Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support column used for supporting a table or used for clothes, a hat stand or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, this type of support has a support main body arranged with its longitudinal direction oriented in the vertical direction, and a plurality of (for example, three or four) support members provided radially on the support main body. Yes. The support member is supported by the column main body so that the base end portion thereof is rotatable about a horizontal axis, and thereby the tip end portion is rotated in the vertical direction. The rotation range of the support member is restricted between a deployment position opened by a predetermined angle (for example, about 30 °) with respect to the column main body and a folding position along the longitudinal direction of the column main body. When each support member is rotated to the unfolded position, the tip end portion of each support member comes into contact with the floor surface or the like, and supports the column main body upright. On the other hand, each support member is rotated to the folding position when the column is transported or stored. Thereby, the occupation space of the whole support | pillar is made small (for example, refer patent document 1, 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional support column, when the support member is rotated to the folding position, the support member is along the outer peripheral surface of the support column body. . For this reason, there was a limit in reducing the space occupied by the columns. In addition, when transporting the support column, each support member is tied to the outer peripheral surface of the support column body with a rope or the like so that the support member rotated to the folding position does not spread during the transfer. A fixing device is provided between the main body and the support member. However, tying with a rope or the like takes time and effort. In particular, when there are a large number of columns, a great deal of labor is required. On the other hand, if a fixing device is provided, the manufacturing cost of the support will increase.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention has a support body formed with an accommodation hole in at least one of the upper and lower end faces, and an end portion of the support body with the accommodation hole formed facing the accommodation hole. A fixing member that is detachably fixed in a state, and a supporting member that is provided on the fixing member so that a base end portion thereof is pivotable in a vertical direction about a horizontal axis, and the supporting member includes at least a distal end It is possible to rotate between a deployment position where the portion protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface of the fixing member and a storage position where the tip portion protrudes toward the support body from the end surface facing the storage hole of the fixing member. When it is rotated to the unfolded position, it is fixed so as not to be pivotable in the vertical direction by the column main body and the fixing member fixed thereto, and can be accommodated in the accommodation hole when it is rotated to the accommodation position. With features By that.
In this case, a mounting groove that is opened on one end surface and an outer peripheral surface of the fixing member on the column main body side is formed at a corner of the fixing member on the column main body side, and the support member is formed in the mounting groove. It is desirable that the base end portion of each be inserted so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction.
A female screw hole is formed at the opening side end of the inner peripheral surface of the housing hole, a male screw is formed at one end of the fixing member on the column body side, and an intermediate part of the fixing member In the state where an annular contact surface facing the end surface of the support column body where the storage hole is formed is formed and the support member is rotated to the storage position, the contact surface is the storage hole of the support column body. It is desirable that the fixing member is fixed to the column main body by screwing the male screw part into the female screw hole part until it hits the end surface where the is formed. In particular, in a state where the support member is rotated to the unfolded position, a part of the support member protrudes from the contact surface toward the column body, and a part of the support member protruding from the contact surface is the column. The male screw part is screwed into the female screw hole part until it comes into contact with the end surface of the main body where the accommodation hole is formed, whereby the fixing member is fixed to the column main body, and the support member is fixed to the column main body. It is desirable that the member is fixed so as not to rotate in the vertical direction. At the corner portion of the fixing member on the column main body side, an opening groove is opened to the outer peripheral surface in a range extending from the male screw portion to the other end side from the contact surface while being opened to the front end surface of the male screw portion. It is desirable that the base end portion of the support member is inserted into the mounting groove so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
1 to 7 show an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a column 1 of a belt reel partition A. The belt reel partition A includes a column 1 that is erected with its longitudinal direction oriented in the vertical direction, and an upper end of the column 1. And a belt reel unit B that is rotatably provided in the horizontal direction around the axis of the support column 1. The support column 1 is configured as described below. On the other hand, the belt reel unit B is a well-known one and has no relevance to the present invention, so its description is omitted.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 1, the support column 1 includes a support column main body 2 arranged with its longitudinal direction facing the vertical direction, a fixing member 3 detachably fixed to the lower end portion of the support column main body 2, and the fixing member 3. And a plurality of (four in this embodiment) support members 4 supported so as to be pivotable in the vertical direction.
[0008]
The column main body 2 is made of metal or hard resin, and is formed as a cylindrical body having upper and lower ends opened. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower part of the inside of the column main body 2 is a receiving hole 21. Therefore, the accommodation hole 21 is apparently a through-hole penetrating the column main body 2 along its axis, but the column main body 2 is formed in a solid round bar shape and extends from the lower end surface 22 along the axis. A blind hole extending upward may be formed, and the blind hole may be used as a receiving hole. A female screw member 5 made of a short cylindrical body is fixed to the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation hole 21 by welding or other fixing means. On the inner peripheral surface of the female screw member 5, a female screw hole 51 is formed with the axis aligned with the axis of the column main body 2. The female screw hole 51 may be formed directly on the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation hole 21. The upper end opening of the column main body 2 is closed by the lower end of the belt reel unit B that is rotatably fitted therein.
[0009]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, the fixing member 3 has a metallic round bar shape with a short length, and is arranged such that its axis coincides with the column main body 2. The fixing member 3 has a base portion 31, a neck portion 32, and a male screw portion 33 that are sequentially formed from the lower end side toward the upper end side. The base 31, the neck 32, and the male screw portion 33 are all formed in a circular cross section, and are formed so that their axes coincide with each other. About each outer diameter of the base 31, the neck 32, and the external thread part 33, the base 31 is set to the largest diameter, and becomes the small diameter in order of the external thread 33 and the neck 32. The outer diameter of the base 31 is set to be substantially the same as the outer diameter of the column main body 2. The outer diameter of the neck portion 32 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the valley of the male screw portion 33. Between the base portion 31 and the neck portion 32, an annular contact surface 34 that is orthogonal to the axis of the fixing member 3 and faces the male screw portion 33 is formed. The male screw portion 33 is screwed into the female screw hole portion 51. Then, the fixing member 3 is screwed into the female screw hole 51 until the abutment surface 34 or a base 41 of the support member 4 to be described later abuts on the lower end surface 22 of the column main body 2, whereby the fixing member 3 is fixed to the lower end surface 22 of the column main body 2. It is pressed and fixed to.
[0010]
Two portions of the mounting member 35 extending from the intermediate portion of the base portion 31 of the fixing member 3 to the upper portion thereof, that is, the upper portion of the base portion 31, the neck portion 32, and the male screw portion 33 are formed. The two mounting grooves 35, 35 are respectively disposed on two diameter lines that are orthogonal to the axis of the fixing member 3 and orthogonal to each other, and traverse the upper portion of the base portion 31, the neck portion 32, and the male screw portion 33. Accordingly, the mounting grooves 35 and 35 are orthogonal to each other at the center of the fixing member 3 and are divided into two parts by the other party.
[0011]
Four through holes 36 extending in the horizontal direction are formed in the upper portion of the base 31. Two of the through holes 36 and 36 are disposed in parallel to both sides of one mounting groove 35, and the remaining two through holes 36 and 36 are disposed in parallel to both sides of the other mounting groove 35. Yes. In addition, the four through holes 36 are arranged at an equal distance from the axis line in the radial direction of the fixing member 3, and are arranged at the same position in the axial direction (vertical direction) of the fixing member 3. Therefore, the two through holes 36 and 36 parallel to one mounting groove 35 and the two through holes 36 and 36 parallel to the other mounting groove 35 intersect each other.
[0012]
The support member 4 is made of a metal plate having a square cross section and a thickness substantially equal to the groove width of the mounting groove 35, and has a base portion 41 having a short length and a tip portion 42 having a long length. is doing. The base 41 and the tip 42 are bent at a predetermined angle (approximately 30 ° in this embodiment), but they may be formed in a straight line. Four support members 4 are used in this embodiment. Each base 41 of the two support members 4 is inserted into one end and the other end of one mounting groove 35, and each base 41 of the other two support members 4 is one end of the other mounting groove 35. And the other end. As a result, the four support members 4 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the fixed member 3, that is, every 90 °. Moreover, the four support members 4 are arranged at the same position in the vertical direction. The base portion 41 of the support member 4 is rotatably supported by the base portion 31 of the fixing member 3 through a shaft 6 that passes through the base portion 41 and is inserted into the through hole 36. In this case, since the shaft 6 is horizontal, the support member 4 can be rotated in the vertical direction.
[0013]
The support member 4 can be rotated downward to the deployed position shown in FIG. In the unfolded position, the tip portion 42 of the support member 4 protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 31 of the fixing member 3. When the support member 4 is rotated to the unfolded position, the lower surface 41a is referred to as the lower surface 41a, and the upper surface 41b is referred to as the upper surface 41b. When it is rotated to the position, it is almost horizontal, and the lower surface 41a abuts against the bottom surface of the mounting groove 35, so that the deployed position of the support member 4 is restricted. On the other hand, the upper surface 41 a slightly protrudes upward from the contact surface 34. Therefore, when the male screw portion 33 is screwed into the female screw hole portion 51 and tightened while the support member 4 is rotated to the deployed position, the fixing member 3 attaches the base portion 41 of the support member 4 to the lower end surface 22 of the column main body 2. The base portion 41 of the support member 4 is sandwiched and fixed in the vertical direction by the lower end surface 22 of the column main body 2 and the bottom surface of the mounting groove 35. Moreover, the support member 4 is prevented from moving in the horizontal direction by both side surfaces of the mounting groove 35 and the shaft 6. Therefore, when the male screw portion 33 is screwed into the female screw portion 51 and tightened while the support member 4 is rotated to the deployed position, the support member 4 is fixed at the deployed position. The upper surface 41a may be positioned on the same plane as the contact surface 34 when the support member 4 is rotated to the deployed position.
[0014]
A protective member 7 made of a material having higher wear resistance than the support member 4 is provided at the tip of the tip portion 42 of the support member 4. The protection member 7 is disposed so as to be positioned below the tip end portion of the tip portion 42 when the support member 4 is rotated to the deployed position. In addition, the protection member 7 is disposed so that the lower surface of the protection member 7 is located below the lower end surface of the fixing member 3 in a state where the support member 4 is located at the deployed position. Therefore, when each support member 4 is rotated to the unfolded position, each support member 4 comes into contact with the ground or floor via the protective member 7. As a result, the entire support column 1 is held vertically by the four support members 4. Moreover, since the support member 4 does not come into contact with the ground or the like via the protective member 7, it does not wear out at an early stage. The support member 4 may be brought into direct contact with the ground or the like without providing the protection member 7 on the support member 4.
[0015]
When the support member 4 is rotated upward from the deployed position, the support member 4 is rotatable to at least the accommodation position shown in FIG. In the state where it is rotated to the storage position, the tip 42 is substantially parallel to the axis of the column main body 2, and the entire base 41 of the support member 4 and the base end of the tip 41 are received in the mounting groove 35. ing. Of the support member 42 accommodated in the mounting groove 35, the portion located between the contact surface 34 and the female screw hole 51 when the contact surface 34 is brought into contact with the lower end surface 22 of the column main body 2 is The portion that is located on the radially inner side from the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation hole 21 and that faces the female screw hole portion 51 is located on the inner side of the inner peripheral surface of the female screw hole portion 51. On the other hand, most of the distal end side of the tip portion 42 protrudes upward from the tip surface (upper surface) of the male screw portion 33, and the tip portion 42 and the protection member 7 protruding upward from the tip surface of the male screw portion 33 are also female screws. It is located inside the inner peripheral surface of the hole 51. Therefore, when the support member 4 is rotated to the accommodation position, all the support members 4 and the protective members 7 provided on the respective support members 4 can be inserted into the accommodation holes 21 of the column main body 2 from the lower end opening thereof. In addition, the male screw portion 33 can be screwed into the female screw hole portion 51. Then, the male screw portion 33 is screwed into the female screw hole portion 51 until the abutting surface 34 abuts against the lower end surface 22 of the column main body 2, whereby the fixing member 3 is fixed to the column main body 2 and the support member 4 abuts. A portion above the surface 34 and the protection member 4 are accommodated in the accommodation hole 21.
[0016]
Each support member 4 can actually be further rotated beyond the storage position in the direction from the deployment position side to the storage position side, and one support member 4 can move relative to the support member 4. It can be rotated until it abuts against another support member 4 that is disposed 180 ° apart and is located at the deployed position. Further, when each support member 4 is actually accommodated in the accommodation hole 21, the distal end portions of one set of the support members 4, 4 out of the two sets of support members 4, 4 arranged at 180 ° apart. Are brought into contact with each other on the axis of the fixing member 3 (the axis of the column main body 2), while the front ends of the other support members 4, 4 are abutted against the side surfaces of the one support member 4, 4. . In such a case, with respect to one set of support members 4, 4, the position when the tips of each other come into contact with each other on the axis of the fixing member 3 becomes the accommodation position, and the other set of support members 4. , 4, the position when contacting the side surface of one of the support members 4, 4 is the storage position. Therefore, the accommodation positions of the two sets of support members 4, 4; However, any of the support members 4 can be accommodated not only in the accommodation hole 21 when rotated to the accommodation position, but also the male screw portion 33 until the contact surface 34 abuts against the lower end surface 22 of the column main body 2. It does not get in the way when screwing into 51.
[0017]
In the column 1 having the above configuration, when the fixing member 3 is screwed and fixed to the lower end portion of the column body 2 with the support member 4 positioned at the unfolded position, the entire column 1 is vertically raised by the support member 4. Can be maintained. On the other hand, by positioning the support member 4 at the storage position, the support member 4 can be stored in the storage hole 21 of the column main body 2, and the support member 4 does not protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the column main body 2. Therefore, when the column 1 is transported or stored, the occupied space can be reduced. Moreover, when the support member 4 is housed in the housing hole 21, the support member 4 is prevented from rotating toward the deployment position by the inner peripheral surface of the housing hole 21. Therefore, it is not necessary to tie the support member 4 to the column body 2 with a rope or the like, or to provide a fixing mechanism for the support member 4 between the support member 4 and the column body 2. Therefore, it is possible to save the trouble of binding with a rope or the like and to manufacture the support column 1 at a low cost.
[0018]
FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In the column 1 'of this embodiment, a fixing member 3' and a support member 4 'are provided at the upper end of the column body 2 in place of the belt reel unit B of the above embodiment. The fixing member 3 ′ is configured the same as the fixing member 3 except that the fixing member 3 ′ is upside down with respect to the fixing member 3. Accordingly, the fixing member 3 ′ has a male screw portion 33 (not shown) at the lower end thereof, and a female screw member 5 (not shown) is fitted and fixed inside the column main body 2. The female screw member 5 is formed with a female screw hole portion 51 (not shown) into which the male screw portion 33 is screwed. Further, the support member 4 'is used to hang a hat, clothes, etc., and when it is positioned at the unfolded position, the support member 4' is inclined upwardly from the proximal end side toward the distal end side. The point, the point clamped and fixed by the bottom surface of the mounting groove 35 of the fixing member 3 ′ and the upper end surface 23 of the column main body 2, and when positioned at the storage position, extend downward from the fixing member 3 and Is different from the support member 4 of the above embodiment in that it is inserted from the upper end opening. Of course, in the upper end portion inside the column main body 2, the portion below the contact surface 34 of the fixing member 3 ′ (the neck portion 32 and the male screw portion 33) and the portion into which the support member 4 ′ is inserted are the accommodation holes 21 ( (Not shown). The accommodation hole 21 is also formed as a blind hole with its lower end closed when the column main body 2 is formed in a solid round bar shape. A plate material such as a glass plate for a table may be placed on the plurality of support members 4 ′. Of course, in that case, the tip of each support member 4 'is positioned above the upper end of the fixing member 3'.
[0019]
In addition, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, It can change suitably.
For example, in the above embodiment, the fixing members 3 and 3 ′ are fixed to the column main body 2 by screwing the male screw portion 33 into the female screw hole portion 51 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation hole 21. However, the fixing members 3 and 3 ′ may be fixed to the column main body 2 by a bayonet mechanism or the like.
In the above-described embodiment, the mounting groove 35 that crosses the fixing member 3 in the radial direction is formed, and the base ends of the support members 4 and 4 are inserted into both ends of the mounting groove 35. The mounting groove 35 may be divided at the central portion of the fixing member 3 so that both ends of the mounting groove 35 are independent mounting grooves, and the base end portion of the support member 4 may be inserted into each mounting groove. In that case, you may form only three attachment grooves, without forming four. When the support member 4 is not used for supporting the entire support column 1 and is used only for clothes or a hat, one or more may be provided.
Furthermore, about the support member 4, a bracket may be provided in the front end surface of the external thread part 33, and the base 41 of the support member 4 may be rotatably supported by this bracket. However, in such a case, instead of the fixing member mounting groove 35 in the above-described embodiment, the support members 4, 4 rotated to the deployed position at the end portion where the accommodation hole of the column main body 2 is formed. It is necessary to form an insertion groove for inserting the ′ from the radially inner side to the outer side of the column main body 2.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
