Description
【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a sensor for measuring the level (height) of placed concrete.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sensor for measuring the level (height) of placed concrete, as shown in FIG. 6, a pair of electrodes 10a and 10b facing each other at a predetermined interval are placed on a mold 11. The concrete C is extended in the direction of launch, and a voltage is applied between the pair of electrodes 10a and 10b from the
[0003]
According to such a sensor, the proportion of the concrete C existing in the space between the electrodes 10a and 10b increases as the launch height H of the concrete C increases. Then, due to the electrochemical properties of concrete C, the impedance between electrodes 10a and 10b changes according to the proportion of concrete C present between electrodes 10a and 10b. Therefore, the height H of the concrete C can be measured by measuring the impedance between the electrodes 10a and 10b with the
[0004]
However, the electrochemical properties of concrete are greatly affected by the type and temperature of the concrete. Therefore, in the conventional sensor described above, there may be a problem in the reproducibility and linearity of the measurement result of the concrete height. Furthermore, in the above-described conventional sensor, in order to obtain the reference data for calculating the concrete launch height by the
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described background, and an object thereof is to provide a sensor that can easily and accurately measure the level of placed concrete.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a collective electrode in which a plurality of counter electrodes each having a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other with a gap therebetween are arranged in the concrete rising direction, and each of the counter electrodes. A voltage is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode to measure an impedance between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the first electrode and the second electrode are measured according to the measurement result of the impedance. and concrete existence discrimination means concrete between the two electrodes is determined whether or not there, Ru good to the concrete existence discrimination means, the concrete exists between the first electrode and the second electrode of the counter electrode Each of the counter electrodes has an opening / closing means that opens and closes according to the determination result, and includes a parallel circuit in which a series circuit having a resistance connected in series to each opening / closing means is connected in parallel. The first electric power is determined by the combined resistance value. The number of the counter electrode concrete exists between the second electrode and the measured, by using the arrangement interval of the counter electrode and the number, the height calculation means for calculating the beat up height of concrete It is characterized by having.
[0007]
According to the present invention, the concrete presence / absence discriminating means only determines whether or not concrete exists between the first electrode and the second electrode of the counter electrode with relatively low accuracy. Good. Therefore, it is possible to set a threshold value for determination with a margin so as not to be affected by the type of concrete, temperature, and the like. In this case, it is not necessary to perform calibration under various conditions, so that less labor is required for measurement.
[0008]
And the number of the counter electrodes determined by the height calculation means that concrete is present between the first electrode and the second electrode by the concrete presence / absence determination means, and the interval at which the counter electrodes are arranged, By calculating the concrete launch height using, it is possible to eliminate the influence of the concrete type, temperature, etc. and calculate the concrete launch height with high accuracy.
[0009]
In addition, the height calculation means includes opening / closing means that opens and closes according to a determination result of whether or not concrete exists between the first electrode and the second electrode of the counter electrode by the concrete presence / absence determination means. A parallel circuit in which a series circuit having a resistance connected in series to each open / close means is connected in parallel, and the first electrode and the second electrode are combined according to a combined resistance value of the parallel circuit; It is characterized in that the number of the counter electrodes with concrete in between is grasped.
[0010]
Furthermore, according to the present invention, the resistance constituting the parallel circuit is determined according to the number of counter electrodes determined by the concrete presence / absence determining means that concrete is present between the first electrode and the second electrode. The number of changes. Therefore, the height calculation means can easily measure the number of the counter electrodes in which concrete exists between the first electrode and the second electrode from the combined resistance value of the parallel circuit.
[0011]
Further, the height calculation means has a Wheatstone bridge circuit configured using the parallel circuit , and the Wheatstone bridge circuit has one end on the resistance side of each series circuit as one output of the Wheatstone bridge circuit. And the switching means of each series circuit is connected to one output terminal of the Wheatstone bridge circuit through the resistor in response to opening and closing, and The other input terminal of the Wheatstone bridge circuit is switched to the conductive state to the one output terminal of the Wheatstone bridge circuit via the resistor, and a predetermined bridge voltage is applied between the input terminals of the Wheatstone bridge circuit. Occasionally, the voltage generated between the output terminals of the Wheatstone bridge circuit, wherein The number of the counter electrode concrete exists between the first electrode and the second electrode and measuring.
[0012]
According to the present invention, when a predetermined voltage is applied to the input of the Wheatstone bridge circuit, the output voltage of the Wheatstone bridge circuit changes according to the combined resistance value of the parallel circuit. Then, as described above, the combined resistance value of the parallel circuit changes according to the number of the counter electrodes in which concrete exists between the first electrode and the second electrode. Therefore, the output voltage of the Wheatstone bridge circuit varies according to the number of the counter electrodes in which concrete exists between the first electrode and the second electrode.
[0013]
Therefore, an electrical resistance strain gauge measuring instrument used in connection with a Wheatstone bridge circuit composed of a strain gauge, a data logger, or the like can be used as the height calculating means. That is, the Wheatstone bridge circuit is connected to an electric resistance type strain gauge measuring instrument, a data logger, or the like, and the output voltage of the Wheatstone bridge circuit is measured, so that the first electrode and the second electrode are interposed. By grasping the number of the counter electrodes where the concrete exists, it is possible to calculate the concrete launch height.
