Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper that is easy to wear.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
When wearing a so-called unfolded disposable diaper, the front and back waist portions are fixed by a pair of fastening devices called fastening tapes. In the state before use of the diaper, the fastening device is placed through the bent portion so that the fixing surface of the fastening device composed of an adhesive layer or a hook member of a mechanical fastener is not exposed to the outside. It is bent to the skin contact surface side of the diaper, and the fixed surface is protected.
[0003]
However, the fastener in the folded state as described above has a so-called fold in the bent portion, so that even if the fastener is opened outward in order to allow the wearer to wear the diaper. As soon as the hand is released, there is a case where it is difficult to put it on due to its inward closing due to the restoring force due to the folding.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-15304 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-81474 propose a fastening tape having an elastic body in the tape portion. However, the purpose of using the elastic body is to impart elasticity to the fastening tape, and does not attempt to prevent the fastening tape from closing inward due to the folding.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper that is easy to wear.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have found that the above-described object can be achieved by arranging a member that urges the force in a direction in which the fastening device opens outward at a specific part of the fastening device.
[0007]
That is, the present invention is formed with a pair of abdominal portions located on the abdomen side of the wearer and a dorsal side portion located on the dorsal side when wearing, and a pair of fixing the abdominal side portion and the dorsal side portion when wearing In the disposable diaper in which the fastening device is disposed in a state where the fastening device is folded on the left and right sides of the back side portion via the folding portion, at least the bending portion of the fastening device has a bending rebound resilience. The fastening member has a tab tape continuously provided from the side portion of the back side portion and a fastening portion provided on the tab tape, and has the bending rebound resilience. The member which has is distribute | arranged to the said bending part at least in this tab tape, and achieves the said objective by providing the disposable diaper which consists of a foam .
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the disposable diaper of this invention is demonstrated, referring drawings based on the preferable embodiment.
First, the reference example of the disposable diaper of this invention is demonstrated, referring FIGS. 1-3, Next, embodiment of the disposable diaper of this invention is shown, referring FIG.4 and FIG.5. The embodiment is mainly different from the reference example in that a member having bending rebound resilience is separated from the tab tape. Since the other configuration is the same as that of the reference example, the embodiment will be described with a focus on differences in configuration from the reference example, and description of the same configuration as that of the reference example will be omitted. Therefore, the description of the configuration similar to that of the embodiment in the reference example is appropriately applied to the description of the embodiment.
[0009]
FIG. 1 shows a partially broken plan view of a reference example of the disposable diaper of the present invention as viewed from the top sheet side. This disposable diaper 1 is a so-called unfolded diaper, and includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3, and a liquid-retaining absorbent body 4 interposed between both sheets 2 and 3. Have. The absorbent body 4 is curved and formed in an hourglass shape in which the region corresponding to the crotch region of the diaper 1 is constricted, and the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 also correspond to the crotch region of the diaper 1 in accordance with the shape of the absorber 4. The region is curved. The absorber 4 is sandwiched and fixed by the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3. As a result, the disposable diaper 1 is formed with an abdominal part A located on the abdomen side of the wearer, a back side part B located on the dorsal side, and a crotch part C located on the crotch part of the wearer. .
[0010]
The back and abdomen waist portions 5 and 5 and the pair of leg portions 6 and 6 formed by the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 extending outward from the front and rear and left and right end edges of the absorbent body 4 When the diaper 1 is worn, a plurality of elastic members 7 for fitting the waist portions 5 and 5 and the leg portions 6 and 6 to the wearer's body are fixed by the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3. Is provided.
[0011]
A pair of fasteners 10, 10 are arranged on the left and right sides in the width direction of the waist portion 5 in the back side portion B. The fastening device 10 attaches the stomach side portion A and the back side portion B by fastening to an attachment device (not shown) disposed on the back sheet of the stomach side portion A when the diaper is worn. They are fixed to each other.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, which is an enlarged view of the main part of the fastening device 10, the fastening device 10 is sandwiched between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 at the side portion of the waist portion 5 in the back side portion B and the side portion. And a fastening portion 12 provided on the tab tape 11. The fastening part 12 is composed of a hook member of a mechanical fastener. Further, the fastening device 10 is arranged in a state of being bent to the top sheet side via the bent portion 13 before wearing the diaper, so that the fastening portion 12 is not exposed to the outer surface.
[0013]
Thus, at least the bent portion 11 of the fastening device 10 has a bending rebound resilience sufficient to make the fastening device 10 unfolded (opened outward) so as to intersect the folding line. (Hereinafter, this member is simply referred to as an elastic member). In the present embodiment, the entire tab tape 11 is composed of an elastic member. By arranging such an elastic member in the bent portion 11, as shown in FIG. 3, when the fastening device 10 is opened outward so as to allow the wearer to wear the diaper, due to the bending rebound resilience of the elastic member. The tab tape 11 is urged outward by the restoring force to naturally open to a flat or close state and does not return inward. As a result, the open state of the fastening device 10 is maintained even when the hand is released from the fastening device 10, and the wearing of the diaper 1 becomes extremely easy. Moreover, unlike the conventional disposable diaper which used the plastic film as a tab tape, it is prevented that the bending part 11 hits a body and a body is damaged.
[0014]
Material charges constituting the elastic member is a foam such as urethane foam or polyolefin foam.
[0015]
In this specification, the bending rebound resilience refers to a force that causes a bent material to restore its original state when the load is released. From the viewpoint of obtaining a sufficient bending rebound resilience when using the diaper 1 and maintaining the folded state of the fastening device 10 before use, the elastic member has a bending rebound resilience when, for example, urethane foam is used. Is preferably 25 to 50%. This bending rebound resilience is measured according to JIS K6301.
[0016]
Next, an embodiment of the present invention. In the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the fastening device 10 includes a tab tape 11 made of a plastic film or a nonwoven fabric, a fastening portion 12 provided on one surface of the tab tape 11, and a 14 (member having a flexural resilience) elastic member arranged fastening portion 12 on the same plane, the elastic member 14 that are disposed in the bent portion 13. In this case, as the elastic member 14, a belt-like member or the like arranged so as to intersect the folding line in the bent portion 13 is used. Also with the fastening device in this embodiment, the same effect as the fastening device in the above-described reference example is exhibited. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the elastic member 14 may be disposed on the surface opposite to the fastening portion 12.
[0017]
The disposable diaper of this invention is not restrict | limited to the said embodiment, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention.
For example, the fastening part 12 in the fastening tool 10 may be a loop member of a mechanical fastener. In this case, the adherend portion provided on the back sheet of the diaper belly side portion is constituted by a hook member of a mechanical fastener.
Moreover, the fastening part 12 may be formed from the layer of the adhesive.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, by disposing the elastic member 14 similar to the above on the distal end portion 15 of the tab tape 11 in the fastening device shown in FIG. 4, the tab tape is picked due to the distal end portion being bent. It can also be prevented from becoming difficult .
Also, the configuration of the above-described embodiments can be mutually substituted.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a disposable diaper that is easy to wear is provided. Further, by disposing the elastic member in the bent portion, the bent portion can be prevented from hitting the body and damaging the body.
