従来から、外面濾過式バグフィルターを備えた集塵機に使用されるバグフィルター用リテーナとして、縦筒状に配置した複数本の縦線材を上下間に所要の間隔をおいて配置される複数個のリング材により連結して縦長かご状のリテーナ本体としたものが広く利用されている。

ところが、従来のこの種のバグフィルター用リテーナにおいては、縦線材が真っ直ぐなもので製作されているため、筒状の濾布(フィルターバグ)を装着した場合、濾布と縦線材とが全長にわたりほぼ密着した状態となり、このため、濾布表面に付着した塵を払い落とす場合、パルス圧が濾布全体に均等にかかり、かなりパルス圧を高めないと十分な払い落としができなかった。そこで、リテーナの径を小さくして対応するか、パルス圧を高めて対応しているが、前者の場合には濾布の全長にわたって皺が発生し破損を早めるうえに、濾過処理能力も低下してしまうという問題点があり、一方、後者の場合には濾布の寿命が短くなるという問題点があるとともに、エネルギーコストが高くなってランニングコストが高くなるという問題点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記のような従来の問題点を解決して、塵を払い落とす時の脱塵効果を大幅に改善して濾布の寿命を長くすることができ、また、省エネルギー効果も大きくてランニングコストを安価なものとすることができるバグフィルター用リテーナを提供することを目的として完成されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するためになされた本発明のバグフィルター用リテーナは、縦筒状に配置した複数本の縦線材を所要の間隔をおいて配置される複数個のリング材により連結して縦長かご状のリテーナ本体としたバグフィルター用リテーナにおいて、リテーナ本体の周胴部のうち所要のリング材間を部分的に狭窄されたリング状絞り部に形成してあることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、図面を参照しつつ本発明の好ましい実施の形態を示す。
図面は、外面濾過式バグフィルターを備えた集塵機に使用される場合を示すもので、図中1は縦筒状に配置した複数本の縦線材2を、上下間に所要の間隔をおいて配置される複数個のリング材3により連結した縦長かご状のリテーナ本体で、このリテーナ本体1の基本構成は、従来のものと基本的に同じであるが、本発明では、前記した縦線材2として真っ直ぐなものとせずに、中間に適当数の凹曲部2aが形成されたものとして、リテーナ本体1の周胴部の所要のリング材3、3間に他の部分より狭窄されたリング状絞り部4を形成してある点に特徴がある。そして、このような構成とすることにより、濾布を装着したとき、濾布が従来のように縦線材2と全長にわたり密着状態になることがなく、前記リング状絞り部4の部分において隙間を形成することとなり、除塵時のパルス圧が小さくても濾布と離れているリング状絞り部3において容易に振動が開始されるとともに、リング状絞り部3がある分だけ濾布の変位量が大きくなり、効率的な脱塵処理が行われることとなる。

なお、前記したリング状絞り部4は、図示するように全てのリング材3、3間に形成したものとする外、1ピッチ飛ばしで形成したり、例えば、最上部あるいは最下部のみ外して各リングピッチ間に形成したりするなど所要の位置に形成することができる。また、リング状絞り部4を形成するには、縦線材2として予めリング状絞り部4を形成したい部分が屈曲凹部に加工されている加工線材を使用してもよいが、大きさによっては真っ直ぐな縦線材2で従来のようなリテーナ本体を構成したうえ後加工でリング状絞り部4を絞り込んでもよい。

さらに、前記したリング状絞り部4の外径は、リテーナ本体1の外径の70〜95%まで絞り加工することが好ましい。その理由は、95%より大きい場合は濾布との間に効率的な脱塵処理を行うのに十分な隙間が形成されず、一方、70%より小さい場合は縦線材2の変位量が大きくなって加工に手間がかかるとともに、強度低下を生ずるおそれがあるからである。なお、リング材3や縦線材2の個数は任意に設計できることは勿論である。

【実施例】
長さ3500mmの縦線材12本を略150mm径となるように縦筒状に配置したうえ、その外側に外径160mmのリング材13個を250mmの等間隔をおいて上下に配置して相互接触部を溶接などの手段で固定して縦長かご形状とし、更にその周胴部には各リング材3、3間にある全ての縦線材2を絞り込んで外径145mmのリング状絞り部を形成してある円筒状のリテーナ本体に、円筒袋状の濾布を装着したバグフィルターを用いた場合の風量と圧損ならびに濾過速度と圧損の関係を測定すると同時に、従来例としてリング状絞り部のない縦線材を24本を用いた円筒状のリテーナ本体に、円筒袋状の濾布を装着した同大のバグフィルターを用いた場合を比較例1とし、縦線材を実施例と同様12本を用いた円筒状のリテーナ本体に、円筒袋状の濾布を装着した同大のバグフィルターを用いた場合を比較例2として同様の測定を行ない、その結果を図2および図3に比較例1を●印、比較例2を■印で示した。この結果、リング状絞り部を設けた場合は、リング状絞り部のない従来例に比べて濾過速度1〜1.7m/min に対して50〜60mmAq(490〜588Pa)の圧損の低減効果があることが確認できた(グラフ中の▲)。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明からも明らかなように、本発明は塵払い落とし時における脱塵効果を大幅に改善して濾布の寿命を長くすることができ、また、省エネルギー効果も大きくてランニングコストを安価なものとすることができるものである。
よって本発明は従来の問題点を一掃したもので、構造が簡単で安価に提供できる利点と相俟ち、産業の発展に寄与するところは極めて大である。
