この発明は瓶等の容器の上部に構成して用いられる容器の開閉装置に関する。更に詳しくは不正開封を防止できる容器の開閉装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、前記のように不正開封を防止できる容器の開閉装置としては各種の商品が市場に提供されている。その一例としては特公平5−55386号公報記載のキャップが挙げられる。このキャップは不正開封防止機能を良好に果すものである。しかしこのキャップにおいても未だ問題点がある。それはそのキャップの容器口部への装着時において、表示バンドの内側に設けられた斜め上向きのストップリングが容器口部のビードに係止しているが、このような構成では、そのキャップの開放の際にストップリングの下部が蝶番として作用しているので、その蝶番部分は合成樹脂製のため撓みを起し弾性変形するから、上記開放の際に破断されるブリッジが直ちには破断せず、使用者にもどかしさを与えることである。又他の問題として前記のストップリングは、キャップの成型の際には脱型の必要上斜め下向きに型成する。そして上記ストップリングを斜め上向きに反転させなければならない。
