Description

The present invention relates to a fishing line spool and an anchoring band for the fishing line which can easily wind a fishing line in parallel by an automatic machine, can smoothly pull out the fishing line during use, and do not damage the fishing line.

As a technique considering the ease of the work of winding the fishing line in parallel, for example, a fishing line spool described in JP-A-10-136854 is known. Also, various types of thread fastening bands have been proposed.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-136854

However, in the structure of the fishing line guide portion described in JP-A-10-136854, when the fishing line is passed from one bobbin main body part to the adjacent bobbin main body part, it may not always operate smoothly. In other words, the slanted surface formed by increasing the thickness of the flange sequentially toward the direction of introduction of the fishing line is merely provided with a simple slanting surface that becomes a triangle in plan view. I couldn't guide you. Also, in the case where the guide groove is formed toward the direction of introduction of the fishing line, if the fishing line to be used changes and the size of the guide groove does not correspond to the thickness of the fishing line, the fishing line should be introduced well to the guide groove. I could not.

In addition, the thread retaining band is a member that prevents fraying by pressing the fishing line from when the remaining amount of fishing line is large and the fishing line is thick in the radial direction to when the fishing line is almost exhausted and thin in the radial direction. It is fitted to the bobbin main body with a certain degree of elasticity. For this reason, when the fishing line is introduced into the holding opening formed at the base end portion of the band, there has been a problem that the fishing line cannot be smoothly moved in contact with the band. In addition, when the fishing line is moved, the fishing line rubs and there is a risk of wear. This is particularly problematic when the entrance of the holding opening is narrow.

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and it is easy to wind the fishing line in parallel by an automatic machine, and can be smoothly introduced into the holding opening without damaging the fishing line when used. It is an object to provide a thread fastening band.

In order to achieve the above object, a first invention is a bobbin main body portion including a trunk portion around which a fishing line is wound and two flanges standing on both sides of the trunk portion. Is formed with an inclined surface having a flange that is successively thickened in the direction of introduction of the fishing line, and a step formed at the lower end of the inclined surface is formed along the tangential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the body portion. ing. Here, the entrance width of the step is preferably set in a range of 1.8 to 3.0 times the yarn diameter, and the magnification is preferably decreased as the yarn diameter is increased.

The second invention is a thread retaining band fitted by elastic force to a body portion of a bobbin main body portion around which a fishing line is wound , the band body having a substantially C shape, and the band A band base end portion extending to the base end side of the main body, a holding opening is formed in the band base end portion, and the band base end is formed on one side of the holding opening from the base end of the thread fixing band. An introduction port for introducing a fishing line into the holding opening through a side edge on one side of the portion is formed, and a side edge on one side of the band base end portion and on the base end side from the introduction port is formed on the band main body. A thin wall formed by moving toward the inner side in the width direction from the side edge on one side of the base end, and the inner peripheral surface of the band base end portion is thinned radially outward from the inner peripheral surface of the base end of the band main body. Is formed from the base end of the thread fastening band to the introduction port . In the present invention, since there is a thin portion in the hooking band, play can be performed between the outer surface of the fishing line and the back of the band, and the fishing line can be smoothly guided to the holding opening, and unnecessary rubbing can be performed. Does not occur.

Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fishing line bobbin that can easily wind a fishing line in parallel by an automatic machine and that can smoothly pull out the fishing line during use and a fishing band thereof. it can.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on examples.
As shown in FIG. 1, the fishing line spool according to this embodiment is composed of a bobbin main body 1 around which the fishing line is wound and a bobbin clamp band 2 fitted to the bobbin main body 1 by elastic force. ing.

The bobbin main body 1 includes a central part 4 provided with a radial connecting hand 3, a body part 5 on which adjacent fishing lines are wound in parallel to each other, and flanges 6 and 7 erected on both sides of the body part 5. It consists of and. The central portion 4 is provided with a hollow center ring 8 and a connecting hand 3 extending radially from the center ring 8, and a terminal surface 9 having a substantially donut shape continuously from the one side in the axial direction of the center ring 8 to the flange 6. Is formed (FIGS. 3 and 4). As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a part of the end surface 9 extends to the inside of the center ring 8 to form a positioning piece 10.

During the operation of winding the fishing line, the positioning piece 10 aligns the plurality of bobbin main bodies 1... 1 in the axial direction, and the fishing line is continuously wound by an automatic machine. Further, notches 11 and 12 are formed in the flanges 6 and 7 on the outer side in the radial direction of the positioning piece 10, respectively, and the thread winding operation is started from the notch 11 of the flange 6 (FIG. 2). At the position of the notch 12, the bobbin work for the bobbin main body 1 is finished.

The flange 6 is formed with a line introduction part 13 for smoothly guiding the fishing line F from the position of the notch part 11 toward the body part 5 in the tangential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the body part (FIG. 4). Specifically, the thread introduction part 13 is a step formed from the notch part 11 toward the body part 5. In order to form this step, the flange inner surface 6 </ b> B is cut obliquely to form the inclined surface 14. Forming. The triangular step formed at the lower end 14 a of the inclined surface 14 is not along the outer peripheral surface of the body part 5 but is formed in the tangential direction of the body part 5.

Since the thread introduction part 13 of the present embodiment is configured as described above, the fishing line F guided to the notch part 11 slides down the inclined surface 14 and is stabilized at the lower end 14a (FIG. 5 (a)). In the process of being guided in the circumferential direction, it also shifts inward in the radial direction (FIGS. 2 and 5), and is smoothly guided to the body portion 5. In this way, the thread introduction portion 13 is formed as a triangular step, but the entrance width at which the lateral width is maximum is set corresponding to the diameter of the fishing line, and the thread diameter is 0.1 mm. For example, an inlet width of about 0.3 mm, an inlet width of about 0.6 mm when the yarn diameter is 0.3 mm, and an inlet width of about 0.9 mm when the yarn diameter is 0.5 mm are preferable. That is, the entrance width is preferably set in the range of 1.8 to 3.0 times the yarn diameter, and the magnification is reduced as the yarn diameter increases.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a trapezoidal thin-walled portion 15 is formed continuously with the notch 12 of the other flange 7. And the tongue piece part 16 is formed in the radial direction inward from this thin part 15, and the slight clearance gap 17 is formed between this tongue piece part 16 and the connection hand 3 (FIG. 3). Therefore, when the finished fishing line spool is used, the end of the fishing line F can be sandwiched and held in the gap 17 (FIG. 7). The outer peripheral portion of the thin portion 15 functions as a lead-out path for guiding the fishing line.

As shown in FIG. 1, the thread fastening band 2 has a substantially C-shaped ring having a width W slightly narrower than the width of the body part 5 of the bobbin main body 1 and a circumferential length of about 2/3 in the circumferential direction. Shape. A fishing line holding opening 20 is formed at the band base end portion by the narrow portion 21, the band main body 22, and the connecting portion 30 that connects the two. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the rectangular holding opening 20 is provided, but it is needless to say that the opening may be of any shape such as an ellipse or a circle.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the narrow portion 21 is formed in a rollover J shape, and its left and right width is formed narrower than the width W of the band body 22. Therefore, at the time of use with the thread retaining band 2 attached, an introduction path SP (for example, a width of about 0.5 mm) through which the fishing line F passes is formed between the narrow portion 21 and the flange inner surface 6B. In the illustrated example, the rear end 21b of the narrow portion 21 is formed orthogonal to the length direction of the band main body 22, but is slightly inclined from the orthogonal direction as shown in FIG. 11 (d). It is good also as a shape guided toward the introduction path SP.

As shown in FIG. 8, the tip of the narrow portion 21 is formed in a hook shape and is terminated, and the fishing line F is passed between the tongue piece 22a extending from the band body 22 and the hook portion 21a. An introduction port 23 is formed. The inlet 23 may be as large as or larger than the fishing line as shown in the figure, but the hook portion 21a can be elastically deformed, and may be narrow enough for the fishing line to open its own inlet (FIG. 11 (e) )). In this embodiment, when the fishing line is guided to the holding opening 20, the fishing line does not move while rubbing. Therefore, even if the introduction port 23 is formed narrow, the problem of wear of the fishing line as in the prior art is not caused. Does not occur.

The thread retaining band 2 according to the present invention is characterized in that the fishing line is guided by the thin portion and introduced into the holding opening 20. Although the specific shape of the thin portion is arbitrary, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the entire narrow portion 21 is formed thinner than the band body 22 (see FIGS. 8B and 8C). For example, when the band main body is 1.6 mm thick, the narrow portion is formed to about 0.8 mm. In such a configuration, play can be made between the wound outer surface SUF of the stacked fishing line and the back surface of the narrow portion 21 (FIG. 8B), so that the fishing line is smoothly guided to the holding opening. And unnecessary rubbing does not occur. That is, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the fishing line moves rightward without any resistance on the rear end surface 21 b of the narrow portion 21 to reach the introduction path SP, and holds the opening while sliding the right end surface of the narrow portion 21. 20 will be introduced.

Further, the end surface 22b of the band body 22 is formed in a gentle and smooth arc shape as shown in FIG. Therefore, even if the fishing line F is pulled out from the holding opening 20 vigorously (the hooking band 2 rotates in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 9 in accordance with the drawing of the fishing line), the end surface 22b of the band body 22 pulls the fishing line F. There is no fear of being hurt. Moreover, the front end surface 22c of the band main body 22 is formed in the inclined surface with roundness (FIG.9 (c)). For this reason, when the thread fixing band 2 is attached to the bobbin main body 1, the distal end portion and the base end portion of the thread retaining band 2 do not damage the fishing line F.

In this way, the tip end surface 22c of the thread retaining band 2 is formed in an inclined surface that gradually becomes thinner in the traveling direction, so that the winding start end ST of the fishing line F protrudes by any chance. Even so (FIG. 10 (a)), the thread retaining band 2 smoothly rides on the winding start end ST of the fishing line when the thread retaining band 2 rotates, and there is no fear that the thread retaining band 2 will be flipped off. That is, when not configured as in the present embodiment, the front end surface 22c of the thread securing band 2 collides frontally with the winding start end ST of the fishing line F, and the thread retaining band 2 is caused by the elastic force. There is a risk of spreading and disengaging from the body part 5.

The embodiments of the present invention have been specifically described above. However, the present invention is not particularly limited, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, in the embodiment of FIG. 8, the entire narrow portion 21 is uniformly thinned. However, as shown in FIG. 11, for example, in a band base end portion having an arbitrary shape including one having no narrow portion, The portion indicated by the oblique lines may be thinner than the band main body 22. That is, it is sufficient that the portion thinner than the band main body 22 is formed to reach the holding opening 20 at the base end portion of the band, and it is not always necessary to provide the thin portion in the entire width direction of the band (FIG. 11B). )). Moreover, the specific shape to make thin is not specifically limited, Of course, arbitrary shapes, such as a cross-sectional triangle, are employable.
