Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an indicator lamp that displays the state of a device or a circuit by turning on or off a light emitter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The indicator lamp generally has an illuminating display part holding a name plate on a rectangular frame, and the illuminating display part is detachably attached to the front part of the main body incorporating the light emitter. This indicator lamp is usually mounted so that the display surface of the illuminated display section is parallel to the control panel or other panel surface, that is, vertical, but the display surface is vertical when the display lamp is installed at a high or low position. When it is, it becomes difficult to see. Therefore, in such a case, an indicator lamp is used that makes it easy to see by tilting the direction of the display surface up and down.
[0003]
4 and 5 are longitudinal sectional views of a main part (display portion) showing a conventional indicator lamp in which the direction of the display surface can be changed. FIG. 4 shows an indicator lamp in which the frame of the illumination display unit is exchanged according to the orientation of the display surface. FIG. 4A shows a case where the display surface is vertical (hereinafter referred to as “vertical mounting”). FIG. 4B shows a case where the display surface is tilted (hereinafter referred to as “tilt mounting”). 4A, the illumination display unit 1 includes a rectangular frame 2 in which a name plate 3 is inserted and held together with a color plate 4 from the front side (left side in FIG. 4), and a lens 5 is illustrated from above. It is configured to be fitted and fixed to the frame body 2 through an uneven portion that is not. On the other hand, the main body 6 has a reflection frame 8 inside a frame 7 made of a rectangular hollow body, and a light emitter (a lamp in the case of illustration) 9 made of a lamp or LED is arranged inside the reflection frame 8. Engaging portions that engage with each other, that is, an engaging hole 2a and an engaging claw 8a, are provided on both the upper and lower sides of the frame 2 and the reflecting frame 6, respectively, and the illumination display portion 1 is engaged by the engaging portions 2a and 8a. As shown in the figure, the main body 6 is detachably mounted.
[0004]
4A for vertical mounting, the distance from the display surface (front surface of the lens 5) to the engagement hole 2a is the same up and down, and the display surface is orthogonal to the central axis of the main body 6, It becomes vertical when the light is attached to the panel. On the other hand, the inclined mounting frame 2 shown in FIG. 4B is vertically asymmetrical, and the distance from the display surface to the engagement hole 2a is vertically different. The display surface is inclined from a plane orthogonal to the central axis of the main body 6. . However, since the indicator lamps of FIG. 4 that replace the frame body 2 with vertical mounting and inclined mounting require a dedicated frame body 2 for each, the number of parts increases accordingly, which causes a cost increase. Parts management becomes troublesome.
[0005]
Therefore, the conventional example of FIG. 5 uses the same frame 2, and the illumination display unit 1 is mounted upside down with the vertical mounting of FIG. 5A and the inclined mounting of FIG. 5B. Is. That is, in FIG. 5, the frame body 2 is vertically asymmetric and has a high peripheral wall on one side, and engaging portions (recesses) 2 a are provided at two front and rear portions on the higher peripheral wall. In addition, one recess 2a is provided on the lower peripheral wall. In the vertical mounting shown in FIG. 5A, the frame 2 is engaged with the protrusion 8a of the reflecting frame 8 at the concave portion 2a on the front side, and in the inclined mounting shown in FIG. 5B, the illumination display unit 1 is turned upside down. The peripheral wall on the higher side of the frame 2 is engaged with the protrusion 8a of the reflection frame 8 at the recess 2a on the rear side.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional example of FIG. 5, the same frame 2 can be used for both vertical mounting and tilt mounting. However, the frame 2 has an upper and lower peripheral walls that are higher by the tilt, so the frame 2 and thus the illumination display section. There was a problem that the external shape of 1 became large. Further, in the conventional example of FIGS. 4 and 5, since the illumination display unit 1 is inclined with the lower side as a fulcrum in the inclined mounting, the upper side of the display surface is far from the light emitter 9, and the illumination of that part is dark. There was a problem of becoming.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and can cope with both vertical mounting and tilt mounting using the same frame, and suppress uneven illumination on the display surface in the case of tilt mounting. It is an object to do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention has an illumination display unit in which a name plate is held in a rectangular frame, and the illumination display unit is detachably mounted by engagement with a main body incorporating a light emitter. In the indicator lamp, an engaging portion that engages with each other is provided on each of the left and right sides of the frame and the main body, and a fixed crossing angle is provided between the left and right engaging portions, and the frame of the illumination display portion is provided. Is configured so that it can be mounted with its right and left reversed with respect to the main body, so that the vertical direction of the illumination display unit with respect to the main body can be changed by the crossing angle.
[0009]
In claim 1, if the engaging portion is formed at the center position in the vertical direction of the frame body and the main body, the display surface can be tilted with the center position in the vertical direction as a fulcrum in tilt mounting. The uneven illumination is suppressed, and uneven illumination is reduced.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. Here, FIG. 1 (A) is a front view of an indicator lamp in a vertically mounted state, FIG. 1 (B) is a cross-sectional view of the main part along the line BB, and FIG. 1 (C) is also along the line CC. FIG. 1D is a cross-sectional view of the main portion along the line D-D, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the illumination display portion, and FIG. 3A is a front view of the indicator lamp in the inclined mounting state. FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view of a main part taken along the line BB, and FIG. 3C is a cross-sectional view of a main part taken along the line C-C. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, elongated hole-like engagement holes 2 a and 2 b are provided on both the left and right sides of the frame body 2 as engagement parts with the main body 6, and the left and right sides of the reflection frame 8 constituting a part of the main body 6. On both sides, engaging claws 8a and 8b made of protrusions are provided as engaging portions that engage with the engaging holes 2a and 2b.
[0011]
Here, the engagement hole 2a is formed at the vertical center position of the frame body 2 and in parallel with the display surface (front surface of the lens 5), and the engagement hole 2b is also formed at the vertical center position of the frame body 2 at the engagement hole position. 2a is formed so as to have a constant crossing angle θ (FIG. 1), that is, to be inclined with respect to the display surface by an angle θ. On the other hand, the engaging claw 8a is formed at the vertical center position of the main body 6 so as to be orthogonal to the axial center, and the engaging claw 8b is also at the vertical center position of the main body 6 with a certain intersection with the engaging claw 8a. It is formed to have an angle θ, that is, to be inclined by an angle θ with respect to a plane orthogonal to the central axis. Other configurations are substantially the same as those of the conventional example of FIG.
[0012]
In FIG. 1, the illumination display unit 1 includes an engagement hole 2b parallel to the display surface and an engagement claw 8a orthogonal to the main body central axis, and an engagement hole 2b inclined with respect to the display surface and the center of the main body. The display surface is vertical as a result of engagement of the engaging claws 8b inclined with respect to the plane perpendicular to the axis. In order to incline the display surface downward from this state, the illumination display unit 1 is reversed left and right, and the engagement claw 8b is inclined with respect to the orthogonal surface of the engagement hole 2a parallel to the display surface and the central axis of the main body. Is engaged, and the engagement hole 2b inclined with respect to the display surface is engaged with the engagement claw 8a orthogonal to the central axis of the main body. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 3, the display surface is inclined by an angle θ with respect to the vertical. Since the illumination display unit 1 is also flipped up and down at the same time by reversing left and right, if the display on the name plate 3 is vertically asymmetric, the name plate 3 is attached to the frame body 2 before the illumination display unit 1 is reversed. Invert it upside down.
[0013]
According to the illustrated embodiment, the illumination display unit 1 can be adapted to both vertical mounting and tilt mounting simply by reversing left and right with the frame 2 being the same. Further, if the engaging portions 2a, 2b and 8a, 8b are formed at the center position in the vertical direction of the frame body 2 and the main body 6, the illumination display portion 1 is tilted with the vertical center point as a fulcrum when tilted. As a result, the positional change with respect to the light emitter 9 on the upper side of the display surface is halved compared to the conventional example of FIG. 4 or FIG. To do. In the illustrated embodiment, one of the left and right engaging portions is formed in parallel with the display surface. However, the angle of the engaging portion with respect to the display surface is not limited to the illustrated example. It is also possible to form it parallel to the central axis of the main body. In addition, although the illumination display unit is engaged with the reflection frame of the main body, there is a type in which the reflection frame is omitted and a reflection film (painting or the like) is formed on the inside of the frame. In this case, the illumination display unit is associated with the frame. Combine.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to prepare a dedicated frame for mounting the illumination display unit on the main body, and it is possible to simplify parts management and reduce costs, and in the case of tilt mounting In addition, the illumination display section can be tilted vertically symmetrically with respect to the light emitter, and uneven illumination on the display surface can be suppressed.
