【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建築用の消臭性能を有する防音断熱壁材に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、建築用の断熱壁材としては矩形の枠体の外側面に板材を張り、板材の内部に合成樹脂の発泡板材やグラスウール等の断熱材を内設して形成したものが知られている。
しかし、上記建築用の断熱壁材は断熱性に優れているものの、内外の温度差に基づく断熱壁材の内外への結露の発生を効果的に阻止することが出来ない問題があった。

よって、上記問題点を解消すべく本出願人は実公平6ー43283号にて建築用パネル材を提案した。
上記考案は、珪藻土の焼成粉末とセルロイドファイバーとバインダーとの混合物から成る吸湿材を断熱材の両側面に吹き付け塗布したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記従来技術の断熱壁材および建築用パネル材においては、ホルムアルデヒドやその他の室内悪臭を分解除去する機能が設けられておらず、室内の空気を清浄化することは出来なかった。

本発明では、ホルムアルデヒドやその他の室内悪臭を分解除去し、室内の空気を清浄化することが出来る消臭性能を有する防音断熱壁材の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上下に複数の空気流通孔が穿設された中空の建築用パネル材と、この建築用パネル材に内設されてその周囲が固着された防音断熱材と、該防音断熱材の表面に塗布された金属フタロシアニンを含有する珪藻土とからなることを特徴とするものである。

また、上下に複数の空気流通孔が穿設されて内側面に金属フタロシアニンを含有する珪藻土が塗布された中空の建築用パネル材と、この建築用パネル材に内設されてその周囲が固着された防音断熱材と、該防音断熱材の表面に塗布された金属フタロシアニンを含有する珪藻土とからなることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
(実施の形態1)
図1は本発明の実施の形態1を示す縦断面図である。
1は消臭性能を有する防音断熱壁材で、この防音断熱壁材1は矩形の枠体2の外側面に板材3が張り付けられた形状をしている。枠体2の上下には複数の空気流通孔2aが穿設されている。

枠体2には防音断熱材4が内設されており、防音断熱材4の周囲は枠体2の内側面と固着されている。
防音断熱材4の表面には金属フタロシアニンを含有する珪藻土5が塗布されている。
珪藻土5と板材3内側面との間には空気の流通経路6が形成されている。

以上の構成から成る防音断熱壁材1は、建物の外壁や内壁の建築資材として用いられる。
室内の空気が流動する際、上下の空気流通孔2aから空気が出入りする。出入りする空気は流通経路6内で珪藻土5に接触し、珪藻土5に含有された金属フタロシアニンによって空気中に存在するホルムアルデヒドやその他の悪臭は分解除去される。

防音断熱壁材1内に空気を挿入する送風機を使用して空気流通孔2aより流通経路6内に室内の空気を出入りさせれば、より効率良くホルムアルデヒドやその他の悪臭を分解除去することが出来る。

本実施の形態によれば、空気中に存在するホルムアルデヒドやその他の悪臭を分解除去することができる。

図2は実施の形態2を示す縦断面図である。
本実施の形態は、前記実施の形態1における板材3の内側面にも金属フタロシアニンを含有する珪藻土5を塗布した点が異なり、他の構成は同一な構成部分から成るものであり、構成および作用の説明を省略する。

本実施の形態によれば、板材3の内側面にも金属フタロシアニンを含有する珪藻土5を塗布したことにより、空気中に存在するホルムアルデヒドやその他の悪臭を効率良く分解除去することができる。

本発明によれば、空気中に存在するホルムアルデヒドやその他の悪臭を分解除去できることにより、室内の空気を清浄化することができる。
