【従来の技術】
従来、机や棚などに取り付けて使用するアーム式のスタンド照明器具においては、照明の角度を調節するためアームの方向を変えた場合、ヒンジ部分は固定されているため、ヒンジ部分とアームとの間に隙間を生じ、指を挟むなどの危険があった。

前記の如き、ヒンジ部分とアームとの間に生じる隙間を解消し、隙間によって指を挟むなどの危険を防止することを課題とした。

照明の角度調節のため、アームの方向を変えた場合も、アームとヒンジのカバー部分との間に隙間が生じないよう、アームの角度の変化に応じ、それに連動してヒンジ部分の角度が自由に変化するよう両者を接続すると共に、ヒンジカバーにアームを固定させた。

【発明の実施の形態】
図３が本発明に係るスタンド照明器具のアーム取付装置の要部の分解図を示し、（１）はアームヘの取付金具、いわゆるヒンジ部であって、該ヒンジ部（１）は両側を板状として、この両側の板状部の後方は、両側の板状部の連結部（１）ａとして、その下方には支柱（２）をすべて一体成形として形成したものであって、前記のヒンジ部（１）の両側の前後には、それぞれ透孔（１）ｂ、（１）ｃを設けてなるものである。
かかるヒンジ部（１）に、アームヘの挿入部（３）、化粧カバー（４）、ヒンジのカバー（５）、相互に摺動する２本のアーム、すなわち図３よりみて、上方アーム（６）、下方アーム（７）を取り付け、その後、外カバー（９）を被覆させるものであるが、先ずこれに先立って、アームヘの挿入部（３）を下方アーム（７）に挿入して、図３の如く、下方アーム（７）の下面に挿入部（３）をねじ（１２）止めし、その後、ヒンジ部の透孔（１）ｂと、化粧カバー（４）の一端の直立部に設けられた透孔（４）ａの各透孔を一致するように、ヒンジ部（１）に化粧カバー（４）を挿込み、更に化粧カバー（４）の直立部の間に、アームヘの挿入部（３）を、透孔（３）ａと透孔（４）ａが一致するよう挿込み、これら３ケの透孔に軸（８）を挿入して挿入部（３）と化粧カバー（４）をヒンジ部（１）に固定させる。かかる構成のヒンジ部（１）に、ヒンジカバー（５）を被せるもので、ヒンジカバー（５）の中にヒンジ部（１）を挿入し、そしてヒンジ部の透孔（１）ｃとヒンジカバー（５）の透孔（５）ｂを一致させて軸（３）を挿入して固定し、又ヒンジカバー（５）のほかの透孔（５）ａには、上方アーム（６）の透孔（６）ａが一致するよう、ヒンジカバー（５）に上方アーム（６）を挿入して、軸（８）で固定させるものであり、このように透孔（５）ａ及び（５）ｂを挿通した、各軸（８）の両端は、図３の如く外カバー（９）の凹部（９）ａ、（９）ｂにそれぞれ挿入嵌着すれば、密接した外カバー（９）によって、軸（８）は動くことなく固定する。
以上の構成よりなるアームの取付装置において、これを使用する場合、それぞれの用途に応じ、アームを傾斜させた場合、上下のアームは、嵌合溝（７）ａに（６）ｂが嵌着され、該嵌合部において、摺動するから、例えば図５（Ｂ）に示す如く、ヒンジ部（１）の透孔（１）ｂを挿通する軸（８）を起点として、傾斜して上方アームは移動するものである。すなわち下方アーム（７）は挿入部（３）とねじ止め固定されているが、上方アーム（６）は、ヒンジカバー（５）に固定されているため、アームの傾斜によって、ヒンジカバーの透孔（５）ａもヒンジカバー（５）の回転に伴って、同時に回転するため上方アーム（６）は、下方アーム（７）とずれるものである。そして下方アーム（７）に挿入ねじ止めされた挿入部（３）の先端と、バネ受け（１１）の間には、バネ（１０）が装着され、常時バネ（１０）は挿入部（３）の先端を押圧しているものである。

【発明の効果】
以上の構成からなる本発明は、従来は、アームを傾斜させた場合、ヒンジ部は固定されており、そのためアームとの間に隙間が生じ、そのため操作中に手を挟むなどの危険もあり、又隙間をなくすためには、他にカバーで保護するなどの手間がかかったものであるが、前記の構成とする所から、すなわちヒンジカバーとアームは連結固定されているため、アームの傾斜によってヒンジのカバーも、これに伴って回転傾斜し、ヒンジカバーとアームの間には隙間を生じることなく、安全であり、しかも隙間を埋めるための余分の保護カバーも必要とせず又、ヒンジを一体化することにより、ヒンジを連結する部品の削減ができる経済性も有するものである。
