【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
いわゆる展開型の使い捨ておむつを着用する際には、ファスニングテープと呼ばれる一対の止着具によって前後のウエスト部を固着している。おむつの使用前の状態では、粘着剤の層や機械的ファスナーのフック部材等からなる該止着具の固着面が外側に露出しないように、該止着具が、その折曲部を介しておむつの肌当接面側に折り曲げられており、該固着面が保護されている。

しかし、このように折り曲げられた状態の止着具は、上記折曲部にいわゆる折りぐせが付いていることから、おむつを着用者に装着させようとして該止着具を外方に開いても、手を離した途端に上記折りぐせによる復元力で自然と内方へ閉じてしまい、装着させにくい場合があった。

また特開昭６２−１５３０４号公報及び特開昭６２−８１４７４号公報には、テープ部に弾性体を有するファスニングテープが提案されている。しかし、弾性体を用いる目的は、ファスニングテープに伸縮性を付与することにあり、上記折りぐせによりファスニングテープが内方へ閉じてしまうのを防止しようとするものではない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、上記止着具が外方へ開く方向に力を付勢する部材を該止着具の特定の部位に配することによって上記目的が達成されることを知見した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の使い捨ておむつを、その好ましい実施形態に基づき図面を参照しながら説明する。
まず、図１〜図３を参照しながら、本発明の使い捨ておむつの参考例を説明し、次に、図４及び図５を参照しながら、本発明の使い捨ておむつの実施形態を示す。実施形態は、参考例に比して、曲げ反発弾性を有する部材がタブテープとは別体になっている点が主として異なる。それ以外の構成は参考例と同様であるため、実施形態については、参考例とは構成の異なる点を中心に説明し、参考例と同様の構成の説明を省略する。従って、参考例における実施形態と同様の構成についての説明は、実施形態の説明にも適宜適用される。

図１には本発明の使い捨ておむつの参考例をトップシート側から見た一部破断平面図が示されている。この使い捨ておむつ１は、いわゆる展開型のおむつであり、液透過性のトップシート２、液不透過性のバックシート３及び両シート２，３の間に介在された液保持性の吸収体４を有している。吸収体４は、おむつ１の股下領域に対応する領域がくびれた砂時計形状に湾曲形成され、トップシート２及びバックシート３も、吸収体４の形状に即しておむつ１の股下領域に対応する領域が湾曲形成されている。そして、吸収体４は、トップシート２及びバックシート３によって挟持・固定されている。その結果、使い捨ておむつ１には、着用時に着用者の腹側に位置する腹側部Ａ及び背側に位置する背側部Ｂ並びに着用者の股下部に位置する股下部Ｃが形成されている。

而して、止着具１０における少なくとも折曲部１１には、折曲線と交差するように、該止着具１０を展開状態（外方に開いた状態）とするに足る程度の曲げ反発弾性を有する部材（以下、この部材を単に弾性部材という）が配されている。本実施形態においては、タブテープ１１全体が弾性部材から構成されている。斯かる弾性部材を折曲部１１に配することによって、図３に示すように、おむつを着用者に装着させようとして止着具１０を外方に開くと、該弾性部材の曲げ反発弾性による復元力で外方に付勢されて自然とタブテープ１１が平坦ないしそれに近い状態まで開き且つ内方へ戻らないようになる。その結果、止着具１０から手を離しても止着具１０の開いた状態が保持され、おむつ１の装着が極めて容易となる。また、タブテープとしてプラスチックフィルムを用いていた従来の使い捨ておむつと異なり、折曲部１１が身体に当たって、身体を傷つけることが防止される。

上記弾性部材を構成する材料は、ウレタンフォームやポリオレフィンフォーム等の発泡体である。

本明細書において曲げ反発弾性とは、折り曲げられた材料が荷重を解かれた際に、該材料が元の状態に復元しようとする力をいう。おむつ１の使用時に十分な曲げ反発弾性力を得、かつ使用前における止着具１０の折り曲げ状態を保持する観点から、上記弾性部材はその曲げ反発弾性率が、例えばウレタンフォームを用いた場合には２５〜５０％であることが好ましい。この曲げ反発弾性率は、ＪＩＳＫ６３０１に準じて測定される。

次に、本発明の一実施形態を説明する。本実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１においては、図４に示すように、止着具１０は、プラスチックフィルムや不織布からなるタブテープ１１と、該タブテープ１１の一面上に設けられた止着部１２と、該止着部１２と同一面上に配された弾性部材（曲げ反発弾性を有する部材）１４とを有し、弾性部材１４が折曲部１３に配されている。この場合、弾性部材１４としては折曲部１３における折曲線と交差するように配された帯状の部材等が用いられる。この実施形態における止着具によっても、上記参考例における止着具と同様の効果が奏される。尚、図４に示す実施形態においては、弾性部材１４を止着部１２と反対側の面上に配してもよい。

本発明の使い捨ておむつは上記実施形態に制限されず、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の変更が可能である。
例えば、止着具１０における止着部１２はメカニカルファスナーのループ部材でもよい。この場合には、おむつ腹側部のバックシート上に設けられる被着部がメカニカルファスナーのフック部材から構成される。
また、止着部１２は、粘着剤の層から形成されていてもよい。
また、図５に示すように、図４に示す止着具におけるタブテープ１１の先端部１５に上記と同様の弾性部材１４を配することで、該先端部が折れ曲がることに起因してタブテープが摘みにくくなることを防ぐこともできる。
また、上記の各実施形態の構成は相互に置換可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、装着の容易な使い捨ておむつが提供される。また、上記折曲部に上記弾性部材を配することで、該折曲部が身体に当たって身体を傷つけることが防止される。
