本発明は、台所回り、浴室、配水管等の硬質表面の洗浄に適した硬質表面用洗浄剤組成物に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
食物に由来する油脂汚れは、熱、日光、空気中の酸素等の作用により変質している場合が多く、粘着性の樹脂状又は半乾固した状態になっている。特に台所のレンジフードのフィルターや換気扇等の込み入った部分の洗浄は困難である。また、自動食器洗浄機用の洗浄剤として用いた場合には、食器にこびりついた汚れを水流のみで充分に洗浄する必要があり、放置により変質した汚れに対して優れた効果が得られる洗浄剤が要求されている。

本発明は、高い洗浄力を有しており、台所回り、浴室、配水管の硬質表面の洗浄や自動食器洗浄機用の洗浄に適した硬質表面用洗浄剤組成物を提供することを目的とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明で用いる(a)成分の過酸化水素放出体としては、過炭酸塩、過ホウ酸塩、過リン酸塩、過珪酸塩等を挙げることができ、これらの中でも過炭酸塩、過ホウ酸塩が好ましく、過炭酸ナトリウムが特に好ましい。

(a)成分の組成物中における含有量は、15〜98重量%であり、好ましくは30〜70重量%である。15重量%以上であると充分な洗浄力を付与することができ、98重量%以下であると優れた洗浄力を維持したまま、製造コストを低下させることができる。

本発明の硬質表面用洗浄剤組成物は、各種洗浄用途に適用することができる。本発明でいう「硬質表面」とは、平面的であるか又は立体的であるかを問わず、一定の形状を保持しているものを意味するものであり、洗浄処理ができるものであれば、硬さの程度は限定されるものではない。この硬質表面としては、タイル、セラミックス、ホーロー、プラスチック、繊維強化プラスチック、ゴム、金属、タイル、レンガ、コンクリート、セメント、ガラス、木等からなる床、階段、壁等の固定物のほか、それらからなる各種器械、器具、道具、家具並びに食器等を挙げることができる。よって、本発明の硬質表面用洗浄剤組成物は、床用洗浄剤、家具用洗浄剤、浴室用洗浄剤、台所まわり用洗浄剤、自動食器洗浄機に用いる洗浄剤、全自動洗濯機洗濯槽の洗浄剤、排水パイプの洗浄剤、台所や洗面所の小物の洗浄剤等として適用することができ、特に自動食器洗浄機に用いる洗浄剤として好適である。

The hard surface cleaning composition of the present invention can be applied to various cleaning applications. The “hard surface” as used in the present invention means a surface having a certain shape regardless of whether it is planar or three-dimensional, and can be washed. The degree of hardness is not limited. These hard surfaces include tiles, ceramics, enamel, plastic, fiber reinforced plastic, rubber, metal, tiles, bricks, concrete, cement, glass, fixed objects such as wood, floors, stairs, walls, etc. Various instruments, instruments, tools, furniture and tableware can be mentioned. A hard surface cleaning composition having the composition shown in Table 1 (weight% display) was produced. The details of the components shown in Table 1 are as follows.

Fatty acid: Sodium laurate (neutralized lauric acid manufactured by Kao Corporation)
Soda ash: dense ash (manufactured by Central Glass)
The composition shown in Table 1 was subjected to a detergency detergency test and an automatic dishwasher detergency test by the following methods. The results are shown in Table 1.

A range filter soiled in a 1% by weight composition aqueous solution (40 ° C.) and a model egg soil (soil obtained by uniformly applying 2 g of raw egg yolk to a ceramic dish with a diameter of 24 cm and baking in an oven at 115 ° C. for 60 minutes.
