Description

【0001】
【0043】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power supply duct system including a duct body having a conductor and a plug having a plug blade.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, both sides of the duct body 4 in which the side walls 2 are oppositely extended from both end portions of the top surface portion 1 attached to a mounting portion such as an information rack and the opening portions 3 are formed between the front end portions of the opposing side wall portions 2. Conductors 5 are arranged on the inner surface of the wall portion 2 along the longitudinal direction of the duct body 4, plug blades 6 project outwardly on both sides of the insertion portion of the plug 7, and the insertion portion of the plug 7 is provided. The plug 7 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct body 4, the plug 7 is rotated by 90 °, and the plug blade 6 is brought into contact with the conductors 5 arranged on the inner surface portions of the both side walls 2 of the duct body 4, thereby connecting the plug 7 to the duct body. 4 is known.
[0003]
By the way, in the above power supply duct system, when it is desired to conform to the IEC standard, it is necessary to have a structure in which the test needle 30 does not contact the conductor 5 from the opening 3 of the duct body 4 as shown in FIG. There is. For this reason, in order to conform to the IEC standard in the prior art, it is necessary to arrange the conductor 5 deep in the duct body 4 or to narrow the opening 3 of the duct body 4. However, in the case where the conductor 5 is disposed deep in the duct main body 4, the depth of the duct main body 4 is increased, the length of the insertion portion of the plug 7 in the insertion direction is increased, and the opening 3 of the duct main body 4 is increased. In the case of narrowing, the plug 7 protrudes greatly from the duct as shown in FIGS. 6 (b) and 6 (c).
[0004]
For example, there is an information rack or a system rack that is mainly installed near a wall in a computer room or the like and on which information equipment is installed. Consider a power supply duct system for an information rack that is attached to such a rack. In this case, there is a problem that it becomes very inconvenient.
[0005]
In addition, in the past, the duct body 4 may be integrally molded (so-called insert molding) by embedding a metal plate in a resin material in order to ensure insulation and strength. It was difficult to separate and dismantle.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and while satisfying the conformity of the IEC standard that the test needle does not contact the conductor from the opening, the duct body is thinned, the opening is enlarged, the plug insertion part It is an object to provide a new power supply duct system that can reduce the protrusion degree of the material, is easy to use, can secure insulation and strength, and can easily separate and disassemble different materials. It is what.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, a power supply duct system according to the present invention includes a distal end portion of a side wall portion 2 that is opposed to each other by extending opposite side walls from both end portions of a top surface portion 1 attached to an attachment portion such as an information rack. A duct body 4 having an opening 3 formed therebetween, and a plurality of conductors 5 arranged in the duct body 4 and having a predetermined length and extending in the longitudinal direction of the duct body 4; A power supply duct system having a plurality of plug blades 6 that are in electrical contact with the conductors 5 and a plug 7 attached to the opening 3 of the duct body 4,A sheet metal-made duct body 4 having a convex portion 9 projecting into the duct body 1 by bending the intermediate portion in the width direction of the top surface portion 1 into the duct body 4 and holding the conductors 5 on both outer surfaces. The conductor 5 is positioned on both side surfaces of the convex portion 9 facing the both side wall portions 2 of the duct body 4 by fitting the conductor holding portion 8 having a U-shaped cross section in close contact over substantially the entire convex portion 9,A plurality of plug blades 6 provided on the plug 7 protrude inward in the width direction of the duct body 4 and one of the plurality of plug blades 6 is opposite to the other. It is. By adopting such a configuration, the width between each conductor 5 arranged in the intermediate portion of the duct body 4 in the width direction and the side wall portion 2 facing the width is less than or equal to ½ of the width of the duct body 4. As a result, the structure in which the test needle does not contact the conductor from the opening 3 without increasing the depth of the duct body 4 or reducing the width of the opening 3 can be achieved. Since the width can be increased, the operability for inserting and attaching the plug 7 is improved. Further, since the duct body 4 does not have to be deepened, the duct body 4 can be thinned and the degree of protrusion of the plug insertion portion 15 can be reduced.Further, a cross-sectional U-shape in which an intermediate portion in the width direction of the top surface portion 1 of the duct main body 4 is bent in the duct main body 4 to protrude into the duct main body 1 and the conductors 5 are held on the outer surfaces on both sides. Since the conductor 5 is positioned on both side surfaces of the convex portion 9 facing the both side wall portions 2 of the duct main body 4 by closely fitting the convex conductor holding portion 8 over almost the entire convex portion 9, the simple configuration The plurality of conductors 5 are arranged at the intermediate portion in the width direction in the duct body 4 so that each of the conductors 5 faces the outside in the width direction of the duct body 4 and one of the plurality of conductors 5 is opposite to the other. In addition, since the resin conductor holding portion 8 is closely fitted over the entire convex portion 9 that is bent at the middle portion of the top surface portion 1 of the duct body 1 made of sheet metal, the resin conductor It is possible to increase the contact area of the holding portion 8 to the sheet metal duct body 1 Ri, to be able to escape heat generated in the conductor 5 to efficiently sheet metal duct body 1, in which heat can reduce deformation of the resin of the conductive holder 8 by staying.
[0008]
Moreover, it is preferable that the conductor 5 is held by the resin-made conductor holding portion 8 and the conductor holding portion 8 is detachably provided on the sheet metal duct main body 4. With such a configuration, when separating and collecting, the sheet metal duct main body 4 can be separated and recovered from the synthetic resin conductor holding portion 8.
[0009]
Moreover, it is preferable that the conductor 5 is detachably held by the conductor holding portion 8. By adopting such a configuration, the conductor 5 and the synthetic resin conductor holding portion 8 can be easily separated and collected by separating the conductor 5 from the synthetic resin conductor holding portion 8 at the time of separate collection. It is.
[0011]
Further, the front end of the side wall 2 is bent inward at the edge of the opening 3 of the duct body 4 to form a bent portion 10, and the plug 7 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct body 4. In addition, by rotating the plug 7 in the inserted state, a locking portion 11 that locks the bent portion 10 of the duct body 4 from the inside protrudes to the side, and the two plugs provided on the plug 7 form a set. It is preferable that the blades 6 are provided so that the positions thereof are shifted in the longitudinal direction of the duct body 4 in a state where the blades 6 are in contact with the conductors 5 that form a pair. By adopting such a configuration, the plug 7 can be rotated by rotating the plug 7 with the plug blade 6 and the locking portion 11 paired with two plugs 7 inserted into the opening 3 of the duct body 4. The pair of plug blades 6 can be brought into contact with the pair of conductors 5 and the engaging portion 11 can be engaged with the bent portion 10 from the inside, and can be attached together. Since the position is shifted in the longitudinal direction of the duct body 4 in contact with the formed conductor 5, the rotation angle at the time of mounting by insertion rotation to the duct body 4 can be reduced.
[0012]
Further, of the plug blades 6 in which one of the two locking portions 11 is a set, the one of the plug blades 6 is adjacent to and opposed to the other plug blade 6, and the other locking portion 11 is the other plug blade 6. It is preferable to be provided at a position adjacent to the blade 6 and facing one of the plug blades 6. With such a configuration, the plug 7 is stably mounted on the duct body 4 in a state where the plug 7 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct body 4 and rotated.
[0013]
Moreover, it is preferable to provide the lock part 12 for preventing the rotation of the plug 7 with respect to the duct body 4 when the plug 7 is inserted and rotated into the opening 3 of the duct body 4. By adopting such a configuration, the plug 7 is prevented from rotating by being inserted and rotated in the opening 3 of the duct body 4 and mounted by the lock portion 12, so that the plug 7 rotates carelessly in the mounted state. Thus, the contact between the plug blade 6 and the conductor 5 is not separated, or the plug 7 is not detached from the duct body 4.
[0014]
Further, the lock portion 12 provided on the plug 7 is movable in the same direction as the insertion direction in which the insertion portion 15 of the plug 7 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct body 4, and the lock portion 12 is inserted into the insertion portion of the plug 7. 15 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct main body 4 and is rotated to elastically contact the outer surface of the bent portion 10, and the insertion portion 15 of the plug 7 is inserted into the duct main body 4 and rotated to plug the blade 6. Is preferably elastically urged so as to elastically enter the opening 3 in a state of contact with the conductor 5. By adopting such a configuration, simply by inserting and rotating the plug 7 into the opening 3 of the duct body 4, the lock portion 12 elastically enters the opening 3 to prevent the plug 7 from rotating. It can be configured.
[0015]
Further, it is preferable to provide the plug 7 with an operation portion 13 for moving the lock portion 12 against the elastic biasing direction of the lock portion 12 in order to pull out the lock portion 12 inserted into the opening portion 3 from the opening portion 3. . With this configuration, the lock by the lock unit 12 can be easily released by operating the operation unit 13.
[0016]
Further, it is preferable that the outer shell shape of the plug 7 is formed so as to be substantially within the width of the duct body 4 when the plug 7 is inserted into the duct body 4 and when it is rotationally mounted. By adopting such a configuration, space efficiency such as an operation space and an arrangement space of the plug 7 is improved.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the duct main body 4 is extended between opposite end portions of the top surface portion 1 attached to an attachment portion such as an information rack, and opens between the front end portions of the opposite side wall portions 2. The section 3 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section. Here, the front end portion of the side wall portion 2 is bent inward to form a bent portion 10, and the front end edge of the bent portion 10 constitutes both end edges of the opening 3. The two bent portions 10 are not the same shape, but differ in the thickness of the duct body 4 (the dimension in the depth direction, which is a direction perpendicular to the protruding direction of the bent portion 10), the protruding length, and the like. In FIG. 1, one bent portion 10a has a folded portion and is thicker than the bent portion 10b that does not have the other folded portion.
[0019]
The reason why the bent portions 10 are formed in different shapes as described above is to prevent erroneous mounting of the plug 7 (in order to prevent the plug 7 from being attached to the left and right reversed in the plane of FIG. 1). The portion of the plug 7 corresponding to the bent portion 10 is also formed asymmetrically as will be described later, and the mounting direction of the plug 7 is defined in this way in order to match the polarities of the conductor 5 and the plug 7.
[0020]
Further, a convex portion 9 that protrudes into the duct main body 4 by bending an intermediate portion in the width direction of the duct main body 4 in the width direction is provided. The duct main body 4 having the above-described configuration is a single piece made of sheet metal. Further, a portion 14 other than the convex portion 9 of the top surface portion 1 of the duct body 4 is provided with a fixing hole 14 for inserting a fixing tool such as a screw tool when attached to an attachment portion such as an information rack. .
[0021]
In the present invention, a plurality of pairs of long conductors 5 (in the embodiment shown in the following attached drawings, two conductors 5 form a set in the middle portion of the duct body 4 in the width direction. In other words, the conductor 5 is described as an example.) Is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the duct main body 4, but a plurality of sets of conductors 5 are arranged outside the duct main body 4 in the width direction. And the conductor 5 is disposed in the middle portion of the duct body 4 in the width direction so that one of the plurality of conductors 5 is opposite to the other.
[0022]
That is, in the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, conductor holding grooves 8b are formed on the outer surfaces of both side pieces 8a of the long conductor holding portion 8 made of synthetic resin having a U-shaped cross section in the longitudinal direction, respectively. A grounding conductor holding groove 8d is provided on the outer surface of the central piece 8c of the letter-shaped synthetic resin conductor holding portion 8. Then, the long conductor 5 is detachably inserted and held in the conductor holding grooves 8b formed on the outer surfaces of the both side pieces 8a, and the long conductor 5d is formed in the grounding conductor holding groove 8d formed on the outer surface of the center piece 8c. A grounding conductor 5 'is detachably inserted and held. A pair of conductors 5 and a grounding conductor 5 ′, which are paired as a pair as described above, are detachably held in a synthetic resin-made U-shaped conductor holding portion 8, and the top surface portion 1 of the duct body 4. The center convex portion 9 is closely fitted and detachably attached. Thus, by bringing the conductor holding portion 8 having a U-shaped cross section into close contact with the convex portion 9 of the duct body 4, the contact area can be increased, and heat generated by the conductor 5 can be efficiently released to the duct body 4. Thus, deformation of the conductor holding portion 8 due to heat retention can be prevented. Further, a plurality of conductor holding portions 8 holding a pair of conductors 5 are detachably fitted in close contact with the convex portion 9 at the center of the top surface portion 1 of the duct body 4 so as to be detachable. The conductors 5 assembled in the above can be attached to the duct body 4 at the same time, and the attachment is simplified. Here, in order to make the conductor holding part 8 detachable from the duct body 4, for example, the conductor holding part 8 having a U-shaped cross section is formed of an elastic synthetic resin so that the conductor holding part having a U-shaped cross section is formed. 8 is detachably attached by elastically fitting the projection 8 to the convex portion 9, or is detachably attached by an engaging means, or detachably attached by caulking, or by any other detachable attachment means. It is something to install.
[0023]
By attaching the conductor holding portion 8 to the convex portion 9 as described above, the conductor 5 is positioned on the side surface of the convex portion 9 facing the side wall portion 2 of the duct body 4, and as a result, the pair of conductors 5 is formed. The paired conductors 5 are disposed in the intermediate portion of the duct body 4 in the width direction so that the respective conductors 5 that face the outside in the width direction of the duct body 4 are opposite to each other. . The long grounding conductor 5 ′ detachably held on the outer surface of the central piece 8 c of the conductor holding portion 8 faces the opening 3 side.
[0024]
The plug 7 used in the present invention is as shown in FIG. 5, and is configured such that the insertion portion 15 protrudes from one side of the plug body 16, and a plurality of plugs are formed on the protruding surface portion of the insertion portion 15. The blade 6 is provided so as to protrude toward the inner side in the width direction of the duct body 4 with the plug 7 attached to the duct body 4 as described later, and one of the plurality of plug blades 6 is on the other side. On the other hand, it is the opposite direction. In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, there are two plug blades 6 as one set, and the following description will be made with an example in which the plug blades 6 are paired. A plug blade cover piece 17 protrudes from the protruding surface portion of the insertion portion 15 so as to cover the plug blade 6 outside the pair of plug blades 6. That is, the plug blade 6 is located on the inner surface side of the plug blade cover piece 17. As will be described later, the plug blade 6 and the plug blade cover piece 17 provided on the plug 7 are mounted on the duct main body 4 and the pair of plug blades 6 are in contact with the pair of conductors 5 as described below. It is provided so that the position is shifted in the longitudinal direction. In FIG. 5 (f), the line A indicated by the alternate long and short dash line is the longitudinal direction of the duct body 4 when the plug 7 is attached to the duct body 4, and the position of the plug blade 6 that makes a pair with respect to the line A is shifted. (In FIG. 5 (f), the line B indicates the longitudinal direction of the duct body 4 when the plug 7 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct body 4). Further, a grounding pin 18 is provided at the center of the projecting surface portion of the insertion portion 15, and the grounding pin 18 comes into contact with the grounding conductor 5 ′ when the plug 7 is attached to the duct body 4. Yes.
[0025]
A pair of locking portions 11 protrude outward from the outer surface of the protruding base portion of the insertion portion 15 protruding from one surface of the plug 7. The pair of locking portions 11 can be inserted into the opening 3 together with the insertion portion 15 when the insertion portion 15 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct main body 4, and the plug 7 is rotated in the inserted state, whereby the duct body 4 The bent portion 10 is locked from the inside. Here, a pair of locking portions 11 protrudes outward. A pair of locking portions 11 are provided, one locking portion 11a is locked to one bent portion 10a, and the other locking portion 11b is locked to the other bent portion 10b. One of the plug blades 6 of which the locking portion 11a is paired is adjacent to and opposite to the other plug blade 6, and the other locking portion 11b is adjacent to the other plug blade 6 and one plug blade. It is provided at a position facing the blade 6.
[0026]
In addition, the plug 7 is provided with a lock portion 12 for preventing the plug 7 from rotating relative to the duct body 4 when being inserted and rotated into the opening 3 of the duct body 4. In other words, the movable body 19 is provided on the side surface of the plug body 16 so as to be movable in a direction parallel to the protruding direction of the insertion portion 15, and the locking portion 12 is arranged in the same direction as the protruding direction of the insertion portion 15 of the movable body 19. Projecting, and the outer surface portion of the moving body 19 is an operation portion 13. The movable body 19 is urged by a spring (not shown) in the direction in which the insertion portion 15 protrudes, and no external force is applied to move the movable body 19 against the spring force. In the state, as shown in FIG.In the same direction as the protruding directionThe lock portion 12 protrudes toward the end, and the operating portion 13 is operated to move the moving body 19 in the direction opposite to the protruding direction of the insertion portion 15 against the spring force, thereby causing the lock portion 12 to protrude from the insertion portion 15. It can move in the direction opposite to the direction.
[0027]
Further, the outer shell shape of the plug main body 16 is approximately within the width of the duct main body 4 when the plug 7 is inserted into the duct main body 4 and is rotationally mounted as described later. Is formed. As shown in FIG.In the embodimentThe plug body 16 has a substantially circular shape when viewed from the front, and its diameter is substantially equal to or smaller than the width of the duct body 4. Here, although the plug main body 16 has a substantially circular shape when viewed from the front, the exposed portion of the outer surface of the operation unit 13 to the outside is on a straight line when viewed from the front. That is, part of the circle of the plug main body 16 is a straight line in the operation portion 13 portion in front view.
[0028]
In the present invention, the plug 7 is attached to the duct body 4 as follows.
[0029]
That is, the insertion portion 15 of the plug 7 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct body 4. In this case, a pair of plug blades 6 and a pair of locking portions 11 provided in the insertion portion 15 are inserted into the opening 3. Here, as shown by a broken line in FIG. 2, the operation unit 13 is aligned so as to substantially follow the bent base portion of one bent portion 10 of the duct body 4, thereby forming a pair provided in the insertion portion 15. The stopper blade 6 and the pair of locking portions 11 are set so as to be able to be put into the opening 3. Further, when the operation portion 13 is positioned so as to be substantially along the bent base portion of the one bent portion 10 of the duct body 4, the lock portion 12 comes into contact with the outer surface of the one bent portion 10. 7 is pushed against the elastic urging force of the lock portion 12 so that the lock portion 12 is elastically pressed against the outer surface of the bent portion 10 and moves to the plug body 16 side. In this state, by rotating the plug 7 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2A, the pair of plug blades 6 come into contact with the pair of conductors 5 as shown in FIG. The plug 7 is attached to the duct body 4 by engaging the bent portions 10 with which the pair 11 is paired from the inside. At this time, by rotating the plug 7 as indicated by the arrow in FIG. 2A, the lock portion 12 slides while being elastically pressed against the outer surface of the bent portion 10, and the plug blade 6 as described above. 1 is brought into contact with the conductor 5 and when the locking portion 11 is locked to the bent portion 10, the lock portion 12 exceeds the tip of the bent portion 10, and the opening portion 3 as shown in FIG. The plug 7 is inserted and locked to the tip of the bent portion 10 to lock the plug 7 to prevent rotation. In addition, when the plug 7 is attached to the duct body 4, the grounding pin 18 contacts the grounding conductor 5 'as shown in FIG.
[0030]
As described above, the insertion portion 15 of the plug 7 is inserted into the opening 3 of the duct body 4 and rotated to contact the plug blade 6 with the conductor 5. Since it is provided so that the position is shifted in the direction, the rotation angle at the time of mounting by insertion rotation to the duct main body 4 can be reduced to improve usability.
[0031]
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the plug 7 does not protrude in the width direction of the duct body 4 at each stage of insertion, rotation, and mounting of the plug 7 into the opening 3 of the duct body 4. Therefore, the space efficiency of the operation space, the installation space, etc. of the plug 7 is improved, and it is particularly effective as a duct system for an information rack where space efficiency is important.
[0032]
When removing the plug 7, the operation portion 13 is operated against the spring to pull the lock portion 12 toward the plug body 16, thereby releasing the lock. In this state, the plug 7 is rotated in the reverse direction. Then, the contact of the plug blade 6 with the conductor 5 is released, and the locking of the locking portion 11 with the bent portion 10 is released to make the state of the broken line in FIG. 2, and the plug 7 is pulled out in this state and removed. It is something that can be done.
[0033]
By the way, in the present invention, as described above, the conductors 5 that make a pair in the intermediate portion in the width direction of the duct body 4 are directed to the outside in the width direction of the duct body 4 and the directions of the paired conductors 5 are opposite to each other. The pair of plug blades 6 provided on the plug 7 protrude inward in the width direction of the duct body 4 and the protruding directions of the pair of plug blades 6 are opposite to each other. Thus, since the plug 7 is inserted into the duct body 4 and rotated as described above, the pair of conductors 5 disposed in the intermediate part in the width direction of the duct body 4 and the side wall part 2 facing each other. The width between them becomes narrower than 1/2 of the width of the duct body 4. Therefore, to IEC standardTo adaptWhen making the structure in which the test needle does not contact the conductor 5 from the opening 3 of the duct body 4, the test needle opens without increasing the depth of the duct body 4 or reducing the width of the opening 3 as in the prior art. The structure can be made so as not to contact the conductor from the portion 3. Therefore, the width of the opening 3 can be increased, and the operability for inserting and attaching the plug 7 can be improved. Further, since the duct body 4 does not have to be deepened as in the prior art, the duct body 4 can be thinned and the degree of protrusion of the insertion portion 15 of the plug 7 can be reduced.
[0034]
When separating and recovering when the power supply duct system of the present invention is used and discarded, the synthetic resin conductor holding portion 8 is detachable from the sheet metal duct body 4, so that the sheet metal duct body is provided. 4 can be separated and collected from the conductor holding portion 8 made of synthetic resin, and the conductor 5 is detachably held on the conductor holding portion 8, so that the conductor 5 and the conductor holding made of synthetic resin are held. The part 8 can be easily separated and collected separately. This facilitates resource reuse.
[0035]
In the attached drawings, a description has been given of an example in which two sets of conductors 5 are provided as a set of a plurality of conductors 5 in the middle portion of the duct body 4 in the width direction. The above conductor 5 may be a set. The plug blade 6 may be a set of three or more.
[0036]
Moreover, in embodiment shown in an accompanying drawing, although demonstrated in the example which provided only one set as the conductor 5 which became a set by plural in the intermediate part of the width direction of the duct main body 4, the intermediate | middle of the width direction of the duct main body 4 was demonstrated. Two or more sets (that is, a plurality of sets) may be provided as a plurality of conductors 5 in a part.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention,The sheet metal duct body has a U-shaped section with a U-shaped cross section made of resin that has a convex part projecting into the duct body by bending the middle part in the width direction of the top surface of the duct body into the duct body. By placing the conductor holding part in close contact over substantially the entire convex part, the conductor is positioned on both side surfaces of the convex part facing both side wall parts of the duct body,Since the plurality of plug blades provided on the plug protrude inward in the width direction of the duct body and one of the plurality of plug blades is in the opposite direction to the other, the test needle is connected to the conductor from the opening. While satisfying the conformity with the IEC standard of not contacting, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the duct body, enlarge the opening, reduce the degree of protrusion of the plug insertion part, and widen the opening. It becomes possible and is easy to useThere is also a U-shaped conductor holding section that has a convex portion protruding in the duct body by bending the widthwise middle part of the top surface of the duct body into the duct body, and holding the conductor on the outer surface on both sides Since the conductor is positioned on both side surfaces of the convex portion facing both side wall portions of the duct body by fitting the portion in close contact over substantially the entire convex portion, a plurality of conductors can be connected to the width of the duct body with a simple configuration. It can be arranged in the middle part in the width direction in the duct body so that one of the plurality of conductors faces in the opposite direction with respect to the other, and the top surface portion of the sheet metal duct body The resin conductor holding part is fitted in close contact over almost the entire convex part that curves the middle part of the resin, so that the contact area of the resin conductor holding part to the sheet metal duct body can be increased. The heat generated in the conductor is efficiently made of sheet metal To be able to escape to the duct body, in which heat can reduce deformation of the conductor holding portion made of resin by being retained.
[0038]
In addition to the effect of the first aspect of the invention, the conductor is held by the resin conductor holding portion, and the conductor holding portion can be attached to and detached from the duct body made of sheet metal. Therefore, insulation and strength can be ensured, and the sheet metal duct main body can be easily separated and collected from the synthetic resin conductor holding portion when separated and collected.
[0039]
Further, in the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 2, since the conductor is detachably held on the conductor holding portion, the conductor is made of synthetic resin when separated and collected. It can be easily separated from the made conductor holding part, and the conductor and the synthetic resin made conductor holding part can be separated and collected easily.
[0041]
Also,Claim 4In the described invention, the aboveClaims 1 to 3In addition to the effect of the invention according to any one of the above, the end of the side wall is bent inward at the edge of the opening of the duct body to form a bent portion, and the opening of the duct body is formed in the plug. When the plug is rotated in the inserted state, a locking portion that locks from the inside to the bent portion of the duct main body is protruded laterally, and a pair of plug blades provided on the plug has a pair of plug blades. Since the position is shifted in the longitudinal direction of the duct main body in contact with a pair of conductors in two pieces, the plug blade and the locking portion forming a pair of plugs are inserted into the opening of the duct main body. By rotating the plug in the state, the paired plug blades can be brought into contact with the paired conductors, and the locking portion can be locked and attached from the inside to the bent portion, and the paired conductors can be contacted. In such a state, the position is shifted in the longitudinal direction of the duct body. Rotation can be prevented by the lock part when inserted and rotated into the opening, and this causes the plug to rotate inadvertently in the installed state, leaving the contact between the plug blade and the conductor, or disconnecting the plug from the duct body. Without plugging, the plug can be securely attached.
[0044]
Also,Claim 7In the described invention, the aboveClaim 6In addition to the effect of the invention described above, the lock portion provided on the plug can be moved in the same direction as the insertion direction in which the insertion portion of the plug is inserted into the opening of the duct body, and the lock portion serves as the duct insertion portion. In the state where it is inserted into the opening of the main body and rotating, it elastically contacts the outer surface of the bent portion, and the plug insertion portion is inserted into the duct main body and rotated so that the plug blade contacts the conductor and is elastic in the opening. The plug is inserted and rotated into the opening of the duct body so that the lock can be elastically inserted into the opening to prevent the plug from rotating. It can be locked at the same time only by plug insertion and rotation mounting operation, improving operability.
