BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent article. More particularly, the present invention relates to a male incontinence pad that can absorb urine from mild incontinence and does not block the opening of the undergarment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As various disposable absorbent articles such as infant paper diapers, toilet training pants, feminine sanitary napkins, and adult paper diapers have become widely used, various improvements have been made depending on the application. In particular, with the aging society, demand for adult disposable diapers is increasing. Recently, incontinence pads have been developed that can deal with such incontinence that does not require adult diapers. When used by women, there are cases where such usage can be dealt with by using adult paper diapers, sanitary napkins, etc. depending on the mode of use. Incontinence pads have been attracting attention. Some of these men's incontinence pads are intended to be used for the care of bedridden elderly people, etc., but they can be used for normal life, for example due to diseases such as enlarged prostate. There is also a need for something aimed at being able to absorb urine in the event of mild incontinence. Use normal diapers, especially when men who are able to live a normal social life are not able to go to the toilet frequently because of illness, etc. Especially for those who have a sense of resistance, other people will not notice from the appearance and also during normal urination other than incontinence, that is, without removing the incontinence pad when urinating normally in the toilet, In addition, there is an increasing demand for incontinence pads that allow urination without lowering underwear.
[0003]
Some conventional male incontinence pads are in the form of pants (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The incontinence protector disclosed in
[0004]
In addition, there is a pad formed with a slit or a hole for penetrating the male genitalia (see, for example, Patent Document 2). However, with this pad, urine due to a small amount of incontinence is absorbed, but when performing normal urination in the toilet, the urine is not drained well due to the absorber, and eventually the pad must be removed to urinate Don't be. Further, the shape of the pad is not three-dimensional, and the fit to the body is considered unfavorable.
[0005]
In addition, there is a male urine collection pad that allows a wearer to urinate in the toilet without removing the pad (see, for example, Patent Document 3). However, the configuration of the pad described in Patent Document 3 is complicated instead, and it is considered that the storing property is not reliable because only the penis is stored. Therefore, there is a possibility that leakage or the like occurs. Is also considered high.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to avoid the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a highly demanded male incontinence pad as described above.
[0008]
The object of the present invention is to absorb the very slight incontinence, i.e., a small amount of urine leakage immediately, and at the time of normal urination, it is possible to urinate without lowering the undergarment or removing the pad. It is to provide a male incontinence pad that does not block.
[0009]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a male incontinence pad that can be attached to the underwear in an optimum state without bending or warping the end of the pad when the incontinence pad is reattached to the underwear. That is.
[0010]
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a male incontinence pad that is not unnatural in appearance so that the wearer can adhere to the body in an optimal state without slipping during wearing. .
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The male incontinence pad of the present invention comprises a body side surface sheet, an outer cover, and an absorber disposed therebetween, and corresponds to the front end and the body crotch region corresponding to the front part of the wearer's body. A rear end portion and longitudinally extending both side portions connecting them. The slit is padded from the front end so that it is divided into two from the front end of the pad formed by the topsheet, the outer cover and the absorbent body to form first and second flaps in the wearer's front region It is formed to a predetermined position over the rear end. In use, the first and second flaps are stacked one above the other, and the urine at the time of incontinence is absorbed by attaching the pad to the underwear, and the first and second flaps are overlapped during normal urination However, since there is a slit, urine can be discharged without blocking the opening of the underwear.
[0012]
In another aspect, the male incontinence pad of the present invention comprises a body side surface sheet, an outer cover and an absorbent body disposed therebetween, and a front end portion and a body corresponding to the front body portion of the wearer It has a rear end corresponding to a region reaching the rear, and both sides extending in the longitudinal direction connecting these. The slit is formed from the front end portion of the pad so as to be divided into two from the front end portion of the pad formed by the topsheet, the outer cover and the absorbent body to form the first and second flaps in the front region of the wearer. It is formed up to a predetermined position over the rear end. In use, the first and second flaps are stacked one above the other, and the urine at the time of incontinence is absorbed by attaching the pad to the underwear, and the first and second flaps are overlapped during normal urination However, since there is a slit, urine can be discharged without blocking the opening of the underwear.
[0013]
In another aspect, the male incontinence pad of the present invention has an adhesive material attached to the outer surface of the outer cover, and when the pad is attached to the wearer's underwear, the release paper is peeled off from the adhesive material and put into place. It can be fixed.
[0014]
In still another embodiment, the male incontinence pad of the present invention preferably has a transfer sheet between the top sheet and the absorbent body. The transfer sheet facilitates the dispersion and movement of the liquid to the absorber, and the liquid once absorbed by the absorber does not return to the top sheet.
[0015]
In the male incontinence pad of the present invention, a barrier sheet is fixed to the outer surface of the outer cover so as to extend beyond both side end portions of the pad, and elastic bodies are provided at the edges of both sides in the longitudinal direction of the barrier sheet. Is provided. In use, the barrier sheet forms a three-dimensional gather on both sides of the pad by an elastic body.
[0016]
In the present invention, the pad barrier sheet is preferably formed of a non-woven fabric.
[0017]
Furthermore, in the incontinence pad of the present invention, a fastening material is attached to at least one of the left and right flaps of the pair of pads, and when used, the fastening materials are directly coupled to each other or to the outer cover of the flap. Yes, by joining the flaps in this way, the shape of the pad when worn becomes three-dimensional.
[0018]
In the present invention, the fastening material may be an adhesive tape or a hook and loop type mechanical tape that can be recombined.
[0019]
Furthermore, in the present invention, when the width is a projected width when the pad is viewed from above, that is, the length of a curved string, the maximum width of the flap portion when a pair of flaps are vertically stacked is It is preferable that it is 1/3 or more of the width at the widest point.
[0020]
In the pad of the present invention, the end end point on the pad of the slit and the slit side tip of the first flap when the first flap overlaps the second flap are the second flap. A line connecting the overlapping points, the last point of the slit, and the point where the tip of the second flap on the slit side when the second flap overlaps the lower side of the first flap overlaps the first flap The angle formed by the line connecting the two is preferably 30 ° to 120 °.
[0021]
When the pad is used, the shape of the pad is a three-dimensional structure such as a three-dimensional, boat-shaped, J-shaped, or cup-shaped, so that it is in close contact with the wearer's body of the present invention and has an excellent fit. . In addition, a three-dimensional gather is formed by the barrier sheet of the present invention, such a three-dimensional shape can be easily maintained, and leakage from both sides of the pad can be prevented.
[0022]
Furthermore, the developed outer shape of the pad of the present invention may be an hourglass shape, a rectangular shape or a T-shape.

【The invention's effect】
The male incontinence pad of the present invention comprises a top sheet, an outer cover, and an absorbent body, and a slit is provided at substantially the center of the front end portion of the pad formed integrally by these to form two flaps. The urine is absorbed by the pad absorber during mild incontinence, and the overlapping part of the pad flap during normal urination is placed at a position corresponding to the opening of the underwear to be attached. This is effective because urination can be performed as it is like an opening.
[0054]
Furthermore, since the shape of the pad according to the present invention takes a shape such as a three-dimensional ship shape or a cup shape, the end of the pad does not bend or warp even when it is re-adhered. It becomes possible to attach it again. In addition, the pad of the present invention can be in close contact with the wearer's body in an optimal state without shifting during wearing.
