【従来の技術】
おむつ着用者の姿勢および体調によりウエストサイズは大きく変動することがあり、従来の使い捨ておむつでは、テープの付け直しをするなどして調整を行なっているが、対応できるサイズには限界があった。おむつの締結手段（おむつ本体の背面側両端部に設けられたファスナーテープと腹側中央部に設けられたフロンタルテープ）のサイズを大きくしたり、伸縮性を与えるなどが試みられてはいるが、使い勝手が悪い、伸長量が小さいなどの問題点があった。またパット状のおむつ本体を別部材のベルトで固定するものも市販されているが、本体とベルトとの併用が前提であり、テープ留めタイプで使用できるものではなかった。
さらに、通常、紙おむつは対象者の体形に応じて数種類のサイズが揃えられてはいるが、統計的にサイズが決定されており、これまでの製品に合わないケースも多々存在した。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
テープ留めタイプ紙おむつに本来的に備えられたファスナーテープとフロンタルテープをそっくりそのまま使用して１サイズの使い捨ておむつで幅広いウエストサイズに対応させることができるウエスト調整バンド並びにテープ留めタイプ紙おむつとウエストバンドとの組合わせからなるウエスト調整機能付きの着用体を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は紙おむつ本体側縁から延出するようにして使用される市販のファスナーテープを備えた紙おむつに使用され、ファスナーテープとバンド（ベルト）の両端のサイド係合部において結合し、該バンドの中央部にはフロンタルテープとの結合手段を備えた中央係合部を有するサイズ調整用ウエストバンドに係わる。ファスナーテープは、メカニカルファスナーあるいは粘着材付ファスナーに対応する。サイド係合部は、ベルトの両端から所定間隔を空けて複数存在してもよい。

又本発明の実施態様においてテープが片側２個所以上存在する場合には、２本のベルトを並行あるいは交差させて着用する。また２本タイプであれば装着時に別々に手にとる手間を省くことができる。ベルトは、伸縮性のあるものが好ましい。
装着方法は任意であるが、最初に中央部の中央係合部をフロンタルテープに係合させた後で両側のサイド係合部をそれぞれ係合させることで左右均等に装着することができる。

以下に本発明の実施例を示すが、これは例示の目的で掲げたもので、本発明を何ら限定するものではない。

図１の（イ）（ロ）は１本タイプのベルトの表面図および裏面図であり、ベルト（１）の中央部裏側にはテープ留めタイプ紙おむつのフロンタルテープ（２）のメカニカルファスナー雌部と係合するメカニカルファスナー雄部からなる中央係合部（３）を備え、またベルト（１）の表側両端部にはテープ留めタイプ紙おむつのファスニングテープ（４）のメカニカルテープの雄部と係合するメカニカルテープの雌部からなるサイド係合部（５）（５）を備えている。
中央係合部（３）とサイド係合部（５）（５）は通常は図２の（イ）に示すように表裏に設けられるが、使用方法によっては図２の（ロ）に示すように同じ面に設けてもよい。
図３はベルト（１）を組合わせたテープ留めタイプ紙おむつの着用状態図であって、ベルト（１）の中央係合部（３）を紙おむつのフロンタルテープ（２）の腹部中央の上下任意個所にメカニカルテープの雄雌係合によって結合し、次いでベルト（１）のサイド結合部（５）上にその上下および長手方向の位置を調整しながらファスニングテープ（５）をメカニカルテープの雄雌嵌合によって結合する。
このようにすることによりベッド上で通常のテープ留めタイプ紙おむつの着用状態で横臥していた着用者を車椅子等で移動する場合に、ウエスト拡大を補償するためにベルト（１）を上記のように紙おむつと組合わせて使用することによって有効に対処できる。
また場合によっては予めベルトを紙おむつと上記のように組合わせておき、ベルトの両端から所定間隔をあけて複数個設けたサイド係合部を選択し、着用者の姿勢によるウエストの増減変化に対処してもよい。
図４はベルトを着脱自在に装着するテープ留めタイプ紙おむつの展開内面を示し、（６）は立体ギャザー、（７）はレッグギャザーである。

［実施例２］
図５の（イ）（ロ）は２本タイプのベルトを示す表面図および裏面図である。夫々のベルト（１）（１’）の各両端にはファスニングテープ（４）と係合するサイド係合部（５）を備え、ベルト（１）（１’）はその中央部で交差し、この交差角度が自在に調整できるようにベルト同士は一体化し、この交差個所にはフロンタルテープ（２）と係合する１個の中央係合部（３）を備えている。
図６は２本タイプのベルトをテープ留めタイプ紙おむつに組合わせて使用したときの着用状態を示し、ファスナーテープ（４）が片側２個所あるタイプのテープ留めタイプ紙おむつに適用され、ベルト（１）（１’）を交差させて着用することによりフィット性が向上する。

【発明の効果】
（１）おむつ着用者の姿勢および体調によりウエスト周りが変動して従来の締結手段テープによる調整範囲を超えるような時でも使用可能なフィット性の良い使い捨ておむつを提供する。ベルトに伸縮部材を用いることで、締結手段と協同してより一層フィット性が向上する。
（２）締結手段に伸縮部材を付与するなどのコストをかけることなく１サイズの使い捨ておむつで幅広いウエストサイズに対応させることができる。これまで既存の紙おむつでの着用が困難な場合でも容易に着用することができる。
