Description

The present invention relates to the foot deck panels to be used in order to finish the floor of the veranda of the floor and a terrace on the deck style.

In general, floors such as verandas and terraces are often made of concrete, and since the inorganic surface of the concrete can be seen, the atmosphere of the veranda and the terrace is easily damaged. In view of this, a technique has been proposed in which deck boards are laid out on the concrete floor and the floor is decked so that the concrete surface cannot be seen.

As one of them, there is a deck board foot that is attached so that each end portion of the deck board arranged in the same size is placed. This deck plate foot has a rectangular support plate and a pair of cylindrical vertical connection portions projecting and arranged on one short side of the support plate, and the vertical connection portion has a locking relationship with the other short side. Provided with a pair of columnar longitudinally connected portions disposed on the side, and a plurality of cylindrical laterally connected portions projectingly disposed on the long side of the support plate and a plurality of locking relationships between the laterally connected portions. A laterally connected portion is provided. A deck panel is formed by attaching a deck board foot in advance to a juxtaposed body in which a plurality of deck boards are arranged side by side, and the deck board foot vertical connection portion and the cover are formed on both adjacent deck panels. A plurality of deck panels are arranged while the vertical connection portion is locked and the horizontal connection portion and the horizontal connection portion are locked (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Further, the deck board foot can be placed on the end of one deck board, and the deck surface is arranged by arranging a plurality of deck boards to which the deck board foot is attached in advance at each end. There has also been proposed one in which the above is formed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-131758 (Item No. 0006-0010, FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3) Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2002-138654 (Item No. 0012-0022, FIGS. 1 and 2)

By the way, the deck board to which the deck board foot is attached is arranged by keeping the locking relationship between the vertical connection portion and the vertical connection portion and the locking relationship between the horizontal connection portion and the horizontal connection portion. Although the streets are aligned in one direction, the design of the deck surface is different from the case where the streets of the deck plate are only in one direction by changing the arrangement of the deck plates. Therefore, there is a demand to design the arrangement of the deck boards according to the atmosphere of the place where the deck surface is formed.

However, when a plurality of deck boards are arranged in a checkered pattern, for example, deck board legs are attached to deck members such as deck panels and deck boards in advance, so adjacent deck board legs are perpendicular to each other. When the adjacent deck members are connected to each other by the deck board feet and arranged in a line with a right-angle pattern, the above-described vertical connection portion, vertical connection portion, and horizontal connection are provided. The adjacent deck board legs must be connected by breaking the locking relationship between the part and the laterally connected part. Further, as shown in FIG. 27, in the place where the deck members a are adjacent to each other at right angles and the deck board legs b are gathered, the two connecting portions c overlap the one connected portion d. There arises a problem that there is a place where the two connecting portions c are opposed to each other, and the deck members cannot be arranged in a desired manner unless one of the connecting portions is cut off.

As a countermeasure to this problem, it is conceivable to change the mounting position with respect to the deck board so that the orientation of the deck board foot changes at the time of construction, but the desired locking relationship with the deck board foot can be formed. Thus, when the deck board foot is reattached to the deck board, the deck board foot must be accurately positioned with respect to the deck board at the construction site, and this work becomes very complicated. In other words, the misalignment of the deck board feet also affects the width of the joint formed between the deck members when they are placed side by side. It is done in a factory with equipment.
For this reason, the above-mentioned connecting portion is cut and removed without reattaching the deck board feet, and the deck board legs are adjacent to each other, but they are not connected to each other. is there. In addition, if the deck members having the same length, which have different mounting positions for the deck board so as to correspond to various arrangements, are manufactured in advance, inventory management becomes very complicated.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, the present invention has an object to enable a deck board foot to be easily attached to a position at which a desired locking relationship between a connecting portion and a connected portion can be maintained with respect to a deck plate. The purpose is to increase the degree of freedom in designing the arrangement of deck boards.

With the deck board foot according to the first aspect of the invention, the position of the screw hole with respect to the deck board is not shifted even if the deck board is attached to the mounting area of the deck board foot in the opposite direction. A foot attachment hole can be provided. In addition, since the alignment part for alignment is provided on the short side and long side of the support plate part where the dimension in the long side direction is the same as the board width of the deck board, the deck board foot is used as the deck board. Accurate alignment when mounting can be easily performed. Further, by placing protruding portions for securing the joint interval on the short side and the long side of the support plate portion so that the deck plate feet are arranged at predetermined positions on the deck plate, the protruding portion is By projecting from the end surface of the deck plate and arranging the deck members, joints at appropriate intervals can be formed around the deck plate by the action of the protruding portion.

Furthermore, the deck board foot is separated into the first leg and the second leg, and the dimension in the mounting direction between the first support plate part and the second support plate part can be changed according to the plate width of the deck board. Since it has a structure, it can be used in the same way as the above-mentioned integrated deck board foot, and even if the deck board width is changed, the first foot and second foot are aligned. It should be attached. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a new deck board foot according to the deck board whose board width has been changed, and the deck board foot can be easily managed, and it has excellent practical effects. It is.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
(Integrated deck board foot)
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a deck board foot. The deck board foot 1 has a joint length from a value obtained by multiplying a unit length dimension W0 obtained by adding a joint dimension M1 to a board width dimension W1 to a board width dimension W1. The deck member 2 is attached to the back surface of the deck plate 2 having a value obtained by subtracting M1, so that the deck member 3 is obtained. The deck board foot 1 is made of a synthetic resin material that can be cut and processed. As shown in FIG. 1, the support plate part 4, the columnar support leg part 5, and the cylindrical vertical connection part 6. And a columnar vertically coupled portion 7, a cylindrical laterally coupled portion 8, and a columnar laterally coupled portion 9, which are integrally formed. 4 to 7, the deck plate 2 placed on the support plate portion 4 is indicated by phantom lines.

(Support plate)
As shown in the plane of FIG. 2, the support plate portion 4 of the deck plate foot 1 is rectangular (a shape that does not include an overhang portion to be described later), and the length dimension a in the long side direction A is the deck. The width dimension b in the short side direction B is equal to or less than the value obtained by subtracting the joint dimension M1 from 1/2 of the unit length dimension W0. It is a plate that is placed on top. And the following column-shaped support leg part 5, cylindrical vertical connection part 6, columnar vertical connection part 7, cylindrical horizontal connection part 8, and columnar horizontal connection part 9 are the support plate part 4 as will be described later. Thus, both can be locked, and the arranged deck board legs 1 are connected. In order to enable connection in such a state of being arranged side by side in the long side direction A, the cylindrical vertical connection portion 6 having a locking relationship in which the deck board foot 1 is detachably locked with The cylindrical longitudinally connected portion 7 is positioned corresponding to the long side direction A.

(Cylindrical transverse connecting portion, a circular column-shaped object to be transverse connecting portion)
The cylindrical horizontal connecting portion 8 is disposed so as to protrude in the short side direction B from one long side 11 of the support plate portion 4, and a plate portion 8 a protruding from the back surface of the one long side 11 and the plate portion 8 a. It comprises a cylindrical portion 8b extending downward from the end portion. The cylindrical horizontal connecting portions 8 are arranged side by side in a state of being separated in the long side direction A of the support plate portion 4.
The columnar laterally connected portions 9 are provided as a pair along the long side direction A on the back surface of the support plate portion 4. The columnar laterally connected portion 9 has a locking relationship to detachably engage with the cylindrical laterally connected portion 8, and each of the columnar laterally connected portions 9 is each cylindrical portion 8 b in the cylindrical laterally connected portion 8. The deck plate foot 1 is arranged in the short side direction B of the support plate portion 4 and the cylindrical horizontal connecting portion 8 of the one deck plate foot 1 and the other deck plate are arranged. Corresponding to the columnar laterally connected portion 9 of the work foot 1 and inserting the columnar laterally connected portion 9 (the other deck plate foot) into the cylindrical laterally connected portion 8 (one deck plate foot). Both can be locked, and the deck board legs 1 arranged in the short side direction B of the support plate part 4 are connected. In order to enable connection in such a side-by-side state in the short side direction B, in the deck plate foot 1 alone, the cylindrical horizontal connecting portion 8 having a locking relationship for releasably locking and It corresponds to the columnar laterally connected portion 9 in the short side direction B.
In addition, the outer diameter is the same as the column-shaped support leg part 5 of the back surface of the support plate part 4, the column-shaped vertical connection part 7, and the column-shaped horizontal connection part 9, respectively. Further, the outer diameters of the cylindrical portions 6b and 8b in the cylindrical vertical connecting portion 6 and the cylindrical horizontal connecting portion 8 are the same, and the inner diameters are also the same.

(Short side alignment)
In this deck board foot 1, when this deck board foot 1 is arranged on the back surface of the deck board 2, it is easy to align with the side of the deck board 2, and when the deck members are laid out, The joints are properly obtained around the board.
As shown in the drawing, the short side 10 of the support plate portion 4 on the side where the cylindrical vertical connecting portion 6 is located is linearly formed over the entire length thereof, and this portion is used as a deck plate foot 1 as a deck. The alignment portion 12 is used for alignment with respect to the end surface of the deck plate 2 when arranged at the mounting position on the back surface of the plate. That is, when arranging the deck board foot 1 on the back surface of the deck plate, if the alignment portion 12 constituted by one short side 10 of the support plate portion 4 and the side portion of the back surface of the deck plate are aligned, On the back surface of the deck plate, the deck plate foot 1 can be positioned in a direction orthogonal to the side portion (see FIG. 6).

(Short side overhang)
On the other short side 10 of the support plate portion 4, an overhang portion 13 is integrally provided. The overhanging portion 13 is formed by extending the other short side 10 in the long side direction A of the support plate portion 4 so that the protruding amount is the same as the joint dimension M1, and the deck plate foot 1 is attached to the support plate. When a plurality of parts 4 are arranged in the long side direction A (when arranged in the long side direction for the deck board), they are abutted against the adjacent support plate part 4 to ensure a joint interval (see FIG. 8). .

(Long-side alignment part, overhang part)
The alignment portion 12 and the overhang portion 13 are also provided on each of the long sides 11 of the support plate portion 4. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a portion other than both ends of the long side 11 is formed into a straight line, and this portion is used as an alignment portion 12, and the deck plate foot 1 is attached to the back surface of the deck plate by the alignment portion 12. Alignment with respect to the end surface of the deck board 2 when arranged at the mounting position is possible. That is, when the deck board foot 1 is arranged such that any one of the long sides 11 of the support plate part 4 is along the side part of the back surface of the deck board, it corresponds to the side part of the back surface of the deck board. If the alignment part 12 is aligned, the deck board foot 1 is positioned in a direction perpendicular to the side part on the back surface of the deck board (see FIG. 7).
In addition, each of the long sides 11 is provided with a protruding portion 13 with the alignment portion 12 therebetween. The overhanging portion 13 is arranged so as to be symmetric about the center of the alignment portion 12, and the positional relationship of the overhanging portion 13 relative to the short side direction B is also in the long side direction A of the support plate portion 4. The center line C along the center is symmetrical.
Each overhanging portion 13 on the long side 11 is integrated with the support plate portion 4 so as to protrude in the short side direction B with the protruding amount being ½ of the joint dimension M1, and the deck plate foot 1 is attached to the support plate portion 4. When a plurality of lines are arranged in the short side direction B (when juxtaposed in the short side direction of the deck for the deck board), they are abutted against the overhanging part 13 of the adjacent support plate part 4 to secure the joint interval (see FIG. 9).

(Joint)
As described above, a plurality of deck board feet 1 are arranged along the long side direction A of the support plate part 4, and the protruding part 13 of one deck board foot 1 among the adjacent deck board legs 1 is placed on the other side. It abuts on the short side 10 side (that is, the alignment portion 12) of the support plate portion 4 of the deck plate 1, and in this state, each of the columnar vertically connected portions 7 of the one deck plate foot 1 is for the other deck plate. Since the adjacent deck board legs 1 are connected to each other by being inserted and locked into the cylindrical part 6b of the cylindrical longitudinal connecting part 6 of the foot 1, the deck board foot 1 itself has a cylindrical shape. The pitch Pt from the center of the cylindrical vertical connection portion 6 (center of the cylindrical portion 6b) to the center of the columnar vertical connection portion 7 is a unit length dimension W0 (= length dimension a of the long side 11 of the support plate part 4 a + joint). It is the same as the dimension M1) (see FIG. 8).

In this way, by setting the pitch Pt from the center of the cylindrical vertical connecting portion 6 to the center of the columnar vertical connected portion 7 as the unit length dimension W0, each of the deck board legs 1 has a plate width dimension W1 ( W1 = W0-M1) If it is attached to the deck plate 2 as described later and the deck members 1 are arranged and connected in a state where the deck plate feet 1 are arranged in the long side direction A, the space between the deck plates 2 in the long side direction A In this case, the joint is formed as the joint dimension M1, but the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 6b is made slightly larger than the outer diameter of the columnar vertical coupled portion 7 in consideration of insertion operability, and there is a slight backlash. This is likely to occur and it may be difficult to secure an appropriate joint interval. However, in the present embodiment, the protruding portion 13 of one deck board foot 1 is abutted against and connected to the alignment portion 12 of the other deck board foot 1, so In this case, joints with appropriate intervals are formed.
Further, the portion of the support plate portion 4 where the columnar vertical connection portion 7 is located is placed on the cylindrical vertical connection portion 6 of the other deck board foot 1, but the cylindrical vertical connection portion 6. And the columnar vertical coupled portion 7 have the same height dimension H1 as described above, so that the deck plate 2 positioned above the columnar vertical coupled portion 7 is engaged with each other in the cylindrical vertical link. It supports with the part 6 and the column-shaped longitudinally connected part 7 (refer FIG. 8). Of course, with respect to the load applied to the deck surface in the normal use state, all the columnar support legs 5, the cylindrical vertical connection part 6, the columnar vertical connection part 7, the cylindrical horizontal connection part 8, the columnar horizontal input The connecting portion 9 has sufficient strength to withstand without buckling.

The positional relationship between the cylindrical lateral coupling portion 8 and the columnar laterally coupled portion 9 is also set as follows. Two deck board feet 1 are arranged along the short side direction B of the support plate part 4 and, among the adjacent deck board legs 1, the protruding part 13 of one deck board foot 1 is used as the other deck board leg. In this state, the columnar laterally connected portion 9 of one deck plate foot 1 is in contact with the cylinder 13 of the cylindrical laterally connected portion 8 of the other deck plate foot 1. Since the adjacent deck board legs 1 are connected to each other by being inserted into and locked in the part 8b, the center of the cylindrical horizontal connecting part 8 (cylindrical part 8b) in the deck board foot 1 alone. The pitch Py from the center of the columnar laterally connected portion 9 is the length dimension b of the short side 10 of the support plate 4 + the joint dimension M1 (see FIG. 9).

In this way, the pitch Py from the center of the cylindrical horizontal connecting portion 8 to the center of the columnar horizontal connected portion 9 is set to the length dimension b + the joint dimension M1 of the short side 10 so that the deck board foot 1 If each is attached to the deck plate 2 as described later and the deck members 2 are arranged and connected in a state where the deck plate legs 1 are arranged in the short side direction B, joints are formed between the deck plates 2 in the short side direction B. Although it is formed as a joint dimension M1, the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 8b is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the columnar laterally connected portion 9 in consideration of insertion operability, and a slight backlash is likely to occur. It may be difficult to secure an appropriate joint spacing. However, since the overhanging portion 13 of one deck board foot 1 abuts and is connected to the overhanging portion 13 of the other deck board foot 1, there is an appropriate gap between the deck plates 2 in the short side direction B. Joints are formed.
Further, the portion of the support plate portion 4 where the columnar laterally connected portion 9 is positioned is placed on the cylindrical laterally connected portion 8 of the other deck plate foot 1. Since the height dimension H1 is the same as that of the laterally coupled portion 9 as described above, the deck plate 2 positioned above the columnar laterally coupled portion 9 is connected to the cylindrical laterally coupled portion 8 that is locked together. It is supported by the columnar laterally connected portion 9 (see FIG. 9).

As described above, with respect to the positional relationship between the cylindrical lateral coupling portion 8 and the columnar laterally coupled portion 9, the center of the cylindrical laterally coupled portion 9 from the center of the cylindrical laterally coupled portion 8 (center of the cylindrical portion 8b). The pitch Py is set to the length dimension b + the joint dimension M1 of the short side 10 of the support plate portion 4.
Here, when the shape of the deck plate 2 is a square of (unit dimension W0−joint dimension M1) × (unit dimension W0−joint dimension M1), the length dimension b + joint dimension M1 of the short side 10 is set to the unit dimension W0. Of the two deck board legs 1 can be attached to the square deck board 2 with the cylindrical lateral connecting portion 8 and the columnar laterally connected portion 9 being engaged, The overhanging portion 13 of the long side 11 on the outer side can be protruded laterally from the side portion position on the back surface of the deck plate 2.
Further, in the illustrated deck board foot 1, the length dimension b of the short side 10 + the joint dimension M1 <1/2 of the unit dimension W0. In this case, when the two deck board legs 1 are attached to the square deck board 2, the cylindrical lateral connecting portion 8 of one deck board leg 1 and the columnar shape of the other deck board leg 1 are used. The pitch Py (the length dimension of the short side 10 of the support plate portion 4 is taken into consideration) in consideration of the size of the cylindrical horizontal connection portion 8 and the columnar horizontal connection portion 9 so that the horizontal connection portion 9 does not interfere with each other. b + joint size M1) may be set.

In this deck board foot 1, the cylindrical vertical connecting portion 6 and the columnar vertical connected portion 7 can be arranged in the long side direction A through the overhanging portion 13 of the short side 10, The projecting portions 13 of the long sides 11 are abutted against each other, and the cylindrical lateral coupling portion 8 and the columnar laterally coupled portion 9 can be engaged with each other while being arranged in the short side direction B. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. In this way, the plurality of deck board feet 1 can be aligned on the plane, and necessary portions can be arranged in a connected state while maintaining the direction.
In the example shown in FIG. 10, the deck board foot 1 (the length dimension b of the short side 10 + the joint dimension M1 <1/2 of the unit dimension W0) is closely connected to all the rows in the row of the long side direction A. In the row of the short side direction B, the connected portion and the non-connected portion are alternately formed, and the unit length dimension W0 formed virtually with respect to the plane forming the deck surface is set to one pitch. It is arranged along the grid-like reference line E. In the deck board foot 1 adjacent to each other in the unconnected state, the long side 11 of the support plate part 4 of the other deck board foot 1 from the protruding part 13 of the long side 11 of the support board part 4 of the one deck board foot 1. The overhanging portion 13 is made to be the same as the unit length dimension W0, and one deck plate 2 can be positioned on both of them.

Therefore, in the case of the arrangement pattern in which the deck board legs 1 are aligned in the vertical and horizontal directions as described above, the deck board having the board width W1 (unit length dimension W0-joint dimension M1) is referred to as the deck board leg 1. Corresponding arrangement using (W0-M1) × (n · W0-M1) rectangular deck plates from (W0-M1) × (W0-M1) square deck plates while forming joints It is understood that is possible.
In addition, n is a natural number, and it is good in construction work to make it from 1st to 4th, but it is not limited to 4 or less. Further, FIG. 10 only shows that the deck board feet 1 can be arranged vertically and horizontally. When the deck members are arranged, the deck board legs 1 are arranged on the deck board so that the deck board legs 1 are closely arranged in this way. There is no need to keep the foot 1 attached.
Furthermore, the arrangement of the deck board legs 1 is not limited to a pattern in which the overhanging portion 13 on the long side 11 side is aligned with the position of the reference line E. As shown in the figure, one deck board foot 1 is on the reference line E, and this one deck board foot 1 can be connected to each of two deck board legs 1 ( FIG. 15). Of course, in each of the deck board legs 1, the parallel pitch in the short side direction B of the cylindrical vertical connecting portion 6 and the columnar vertical connected portion 7 is Py / 2.

The pair of columnar laterally connected portions 9 in the support plate portion 4 of the deck board foot 1 are located on the center line C along the long side direction A of the support plate portion 4. Is provided at a point-symmetrical position with the center D of the support plate part 4 as the center position.
Further, the deck board foot 1 has a pair of screw holes 14 for screws to be attached to the deck board 2, and these screw holes 14 are also located on the center line C, and each of them is located at the center D of the support plate part 4. As point symmetry. The columnar laterally connected portion 9 and the screw hole 14 are in the same position, and the screw hole 14 is provided so as to penetrate the center of the columnar laterally connected portion 9.

In the deck plate foot 1, the support plate portion 4 is rectangular, and as described above, the pair of screw holes 14 are on the center line C and are point-symmetric with respect to the center D of the support plate portion 4. Therefore, even if the direction of the deck board foot 1 is rotated 180 degrees with the center D as the center position, the position of the screw hole 14 after the rotation will overlap the position of the screw hole 14 before the rotation. .
Therefore, even if the direction of the deck board foot 1 arranged at an appropriate position on the deck board 2 is 180 degrees opposite as described below, the position where the screw is screwed in the deck board 2 does not change. .
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the deck plate foot 1 is arranged at one end portion of the deck plate 2 so that the plate width direction of the deck plate 2 and the long side direction A of the support plate portion 4 are the same. Even if the direction of the deck board foot 1 is forward and reverse in the state of proper arrangement in which the edge is aligned with the side of the deck board 2, the position of the screw to be screwed from the screw hole 14 does not change.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 12, the deck board foot 1 extends along the plate length direction of the deck board 2, and the deck 12 is properly positioned with the alignment section 12 aligned with the side of the deck board 2. Even if the direction of the plate foot 1 is normal or reverse, the position of the screw to be screwed from the screw hole 14 does not change.

The deck board foot 1 on the other side when the deck board foot 1 is connected in the short side direction B to each of the overhanging parts 13 on the side where the cylindrical lateral coupling part 8 is located in the deck board foot 1. A receiving claw 15 for supporting the overhanging portion 13 from below is provided. In addition, protrusions 16 that protrude upward are provided on both sides of the overhanging portion 13 of the short side 10. When the deck board foot 1 is disposed on the deck board 2, the protrusions 16 are provided on the deck board 2. By engaging with the end face, it becomes easier to align the short side 10 on the opposite side in the alignment portion 12. The projections 16 come into contact with the back surface of the deck plate 2 when a plurality of deck plate legs 1 are attached in the plate length direction of the deck plate 2, so that the projection 16 comes into contact with the end surface of the deck plate. Cut out the protrusions that are not locked.

(Deck board)
As described above, the deck board 2 that forms the deck member 3 by attaching the deck board foot 1 has a board width dimension W1 that is obtained by subtracting the joint dimension M1 from the unit length dimension W0. The dimension L1 is a dimension that is a value obtained by subtracting the joint dimension M1 from a value obtained by multiplying the unit length dimension W0 by a natural number. In the example shown in the figure, L1 = 1 · W0−M1 (= W1), L1 = 2.W0-M1, L1 = 4.W0-M1 are shown.
Further, a foot mounting hole 17 for screwing the deck board foot 1 is provided in advance on the back surface of the deck board 2, and each portion set as a place where the deck board foot 1 can be attached is provided. Two holes are formed so as to correspond to the screw holes 14 of the deck board foot 1.
First, as shown in FIG. 13A, in each side portion of the square deck plate 2, the deck plate foot 1 is aligned with the alignment portion 12 of the short side 10 or the alignment of one long side 11. A foot plate mounting hole 17 is provided at a position opposite to the screw hole 14 when aligned at the portion 12, and the deck plate is rectangular other than square as shown in FIGS. 2, on the end side of the deck plate 2, the alignment portion 12 of the long side 11 of the deck plate foot 1 along the short side portion of the deck plate 2 and the short side along the long side portion of the deck plate 2. A foot attachment hole 17 is provided at a position corresponding to the screw hole 14 when aligned with the ten alignment portions 12.

Thus, the dimension of each side of the square deck board and the dimension of the short side of the rectangular deck board are dimensions obtained by subtracting the joint dimension M1 from the unit length dimension W0, and the deck board along this side. A foot attachment hole 17 is provided in advance at a position corresponding to the screw hole 14 when the foot 1 is disposed. Then, the center D of the support plate portion 4 of the deck board foot 1 is located on the deck board center line F passing through the center of the side along which the deck board foot 1 is along (see FIG. 11). Since the support plate portion 4 has a point-symmetrical shape and the screw holes 14 are also point-symmetrical, the deck plate foot 1 disposed on the side portion of the square deck plate or the short side portion of the rectangular deck plate. The positions of the screw holes 14 and the foot attachment holes 17 coincide with each other even if the direction is normal and reverse, and the deck board foot 1 can be easily attached at an appropriate position regardless of whether the direction is normal or reverse.

In addition, it is designed to be able to cope with a case where a plurality of deck plate legs 1 are arranged in a connected state while aligning the long side direction A of the support plate portion 4 with the plate length direction of the rectangular deck plate 2, Foot mounting holes 17 are drilled in advance so that these deck board feet 1 can be easily mounted. As described above, when attaching a plurality of deck board legs 1 in a connected state by aligning the long side direction A of the support plate part 4 with the plate length direction of the rectangular deck board 2, a joint on one end side of the deck board 2 The deck board foot 1 is arranged for each unit length dimension W0 in the board length direction from the position of the reference line E which becomes the core (position which becomes 1/2 of the joint dimension (see FIG. 5)). Since the alignment is performed along the alignment portion 12 of the long side 11 of the support plate portion 4 along the side in the plate length direction of the plate 2, when the unit 2 is arranged at each unit length dimension W 0. A foot mounting hole 17 is provided in advance at a position corresponding to the screw hole 14 of each of the deck board feet 1. That is, in the range for each unit length dimension W0 in the plate length direction of the deck plate 2, the screw hole is formed on a line that is at a position of the length dimension b / 2 from the side in the plate length direction to the plate width direction. Corresponding to 14, a foot attachment hole 17 is provided. In addition, in the case of a foot mounting hole for a square deck board or a foot mounting hole arranged along the short side of a rectangular deck board, it should be located at a position closer to the deck board center side by b / 2 from the side. There is no change.
In this case as well, in the range for each unit length dimension W0 (the range for each corresponding portion of the support plate portion 4), the center corresponds to the center D of the support plate portion 4, so the direction of the deck plate foot 1 is The position of the screw hole 14 and the position of the foot mounting hole 17 coincide with each other even if the direction is reversed, and in a series of states in which a plurality of deck board feet 1 are connected, the direction is either forward or reverse. Each deck board foot 1 can be easily attached to an appropriate position.

Further, in the deck plate 2, as shown in the drawing, the unit length in the plate length direction from the position of the reference line E which becomes the joint core (position which becomes 1/2 of the joint dimension) on one end side of the deck plate 2 is illustrated. The center line C in the long side direction A of the support plate portion 4 is aligned with any position for each dimension W0, and the alignment portion 12 of the short side 10 of the support plate portion 4 is set to the side portion (long side of the deck plate 2). ) And the foot mounting hole 17 may be formed at a position corresponding to the screw hole 14 when the deck board foot 1 is arranged, and the board length shown in FIG. For a horizontally long deck plate 2 (L1 = 4 · W0-M1) that is about four times the unit length dimension, the long side direction A is directed in the plate width direction at the center position of the deck plate 2 in the plate length direction. A foot mounting hole 17 is provided in advance at a position corresponding to the screw hole 14 when the deck board foot 1 is disposed.
Of course, the foot attachment hole 17 may be previously drilled at a position for each unit length dimension W0 from the position of the reference line E.

The deck member 3 is obtained by attaching the plurality of deck board legs 1 to the deck board 2 having the above structure by selecting the mounting position and orientation thereof. The deck surface can be formed by connecting a plurality of deck members 3, and when changing the arrangement of the deck plate 2, the arrangement of the deck plate 2 in the deck surface formation region is designed in advance, and the support plate portion 4 The arrangement of a plurality of deck board feet 1 is designed in accordance with the arrangement of the deck board 2 while aligning the direction of the long side direction A and the short side direction B, and the deck board 2 is constructed at the time of deck construction based on these designs. The deck surface can be formed by attaching the deck board foot 1 and manufacturing the deck member 3 or by manufacturing the deck member 3 in advance and laying the deck members 3 while connecting them.

For example, two quadruple (L1 = 4 · W0-M1) deck boards are arranged side by side in the board width direction, and a double-length (L1 = 2 · W0-M1) deck board is installed in the juxtaposition direction. Two of the four-length deck plates are arranged in order in the plate length direction, and the plate length direction is changed by 90 degrees to one end of the quadruple deck plate. An example of obtaining a design in which double-length deck boards are arranged sequentially will be explained. FIG. 14 shows the arrangement of the quadruple and double deck plates 2 described above. And according to this arrangement | positioning, arrangement | positioning of the several deck board leg 1 is designed as shown in FIG. 15, aligning the direction of the long side direction A and the short side direction B of the support plate part 4. As shown in FIG.

In this case, the board length direction of the quadruple deck board 2 and the long side direction A of the deck board foot 1 are orthogonal to each other.
It is designed so that the deck plate foot 1 corresponding to both ends and the center is arranged at the portion where each quadruple deck plate 2 is located.
Deck plate feet 1 corresponding to both ends of the double deck plate 2 are arranged at the portions where the double deck plates 2 are arranged side by side on the quadruple deck plate 2 in parallel with the plate length direction. design. One deck board foot 1 which is the center of the quadruple deck board 2 is designed to be connected to both of the two deck board legs 1 at the facing part of the ends of the double deck board 2. .
The double-length deck plate 2 is aligned with the quadruple-length deck 2 by changing the plate length direction by 90 degrees, and there are two deck plates on each long side portion of the double-length deck plate 2 The design is such that the foot 1 is placed in a connected state.

Based on the layout design of the plurality of types of deck boards 2 and the layout design of the deck board legs 1, the deck board legs 1 are screwed to the deck boards 2, respectively. A double deck member 3 having a deck board foot 1 and a double deck member 3 having four deck board legs 1 are manufactured, and the deck members 3 are connected to each other as shown in FIG. Thus, a deck surface on which the deck plates 2 are arranged as designed is formed. As shown in the drawing, there is a change in the length and direction of the deck board on the deck surface, and the degree of freedom in design becomes extremely high. In addition, the change in the length and orientation of the deck board is emphasized by the change in the joint, and it becomes easy to make the pattern designed with the deck board and the joint stand out on the entire deck surface.

As described above, the deck board foot 1 located at the center of the quadruple deck board 2 has the position of the joint core on one end side of the quadruple deck board 2 (1/2 of the joint dimension). becomes because the plate is mounted by aligning the unit twice the position of the length W0 of the length direction from the position), two decks are connected to two of the double length of the deck plate 2 It is appropriately connected to both of the board feet 1.
In addition, even with a double deck plate having a plate length direction of 90 degrees with respect to the quadruple deck plate 2, the attached deck plate foot 1 itself is the entire deck plate foot 1. Therefore, the deck board legs 1 are properly connected to the deck board legs 1 located at the end of the quadruple deck board 2.

Since the length and direction of the deck plate 2 can be selected as described above, various deck surfaces shown below can be formed. For example, FIG. 17A shows a pattern portion in which the deck member 3 made of a quadruple deck plate is arranged so that the plate length direction and the plate width direction of the deck plate 2 are aligned.
FIG. 17 (b) shows a quadruple deck plate deck member 3 arranged side by side in the plate width direction and a plurality of two rows arranged in the plate length direction as a set, and this set is shifted in the plate length direction. In addition, a pattern portion in which the deck member 3 of a double-length deck plate is incorporated in order to align the end portions is shown.
FIG. 17 (c) shows a pattern portion in which two deck members 3 of a double-length deck plate arranged in parallel in the plate width direction are arranged as a set, and the direction of the set is changed 90 degrees alternately. Show.
FIG. 17D shows a pattern portion in which deck members 3 each having a square deck plate are arranged.
FIG. 17 (e) shows a pattern portion in which a deck member 3 of a square deck board is surrounded by four deck members 3 of a double deck board and is surrounded by a deck member 3 of a quad deck board. Is shown.
In this way, the deck members 3 can be arranged in various ways, and it is easy to enrich the expression on the deck surface.
Note that when the deck member is laid, a portion where the cylindrical vertical connecting portion and the cylindrical horizontal connecting portion protrude from the periphery of the laying space is cut out to adjust the space around the laying space.

In the above embodiment, the deck plate 2 has L1 = 1 · W0-M1 (square), L1 = 2 · W0-M1 (double length), and L1 = 4 · W0-M1 ( The present invention is not limited to the embodiment.

(Foot for split type deck board)
In the deck board foot 1 of the above embodiment, as described above, the length dimension a in the long side direction A of the support plate part 4 is the same as the board width dimension W1 of the deck board 2. The deck board foot according to the width dimension is prepared. On the other hand, if the deck board foot 1 is divided into a part having a cylindrical vertical connection part and a part having a columnar vertical connection part, It is possible to cope with the case where the width of the plate changes.
FIG. 18 to FIG. 26 show the deck board foot 1 of the divided type, and the explanation will be given next. In addition, in the split-type deck board foot 1, the locking relationship between the vertical connection portion and the vertical connection portion and the locking relationship between the horizontal connection portion and the horizontal connection portion are as described above. It is the same as the form. Further, the deck plate 2 to which the split type deck plate foot 1 is attached will be described based on the above-described embodiment for easy description.

This deck board foot 1 is used for the deck board 2 arranged with joints arranged around each of the deck board legs 1 in the same manner as the deck board foot 1 of the above-described embodiment. The deck member 2 is attached to the back surface of the deck plate 2 having a dimension obtained by subtracting the joint dimension M1 from a value obtained by multiplying the unit length dimension W0 by adding the joint dimension M1 to the sheet width dimension W1. 3 is obtained.
The deck board foot 1 is formed of a synthetic resin material having a hardness that can be cut and processed in the same manner as in the above embodiment. And the board width direction or board length direction of the deck board 2 is set as the attachment direction X, and the first leg 20 attached to the deck board 2 is spaced apart in the attachment direction X as shown in FIG. The first foot 20 and the second foot 30 constitute a single deck board foot 2. That is, the direction in which the first foot 20 and the second foot 30 face each other as shown in FIG.
The first foot 20 has a first cylindrical longitudinal connecting portion 23 and a first cylindrical shape which are paired with a first columnar supporting leg portion 22 which is paired with a first support plate portion 21 on which the deck plate 2 is placed. (Locking relationship between the first and second cylindrical lateral coupling portions and the first and second cylindrical laterally coupled portions)
As described above, the first columnar laterally coupled portion 25 and the first cylindrical laterally coupled portion 24 have a locking relationship in which they are detachably locked in the orthogonal direction Y, and the second Since the columnar laterally connected portion 34 and the second cylindrical laterally connected portion 33 have a locking relationship in which they face each other in the orthogonal direction Y and are detachably locked, the plate width at the end portion of the deck plate 2 The deck board foot 1 is attached so that the direction is the mounting direction X and the first foot 20 and the second foot 30 are aligned with respect to the deck board 2, and the deck board 2 is attached to the deck board. The first and second cylindrical lateral connecting portions 24 and 33 of one deck board foot 1 and the first and second cylindrical coverings of the other deck board foot 1 are arranged so that the work feet 1 are aligned in the orthogonal direction Y. Corresponding to the horizontal connecting portions 25 and 34, the first and second cylindrical horizontal connecting portions 24 and 33 (one of the deck plate legs) are connected to the first and second columnar sideways. Both by inserting the binding portion 25 and 34 (the other of the deck plate Yotashi) can be locked, the deck plate Yotashi one each other arranged in the perpendicular direction Y are connected. In order to enable connection in the state of being arranged side by side in the orthogonal direction Y, the first and second cylindrical horizontal connection portions 24 having a locking relationship in which the deck plate foot 1 is detachably locked. , 33 and the first and second columnar laterally connected portions 25, 34 are in corresponding positions in the orthogonal direction Y as described above.

Note that the first columnar fulcrum 21, the second columnar vertically coupled portion 32, and the first and second columnar laterally coupled portions 25 and 34 have the same outer diameter. Further, the outer diameters of the cylindrical portions 23b, 24b, and 33b in the first cylindrical vertical connecting portion 23 and the first and second cylindrical horizontal connecting portions 24 and 33 are the same, and the inner diameters are also the same.

In this deck board foot 1, when the first foot 20 and the second foot 30 are arranged on the back surface of the deck board 2, it is easy to align with the side of the deck board 2 and the deck member is laid. When arranging, joints are properly obtained around the deck board. This point also has the same configuration as that of the above-described embodiment.
As shown in the drawing, in the first foot 20, the side 26 on the side where the first cylindrical longitudinal connecting portion 23 of the first support plate portion 21 is located is linearly formed over its entire length. this portion, and a positioning unit 1 2 for the end face of the deck plate 2 when arranged first legs 20 to the mounting position of the deck plate rear surface. That is, when arranging the first foot 20 on the deck plate back surface, if the sides of the structure were positioning section 1 2 and the deck plate rear surface at the side 26 of the first support plate portion 21 aligned, the deck plate back surface Above, the first foot 20 can be positioned in a direction perpendicular to the side portion (see FIG. 23).
Further, even in the second foot 30, the extended ends of the side 35 (the portion indicated by the phantom line) on the side where the second columnar longitudinally connected portion 32 of the second support plate portion 31 is located are described later. a positioning unit 1 2 part length comprising a projecting portion end, this portion is a measure of alignment with respect to the end face of the deck plate 2 when arranged second foot 30 to the mounting position of the deck plate rear surface. That is, when placing the second foot 30 on the deck plate back surface, if aligned with both positioning portion 1 2 and the deck plate back surface of the side portion of the second support plate portion 31, on the deck plate rear surface, wherein The second leg 30 can be positioned in a direction perpendicular to the side part.

The overhanging portion 13 is integrally provided on the side 35 of the second support plate portion 31 of the second foot 30. The overhanging portion 13 is formed by extending the entire side 35 to the side opposite to the first foot 20 side in the mounting direction X of the second support plate portion 31, and the protruding amount thereof is the same as the joint dimension M1. When the plurality of deck board legs 1 are arranged in the mounting direction X (when the deck board foot mounting direction is arranged side by side), the first support plate portion 21 of the first leg 20 of the other deck board leg 1 adjacent to the deck board foot 1 is arranged. These are opposed to the opposite side, that is, the side 26 to secure a joint interval (see FIG. 25).

In addition, one side 27 and the other side 28 that face each other in the orthogonal direction Y of the first support plate portion 21 of the first foot 20 and one side that faces in the orthogonal direction of the second support plate portion 31 of the second foot 30. sides 36 and the other side 37 to respectively the positioning portion 1 2 and the protruding portion 13 is provided. As shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, the first support plate portion 21 has the second foot 30 side on the sides 27 and 28, and the second support plate portion 31 has the second side on the sides 36 and 37. has the portion with the positioning portion 1 2 pair to the 20 side in a straight line, the deck plate when this positioning unit 1 2 arranged first legs 20, a second foot 30 to the mounting position of the deck plate back surface The alignment with respect to the end face of 2 can be performed. That is, in each of the first leg 20 and the second leg 30, the first leg 20 or 37 or the sides 28 and 37 on the back side of the deck board is along the side of the back side of the deck board. 20, when placing the second foot 30, when aligned with the positioning unit 1 2 correspond to the sides of the deck plate rear surface, a direction perpendicular to the side portion on the deck plate back surface In FIG. 24, the first foot 20 and the second foot 30 are positioned (FIG. 24 shows one alignment state).
Further, overhang portions 13 are provided on the sides 27, 36, 28, and 37, respectively. These overhang portions 13 have the same length from the positions of the sides 26 and 35 along the mounting direction X, and the positional relationship of the overhang portions 13 in the orthogonal direction Y is the first and second support plate portions 21. , 31 so that the line is symmetrical about the center line C along the mounting direction X.
Further, the overhang portions 13 of the sides 27, 36, 28, and 37 are integrated with the first and second support plate portions 21 and 31 so that the protrusion amount protrudes in the orthogonal direction Y as 1/2 of the joint dimension M1. Then, when a plurality of deck board legs 1 are arranged in the orthogonal direction Y (when the deck board legs are arranged in the orthogonal direction), the deck board legs 1 are abutted against the protruding portion 13 of the adjacent deck board foot 1 to secure a joint interval ( (See FIG. 26).

As described above, a plurality of deck board feet 1 are arranged along the mounting direction X, and the protruding portion 13 of the second leg 30 of one deck board foot 1 is connected to the other deck among the adjacent deck board legs 1. It abuts against the side 26 side of the first support plate portion 21 of the plate foot 1 (that is, the alignment portion 19), and in this state, the second columnar longitudinal connection of the second foot 30 of the one deck plate foot 1 is performed. Each of the portions 32 is inserted and locked into the cylindrical portion 23b of the first cylindrical vertical connecting portion 23 of the first foot 20 of the other deck plate foot 1, so that the adjacent deck plate feet 1 are connected to each other. Therefore, if the first foot 20 and the second foot 30 are aligned and attached as described above with the mounting direction X of the deck board foot 1 as the board width direction of the deck board 2, a set of In the deck board foot 1, the center of the first cylindrical vertical connecting portion 23 (the center of the cylindrical portion 23 b) to the second Pitch Pt to the center of the columnar the vertical connecting portion 32 is equal to the unit length dimension W0 (refer to FIG. 25).

Each deck board foot 1 is set to a board width dimension W1 (W1) such that a pitch Pt from the center of the first cylindrical vertical coupling part 23 to the center of the second columnar vertical coupling part 32 becomes the unit length dimension W0. = W0-M1) If it is attached to the deck plate 2 as described later and the deck members 1 are aligned and connected in a state where the deck plate feet 1 are aligned in the mounting direction X, the joints between the deck plates 2 in the mounting direction X are connected. Although it is formed as the joint dimension M1, the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 23b is made slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second columnar longitudinally connected portion 32 in consideration of insertion operability, and a slight backlash occurs. It is easy to secure an appropriate joint interval. However, since the overhang 13 of the present In an exemplary one of the deck plate Yotashi 1 is connected abutted against the positioning part 1 2 of the other deck plate Yotashi 1, between the deck plate 2 in the mounting direction X In this case, joints with appropriate intervals are formed.
Further, the portion where the second columnar longitudinally connected portion 32 of the second foot 30 is positioned is placed on the first cylindrical longitudinally connecting portion 23 of the first foot 20 of the other deck board foot 1. However, since the first cylindrical vertical connecting portion 23 and the second columnar vertical connected portion 32 have the same height dimension H1 as described above, the first cylindrical vertical connected portion 32 is located above the second cylindrical vertical connected portion 32. The deck plate 2 positioned is supported by the first cylindrical vertical connecting portion 23 and the second columnar vertical connected portion 32 that are engaged with each other (see FIG. 25). Of course, with respect to the load applied to the deck surface in a normal use state, the first columnar support leg portion 22, the first cylindrical vertical connecting portion 23, the second columnar vertical connected portion 32, and the first cylindrical horizontal connecting portion. 24, the second cylindrical lateral coupling portion 33, the first columnar lateral coupled portion 25, and the second columnar lateral coupled portion 34 have sufficient strength to withstand without buckling.
The above configuration is the same as that of the above-described embodiment.

The positional relationship between the first and second cylindrical lateral coupling portions 24 and 33 and the first and second columnar laterally coupled portions 25 and 34 is also set as follows. Two deck board feet 1 are arranged along the orthogonal direction Y, and the protruding portion 13 of one deck plate foot 1 is abutted against the protruding portion 13 of the other deck plate 1 among the adjacent deck plate feet 1. In this state, the first and second columnar laterally connected portions 25 and 34 of the one deck plate foot 1 are respectively connected to the first and second cylindrical laterally connected portions 24 and 33 of the other deck plate foot 1. Since the adjacent deck board legs 1 are connected to each other by being inserted into and locked into the cylindrical portions 24b and 33b, the mounting direction X of the deck board legs 1 is set to the board width direction of the deck board 2. If the first foot 20 and the second foot 30 are aligned and attached as described above, the center of the first and second cylindrical lateral connecting portions 24 and 33 (cylindrical) in the pair of deck board feet 1 From the center of the portions 24b and 33b) to the center of the first and second columnar laterally connected portions 25 and 34. Pitch Py of, the first, the length b + joint dimensions M1 of the sides 26 and 35 of the second support plate 21, 31. In FIG. 26, the connection on the first foot 20 side is shown in cross section, but the same applies to the second foot 30.

In this way, the pitch Py from the center of the first and second cylindrical lateral coupling portions 24 and 33 to the center of the first and second cylindrical laterally coupled portions 25 and 34 is defined as the length of the sides 26 and 35. By setting the size b + the joint size M1, each of the deck board feet 1 is attached to the deck board 2 as described later, and the deck board legs 1 are arranged side by side in the orthogonal direction Y to be connected. The joint is formed as the joint dimension M1 between the deck plates 2 in the orthogonal direction Y, but the inner diameters of the cylindrical portions 24b and 33b are also set to the first and second columnar coverings in consideration of insertion operability. It is slightly larger than the outer diameters of the connecting portions 25 and 34, and it is easy for some backlash to occur, and it may be difficult to secure an appropriate joint distance. However, since the overhanging portion 13 of one deck board foot 1 abuts and is connected to the overhanging portion 13 of the other deck board foot 1, there is a joint at an appropriate interval between the deck plates 2 in the orthogonal direction Y. Will be formed.
In addition, the first and second cylindrical plate-like lateral connection portions 25 and 34 of the first and second support plate portions 21 and 31 are located on the first and second cylindrical horizontal sides of the other deck plate foot 1. The first and second cylindrical lateral coupling portions 24 and 33 and the first and second cylindrical laterally coupled portions 25 and 34 are both height dimensions as described above. Since H1 is the same, the deck plate 2 positioned above the first and second columnar laterally coupled portions 25 and 34 is engaged with the first and second cylindrical laterally coupled portions 24 and 33 and It is supported by the first and second columnar laterally coupled portions 25 and 34 (see FIG. 26).

As described above, regarding the positional relationship between the first and second cylindrical lateral coupling portions 24 and 33 and the first and second columnar coupled portions 25 and 34, the first and second cylindrical lateral coupling portions 24, The pitch Py from the center of 33 (centers of the cylindrical portions 24b and 33b) to the centers of the first and second columnar laterally connected portions 25 and 34 is the sides 26 and 35 of the first and second support plate portions 21 and 31. The length dimension b + the joint dimension M1.
Here, the shape of the deck plate 2 (the unit size W0- joint dimensions M1) × If a square (the unit size W0- joint dimension M1), the sides 26,3 5 of length b + joint dimensions M1 units If the dimension W0 is ½, the two deck board legs 1 are connected to the square deck board 2 with the first and second cylindrical lateral coupling portions 24 and 33 and the first and second cylindrical laterally coupled bodies. The protruding portions 13 on the opposite side of the protruding portion 13 facing each other on the center side of the deck plate 2 can be attached laterally from the side position of the back surface of the deck plate 2. It can be in a state protruding.
Moreover, the deck plate Yotashi 1 of the illustrated example, is set to 1/2 of the length dimension of the side 26,3 5 b + joint dimensions M1 <units dimension W0. In this case, when the two deck board feet 1 are attached to the square deck board 2, the first and second cylindrical lateral connecting portions 24 and 33 of the one deck board leg 1 and the other deck The first and second cylindrical lateral connecting portions 24 and 33 and the first and second cylindrical coverings are provided so that the first and second cylindrical connecting portions 25 and 34 of the plate foot 1 do not interfere with each other. taking into account the size of the transverse connecting portions 25 and 34 may be set pitch Py (length b + joint dimensions M1 sides 26,3 5).

The first of the first foot 20 and the two legs 30, first in the second support plate part 2 1,31, the second circle columnar the transverse connecting portions 25 and 34 are first, second support part 21, 31 is located on the center line C along the attachment direction X. Each of the first and second columnar laterally coupled portions 25 and 34 is separated and separated from the first and second support plate portions 21 and 31 (first and second support portions). The extension lines of the sides 26, 35, 27, and 36 of the plate portions 21 and 31 (the extension lines of the sides 27 and 36 overlap each other), the extension lines of the sides 28 and 37 (the extension lines of the sides 28 and 37 are It is provided at a position that is point-symmetric with respect to the center D of a rectangle) that is assumed to be mutually overlapping).
The first foot 20 and the second foot 30 have screw holes 14 for screws to be attached to the deck plate 2, and the screw holes 14 are also located on the center line C. It is in a position that is point-symmetric with respect to the center D. The first and second columnar laterally connected portions 25 and 34 and the screw hole 14 are in the same position, and pass through the centers of the first and second cylindrical laterally connected portions 25 and 34, respectively. Screw holes 14 are provided.

As described above, the screw hole 14 is on the center line C of the first and second support plate portions 21 and 31 and is in a point-symmetrical position with the center D of the separation support plate portion 40 as the center position. Therefore, even if the direction of the deck board foot 1 composed of the pair of the first foot 20 and the second foot 30 is rotated 180 degrees with the center D as the center position, the position of the screw hole 14 after the rotation is the screw before the rotation. It overlaps with the position of the hole 14. Thereby, even if the direction of the deck board foot 1 arranged at the appropriate position on the deck board 2 is 180 degrees opposite, the position where the screw is screwed in the deck board 2 does not change. Further, the distance from the side 26 of the first support plate portion 21 to the screw hole 14 of the first support plate portion 21, and the screw hole of the second support plate portion 31 from the side 35 of the second support plate portion 31. 14 is the same as the distance from the short side 10 of the deck board foot 1 shown above to the screw hole 14, and therefore the deck board 2 provided with the above-described foot mounting hole 17. On the other hand, it can be attached in the same manner as the deck board foot 1 shown above, and the same deck member with the deck board foot 1 composed of the first foot 20 and the second foot 30 is used. A deck surface can be formed.

In addition, the deck board foot on the other side when the deck board foot 1 is connected to each of the projecting parts 13 on the side where the first and second cylindrical lateral coupling parts 24 and 33 are located is connected in the orthogonal direction Y. A receiving claw 15 that supports one overhanging portion 13 from below is provided, and protrusions 16 that protrude upward are provided on both sides of the overhanging portion 13 of the side 35 of the second support plate portion 31. When the second foot 30 is arranged on the deck plate 2, the protrusion 16 is locked to the end surface of the deck plate 2 so that the alignment can be performed more easily. These points are also the same as in the above-described embodiment.

The divided deck board foot 1 can be used in the same manner as the deck board foot 1 of the previous embodiment. Further, since the first leg 20 and the second leg 30 are separated, the structure in which the dimension in the mounting direction X of the separation support plate portion 40 is variable according to the plate width of the deck plate is provided. Even if the board width of the deck board 2 is changed, the first foot 20 and the second leg 30 may be aligned and attached as described above, and the deck board having the changed board width is adjusted. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a new integrated deck board foot, and management of the deck board foot becomes easy.
