The wearing device for a hat according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the elastic striated body is a composite elastic striated body formed by covering the outer side of the elastic metal striated body with a covering material. The elastic metal wire is composed of a piano wire, and the covering material is composed of a synthetic resin tube having an inner diameter through which the piano wire can be inserted, and the composite elastic wire formed by inserting the piano wire into the synthetic resin tube. 5. The hat wearing device according to claim 4, wherein the wearing device is a body. The hat wearing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a detachable locking device at both ends of the elastic linear body and at both ends of the curtain corresponding to the both ends. The hat wearing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein at least one engaging means detachably attached to both ends of the curtain is provided. The suspension includes a plurality of Velcro (Registered Trademarks) whose one ends are attached to the upper part of the curtain at approximately equal intervals, and the Velcro (Registered Trademark) attached to the Curtain is bent through the linear body. The hat wearing tool according to any one of claims 1 to 7 , wherein the hat wearing tool is detachable by a hook-and-loop fastener provided on inner surfaces of both ends.
