【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はミシンに関し、特に、軸状部材をフレーム部材に固定する為の固定部材を、フレーム部材の取付孔に取り付けて保持するようにした技術に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、各種ミシンには、針棒や回転釜等に駆動力を伝達する上軸や下軸等の回転軸が設けられている。上軸や下軸等の回転軸は、複数の軸受け部材に内嵌されて回転自在に支持され、各軸受け部材はミシンのフレーム部材に固定されている。

本願出願人が実用化しているミシンには、回転軸を回転自在に支持する軸受け部材として、所謂メタルと呼ばれる筒状の軸受け部材を設け、その軸受け部材をピンチスリーブでフレーム部材に固定したものがある。

例えば、釜土台フレームに釜駆動軸を回転自在に支持する軸受け部材をピンチスリーブで固定する場合、釜土台フレームには水平孔が形成され、この水平孔に軸受け部材が内嵌され、また、この水平孔と連通する鉛直孔が形成され、その鉛直孔にピンチスリーブが内嵌されている。

ピンチスリーブは、締結ネジにより連結された上下1対のピンチスリーブ部材を有し、このピンチスリーブには、1対のピンチスリーブ部材に亙って断面円弧状に切り欠いた切欠面が形成されている。

釜土台フレームの水平孔に軸受け部材を組み付けて固定する場合、前もってピンチスリーブを鉛直孔に内嵌しておき、この状態で、軸受け部材を水平孔に内嵌し、締結ネジを回動して1対のピンチスリーブ部材を相対的に接近させ、切欠面で軸受け部材を水平孔の内面に押圧して軸部材を釜土台フレームに固定する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のように、フレーム部材の鉛直孔に内嵌されたピンチスリーブは、軸受け部材が水平孔に内嵌されていない状態では、鉛直方向に移動可能でまた鉛直軸心回りにも回動可能な状態となっており、場合によっては下側へ抜けて落下する虞もある。現状は、ピンチスリーブと鉛直孔の内面との間に作用する摩擦力で、鉛直孔に内嵌されたピンチスリーブを保持可能にしているが、それだけでは信頼性に欠ける。

ピンチスリーブを鉛直孔に内嵌して所定位置に位置決めした状態で初めて、軸受け部材を水平孔に内嵌して組み付けることができるが、一旦、ピンチスリーブを所定位置に位置決めしたとしても、その所定位置からピンチスリーブが移動すると、軸受け部材を組み付けることができず、再度ピンチスリーブを所定位置に位置決めしなければならないため非常に大変である。

前述のように、フレーム部材の鉛直孔に内嵌されたピンチスリーブは、軸受け部材が水平孔に内嵌されていない状態で、鉛直方向に移動可能でまた鉛直軸心回りにも回動可能な不安定な状態となるため、上記問題が発生する虞が高い。

本発明の目的は、フレーム部材の取付部に取り付けられる固定部材を簡単な構造で確実に保持して、抜け止めと回り止した状態で所定位置に位置決めし、軸状部材をフレーム部材にスムース且つ確実に組み付けて固定できるミシンを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1のミシンは、フレーム部材に形成され、軸状又は筒状の軸状部材の周面部分を支持する第1支持部と、前記フレーム部材に前記第1支持部の軸線方向に対して鉛直に形成された取付孔に挿通され、軸状部材の周面部分を第1支持部と反対側から支持する部分円筒状の第2支持部が形成された固定部材と、前記固定部材に対して前記取付孔の軸線方向に挿通連結され、締め付けることにより軸状部材の周面に第1,第2支持部を押圧し締結する為の締結部材とを備えたミシンにおいて、前記軸状部材をフレーム部材に固定するために前記取付孔に取り付けられる固定部材を前記フレーム部材に保持する保持機構を備え、前記保持機構は、前記固定部材のうち前記締結部材を挟んで前記第2支持部の反対側の外周部分と、前記フレーム部材のうち前記固定部材の前記外周部分に対応してこの外周部分を覆う取付孔形成部分との一方に設けられた凹部と、前記固定部材の前記外周部分と、前記フレーム部材の前記取付孔形成部分との他方に設けられて前記凹部に係合する凸部とを有することを特徴とするものである。

このミシンにおいては、フレーム部材に軸状又は筒状の軸状部材の周面部分を支持する第1支持部が形成され、フレーム部材に第1支持部の軸線方向に対して鉛直に形成された取付孔に挿通される固定部材に、軸状部材の周面部分を第1支持部と反対側から支持する部分円筒状の第2支持部が形成されている。締結部材を固定部材に対して取付孔の軸線方向に挿通連結させて固定部材を締め付けることにより軸状部材の周面に第1,第2支持部が押圧され締結されて、軸状部材がフレーム部材に固定される。また、固定部材のうちの締結部材を挟んで前記第2支持部の反対側の外周部分と、フレーム部材のうちの固定部材の外周部分に対応してこの外周部分を覆う取付孔形成部分との一方に凹部が設けられ、固定部材のこの外周部分と、フレーム部材のこの取付孔形成部分との他方に凸部が設けられ、固定部材がフレーム部材の取付孔に取り付けられた状態で、凸部が凹部に係合して固定部材が取付孔に保持される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。本実施形態は、2本針ミシンにおいて、ミシンベッド部に設けられた釜土台フレームに軸受け部材を固定する為の構造に、本発明を適用した場合の一例である。尚、図1の左方を左方として説明する。

図1は、2本針ミシンMのベッド部1の前半部を切り欠いた状態の前上方からの斜視図である。図1に示すように、2本針ミシンMのベッド部1の内部には、左右1対の縫針2に対応する左右1対の釜土台ユニット5,6が設けられ、夫々、ベッド部2に固定解除可能に固定されている。尚、1aは針板であり、この針板1aを1対の縫針2が貫通して上下動する。

1対の釜土台ユニット5,6は、左右1対の水平釜3,4を夫々備え、基本的に左右対称構造であるので、以下、左側の釜土台ユニット5について説明し、右側の釜土台ユニット6については、左側の釜土台ユニット5と基本的に同一符号を付して説明を省略する。

図1〜図5に示すように、釜土台ユニット5は、水平釜3、釜土台フレーム10(フレーム部材に相当する)、軸受け部材7を釜土台フレーム10に固定するピンチスリーブ11(固定部材に相当する)、軸受け部材7をピンチスリーブ11で釜土台フレーム10に固定するために、ピンチスリーブ11を釜土台フレーム10に保持するピンチスリーブ保持機構12(保持機構に相当する)等を備えている。

釜土台フレーム10はブロック状に形成され、その前端部に左右に長い長孔20aを形成した固定部20が設けられ、この長孔20aに挿通されたボルト(図示略)がミシン機枠に螺合締結されてミシン機枠に固定される。

このボルトを弛めて、固定部20をミシン機枠から固定解除するとと共に、後で詳述する締結部材33を弛めた状態で、釜土台ユニット5を左右方向に移動させて左右方向位置を調節することができる。この調節により、2本針の交換で1対の縫針2間の幅が変更した場合等、1対の縫針2間の幅に応じた水平釜4の位置とすることができる。

釜土台フレーム10には、その中心部分を含む部分に収容空間21が形成され、その収容空間21に釜機構(図示略)の少なくとも一部が収容され、この釜機構に連動連結された水平釜3が釜土台フレーム10の上側に配設されている。

また、釜土台フレーム10には、収容空間21の後側に、左右方向向きの水平孔22が貫通状に形成され、この水平孔22の後部分とラップするように連通する鉛直孔23(取付孔に相当する)が貫通状に形成されている。水平孔22に所謂メタルと呼ばれる軸受け部材7(軸状部材に相当する)が内嵌され、また、鉛直孔23にピンチスリーブ11が内嵌され、このピンチスリーブ11によって、水平孔22に内嵌された軸受け部材7が固定される。

軸受け部材7には、左右方向に延びる釜駆動軸8が内嵌状に挿通されて、回転自在に支持されている。ミシンモータにより釜駆動軸8が回転駆動されると、その駆動力がギヤ機構(図示略)を介して釜駆動機構に伝達され、その釜駆動機構により水平釜3が回転駆動される。尚、水平釜3が回転して、縫針2から延びる上糸を引っ掛けて下糸と交絡させて縫目を形成する。

さて、軸受け部材7を釜土台フレーム10に固定する為の構造は、釜土台フレーム10に形成されて軸受け部材7の周面部分を支持する第1支持部30と、フレーム部材10の鉛直孔23に取り付けられ、軸受け部材7の周面部分を第1支持部30と反対側から支持する第2支持部31,32が形成されたピンチスリーブ11と、ピンチスリーブ11を締め付けて軸受け部材7の周面に第1,第2支持部30,31,32を押圧し締結する為の締結部材33と、軸受け部材7を釜土台フレーム10に固定するために、鉛直孔23に取り付けられるピンチスリーブ11を保持するピンチスリーブ保持機構12とを備えている。

第1支持部30は、水平孔22の内面のうち、少なくとも鉛直孔23が連通する付近部で構成されている。ピンチスリーブ11として、上下1対のピンチスリーブ部材40,41が設けられ、これらピンチスリーブ部材40,41は締結部材33で連結され、この締結部材33の回動により相対的に接近離隔する。

そのために、ピンチスリーブ部材40にはネジ孔が形成され、ピンチスリーブ部材41には挿通孔が形成され、締結部材33はピンチスリーブ部材41に下側から挿通されてピンチスリーブ部材40に螺合されている。ピンチスリーブ11には、1対のピンチスリーブ部材40,41に第2支持部31,32が形成され、その第2支持部31,32は、ピンチスリーブ11を断面にて水平孔22と略同径の円弧状に切り欠いた切欠面で構成されて、水平孔22側へ臨んでいる。

ピンチスリーブ保持機構12について説明する。ピンチスリーブ保持機構12は、図4及び図5に示されるようにピンチスリーブ11の1対のピンチスリーブ部材40,41のうち締結部材33を挟んで第2支持部31,32の反対側の外周部分に設けられた上下1対の凹部45a,46aと、釜土台フレーム10のうちのピンチスリーブ11の1対のピンチスリーブ部材40,41の前記各外周部分に対応してこの各外周部分を覆う取付孔形成部分10aに設けられて1対の凹部45a,46aに夫々係合する上下1対の凸部45b,46bとを備えている。

フレーム部材10の取付孔形成部分10aには、上下1対のネジ部材45c,46cが外部側から水平方向向きに回動操作可能に螺合され、そのネジ部材45c,46cの鉛直孔23側へ突出する部分で前記1対の凸部45b,46bが構成されている。ここで、凸部45b,46bが凹部45a,46aに係合した状態で、各ピンチスリーブ部材が上下方向に多少移動できるように、凹部45a,46aは凸部45b,46bの上下長よりも多少長い上下長に形成されている。

軸受け部材7をフレーム部材10に固定した後、ピンチスリーブ保持機構12を撤去するようにしてもよいが、このピンチスリーブ保持機構12は、構造が簡単で他の部材や機構と干渉して邪魔になることもないので、そのまま装着維持しておくことが可能となる。そして、メンテナンス等で軸受け部材7を釜土台フレーム10から取り外す場合でも、ピンチスリーブ保持機構12がピンチスリーブ11を保持することができるため、再度、軸受け部材7をフレーム部材10に組み付けて固定する場合にも上記同様の作用・効果が得られる。
