of the present invention is to allow rainwater, which has entered the indoor side of the upper frame of the lower frame, to be drained to the outside of the room. It is to provide a sash with a low production cost.

The present invention is a sash in which a shoji is detachably mounted on a sash frame having an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames,
The vertical frame, which has a hollow portion, discharge apertures which open to the indoor side space than Shoji the hollow portion of the sash is formed,
The lower part of the drainage opening is continuous with the rainwater reservoir on the indoor side of the shoji on the upper surface of the lower frame, and the upper part is located above the highest water level of rainwater etc. collected in the rainwater reservoir. And
A cover body is provided in the rainwater reservoir on the upper surface of the lower frame so as to cover the drainage opening in contact with the inner surface of the vertical frame,
An end surface of the upper surface plate of the cover body that is in contact with the inner surface of the vertical frame is cut out, and an air vent hole portion that connects the upper portion of the drainage opening to the indoor space is formed by the cutout portion and the inner surface of the vertical frame. ,
The lower frame has a hollow portion, the hollow portion of the lower frame communicates with the hollow portion of the vertical frame, and the hollow portion of the lower frame is opened to the outdoor side by a drainage hole. .

According to the first aspect of the present invention, rainwater or the like that has entered the indoor side of the shoji on the upper surface of the lower frame during heavy winds is drained from the lower part of the drainage opening to the outdoor side through the hollow part of the vertical frame. The
Moreover, since the opening part for drainage cannot be seen with a cover body, it looks good.
In addition, when the atmospheric pressure of the hollow portion of the vertical frame becomes high during heavy rain, the atmospheric pressure immediately escapes from the upper part of the drainage opening through the air vent hole to the indoor space rather than the shoji in the sash. Rainwater or the like that enters the indoor side and collects in the rainwater reservoir is less likely to splash into the indoor side than the aforementioned shoji screen .
In addition, the air vent hole is formed by a notch formed on the end face of the top plate of the cover body and the inner surface of the vertical frame, and the atmospheric pressure escapes to the indoor space along the inner surface of the vertical frame. It is further reduced that rainwater or the like accumulated in the room splashes into the room.
In addition, since the atmospheric pressure in the hollow part of the vertical frame is released to the indoor space using the drainage opening that drains rainwater that has entered, the number of processing points for drainage is small, the processing work is simple, and in a short time Because it can be processed, it is a low-cost sash.
Further, the lower frame has a hollow portion, the hollow portion of the lower frame communicates with the hollow portion of the vertical frame, and the hollow portion of the lower frame is opened to the outdoor side by a drainage hole. By adjusting the area with the size of the lower part, the pressure in the hollow part can be made lower than the outside air, and the pressure difference between the pressure in the hollow part and the pressure in the indoor space can be reduced. Rainwater or the like collected in the rainwater reservoir can be smoothly drained to the outside through the hollow portion.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sash frame 1 constituting the sash has an upper frame 2, a lower frame 3, and left and right vertical frames 4 that are rectangularly framed.
A shoji 5 is mounted in the sash frame 1 so as to be freely opened and closed.
The space between the shoji 5 and the sash frame 1 is water-tight with a water-tight material so that rainwater or the like does not enter the indoor side of the shoji 5 from the outdoor side.
Even in this case, rainwater or the like may enter the indoor side of the shoji 5 through the above-mentioned watertight portion during strong wind and rain, and the rainwater or the like that has entered the indoor side may be the shoji 5 on the upper surface 3a of the lower frame 3. It collects in the indoor side part.

In this embodiment, the sliding sash is provided with an inner impediment 5a and an outer imperial 5b. Then, an upper seal 6 and an upper frame 2, a lower fence 7 and a lower frame 3, and a door-to-door fence 8 and a vertical frame 4, which constitute the inner and outer children 5 a and 5 b, are watertight with an airtight material 9. The mating tubs are watertight with a summing airtight material so that rainwater or the like does not enter the indoor side more than the inner shoji 5a and outer shoji 5b.
Even in this case, rainwater or the like may enter the indoor side of the inner / outer shoji 5a and 5b through the watertight part during strong wind and rain, and the rainwater or the like faces the outer shoji 5b on the upper surface 3a of the lower frame 3. Accumulate in the part.
Of course, the sash is not limited to a sliding sash, and may of course be a one-way sash, a three-story sash, an outer opening sash, an inner opening sash, a sliding sash, or the like.

The vertical frame 4 has a hollow portion 4a. This hollow portion 4a is an opening 10 for drainage, and opens to the indoor space A rather than the shoji 5 in the sash.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the drain opening 10 is the same as the rain water reservoir 11 in which rainwater or the like that has entered in the upper surface 3 a of the lower frame 3 accumulates in the indoor exterior direction.
The lower opening edge 10a of the drainage opening 10 is the same as or higher than the upper surface 3a of the lower frame 3 in the rainwater reservoir 11 and is lower than the maximum water level H of rainwater or the like accumulated in the rainwater reservoir 11. The lower part of the drainage opening 10 is continuous with the rainwater reservoir 11, and is a rainwater drainage that drains rainwater and the like accumulated in the rainwater reservoir 11 into the hollow portion 4 a of the vertical frame 4. The maximum water level H is determined by the height of the indoor rising portion 3b of the lower frame 3 as shown in FIG. That is, the rainwater collected in the rainwater reservoir 11 flows into the indoor side beyond the indoor rising part 3b, so that the water level does not exceed the indoor rising part 3b.
The upper opening edge 10b of the drainage opening 10 is at a position higher than the maximum water level H, and the upper part of the drainage opening 10 changes the air pressure (air pressure) in the hollow part 4a of the vertical frame 4 to the above-described indoor space. It is an air vent part which escapes to A.
The hollow portion 4a of the vertical frame 4 is in open communication with the outdoor side.

Therefore, rainwater or the like that has entered the indoor side of the shoji 5 during strong wind and rain accumulates in the rainwater reservoir 11 on the upper surface 3 a of the lower frame 3.
Rainwater or the like collected in the rainwater reservoir 11 flows out from the lower portion of the drainage opening 10 into the hollow portion 4a of the vertical frame 4 and is drained from the hollow portion 4a to the outdoor side.
Further, even if the air pressure in the hollow portion 4a increases during strong wind and rain, the air pressure is immediately released from the upper part of the drainage opening 10 to the indoor space A, so that it accumulates in the rain water reservoir 11 at the air pressure of the hollow portion 4a. Rain water is difficult to spray indoors.

In this embodiment, the drainage opening 10 is formed in one of the left and right vertical frames 4 with which the door stoppers 8 of the external shoji 5b abut.
Rainwater accumulates on the indoor side of the upper surface 3a of the lower frame 3 with respect to the shroud 5b, and the rainwater flows out from the drain opening 10 into the hollow portion 4a.
The lower frame 3 has a hollow portion 3c. The hollow portion 3c communicates with the hollow portion 4a of the vertical frame 4, and the drain hole 12 is formed in the outdoor portion of the lower frame 3. Rainwater or the like that has flowed into the hollow portion 4a flows into the hollow portion 3c of the lower frame 3 and is drained from the drain hole 12 to the outdoor side.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the longitudinal end surface 3 d of the lower frame 3 is abutted against and connected to the inner surface 4 b of the vertical frame 4, and the lower portion of the hollow portion 4 a of the vertical frame 4 is closed with a lid 13 or the like. The lower portion of the hollow portion 4 a of the vertical frame 4 is communicated with the hollow portion 3 c of the lower frame 3.

The drain opening 10 is covered with a cover body 20.
The cover body 20 is attached to a portion of the upper surface 3a of the lower frame 3 where the rain water reservoir 11 is formed so as to be in contact with the inner surface 4b of the vertical frame 4, and covers the drainage opening 10 so that it cannot be seen. It is.
An air vent hole 21 is formed in the upper surface 20a of the cover body 20, and the air vent hole 21 is located at a position higher than the above-mentioned maximum water level H, and the upper part (air vent part) of the drainage opening 10 is located in the indoor space A. Communicating with
As a result, the air pressure in the hollow portion 4a of the vertical frame 4 escapes from the upper portion of the drainage opening 10 through the air vent hole 21 to the indoor space A, so that rainwater and the like accumulated in the rainwater reservoir 11 enter the indoor side. Splashing is further reduced.

Although the shape of the said cover body 20 is demonstrated based on FIG.3, FIG.4, FIG.5, it does not restrict to this.
The upper surface plate 22, the one end plate 23, the indoor vertical plate 24, and the intermediate vertical plate 25 are substantially box-shaped with the lower surface, the other end surface, and the outdoor surface open, and the end surface of the upper surface plate 22 that contacts the indoor surface 4 b of the vertical frame 4. The above-described air vent hole 21 is formed by the notch 22 a and the inner surface 4 b of the vertical frame 4.
The intermediate vertical plate 25 is attached so as to be in contact with the outdoor side surface of the inner and lower rails 15 of the lower frame 3 and to be placed on the upper surface 3a.
Thus, the atmospheric pressure in the hollow portion 4a of the vertical frame 4 escapes to the indoor space A along the inner surface 4b of the vertical frame 4, so that the rainwater or the like accumulated in the rainwater reservoir 11 is on the indoor side. The spraying is further reduced.

The upper surface plate 22 is bent in a staircase shape, and a high portion 22 b thereof is in contact with a position above the drainage opening 10 on the inner surface 4 b of the vertical frame 4, and a low portion 22 c is substantially the same height as the maximum water level H. Note that a hole may be formed in the high portion 22b to form the air vent hole portion 21.
When the inner shroud 5a is opened, it comes into contact with one end plate 23 of the cover body 20 so that the summoning hook of the inner shroud 5a does not collide with the inner surface 4b of one vertical frame 4.
That is, the cover body 20 also serves as a crescent stopper.
As shown in FIG. 5, the cover body 20 includes an outdoor vertical plate 26 on the outdoor side near the high portion 22 b of the top plate 22.

In this embodiment, the upper frame 2, the lower frame 3, and the vertical frame 4 are integrally formed, but may be configured by a plurality of frame members.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the outer frame member 30 and the inner frame member 31 are connected by screws 32 to form an upper frame 2, a lower frame 3, and a vertical frame 4 having hollow portions 2a, 3c, 4a. .
Then, each outer frame member 30 is attached to the sash attachment opening 36 of the building frame 35 with the bracket 33 and the fixing tool 34.
A drain hole 12 is formed in the outer frame member 30 of the lower frame 3.
The drainage opening 10 is formed in the inner frame member 31 of the vertical frame 4, and the cover body 20 is attached to the inner frame member 31 of the lower frame 3.

By doing so, the inner frame member 31 of each frame can be removed by loosening the screws 32 from the outdoor side with the sash frame 1 attached to the building housing 35, so that each inner frame member 31 is replaced. It is possible.
