以上の構成からなる本発明は、従来は、アームを傾斜させた場合、ヒンジ部は固定されており、そのためアームとの間に隙間が生じ、そのため操作中に手を挟むなどの危険もあり、又隙間をなくすためには、他にカバーで保護するなどの手間がかかったものであるが、前記の構成とする所から、すなわちヒンジカバーとアームは連結固定されているため、アームの傾斜によってヒンジのカバーも、これに伴って回転傾斜し、ヒンジカバーとアームの間には隙間を生じることなく、安全であり、しかも隙間を埋めるための余分の保護カバーも必要とせず又、ヒンジを一体化することにより、ヒンジを連結する部品の削減ができる経済性も有するものである。
