【発明が解決しようとする課題】
緩衝機能を持つプラスチック成形容器やスポンジ等は、用済み後に廃棄物として処理する場合に、比較的小物のために再生処理に要する回収コストが掛かり過ぎ、自然劣化による自壊作用も見込めないことにから燃焼による処理手段を使用するが、燃焼ガスの発生や燃え滓の始末に絡む公害と炉の耐久性等の問題を避けて通れない。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、医療用薬品収納箱に挿入する前に、予め組み立てた仕切りを内蔵する収納部に突部を備えた上蓋を形成し、挿入後に同突部により箱内壁と前記収納部の間に緩衝機能を保持した複数の空間を形成した構造で紙製の中枠である。

中枠は三面の側板の間に二面の天地胴板を挿入して一方向に連接し、二面の天地胴板は側板の胴部を挟む様に距離を置いて対向し収納部を形成する。この側板の胴部の前後に胴幅よりも広幅の突部を形成し、同突部の先端を天地胴板よりも出張らすことにより、前記収納部は側板で形成する二面を除き、他の四面を突部により箱の内壁から隔離するので、箱の取り扱いの際に生ずる衝撃等は突部の緩衝機能で吸収するので、収納した容器や薬品に伝わる衝撃を緩和する。

【発明の効果】
本発明になる緩衝機能付中枠の使用により下記の効果を得た。
1)中枠の側板に設けた突部で天地胴板を浮かす大幅な緩衝機能の向上により、箱に収納した壊れ易い材料製のアンプル,バイアル,注射筒等の容器、または該容器に収納した砕け易い骨補填剤の様な固形薬品が、収納箱の移動に伴う取り扱い等から生ずる衝撃で破損することを防止した。
2)両側板の突起の内辺に備えた円弧状の突出部が、組立後の戻り開きを止めるストッパーとして役立ち、接着剤の使用なしに組立が可能となった。
3)天地胴板に設けたフラップの使用で収納部の中に間仕切りができた。
4)紙製であるので用済み後の廃棄処理が簡単になった。
5)箱と中枠が分離したので、包装ラインが単純化し人件費や加工費等の軽減によるコスト逓減が計れた。
