Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cover attached to an opening portion of a wiring path member in which wiring is made.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a wiring path is formed by attaching a cover to an opening of a wiring path member in which wiring is made.
[0003]
The wiring path member is composed of a linear bowl-shaped member and an inner joint member that connects the bowl-shaped member at the intersection. The hook-shaped member has a substantially U-shaped cross section having an opening that opens upward, and is a main component of the wiring path member. The inner joint member has a cross-sectional shape that is substantially the same as that of the bowl-shaped member, but is formed to be slightly smaller and fit inside the end portion of the wiring path member. A planar view shape is formed in accordance with the view shape (mainly substantially L-shaped, substantially T-shaped, substantially cross-shaped).
[0004]
In such a wiring path member, a cover is attached to the opening. The cover has a cover for a straight portion that closes the opening of the straight portion of the wiring member, which is formed in the same scale as the hook-shaped main body, and the opening of the portion of the hook-shaped main body of the wiring member It will be attached to. At this time, at the intersection of the wiring member, as described above, the cover for the straight portion is attached to the portion of the hook-shaped main body, but the central portion of the crossing portion where the hook-shaped main body is not arranged, that is, a plurality of intersecting portions. Since a cover for the straight portion is not attached to the opening of the overlapping portion of the hook-shaped main body (in other words, the central portion of the inner joint member having a substantially square shape in plan view), this portion is used for the intersection. The cover was attached.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 18A, the cover for the crossing portion includes a cover for the crossing portion having a substantially L shape in plan view as shown in FIG. 18A, and a plane of the wiring route member as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 18C, there is a cover for a crossing portion having a substantially T-shape in a view, and a cover for a crossing portion having a cross shape in a plan view of a wiring member.

[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. The present invention relates to a cover 2 that adheres to an opening 10 of a wiring path member 1 in which wiring is formed, and the wiring path member 1 and the cover 2 will be described below.
[0012]
The wiring path member 1 is composed of a main body 1a having a linear hook shape as a main body, and an inner joint member 1b that connects the hook-shaped main body 1a at a connecting portion such as an intersection (FIG. 4 and the like). reference).
[0013]
The bowl-shaped main body 1a includes a long plate-like bottom side portion 11a, and a long side plate-like side portion 12a provided above the side edges in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the bottom side portion 11a. The main body is formed in a substantially half-square tube shape having a substantially U-shaped cross section in which an opening 10 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed. The upper edge of both side parts 12a (that is, the edge opposite to the bottom part 11a) is folded toward the inside of the bowl-shaped main body 1a to form a folded part 13a. The opening 10 communicates the inside and the outside of the main body 1a. Inside the bowl-shaped main body 1a, wiring such as an electric wire is made, and the cover 2 is attached to the opening 10 to close it. An inner joint member 1b is used to connect the bowl-shaped main body 1a.
[0014]
The inner joint member 1b is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section composed of a bottom part 11b and a side part 12b, like the bowl-shaped main body 1a, but the bottom part 11b and the side part 12b of the inner joint member 1b are It is formed to be slightly smaller than the bottom side portion 11a and the side side portion 12a of the bowl-shaped main body 1a described above, and is formed so that the outer surface of the inner joint member 1b can contact the inner surface of the bowl-shaped main body 1a. Such an inner joint member 1b has branches extending in a plurality of directions from a central portion so that the shape in plan view is substantially L-shaped, substantially T-shaped, substantially cross-shaped, or linear, etc. The hook-shaped main body 1a is connected to the branch part. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, an inner joint member 1b (hereinafter referred to as an L-shaped inner joint member 1b) having a substantially L shape in plan view has a direction in which the two hook-shaped main bodies 1a face each other approximately 90 times. As shown in FIG. 11, the end portions of the three hook-shaped main bodies 1a are connected so as to form an angle, and are substantially T-shaped in plan view (hereinafter referred to as T-shaped inner joint member 1b). As shown in FIG. 12, it is connected so as to face a direction that makes approximately 90 ° to the direction of the adjacent end, and has a substantially cross shape in plan view (hereinafter referred to as a ten-shaped inner joint member 1 b). In addition, each of the four hook-shaped main bodies 1a is connected so that the end portions thereof are oriented in the direction of approximately 90 ° with the direction of the adjacent end portions, and is linear (hereinafter referred to as a linear inner joint member). 1b), as shown in FIG. 13, the two bowl-shaped main bodies 1a are connected in a straight line.
[0015]
In this way, by connecting the hook-shaped main body 1a using the inner joint member 1b formed in the L-type, T-type, tens-type or the like shown in FIG. 10 to FIG. A crossing portion having a letter shape, a substantially T shape, a substantially cross shape, or the like (hereinafter referred to as a crossing portion of an L shape, a T shape, or a ten shape, respectively) is formed. And the wiring path member 1 is comprised by the saddle-shaped main body 1a and the inner joint member 1b which make such a cross | intersection part and a linear part, The base parts 11a and 11b, side part of the saddle-shaped main body 1a and the inner joint member 1b 12 a and 12 b are the bottom side 11 and the side 12 of the wiring path member 1.
[0016]
Next, the cover 2 attached to the wiring path member 1 will be described.
[0017]
The cover 2 is mainly composed of a plate-shaped top surface portion 21 that is disposed between the upper ends of the side portions 12a of the wiring path member 1 and covers the opening 10 of the wiring path member 1 (FIG. 4 and the like). Reference), the top member 21 is disposed between the upper ends of the side portions 12 of the wiring member 1 and covers the opening 10 of the wiring member 1, and the stopper member 7 is connected to the wiring member from the outside of the cover 2. It is attached and fixed to the member 1. As shown in FIG. 4A, the stopper member 7 is continuously provided from the top piece 71 that abuts the top surface portion 21 a of the cover 2 in the width direction (that is, the short direction), and from both end edges of the top piece 71. A side piece 72 that comes into contact with the side part 12a of the wiring member 1 and a bottom piece 73 that is connected from the lower ends of both side pieces 72 and comes into contact with the bottom part 11a of the bowl-shaped main body 1a. In the embodiment, it is made of metal.
[0018]
Such a cover 2 includes a straight portion cover 2a and a cross portion cover 2b.
[0019]
The cover 2a for the straight portion is attached to the straight portion of the wiring member 1, and is mainly formed in the same scale as the bowl-shaped main body 1a and is attached to the opening 10 of the bowl-shaped main body 1a ( (See FIG. 4). The straight portion cover 2a has an extended portion 22a that abuts along the outer side surface of the side portion 12 of the wiring member 1 from the side edge of the top surface portion 21a that covers the opening 10 of the bowl-shaped main body 1a. It is set up. The extending portion 22a is a narrow one that abuts only in the vicinity of the edge on the opening 10 side of the side portion 12 of the wiring path member 1.
[0020]
The cover 2b for the intersection is disposed at the intersection of the L-type, T-type, and ten-type of the wiring member 1. As described above, the inner joint member 1b is disposed at the intersection of the wiring member 1, and the hook-shaped body 1a is connected to the branch portion of the inner joint member 1b. Although the cover 2a for the straight portion is attached, the opening at the center of the inner joint member 1b is not closed by the top surface portion 21a of the cover 2a for the straight portion, so that the opening at the intersection is closed. An intersection cover 2b provided with a portion 5 is used.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 1, the cover 2b for the intersecting portion is mainly composed of a closing portion 5 that closes only the opening portion of the intersecting portion, and one of the wiring path members 1 branched from the intersecting portion from the closing portion 5. An attachment portion 4 attached to one branch path is provided continuously.
[0022]
The closing portion 5 is a plate-like member having a substantially square shape in plan view that is substantially the same shape as the opening at the intersection (that is, the opening at the center of the inner joint member 1b), and the top surface portion of the straight portion cover 2a. It is arranged so as to be substantially flush with 21a. In the present embodiment, the attachment portion 4 is also used as an overlapping portion that overlaps the adjacent cover 2. The mounting portion 4 is provided continuously from the edge adjacent to the cover adjacent to the closing portion 5 (usually the straight portion cover 2a), and is attached so as to cover the outside of the straight portion cover 2a. It is formed with the same width as the top surface portion 21a of the cover 2a for the straight portion as much as possible, and is attached to the top surface portion 21a of the cover 2a for the straight portion. The overlapping portion 4 includes an overlapping top surface portion 41 that overlaps the top surface portion 21a of the above-described linear portion cover 2a that is a main body, and an overlapping extending portion 42 that is continuous from the overlapping top surface portion 41. It may have the same cross-sectional shape as the cover 2a. And this obstruction | occlusion part 5 and the attaching part 4 become the top | upper surface part 21b in the cover 2b for cross | intersection parts. By providing the closing portion 5 in this manner, the opening at the center of the inner joint member 1b opened at the intersection of the wiring path member 1 can be closed. Further, it is not necessary to use a dedicated cover (see FIGS. 18A to 18C) for each of the L-shaped intersection, the T-shaped intersection, and the tens-shaped intersection of the wiring path member 1, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 9 to FIG. 9, one intersection cover 2b can be used for each of the intersections, and the types of the intersection cover 2b can be reduced.
[0023]
In addition, such a closed portion 5 is not formed in the cover 2b for the crossing portion as described above, but it is necessary to use a dedicated cover 2b for the crossing portion even if it is provided in the cover 2a for the straight portion. Needless to say, the number of members can be reduced by the elimination.
[0024]
Further, the overlapping portion (that is, the attachment portion 4 in the present embodiment) may be provided at the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the cover 2a for the straight portion. In this way, by providing an overlapping portion on the cover 2b for the intersecting portion or the cover 2a for the straight portion, cutting is performed in order to adjust the length of the end portion of the cover 2 that is not provided with the overlapping portion. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the waste of the cover 2 and save the trouble of cutting. Also, when the wiring path member 1 and the cover 2 are cut at the site, the unevenness of the lengths of the wiring path member 1 and the cover 2 can be concealed, and the cut end can be concealed to improve the aesthetics. Is.
[0025]
Further, the cover 2b for the intersection is also fixedly attached to the wiring path member 1 by the stop member 7 described above. That is, in a state in which the attachment portion 4 of the cover 2b for the intersection is overlapped on the outside of the straight cover 2a attached to the wiring member 1, the stop member 7 is fixed to the attachment portion 4 from the outer side of the cover 2a for the intersection. The cover 2b and the cover 2a for the straight portion are attached to the wiring path member 1. As described above, the single cover member 7 can be used to attach and fix the cover 2a for the straight portion and the cover 2b for the crossing portion to the wiring member 1, thereby reducing the number of the stop members 7 to be used. Can do.
[0026]
Such a cover 2 may be provided with a positioning portion 3 for positioning the stopper member 7. As shown in FIG. 1, the positioning portion 3 prevents the movement of the stopper member 7 by coming into contact with both side ends of the stopper member 7 from the outside, and the notch 3 a into which the stopper member 7 is fitted into the mounting portion 4. (See FIG. 1A) or as a convex portion 3b protruding from the outer surface of the mounting portion 4 (see FIG. 1B). By providing the positioning portion 3 in this manner, it is possible to prevent the stop member 7 that stops the cover 2 from moving and coming off the cover 2 and the cover 2 being dropped from the wiring path member 1. Further, since the stop member 7 can move as in the case where the cover 2 without the positioning portion 3 is attached to the end portion of the wiring path member 1, the cover does not become long enough to allow the stop. . Furthermore, since the stop member 7 is positioned, the cover 2 can be securely attached to the wiring path member 1 with a small number.
[0027]
Further, such an intersection portion cover 2b may be provided with an intersection extension portion 22b that is substantially continuous with the extension portion 22a of the linear portion cover 2a adjacent in a side view. When the intersecting portion of the wiring path member 1 is T-shaped or L-shaped, the side portion 12b of the inner joint member 1b is exposed continuously with the side portion 12a of the bowl-shaped main body 1a. At this time, since the extending portion 22a of the cover 2a for the straight portion is arranged at the upper end portion of the side portion 12a of the flange-shaped main body 1a adjacent to the exposed side portion 12b of the inner joint member 1b, this extension The extending portion 22b for the intersection portion is provided from the closing portion 5 of the cover 2b for the intersection portion so as to be continuous with the installation portion 22a. Thus, the appearance of the wiring path member 1 is improved by providing the extending portion 22b for the intersecting portion that is substantially continuous with the extending portion 22a of the cover 2a for the straight portion.
[0028]
Moreover, you may provide the latching | locking part 6 contact | abutted from the inner surface side to the top | upper surface part 21a of the cover 2a for adjacent linear parts from the obstruction | occlusion part 5. FIG. In this way, when the wiring path member 1 is disposed so that the opening 10 faces downward, the locking portion 6 is placed on the inner surface of the top surface portion 21 from above, Since the cover 2 is supported at two points of the cover 2 adjacent to the stopper member 7, stable support is possible.
[0029]
Moreover, although the above-mentioned cover 2 demonstrated what provided in the wiring path member 1 in which the top | upper surface part 21 which covers the opening part 10 becomes substantially flush, you may provide in the wiring path | route member 1 in which the top | upper surface part 21 orthogonally crosses. Is. This is the cover 2c provided at the intersection of the exit corner type as shown in FIG. 14 (see FIG. 15) or the cover 2d provided at the intersection of the entry corner type as shown in FIG. 16 (see FIG. 17). . Also in these cases, by providing the positioning portion 3, it is possible to prevent the stop member 7 that stops the cover 2 from moving due to its own weight and coming off from the cover 2 and dropping the cover 2.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the crossing portion of the wiring path member which is attached so as to cover the opening portion in the crossing portion of the wiring path member having the opening portion for allowing the wiring to pass therethrough. A covering portion that is substantially flush with the top surface portion of the cover for the straight portion that covers the opening portion in the straight portion of the wiring path member and closes only the opening portion of the intersection portion of the wiring path member. And a mounting portion that is provided so as to overlap the top surface portion of the cover for the straight portion of one branch path of the wiring path member that is provided continuously from one edge of the closed portion and branches from the intersecting portion. The opening can be closed with the same cover regardless of the type of the intersection of the members, and it is not necessary to cut for adjusting the length as in the case where the end of the cover is abutted. It can be saved and saved, and When the wiring path member and the cover are cut according to circumstances, the unevenness of the length of the wiring path member and the cover can be concealed, and the cut end can be concealed to improve the aesthetics. One stop member can also be used, and the number of stop members used can be reduced.
[0031]
In addition, in the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 1, since the locking portion that abuts and locks on the inner surface of the adjacent cover is provided in the closing portion, the wiring path When the member is disposed so that the opening portion faces downward, the locking portion is placed on the inner surface of the top surface portion from above, and the cover can be supported.
[0032]
Further, in the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 1 or 2, the wiring path from the longitudinal edge of the cover for the straight part attached to the straight part of the wiring path member. An extended portion that is in contact with the outer surface of the member is connected continuously, and the intersection of the cover for the intersecting portion that is attached to the intersecting portion of the wiring path member substantially intersects with the extended portion of the linear cover in a side view. Since the extension part for a part is provided continuously, the aesthetic appearance of the wiring path member is improved.
Further, in the invention according to claim 4, the cover for the straight portion and the intersection portion each having a top surface portion covering the opening portion in the straight portion and the intersection portion of the wiring path member having the opening portion for allowing the wiring to pass therethrough. And a cover structure at the intersection of the wiring path member comprising the cover of the wiring section, the top surface of the cover for the intersection being closed only at the opening at the intersection of the wiring path member, and the top surface of the cover for the straight section A closing portion that is substantially flush with the mounting portion, and is attached to overlap the top surface portion of the cover for the straight portion of one branch path of the wiring path member that is continuous from one edge of the blocking portion and branches from the intersection. Therefore, it is possible to close the opening with the same cover regardless of the type of the intersection part of the wiring path member, and to cut the length for adjustment like the end of the cover As well as eliminating the waste of the cover Even when the wiring path member and cover are cut at the site, it is possible to hide the unevenness of the length of the wiring path member and the cover, and the cut end can be hidden. In addition to the improvement, one stop member can also be used, and the number of stop members used can be reduced.
