【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、界壁、床などの住宅における各部の仕様の違いによる騒音の防音遮音状態を体験する装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
工業化住宅では、各部の仕様が多種多用にわたっており、これら仕様の違いによって、住宅の防音性や遮音性などが異なってくる。したがって、これらの仕様の違いは、測定データなどの数値によって対比できるようにカタログに記載されていた。

しかし、家を建てる者にとっては、数値を見ても実際にどのような状態に仕上がるかといったことが判らない。また、展示住宅などで実際の仕上がり具合を確認できるようになされているが、出来上がった家が、他の仕様の家よりも優れているといったことを、同条件で比較することができない。

そこで、従来より、体験室周りに異なった仕様の床や排水管を設け、各仕様の違いによる騒音の差を体感できるようになされた体験装置が提案されていた(特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記従来の体験装置の場合、各仕様の違いによる騒音の差を体感できるようになされてはいるが、その騒音自体が実生活でどのようなことをした場合に相当する騒音であるかといったことや、騒音の差が実生活でどのようなことをしている場合に影響があるものかといったことが理解できない。

本発明は、係る実情に鑑みてなされたものであって、仕様の違いによる防音性遮音性の違いを実生活の行動に結びつけて体感することができる騒音体験装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための本発明の騒音体験装置は、周りの壁面が防音構造となされ、一つの壁面に開口が設けられた体験室と、開口を介して体験室と連通するようになされた騒音発生室と、体験室の上に設けられ、半分が最新床仕様、残りの半分が在来床仕様となされた二種類の床が形成された二階室とを具備し、体験室には、二階室の様子をモニターできるようになされたテレビが設けられ、騒音発生室には、騒音発生手段と、開口を密閉する最新仕様および在来仕様の二種類の界壁と、これら界壁を移動させ、必要に応じて何れか一方の界壁を開口に取り付けるようになされた取付手段とが設けられ、二階室には、レール下を人間を模したロボットが移動するように設けられ、このロボットが、レール下を移動する過程で二階室の二種類の床を踏みつけるようになされ、体験室でテレビを見ながら二種類の界壁を開口にそれぞれ交代で取り付けて騒音発生室で騒音を発生させることで、界壁の違いによる体験室の騒音の違いを把握できるようになされるとともに、二階室でのロボットの様子を体験室のテレビでモニターしながら、二階室の二種類の床が踏みつけられることによる体験室の騒音の違いを把握できるようになされたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図1および図2は騒音体験装置1の全体構成の概略を示している。

すなわち、この騒音体験装置1は、体験室2と、この体験室2に隣接して設けられた騒音発生室3と、体験室2の上に設けられた二階室4とを具備して構成されている。

体験室2は、アパートの一室を想定しており、周りの壁面が防音壁21によって囲まれている。このうち、騒音発生室3と隣接する一つの壁面21には、体験室2と騒音発生室3との間を連通する開口10が設けられている。また、この開口10が設けられた壁面21以外の他の壁面21には、この体験室2への出入口となる防音ドア22が設けられている。この体験室2には、テレビ23と、被験者用の座席24と、全体の制御装置25とが設けられている。テレビ23は、通常のテレビ放送と、二階室4の様子を映すモニターとに切り替え可能となされている。

騒音発生室3は、体験室2に隣接するアパートの隣室を想定しており、大音量で音楽を奏でる電子ピアノ31が設けられている。また、騒音発生室3内には、異なった二種類の界壁5、6を開口10に取り付けるための取付装置30が設けられている。この取付装置30は、騒音発生室3内の床および天井付近に、開口10の前を同じ軌跡で通過するように設けられた下レール32および上レール33と、これら下レール32と上レール33との間に設けられ、これら下レール32および上レール33に沿って移動する一対のフレーム34とによって構成されている。これらフレーム34には、異なった仕様の二種類の界壁5、6が設けられる。

一方の界壁5は、図5(a)に示すように、在来木造住宅の界壁5であって、通常の内壁枠よりも幅広く形成された枠体51の内部に断熱材52を設け、その両面に合板53を貼設して構成されている。

他方の界壁6は、図5(b)に示すように、防音界壁6であって、石膏ボード61を二枚貼設した金属製枠体62と、同じく石膏ボード61を貼設した金属製枠体62との間に間隙が設けられ、これら間隙を縫う様に断熱材63を設けて構成されている。

これらの界壁5、6は、フレーム34に、シリンダ35を介して設けられ、フレーム34面から前後に進退することができるようになされている。フレーム34は、下端部に設けたローラ36によって下レール32の上を滑動するようになされており、このフレーム34の下端部に同じく設けられたモータ37のプーリー37aが、下レール32から延設された当接面38に当接しながら回動することで、下レール32に沿って移動できるようになされている。フレーム34の上端部には、ガイドローラ39が設けられ、このガイドローラ39が、上フレーム33に設けられた溝部33aに嵌まり込んで溝部33aに案内されることで、フレーム34は、上レール33に沿って移動する。

これにより界壁5、6は、いずれか一方のフレーム34が開口10の正面に位置した状態でシリンダ35が作動することで、このフレーム34に取り付けられた界壁5、6がフレーム34から前進して開口10を閉じることができるようになされている。また、この開口10を閉じた状態からシリンダ35が作動することで、このフレーム34に取り付けられた界壁5、6がフレーム34から後退して開口10を開けるようになされている。

二階室4は、体験室2の真上に位置するように設けられている。この二階室4は、床の半分がコンクリート床41、残りの半分が在来の木根太床42となされている。コンクリート床41は、鉄骨材43上にALC板44を敷設し、このALC板44の表面にフローリング材45を貼設して仕上げられる。一方、木根太床42は、鉄骨材43上に木根太46を設け、この木根太46上に構造板47を介してフローリング材45を貼設して仕上げられる。また、コンクリート床41と木根太床42との間は、仕切り板48で仕切られ、この仕切り板48の床表面部分には目地材49が設けられている。

また、二階室4の上方には、楕円状の軌跡を描くレール71が設けられ、このレール71に沿って、装置本体70が走行するようになされている。この装置本体70は、レール71の下フランジ部71aを挟持するように設けられたローラー70aをモーター70bで駆動することによってレール71に沿って走行するようになされており、この装置本体70のレール71の下側には、二体のロボット7を取り付けるための取付部70cが延設されている。ロボット7は、この装置本体70の取付部70cに固定されて、この装置本体70とともにレール71に沿って移動することで、二階室4のコンクリート床41および木根太床42の上を歩行するようになされている。このロボット7の上半身は、子供のマネキンで構成されており、ロボット7の下半身は、図6に示すように、モーター72によって駆動するカム73がロボット7の脚部74を持ち上げるようになされている。この脚部74は、カム73から離脱した時にカム73によって持ち上げられていた状態から床面に自重落下してコンクリート床41および木根太床42に叩きつけられるようになされている。したがって、ロボット7は、二階室4のコンクリート床41および木根太床42の上に、脚部74を叩きつけながら歩行し、二階室4で子供が走り回って暴れている様子を再現するようになされている。

まず、被験者は、防音ドア22から体験室2内に入り、座席24に腰を掛ける。

次に、電子ピアノ31で大音量を鳴らした状態のまま、開口10に設けられた界壁5を、界壁6に交換する。この交換の際、開口10が一度開いた状態になるので、実際に隣居で発生していた騒音がどの程度のものであったかを確認することができる。そして、界壁6に交換された体験室2では、テレビ放送を見てくつろいだ状態で隣居が騒音を発生した場合に、界壁6がどの程度の防音性を発揮するものなのかを把握することができる。その後は、開口10に設けられた界壁6を界壁5に交換する過程で、電子ピアノ31で発生させる音色を変えて同様の騒音を確認することができる。

これにより、実際に居室でテレビ放送を見ている具体的な状況下で隣居が騒いだ場合に、界壁5、6の防音性がどの程度の効果を発揮するものであるのかを、具体的に把握することができることとなる。

次に、テレビ放送を流していたテレビ23を二階室4のモニターに切り替えるとともに、二階室4のロボット7を作動させ、テレビ23には、二階室4で子供を模したロボット7が暴れている状況を映し出す。これにより、体験室2では、二階室4で子供が暴れた場合に、コンクリート床41と木根太床42とで衝撃音の伝わり具合がどのように違うかを具体的に体感することができる。

このように、この騒音体験装置1によると、実際の住宅の仕様の違いによって、防音性遮音性がどのように異なるかを、同条件下で体感することができる。特に、この騒音体験装置1は、居室でテレビ放送を見ている状況下で隣居が騒いだ場合や、二階で子供が暴れた場合といった具体的な状況下で仕様の違いを体感することができるので、住宅を建てる場合に、納得のできる仕様の選択を行うことができる。

以上述べたように、本発明によると、体験室でテレビを見ながら二種類の界壁を開口にそれぞれ交代で取り付けて騒音発生室で騒音を発生させることで、界壁の違いによる体験室の騒音の違いを把握できる。すなわち、実際に部屋でテレビを見ている場合に、隣人が騒音を出した場合、界壁の違いでどれだけ影響があるものかといったことを具体的に把握することができる。
