Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a transfer tool for transferring a coating film of a transfer tape onto a paper surface or the like, and more particularly to a transfer tool capable of transferring a coating film of a transfer tape by a pressing operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a coating film such as a correction agent, an adhesive, or a colorant is provided on a substrate such as paper or film having releasability, processed into a tape shape, and the correction agent is applied to an object to be transferred such as paper. A transfer tool for transferring an adhesive and a colorant by pressure bonding is known.
[0003]
The transfer tool is mainly provided in a main body having a head at one end thereof, and a supply reel and a winding reel are rotatably arranged, and the transfer tape wound around the supply reel is the head. Folds through the tip, and moves the folded part against the transfer object such as paper, thereby transferring the coating film such as a correction agent or adhesive on the tape substrate to the paper. Things were common.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a structure, the head is in close contact with the movement, so that the body angle and the straight direction of the movement direction are required, and in particular, the coating film is transferred only to a predetermined portion, and the coating film is transferred to an extra portion. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to set the moving distance to be transferred strictly, so that the structure has a problem in workability.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a transfer tool that can transfer reliably and can easily transfer only a predetermined portion with a simple structure.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a main body, a supply reel in which a transfer tape provided with a coating film is provided on one side of a base material, and storage means for storing used tape, At least a part of the transfer tape coated film is formed of an elastic body, and at least at the time of transfer, at least a part of the head protrudes from the main body and abuts against a transfer portion on the transfer surface to be pressed. A transfer tool for transferring the coating film of the transfer tape to the transfer surface by compressing and deforming by operation , wherein the head is arranged to be movable and returnable in the body during transfer, The drive shaft connected to the head is interlocked so that the storage means for storing the used tape is driven when the head is returned .
[0008]
Further, the transfer surface of the head has a substantially flat ground shape.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The shape of the head may be appropriately selected as a cylindrical shape, a columnar shape, or the like with a transfer surface that is substantially flat. Since the transfer surface becomes a transfer location because the transfer is performed by the pressing operation, it is possible to prevent the coating film from being transferred to an excessive portion by transferring the coating film only to a predetermined location.
[0010]
The elastic material is made of elastomer (styrene, olefin, ester, nitrile, urethane, vinyl chloride, etc.), silicone rubber, other synthetic rubber, natural rubber, wood chips such as cork, etc. A known elastic body may be appropriately selected. In addition, by forming at least a part of the head with an elastic body, the elastic body is compressed and deformed by the pressing operation even if there is some unevenness on the transfer surface or the transfer angle is not set strictly. Thus, the coating film can be transferred reliably.
[0011]
The head may be provided with at least a part of an elastic body, or the head itself may be arranged so as to be movable and returnable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the transfer surface of the head. As the arrangement method, for example, a known method for arranging the head so that the head moves when a pressing force is applied and returns to the original position when the pressing force disappears, such as providing a spring at one end of the head, is used. it can. As a result, in addition to the compression deformation of the elastic body, the movement of the head itself further absorbs irregularities on the transfer surface and facilitates the setting of the pressing force. The storage means for storing the used tape can be driven in conjunction with the movement of the head and the compression deformation of the elastic body. It is preferable because the tape feed amount becomes constant by driving the storage means by moving the head and compressing and deforming the elastic body.
[0012]
As the storage means, known storage means for storing used tapes, such as a method of sandwiching and feeding the tape and a method of winding the tape with a winding reel or the like, can be used.
[0013]
As a pressing method for pressing the head, a method of applying a pressing force in a state where the head protrudes from the main body may be selected as appropriate, such as pressing the transfer tool main body or providing a pressing portion. At least with the head protruding from the main body, the transfer surface of the head is brought into contact with the transfer location on the transfer surface, so that the state where the transfer tape is in contact can be visually confirmed, making it easy to transfer at a predetermined location. Can be reliably transferred. Further, if the head protrudes from the main body at the time of transfer, for example, a knock type in which the head is accommodated in the main body when not in use can be used for the transfer method and transfer tool of the present invention.

Since the tape is slackened by the pressing operation, a known method for preventing tape slack, such as a method of applying tension to the tape by a leaf spring or a method of constantly applying force to the storage means, etc. A method can be appropriately selected and provided.
[0015]
By linking the supply reel and the storage member to each other, in addition to the transfer by pressing operation, the head is pressed against the transfer surface and moved parallel to the transfer surface to transfer the coating film on the transfer tape. It can also be transcribed.
[0016]
Well-known reverse rotation prevention mechanism such as a mechanism for preventing reverse rotation of the supply reel and / or the storage means, for example, a mechanism using a locking portion and a locking claw that locks only in reverse rotation without locking in forward rotation A mechanism for the above can be selected and provided as appropriate. Providing a rotation prevention mechanism is preferable because the reel will not rotate even if it is accidentally compressed and moved in the direction opposite to the transfer direction.
[0017]
The base material of the transfer tape is a paper base material such as condenser paper or glassine paper, polyester film, cellulose film, acetate film, polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyimide film, polyethylene naphthalate film, etc. An already known substrate such as a plastic substrate may be appropriately selected. In addition, a coating film provided on one side of the base material may be appropriately selected from a correction agent, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a colorant and the like in accordance with the base material.
[0018]
Further, a release layer may be provided between the substrate and the coating film, or the substrate itself may be subjected to a release treatment. Furthermore, a transfer tape used for a known transfer tool can be used, such as providing an adhesive layer as the outermost layer, or providing a layer having other functions in addition to the base material and the coating film. .
[0019]
Either a transparent body or an opaque body may be used for the main body, but in view of workability, a transparent body is preferable because the remaining amount of the tape and the working place can be easily confirmed.
[0020]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The transfer tool 1 in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a transfer layer of a white correction paint layer on a base material made of a polyester film in which a support 7 and 8 disposed in a main body 2 is subjected to a release treatment. 6a is formed, and the supply tape 3 on which the transfer tape 6 having an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having pressure adhesiveness is further wound, and the transfer tape 6 after transfer are accommodated. The winding reel 4 is rotatably supported, and a square columnar head 5 made of urethane elastomer is disposed on the head holding member 5c, and protrudes from the front end of the main body 2 to hold the head. This is a correction tool in which a spring 10 is arranged between one end of a member 5c and a spring holding member 10a fixed to the main body 2, and the head 5 is arranged to be movable and returnable. Further, a leaf spring 18 is disposed in the main body 2 to prevent the tape from sagging.
[0021]
A mechanism such as a ratchet can be used to prevent reverse rotation of the supply reel 3, but in this embodiment, a locking portion (not shown) is provided on the inner wall of the main body, and the engagement is provided on the supply reel. A locking claw (not shown) that can be engaged and disengaged is provided on the stopper. The locking portion and the locking claw are configured not to be locked in the supply direction (clockwise) of the supply reel but to be locked only in the opposite direction.
[0022]
The transfer tape 6 is guided by the guide pin 9 and fed out from the supply reel 3, passes through the transfer surface 5 a of the head 5, is further guided by the guide pin 19, and passes through the winding reel 4. Yes.
[0023]
At the time of transfer, the substantially flat transfer surface 5a of the head 5 is brought into contact with the transfer portion of the transfer surface 11, and the main body 2 and the winding reel 4 are pressed by pressing the main body 2 in the transfer surface direction (arrow A1 direction). Descends (arrow A1 direction). At the same time, pressing force is applied to the head 5 to compress and deform the head 5, and the transfer layer 6a of the correction paint layer is peeled off from the base material by the adhesive layer and transferred to the transfer surface 11. At this time, even if the main body 2 is pressed slightly tilted, it can be absorbed by the deformation of the elastic body, and the pressing force is almost perpendicular to the transfer surface. The head 5 and the drive shaft 12 also receive the pressing force and move relative to the transfer surface 5a in a substantially vertical direction (arrow B1 direction).
[0024]
One end portion of the drive shaft 12 is provided with a spring portion 13a having a spring property, and a claw portion 13 is provided at one end portion of the spring portion 13a. When the main body 2 is pressed, the relationship between the claw 13 integrated with the drive shaft 12 and the gear 4a of the winding reel 4 is in the forward direction, so that they are not engaged with each other, and the claw 13 is a spring. It moves over the gear 4a of the winding reel 4 due to the bending of the portion 13a. When the pressing force is lost, the deformation of the elastic body is restored, and at the same time, the main body 2 and the winding reel 4 are raised (in the direction of the arrow B1) by the spring 10, so that the gear 4a provided on the winding reel 4 And the winding reel 4 is rotated (clockwise) to wind up the used transfer tape 6. That is, the claw portion 13 is engaged with the winding reel 4 only in the winding direction. The tape is moved by the winding of the transfer tape, the unused transfer tape 6 is conveyed from the supply reel 3, and the unused transfer tape is always transferred to the transfer surface 5a of the head 5. Is transported.
[0025]
In the case where the conventional supply reel and the winding reel are arranged on the same surface in the main body, the supply reel is rotated by the movement of the transfer tape wound around the supply reel. However, since the rotational force is transmitted to the take-up reel and the used transfer tape is taken up, the gear needs to be larger than the tape diameter, so the main body becomes larger and the degree of freedom in design is reduced. However, it is not necessary to make the gear larger than the tape diameter according to the above configuration, which is preferable because the degree of freedom in design is improved.
[0026]
The transfer tool 21 in the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 has a transfer layer 26a of a white correction paint layer on a base material made of a polyester film in which a support 27 arranged in the main body 22 is subjected to a release treatment. Further, a supply reel 23 around which a transfer tape 26 having an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having pressure adhesiveness is wound is rotatably supported, and a square columnar head 25 is provided. The head holding member 25c is disposed so as to protrude from the tip of the main body 22, and the tip of the head 25 is formed by a transfer member 25b made of an olefin elastomer. This is a correction tool in which the spring 20 is disposed between one end portion of the head holding member 25c and the spring holding member 20a, and the head 25 is arranged to be movable and returnable. Further, a leaf spring 28 is disposed in the main body 22 to prevent the tape from sagging.
[0027]
In order to prevent the reverse rotation of the supply reel 23, a locking portion (not shown) is provided on the inner wall of the main body in the same manner as in the first embodiment. (Not shown). The locking portion and the locking claw are configured not to be locked in the supply direction (clockwise) of the supply reel but to be locked only in the opposite direction.
[0028]
The transfer tape 26 is fed out from the supply reel 23, guided by the guide pin 29, and sent out to the storage chamber 15 through the transfer surface 25 a of the head 25 by the pinching members 16 and 17 having gears 34 and 35. Providing the storage chamber 15 for storing the used transfer tape in the main body eliminates the need for the take-up reel, which has been required in the past, and thus improves the degree of freedom in design, which is preferable.
[0029]
At the time of transfer, as in the first embodiment, the substantially flat transfer surface 25a of the head 25 is brought into contact with the transfer location of the transfer surface 31, and the main body 22 is pressed in the direction of the transfer surface (arrow A2 direction). The sandwiching members 16 and 17 descend (in the direction of arrow A2). At the same time, the pressing force is applied to the head 25 to deform the transfer member 25b of the head 25, and the transfer layer 26a of the correction paint layer of the transfer tape 26 is peeled off from the base material by the adhesive layer and transferred to the transfer surface 31. . At this time, even if the main body 22 is pressed at a slight angle, it can be absorbed by the deformation of the elastic transfer member 25b, resulting in a pressing force in a direction substantially perpendicular to the transfer surface (arrow A2 direction). The head 25 and the drive shaft 32 also receive the pressing force and move relative to the transfer surface 25a in a substantially vertical direction (arrow B2 direction).
[0030]
One end portion of the drive shaft 32 is provided with a spring portion 33a having a spring property, and a claw portion 33 is provided at one end portion of the spring portion 33a. When the main body 22 is pressed, the relationship between the claw 33 integrated with the drive shaft 32 and the gear 24a of the take-up reel 24 is in the forward direction, so that they are not meshed, and the claw 33 is a spring. It moves over the gear 24a of the winding reel 24 by the bending of the portion 33a. When the pressing force disappears, the elastic body returns to the original position and the spring 20 raises the main body 22 and the pinching member 16 (in the direction of arrow B2), so that the claw portion 33 meshes with the gear 34 provided on the pinching member 16. The pinching member 16 is rotated (clockwise). Further, the gears 34 and 35 are meshed with the rotation of the pinching member 16, and the pinching member 17 is rotated (counterclockwise), and the used transfer tape 26 is pinched and sent out to the storage chamber 15. That is, the claw portion 33 meshes only with the feeding direction of the pinching member 16. Further, it is preferable to provide the holding members 16 and 17 because the feeding amount of the transfer tape 26 becomes constant. When the used tape is sent out, the transfer tape is moved, and the unused transfer tape 26 is conveyed from the supply reel 23 and is always transferred to the transfer surface 25a of the head. Is transported.
[0031]
The transfer tool 41 in the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 7 is a white correction paint on a base material made of a polyester film in which a support 47, 48 disposed in a main body 42 is subjected to a release treatment. A supply reel 43 and a winding reel 44 each having a transfer tape 46 on which an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having pressure adhesiveness is further wound are formed. And a correction tool which is arranged so as to be interlocked with each other by gears 54 and 55 provided on both reels.
[0032]
A head 45 made of a rectangular column-shaped olefin elastomer is disposed on the head holding member 45 c so as to protrude from the tip of the main body 42.
[0033]
In order to prevent reverse rotation of the supply reel 43, a locking portion (not shown) is provided on the inner wall of the main body in the same manner as in the first embodiment. (Not shown). The locking portion and the locking claw are configured not to be locked in the supply direction (clockwise) of the supply reel but to be locked only in the opposite direction.
[0034]
The transfer tape 46 is fed out from a supply reel 43 having a gear 54, guided by guide pins 49 and 50, and taken up by a take-up reel 44 having a gear 55 via a transfer surface 45 a of the head 45. It is done.
[0035]
At the time of transfer, as in the first and second embodiments, the substantially flat transfer surface 45a of the head 45 is brought into contact with the transfer portion of the transfer surface 51, and the main body 42 is pressed in the transfer surface direction (arrow A3 direction). At the same time, pressure is applied to the head 45 to compress and deform the head 45, and the transfer layer (not shown) of the correction paint layer of the transfer tape 46 is peeled off from the base material by the adhesive layer and transferred to the transfer surface 51. To do.
[0036]
After the transfer, the winding knob 57 provided with a deflectable push rod 58 that meshes with the gear 56 of the take-up reel 44 on the main body 42 is pushed by bending the spring 57a (in the direction of arrow E). A claw portion 58 a provided at one end meshes with a gear 56 provided on the winding reel 44 to rotate (clockwise) the winding reel 44 and wind up the transfer tape 46. After the winding, the push rod 58 is restored by the restoring force of the spring 57a, but the claw portion 58a of the push rod 58 and the gear 56 are engaged only in the direction of arrow E, and in the opposite direction, the engagement with the gear 56 escapes due to the deflection of the push rod. The release reel does not rotate. Since the winding knob is pushed to wind up a predetermined length, repeated press transfer can be performed.
[0037]
Further, since the supply reel 43 and the take-up reel 44 are interlocked by gears 54 and 55, the main body 42 is inclined so that the corner portion of the substantially flat transfer surface 45 a of the head 45 is transferred to the transfer target surface 51. The coating film is pressed by pressing the main body 42 in the direction of the transfer surface (arrow A3 direction), compressing and deforming the head 45, and then moving parallel to the transfer surface (arrow C direction). Can also be transferred to the transfer surface.
[0038]
At the time of the transfer, the supply reel 43 is rotated (counterclockwise) by the transfer tape 46 that moves the head 45 back, and the gear 54 provided on the supply reel 43 is provided on the take-up reel 44. The take-up reel 44 is rotated by meshing with the gear 55 and the tape 46 after transfer is taken up. At this time, the amount of movement of the transfer tape is constant, whereas the ratio of the tape outer diameter of the supply reel 43 to the tape outer diameter of the take-up reel 44 is time-dependent. Change. That is, the tape outer diameter of the supply reel decreases with time, whereas the tape outer diameter of the take-up reel increases.
[0039]
For this reason, since the winding speed of the winding reel 44 becomes higher with time than the supply speed of the supply reel 43, the rotational speeds of both reels are not synchronized. The applied rotational torque gradually increases.
[0040]
The supply reel 43 includes a rotation member 43a having a gear 54 and a supply member 43b wound with a tape, and a friction member 43c is mounted between the rotation member 43a and the supply member 43b. When the rotational torque exceeds the frictional force of the friction member 43c, the supply member 43b slides and rotates so that the supply speed and the winding speed can be synchronized. The means for synchronizing the supply speed and the take-up speed is not limited to the above-mentioned means of the mechanism, and a known means for synchronizing the rotation speeds of the supply reel and the take-up reel is appropriately selected and used. I can do it.
[0041]
The tape used for the transfer tool of the above embodiment is not particularly limited, and a tape used for a known transfer tool can be selected as appropriate, and a tape having other functions can be selected. Needless to say, it can be used for various transfer tools such as adhesives, correction tools, and coloring tools.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
Since the transfer tool of the present invention has the above-described configuration, there is an advantage that a transfer tool that can surely and easily transfer only a predetermined portion can be provided with a simple structure. Moreover, even if the main body is pressed with a slight inclination, it can be absorbed by the elastic body, so that a reliable pressing force can be applied. In addition, depending on the structure, it is possible to perform transfer that is moved parallel to the surface to be transferred together with press transfer by pressing operation.
