Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seismic isolation cover disposed between an upper housing and a lower housing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional seismic isolation cover, the concrete slab of the cantilever is extended from the upper housing side to cover the space between the upper housing and the lower housing, and the gap between the tip of the concrete slab and the upper surface of the lower housing is a rubber gasket. It is known to be closed with etc. The rubber gasket absorbs the horizontal relative displacement between the upper and lower housings due to its deformation, and also functions as a sealing material that prevents rainwater from entering between the upper and lower housings. To do.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional seismic isolation cover, since the concrete slab with relatively weak strength is used, the shape of the tip is required for the reason that it is necessary to support the load when a vehicle such as a truck enters and leaves the upper housing side. Can not be thinned. For this reason, a level | step difference arises between a seismic isolation cover and the surrounding floor level, and it has the inconvenience that a vehicle or a wheelchair does not go in and out easily to the upper housing | casing side, and also a pedestrian tends to trip.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in order to eliminate such inconveniences, and can make a vehicle, a wheelchair, and the like easily accessible to the upper housing side, and can prevent a pedestrian from tripping. The purpose is to provide.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the seismic isolation cover according to the present invention is a seismic isolation cover disposed between the upper casing and the lower casing, and the base end is supported on the upper casing side, A metal cover body having a first inclined surface that is disposed so as to face the upper surface of the lower housing and is inclined upward toward the lower surface of the distal portion; and attached to the upper surface of the lower housing, A metal support member having a second inclined surface that is disposed facing the inclined surface of the first surface and that slidably receives the first inclined surface; It is characterized by being substantially flush with each floor level.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is an explanatory sectional view for explaining a seismic isolation cover as an example of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG.
[0007]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a seismic isolation cover that covers a side groove B between the upper housing 2 and the lower housing 3. The seismic isolation cover 1 includes a cover body 4 and a support member 20, and both the cover body 4 and the support member 20 are made of metal.
[0008]
The cover body 4 includes a bottom plate 5, a peripheral wall 6 provided on the periphery of the bottom plate 5, a reinforcing rib 7 that reinforces a portion surrounded by the peripheral wall 6, and an inclined plate that is inclined upward from the tip end portion of the bottom plate 5. 8. A locking member 11 having a locking recess 10 on the lower surface is attached to the base end of the bottom plate 5, and the locking recess 10 communicates with a hole 9 formed in the bottom plate 5. By fitting the locking recess 10 into a protrusion 12 projecting from the upper surface of the upper housing 2, the base end portion of the cover body 4 is supported on the upper housing 2 side. In such a support state, the cover body 4 is restrained from moving in the horizontal direction and is allowed to rotate by a predetermined amount in the vertical direction with the protrusion 12 as a fulcrum. The rotation fulcrum of the cover body 4 is fixed to the side groove B by a chain or the like (not shown) so as not to be detached from the protrusion 12.
[0009]
On the other hand, the tip of the cover body 4 is slidably mounted on the upper surface of the lower housing 3, and the mounting length S corresponds to the maximum horizontal displacement between the upper housing 2 and the lower housing 3 during an earthquake. The length to be used (here, 500 mm). In addition, a porcelain tile (upper surface portion of the seismic isolation cover) 13 is attached to a portion surrounded by the peripheral wall 6 through a mortar or the like, and the level of the porcelain tile 13 is the level of the floor 2a of the upper housing 2 and the lower portion. It is substantially the same as the floor 3a level of the frame 3. FIG. 2 shows a state before the porcelain tile 13 is pasted.
[0010]
An upper plate 14 extends horizontally from the upper end of the peripheral wall 6a located on the distal end side of the cover body 4 in the peripheral wall 6 at the same level as the porcelain tile 13, and the upper plate 14 has an inclined plate. 8 is joined to the tip. The lower surface of the inclined plate 8 is the first inclined surface 8a of the present invention.
[0011]
The support member 20 is attached to the upper surface of the lower housing 3 so as to face the inclined plate 8, and is arranged to face the first inclined surface 8a so as to slidably receive the first inclined surface 8a. The inclined surface 20a is provided. A sealing material 21 is interposed between the support member 20 and the floor 3 a of the lower housing 3.
[0012]
When the first inclined surface 8a of the cover body 4 slides on the second inclined surface 20a of the support member 20 during an earthquake, horizontal relative displacement between the upper housing 2 and the lower housing 3 is absorbed. It is supposed to be. When the first inclined surface 8a slides on the second inclined surface 20a, the seismic isolation cover 1 may jump up, but this jumping up and down is performed with the cover body 4 as a fulcrum on the protrusion 12 on the upper housing 2 side. This is made possible by the fact that the rotation is allowed. 2 and 3, reference numeral 22 denotes an inspection lid that is detachably provided at a position corresponding to the side groove B of the cover main body 4 to inspect and clean the side groove B.
[0013]
As described above, in this embodiment, the first inclined surface 8a provided on the metal cover main body 4 is slidably received by the second inclined surface 20a provided on the metal support member 20, so that the upper portion Since the horizontal relative displacement between the housing 2 and the lower housing 3 is absorbed, it becomes possible to sufficiently support the load when a vehicle such as a truck enters and leaves the upper housing 2 side. The level of the porcelain tile 13 which is the upper surface portion of the seismic cover 1 is substantially the same as the level of the floor 2a of the upper casing 2 and the level of the floor 3a of the lower casing 3, and the level difference between the seismic isolation cover 1 and the surrounding floor level. Therefore, the vehicle and the wheelchair can easily enter and exit from the upper housing 2 side, and the pedestrian can be prevented from tripping.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to facilitate the entry and exit of the vehicle and the wheelchair to the upper housing side, and to obtain the effect that the pedestrian can be prevented from tripping. .
