Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention folds one sheet through a folding section, cuts or stacks them, or stacks separate sheets, and attaches the overlapping surface so as to be peelable by pressurization, The present invention relates to a superposition adhesive sheet for superposition postcards and superposition sealed letters.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various types of this type of overlapping adhesive sheet are known, but in general, each sheet to be superimposed is configured in the same size.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the conventional sheet for overlaying adhesive has the disadvantage that it is not easy to peel the peelable adhesive surface when it is used as an overlay card, an overlay postcard, an overlay seal, etc. It was remarkable for the elderly and the elderly.
[0004]
Therefore, conventionally, when the sheets are overlapped, a portion located on the edge side of one sheet is cut, and a step is provided between the cut portion and the uncut portion, and this step is used as a finger-hanging portion, and peeling is performed. A technology that makes it easy to peel a possible adhesive surface has been conceived and has become popular.
[0005]
However, if the part located on the edge side of one sheet is cut, the step is suitable for finger hooking, but the step is caught by protrusions during delivery of the overlay adhesive sheet or handling of the recipient, and it is inadvertently stacked. When part of the mating surface peels off, or normal information is printed on the overlapping surface, but information cannot be printed on the cut portion, and furthermore, the stacked sheets are not the same size In some cases, it is difficult to organize and protect the recipient.
[0006]
In view of such inconveniences, the present invention is for stacking and bonding, which makes it extremely easy to peel the peelable adhesive surface without cutting a portion located on the edge side of one sheet when the sheets are stacked. The purpose is to provide seats.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present inventor has reduced the thickness of the portion located on the edge side of the surface opposite to the overlapping surface of at least one of the sheets when the sheets are overlapped with each other. The inventors have found that this portion can be easily brought into an unbonded state or a weakly bonded state, and have come up with the present invention.
[0008]
In other words, the overlapping adhesive sheet of the present invention is an adhesive sheet that folds or overlaps the sheets and adheres the overlapping surfaces in a peelable manner with an adhesive layer that adheres by pressing without bonding in a normal state. Then, when the sheets are overlapped, the thickness of the portion located on the edge side of the surface opposite to the overlapping surface of at least one of the sheets is reduced from the other portions.
[0009]
Therefore, according to the overlapping adhesive sheet of the present invention, the thickness of the portion located on the edge side of the surface opposite to the overlapping surface of at least one sheet is reduced from the other portions, so that the predetermined dry sealer When pressure bonding is applied, a predetermined nip pressure is applied to the overlapping surface in addition to the part, but the thin part does not have a sufficient nip pressure and is in an unbonded or weakly bonded state. Therefore, if this part is fingered and peeled, peeling becomes easy.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the overlay adhesive sheet of the present invention will be described in more detail based on a preferred embodiment and the accompanying drawings. Here, FIG. 1 is a plan view of the overlay adhesive sheet of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a state in which the overlap adhesive sheet of FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional explanatory view, FIG. 4 is a plan view of a superposition adhesive sheet in another embodiment, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. 3, and FIG. FIG.
[0011]
The overlapping adhesive sheet 1 shown in FIG. 1 is configured as a “two-fold information concealing postcard”, and an adhesive layer 3 that is peelably bonded with a predetermined pressure is applied to the overlapping surface of the sheet base 2. When the images are overlapped, the information is folded through the folding portion 7 so that the information is concealed in a postcard form. Information is printed on the overlapping surface of the sheet base material 2, but the information is printed directly on the surface of the sheet base material 2, and the adhesive layer 3 is applied to the print surface, or adhesion is performed. The adhesive layer 3 is either applied to the surface of the adhesive layer 3 after being applied to the surface of the sheet base material 2, but is not particularly limited in the present invention.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, the left and right corners 4 and 4 located on the edge side of the overlapping sheet of the overlapping adhesive sheet 1 in FIG. The irradiated portion is sublimated, and the portion of the sheet base material 2 is cut in a triangular shape, and the thickness of the sheet base material 2 at the corner portions 4 and 4 is approximately ½ of the other portions. ing. As described above, since the sheet base material remains without being cut at the corner portions 4 and 4, predetermined printing and printing can be performed on this portion as shown in FIG.
[0013]
Accordingly, when the overlapping bonding sheet 1 of FIG. 1 is overlapped and pressed by a predetermined dry sealer, a predetermined nip pressure for bonding the overlapping surface is applied to the portions other than the corner portions 4 and 4, and bonding is performed. Although the thin corners 4 and 4 are not subjected to sufficient nip pressure, they are in an unbonded state or a weakly bonded state, and as shown in FIG.
[0014]
Furthermore, another Example is given and this invention is explained in full detail.
The overlapping adhesive sheet 11 shown in FIG. 4 is configured as a “tri-fold information concealment postcard”. The overlapping surface of the sheet base material 2 is provided with an adhesive layer 3 that is detachably bonded with a predetermined pressure. When the sheets are overlapped, they are folded in a Z-shape via the folding portions 7a and 7b, and the information printed on the overlapping surface is concealed as in the case of the overlapping adhesive sheet 1 in FIG. Is.
[0015]
And as shown in FIG. 5, the left and right edge parts 5 and 5 located in the edge side of the sheet | seat 11 for overlap adhesion | attachment of FIG. 4 are previously pressed by the relief roll, and the sheet base material in the said edge parts 5 and 5 is provided. The thickness of 2 is about ½ of the other portions. In addition, also in this embodiment, as in the above embodiment, since the sheet base material remains without cutting the edge portions 5 and 5, the predetermined printing or printing is performed as shown in FIG. It can be applied over this part.
[0016]
4 is pressed with a predetermined dry sealer, the overlapping surface is bonded to the portions other than the edge portions 5 and 5 in the same manner as the overlapping bonding sheet 1 in FIG. A predetermined nip pressure is applied, and the thin edge portions 5 and 5 are not subjected to sufficient nip pressure, so that they are in an unbonded state or a weakly bonded state, as shown in FIG. Are suitable peeling portions 6 and 6, respectively.
[0017]
In each of the above embodiments, one sheet is overlapped via a predetermined folding part, but the present invention is not limited to this, and one sheet is stacked or separated. The present invention can also be suitably applied to the case where the sheets are overlapped.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the overlapping adhesive sheet of the present invention, the thickness of the portion located on the edge side of the surface opposite to the overlapping surface of at least one of the sheets is reduced compared to the other portions. When a pressure seal is applied with a dry sealer, a predetermined nip pressure is applied to adhere the overlapping surface to the part other than the part. However, the thin part does not have a sufficient nip pressure and is not attached. Or it will be in a weakly bonded state, so that if this part is pointed and peeled off, it will be easy to peel off.
