【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、小型・薄型化でき、設置場所を制限されず、狭いスペースにも組込み設置できる容器入り飲料自動販売機、及び、飲料自動販売機を備えた、パチンコやスロットルマシン、その他の遊技マシンにおける遊技媒体貸出機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
容器入り飲料自動販売機は、一般に道路の歩道等のように人が通る場所に面して設置される場合が多く、歩行者が利用し易いように設置されている。
また、駅や空港のコンコース、店頭などに設置して旅行者の便に供するもの、あるいは会社や工場の廊下、休憩所などに設置して主に従業員の利用に供するもの、更には商店を始めとする各種建物の屋内に設置して利用するものなど、多種多様である。

しかしながら、上記にて使用されている従来の容器入り飲料自動販売機は、いずれも大型の自動販売機が多く、多種の飲料容器を大量に収容し、販売できるもので、その大きさや形などから、設置が上記のような場所に制限され、狭い場所に組込んで設置することは困難であり、例えば新幹線等のような交通機関の座席シート間に一体に設置すること、あるいはパチンコを始めとする各種の遊技マシン間に一体に設置することはできなかった。

このため、交通機関等では、飲料が欲しくなったとき、乗客が自身で売店まで買いに行くか、車内販売員が売りに来るのを待つ必要があり、また、遊技マシンを設置している遊技場においては、遊技者が遊技中に喉が乾いて飲料が欲しくなったときに、一旦遊技を中断してカウンターや遊技場内に設置されている自動販売機のところまで出向く必要があり、手元で直ちに欲望を満たすことができない問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の課題は、小型・薄型化でき、設置場所を制限されず、座席シート間や遊技マシン間等の小スペースにも簡単に組込み設置できる容器入り飲料自動販売機を提供することにある。
本発明のもう一つの課題は、飲料容器を水平状態に投入して収容する容器収容庫に対し、飲料容器を確実に水平状態を保ったまま投入できる容器水平投入機構を備えた容器入り飲料自動販売機を提供することにある。
本発明の更なる課題は、遊技マシンで遊技を行いながら、手元で飲料容器を取り出して飲むことができる飲料自動販売機を備えた遊技媒体貸出機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した課題を解決するため、本発明にかかる容器入り飲料自動販売機は、円形断面部分を有する飲料容器を当該円形断面部分が並ぶように上下方向に重ねて収容可能な容器収容庫と、同容器収容庫の前面上部及び下部に設けられた扉付き飲料容器投入口及び取出口と、上記容器収容庫内の飲料容器の有無を検出するセンサーと、貨幣又はその兌換物を投入する貨幣又は兌換物投入口及びその数をカウントするカウンターと、上記容器収容庫内壁に設けられた飲料容器冷却又は加熱用伝熱板と、同伝熱板に結合された熱電素子を用いた電子冷却又は加熱装置と、飲料容器を上記容器収容庫の取出口から外部に送り出す送り出し装置と、上記飲料容器有無検出センサー及びカウンターの出力に基づき、上記電子冷却又は加熱装置及び送り出し装置の作動を制御するコントローラとからなり、上記送り出し装置が、上記飲料容器の円形断面部分の軸方向に沿った方向に往復移動可能な送りネジ機構を有し、当該送りネジ機構の機能によって上記容器収容庫に収容された最下位の飲料容器を当該軸方向に沿って後押しする形でその前端部が上記取出口から外部に突出するように送り出すことを特徴とするもので、この容器入り飲料自動販売機は、飲料容器を上下方向に重ねて収容する容器収容庫の幅により幅方向寸法が、また、上下方向に重ね収容する飲料容器の数によって高さ方向寸法が、更に、飲料容器の長さによって奥行き寸法がほぼ決まり、これに貨幣又は兌換物投入口及びその数をカウントするカウンター、電子冷却又は加熱装置、飲料容器の送り出し装置、コントローラ等を組付けることにより、容器入り飲料自動販売機を小型・薄型化することができる。

また、本発明にかかる容器入り飲料自動販売機は、上記投入口の一側の中央部より下側に内側に突出され、上記投入口から上記容器収容庫の奥行き終端まで連続的又は断続的に設けられた飲料容器水平保持用リブと、同飲料容器水平保持用リブと対向する側に同リブの突端との間隔を飲料容器の径より僅かに大きくし、かつ飲料容器の半径より大きい半径を持ち、上記投入口から上記容器収容庫の奥行き終端まで連続的に形成された円弧状凹部とを有してなり、上記容器収容庫に、その投入口から飲料容器を水平状態を保ったまま投入して落下させる容器水平投入機構を備えることを特徴とする容器入り飲料自動販売機であり、飲料容器を投入口から飲料容器水平保持用リブに沿って水平に挿入し、奥行き終端まで挿入した後、同リブを乗り越えるように飲料容器を円弧状凹部側へ少し移行させると、飲料容器はそのまま水平状態を維持して落下するため、飲料容器を確実に水平状態を保ったまま容器収容庫に投入することができる。

更に、本発明にかかる飲料自動販売機を備えた遊技媒体貸出機は、遊技マシンと遊技マシン間に設置される遊技媒体貸出機の下部に、上記した容器入り飲料自動販売機を上記遊技媒体貸出機と一体又は別体で組込み設置してなることを特徴とするもので、上記により小型・薄型化した容器入り飲料自動販売機を遊技媒体貸出機の下部に組込み設置することによって、遊技マシンで遊技中に飲料が欲しくなったとき、随時遊技しながら隣の容器入り飲料自動販売機で飲料容器を購入して飲むことができる。

また、本発明にかかる飲料自動販売機を備えた遊技媒体貸出機は、上記した飲料自動販売機を備えた遊技媒体貸出機において、上記飲料自動販売機の幅方向寸法を上記遊技媒体貸出機の幅方向寸法と同等又はそれ以下に設定してなることを特徴とするもので、飲料自動販売機の幅方向寸法を遊技媒体貸出機の幅方向寸法と同等又はそれ以下とすることにより、遊技マシンや遊技媒体貸出機の設置に全く影響を及ぼすことなく、飲料自動販売機を組込み設置することができる。

以下に本発明の実施の形態を図1乃至図7に基づいて説明する。

図中において、1は飲料の入った瓶、缶等の飲料容器2を水平状態で数個、図示例では4個を上下方向に積み重ねて収容できる縦長形状の容積を有する容器収容庫であり、前面側の上部にヒンジ3を中心に下方へ開くことができ、鍵4により閉じることができる投入口扉5付きの飲料容器投入口6が設けられと共に、前面側の下部にはヒンジ7を中心にバネ8によって常に下向きに閉じる方向に付勢された取出口扉9付きの飲料容器取出口10が設けられている。

例えば、パチンコ玉18を一個4円とすると、200円の飲料容器2を購入するには、50個のパチンコ玉18を兌換物投入口11から投入すればよく、投入されたパチンコ玉18の数をカウンター15がカウントし、それを図5に示すように玉数表示器19に表示すると共に、玉数が50個に達すると、電磁ソレノイド17がフラッパー16を通路13を閉じ、返却口12側を開放する位置に切り替え、余剰のパチンコ玉18を返却口12へ戻すよう作動し、同時に投入されたパチンコ玉18を通路13を経て排出口14から島の中へ排出する仕組みとなっている。

なお、この容器入り飲料自動販売機をパチンコ遊技マシン以外の、例えばスロットルマシンに隣接して設置する場合は、パチンコ玉18に替えてスロットルマシン用のコインを兌換物として飲料容器2を購入できるようにすればよく、また硬貨を使用する一般的な容器入り飲料自動販売機として、汎用性を持たせ、例えば交通機関の座席シート間に組込み設置する場合は、上記したようなパチンコ玉処理機構を、硬貨投入口、硬貨カウンター、硬貨一時保管箱、金額表示器等の硬貨処理機構に置き換えればよい。

また、容器収容庫1の内壁側には、その上面、両側面、及び後面を被うようにアルミニウム等の熱伝導性の高い材料によって一体成形された金属製の飲料容器冷却又は加熱用伝熱板22が設けられており、この伝熱板22の後面側の裏面には、ペルチェ効果を有する熱電素子を用いた電子冷却又は加熱装置23に結合されている。

この電子冷却又は加熱装置23は、正電極−N形熱電素子−中間電極−P形熱電素子−負電極により構成され、電極を通して通電することにより、正、負両電極側が発熱源、中間電極が吸熱源となる熱ポンプであり、この吸熱源を利用すれば冷却装置、発熱源を利用すれば加熱装置として機能する。
その切り替えは、通電方向の切り替えによって簡便に行うことができるため、容器収容庫1を冷蔵庫又は温蔵庫として、冷たい飲料容器又は温かい飲料容器の収容庫のいずれにも使用することができる。

ここでは、電子冷却又は加熱装置23の吸熱源24を伝熱板22に結合し、発熱源側に熱伝導のよいアルミニウム製冷却フィンが設けられたヒートシンク25を取り付けると共に、その上側に送風ファン26、下側に排気ファン27を取り付けることにより、容器入り飲料自動販売機の前面側から取り込んだ空気をヒートシンク25の上側から下側に送り、ヒートシンク25を強制冷却できるよう構成しているが、本発明において、電子冷却又は加熱装置23とは、冷却専用に構成されたもの、加熱専用に構成されたもの、冷却又は加熱兼用に構成されたものを含む意味で使用されているものとする。

また、容器収容庫1の底部には、飲料容器2の送り出し用モータ28が設置されると共に、このモータ28により減速歯車29を介して正逆回転駆動される飲料容器2の送り出し用送りネジ軸30が前後方向に水平に回転自在に軸承支持されており、この送りネジ軸30上には、飲料容器2の後端に係合して飲料容器2を送り出す送り出しレバー31、飲料容器2の肩部あるいは前端部に係合して飲料容器2をお客が無理やり取り出せないようにする引き抜き防止レバー32、及び取出口扉9の下面の溝に係合して取出口扉9をお客が無闇に開けられないようにロックする扉ロックレバー43が設けられている。

この3つのレバーのうち、引き抜き防止レバー32と扉ロックレバー43は、送りネジ軸30に対して一定のフリクションを持って一定角度回動できるよう取り付けられており、送りネジ軸30の回転により一定の角度回動し、図示されていない回転止めに当接して止まることによって、飲料容器2の引き抜き防止の解除と取出口扉9のロック解除ができるようになっていると共に、送りネジ軸30は引き抜き防止レバー32と扉ロックレバー43が回転止めに当接して止まっても、フリクションに打ち勝って回転を継続できるようになっている。

一方、送り出しレバー31は、送りネジ軸30にネジ結合され、送りネジ軸30の回転により一定の角度回動した後、前後方向にイ、ロ間を往復移動可能な送りネジ機構を構成しており、容器収容庫1に収容された最下位の飲料容器2の後端に係合して飲料容器2を前方へ送り出し、飲料容器2が取出口扉9をバネ8に抗して開放させ、その前端部を容器収容庫1の外部に突出するようにし、外部から飲料容器2を引き抜きできる状態となすよう機能するものである。

更に、容器収容庫1の底部には、容器収容庫1に飲料容器2が投入されると、それに接して作動する飲料容器有無検出センサー33が設置されており、このセンサー33の出力信号は上記したようにコントローラ20に入力され、電子冷却又は加熱装置23を作動させるようになっている。
コントローラ20は、その他に電子冷却又は加熱装置23により容器収容庫1内に収容された飲料容器2が所定温度に冷却又は加熱されると、図5に示すように貸出中LED34を点灯して、お客に飲料容器2が購入可能であることを知らせ、所定の温度に達する前、あるいは飲料容器2が無くなると、貸出中止LED35を点灯させる機能を有している。

しかして、上記の容器入り飲料自動販売機において、容器収容庫1前面の投入口扉5を開けて飲料容器投入口6から飲料容器2を水平状態にして投入すると、飲料容器2は水平状態を保って容器収容庫1の最下位まで落下し、飲料容器有無検出センサー33に当接して、同センサー33を図5(D)の矢印方向へ回動させ、コントローラ20に対し飲料容器有り信号を出力する。
同様にして容器収容庫1内に所要本数、ここでは合計4本の飲料容器2が投入される。

飲料容器2が投入され、飲料容器有無検出センサー33からの信号がコントローラ20に入力されると、電子冷却又は加熱装置23が作動され、飲料容器2を伝熱板22を介して所定温度まで冷却又は加熱する。
飲料容器2が所定の温度に到達すると、自動販売機前面に設けられている貸出中LED34が点灯され、お客に飲料容器2が販売可能な状態にあることを報知する。

この状態で、お客が飲料容器2を購入するために、貨幣又は兌換物投入口11から所定金額の硬貨、あるいは兌換方式の場合は所要のパチンコ玉18やコインを投入すると、カウンター15がそれをカウントし、金額あるいは個数を前面の表示器19に表示する。所定金額の硬貨、あるいは兌換物が投入されると、カウンター15からの信号がコントローラ20に入力され、コントローラ20は電磁ソレノイド17を作動させ、フラッパー16を切り替えて余剰の硬貨や兌換物を返却口12へ戻すようにすると同時に、送り出し用モータ28に対し飲料容器2を送り出す方向への回転信号を出力する。

送り出し用モータ28の駆動により送りネジ軸30が回転し、これによって引き抜き防止レバー32と扉ロックレバー43は、それぞれ図5(E)及び(B)に矢印で示す方向に回転止めに当接するまで所定角度回動し、飲料容器2の引き抜き防止を解除すると共に、飲料容器取出口10の取出口扉9のロックを解除するよう作用する。

この際、取出口扉9は、送り出されてくる飲料容器2によりバネ8に抗して押し開かれ、飲料容器2を引き抜くことができる状態となる。

お客が飲料容器2の前端部を持って引き抜くと、飲料容器有無検出センサー33はオン位置から一旦オフ位置に復帰されると共に、取出口扉9はバネ8の力で閉じられる。この飲料容器有無検出センサー33がオン位置から一旦オフ位置になったときの出力信号によって、コントローラ20は送り出し用モータ28を逆方向に回転させる信号を出力する。
飲料容器有無検出センサー33は、その後上から落ちてくる飲料容器2に押されて再びオン位置に回動される。

なお、上記した実施形態では、飲料容器2を4本収容するようにした例を示したが、高さ方向スペースに余裕がある場合や自動販売機のみを単独で使用する場合は、容器収容庫1の高さ方向を高くすることによって、飲料容器2の収容本数を増やすことができる。

つぎに、図6に示す本発明にかかる飲料自動販売機販売機が備える容器水平投入機構について説明する。
上記の容器収容庫1に対しては、飲料容器2を常に水平状態を保ったままで確実に投入しないと、自動販売機として機能しない。
容器収容庫1は、奥行き方向に寸法があるため、投入口6から飲料容器2を投入して行く際に、飲料容器2の挿入端側を常に水平状態に維持し、奥行き終端まで挿入した後、そのまま下方へ落下させる必要がある。

そこで、投入口6の断面形状を図6に示すように、投入口6の半円部の下部側の一側に内側へ突出させ、挿入される飲料容器2を案内する飲料容器水平保持用リブ36を投入口6から容器収容庫1の奥行き終端まで水平に設けている。
この飲料容器水平保持用リブ36は、投入口6から容器収容庫1の奥行き終端まで連続的に形成することが望ましいが、同等の機能が得られる程度に断続的に形成してもよい。

ここでは、パチンコ遊技マシン間に設置される遊技媒体貸出機38(パチンコ玉貸出機)に上記した飲料入り飲料自動販売機を組込む場合の例を説明する。
遊技媒体貸出機38は、ケース本体39の上部に玉サンド本体40を収納して構成されるタイプのもので、このケース本体39の下部スペースにその下部スペースカバー41を取り外すことにより、上記した構成の飲料自動販売機42を収納し、一体的に組込み設置している。

このように小型・薄型化した容器入り飲料自動販売機42を遊技媒体貸出機38の下部に組込み設置することによって、遊技マシンで遊技中に飲料が欲しくなったとき、随時遊技しながら隣接の容器入り飲料自動販売機42で飲料容器2を購入して飲むことができるようになり、遊技者がその都度、席を立って飲料を購入しに行く手間が省け、利便性を増すことができる。

このことによって、遊技マシンや遊技媒体貸出機38の設置に全く影響を及ぼさないように、飲料自動販売機42を遊技媒体貸出機38の幅内で一体又は別体に組込み設置することができるようになる。

以上に説明したように、本発明にかかる容器入り飲料自動販売機によると、幅方向寸法、高さ方向寸法、及び奥行き方向寸法を最小とし、小型・薄型化を図ることができ、しかも、電子冷却又は加熱装置を冷却又は加熱源とすることで、設置場所の制約も受けず、新幹線を始めとする各種交通機関の座席シート間や遊技マシン間、その他の狭いスペースに対して容器入り飲料自動販売機を設置し、利用者の便に供することができる。
