従来、外側の引戸を開閉すると、中間の引戸並びに内側の引戸が連動片を介して連動して開閉する構造のものは例えば実開閉6ー22487号公報等で公知である。この公知の引戸では、内側の扉から突出した掛止部が中間の扉の掛合部に当接し、中間の扉から突出した掛止部が外側の扉の掛合部に当接して各扉が連動して開閉する構造となっている。しかしこのような構造では扉自体に予め掛止部や掛合部を形成しておかねばならず、一般に使用されている引戸をそのままの状態で使用することができない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、少なくとも平行に敷設された3本の専用上レールに沿って走行する3枚の扉からなる引戸であって、引戸構造に何ら手を加えることなく、中間の扉体用上レールに簡単なスライダーを単にはめ込むだけで連動引戸として使用することができるようにし、もって安価で施工の簡単な連動引戸を提供することを主たる目的とするものである。

上記目的を達成する為に本発明では次のような技術的手段を講じた。即ち、本発明に係る連動引戸にあっては、互いに隣接して平行に配置された3本の上レール4a、4b、4cにそれぞれ滑走体1a、1b、2a、2b、3a、3bを介して滑動自在に装着された外側扉1、中間扉2並びに内側扉3を含み、前記滑走体1a、1b、2a、2b、3a、3bは各扉1,2,3の上端面の前後両端近傍に配置され、中間扉2の前後の滑走体2a、2bの間で且つ扉上端面とレール4bとの間に左右一対のスライダー5,6がレール4bに滑動自在に装着され、前記各スライダー5、6には外側扉1並びに内側扉3の移行経路に延出する当接片5a、5b、6a、6bが設けられており、全ての扉1,2,3を左方に全開したときに左側のスライダー5の本体部分が中間扉2の滑走体2aに当接すると共に一方の当接片5aが外側扉1の滑走体1aの左側に当接し他方の当接片5bが内側扉3の滑走体3aの右側に位置するように配置され、且つ右側のスライダー6の本体部分が中間扉2の滑走体2bに当接すると共に一方の当接片6bが内側扉3の滑走体3bの右側に当接し他方の当接片6aが外側扉1の滑走体1bの左側に位置するように配置され、前記スライダー5,6はレール4bに嵌合して滑動するスライド部5c,6cを備え、該スライド部5c、6cはレール4bに対して下方から弾性嵌合できるように形成されている構造とした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明にかかる連動引戸の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
家具や建具等の天板の下面に互いに隣接して3本のレール4a、4b、4cが平行に配置され、これらレールにそれぞれ一対の滑走体1a、1b、2a、2b、3a、3bを介して外側扉1、中間扉2、内側扉3が滑動自在に取り付けられている。前記滑走体1a、1b、2a、2b、3a、3bはピボット軸で形成され、且つ各扉1,2,3の上端面の前後両端近傍に配置されている。また各扉1,2,3の下端は下レール7に沿って走行する走行車輪8が設けられている。上記の構成は一般的な引戸の構造である。

本発明の連動引戸は上記のごとく構成したから、平行に敷設された3本の専用上レールに沿って滑走体を介して走行する3枚の扉体からなる従来の引戸に対して、引戸構造に何ら手を加えることなく、中間扉用の上レールに一対のスライダーを単にはめ込むだけで簡単に連動引戸に組み替えることができ、しかもスライダーが一体成形可能な簡単な構造であるから安価で製作でき、これにより極めて低コストで連動引戸を提供することができる、といった顕著な効果がある。
