Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is intended for earthquake countermeasures for desktop equipment such as televisions and computers, when the object to be fixed and the support (for example, the display and the computer main body) between the equipment are secured with a band or a belt or other belt. The present invention relates to a band-like tying fixture that is attached to a fixed object or a support and ties the band-like object.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, as countermeasures against earthquakes, fixtures for preventing overturning have been developed and put into practical use for relatively large items such as lockers and furniture, but relatively small desktop devices such as televisions and computers. In the event of an earthquake, the equipment itself may not only be damaged by a fall, fall, or collision, but it may also collide with the human body and cause harm or damage other items. Measures are urgently needed.
[0003]
The damage caused by this earthquake may cause serious damage to software such as computers even without external damage. For example, when the computer is in the ON state, items around the computer may fall or fall due to an earthquake, and if the keyboard is struck, the contents of the computer will be altered due to an erroneous command, or the computer will have a strong impact force due to a fall or collision If the power is cut off due to the addition of the power or the outlet is disconnected, the computer data will be lost.
[0004]
Furthermore, if home appliances and equipment such as audio equipment that are used in an always-on state encounter an earthquake disaster when they are in the ON state, and these devices are damaged by a fall or fall, a fire will occur if the power is turned on again. Therefore, earthquake countermeasures such as these relatively small devices are also an important issue.
In this earthquake countermeasure, relatively large and strong items such as lockers and furniture rarely move once positioned and fixed, so a tension member is provided between the furniture and the ceiling to fix the furniture. And a method of fixing by using L-shaped metal fittings between furniture and walls / pillars have been put into practical use.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 12 according to US Pat. No. 5,431,365, a clamp 1y is bonded to a desktop computer and a desk, and the clamps 1y and 1y are connected by a plastic belt 2y having a row of holes 13y. A fixing tool has been proposed in which the projection 12y of the clamp 1y is engaged with the hole 13y and fixed, and the fixed object is fixed to the support.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described method of using the tension member is effective for furniture, but it is used for OA equipment and home appliances because the device is weak and there is no place for the tension member to act. Have difficulty. Also, L-shaped brackets are difficult to use because these devices do not have a place where they can be screwed, and special processing is required to install the L-shaped brackets with screws. It is.
[0007]
Furthermore, the clamp of the aforementioned US Pat. No. 5,431,365 requires the use of an extruded plastic perforated belt, and this belt requires a step of making a hole in the extruded flat belt. It must be expensive. In addition, the plastic belt formed by the extrusion has a problem that it becomes brittle due to aging and is easily stretched, and a hole is formed in the flat belt, so that the tensile strength of the belt is lowered at the hole.
[0008]
Furthermore, the arrangement of the clamp must be determined so that the hole of the belt and the protrusion of the clamp are engaged with each other, and it is not always possible to attach the clamp at the optimum position in consideration of the aesthetic appearance and the securing effect. is there.
Also, with these synthetic resin clamps, even if the belt can be pressed and supported, the belt cannot be held in a tight state where tension is applied to the belt. There is a problem that the lashing is loosened and the fixing effect of the fixed object is reduced.
[0009]
On the other hand, according to the registered utility model No. 3017979 for desktop computers, etc., a desktop type in which a fixing plate having an adsorption board is fixed on a desk and the display and the computer body to be fixed are bound by two belts and fixed. A device for preventing overturn of electronic equipment has been proposed. However, the conventional fixing device has a problem that the band-like object cannot be easily fixed and fixed in a tensioned state, and the fixed object cannot be securely fixed.
[0010]
The present invention eliminates the problems of the above-mentioned various conventional fixtures, particularly synthetic resin clamps, that is, fixtures, and generates sufficient gripping force with a small pressing force by pressing the lever portion on one end side of the binding fixture. Thus, an object of the present invention is to provide a strap fixing tool capable of gripping one end side of a band-like object and capable of holding the other end side of the band-like object while applying a tensile force by a movable member on the other end side. To do.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a band-like object binding fixture is pivotally supported between a base having a side wall portion on both sides of a bottom plate portion and formed in a U-shaped cross section, and the side wall portion. A lever part, a side wall extending part opposite to the pivot part of the lever part, a receiving member connecting the end part of the side wall extending part, and facing the receiving member on the lever part side A concave receiving surface of the bottom plate portion, and a pressing portion that is provided on the lever portion so as to face the receiving surface and presses and flexes a belt-like object. And a lower horizontal tooth projectingly formed on the bottom plate portion, and an upper horizontal tooth provided on the lever portion for bending and fixing a belt-like object into an L shape between the lower horizontal tooth. In addition to having a bending fixing part, it further has a tension fixing part made up of the receiving member and the movable member It is.
[0012]
The movable member is configured such that both end portions are slidably supported in the long holes of the side wall extension portions. Alternatively, the movable member is configured such that support shafts provided at both end sides are pivotally supported by bearing holes provided in the side wall extension portions and are swingably supported.

Then, when the swinging in the E direction, the gap 91 is narrowed so that the movable member 82 and the receiving member 81 can press and hold the other end 4b of the strip 4 or 4 ′.
[0025]
According to the belt-like object binding and fixing tool 3 as described above, the pressing and clamping part 60 and the bending fixing part 50 and the tension fixing part 80 are fixed as follows.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, with respect to the pressing / clamping portion 60, after the lever portion 5 is swung to the B side, the end portion 4a of the strip 4 is inserted from the receiving surface 62 side (front side). As shown in FIG. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the lever portion 5 is moved in the A direction, and the lever portion 5 is pressed to the lower side of the locking protrusion 87 provided on the side wall portion 8 to be locked.
[0026]
In this locked state, as shown in FIG. 5, one end 4 a of the belt-like object 4 is gripped by being bent between the receiving surface 62 and the pressing portion 52, and the belt-like object 4 is held by the upper horizontal tooth 52. The belt 4 is gripped by bending into an L shape at the corner of the top surface of 51 and further bending at the corner of the upper lateral tooth 52. Further, the second receiving surface 65 and the second pressing portion 56 in which several rows of protruding bands (convex portions) are formed on the lower surface on the front end side of the lever portion 5 are pressed in a bent state to strengthen the holding. is doing.
[0027]
When a tension acts on one end 4a of the belt-like object 4, a shearing force acts on the corners of the lower lateral teeth 51, and a large resistance force can be exhibited. Therefore, it acts effectively as a stopper for preventing the belt 4 from slipping when a momentary tension is generated on the one end 4 a side of the belt 4.
Next, with respect to the tension fixing portion 80, the other end 4b of the strip 4 or another strip 4 'is inserted in the C direction from the lower side of the receiving member 81 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, after the movable member 82 is wound, it is pulled again in the D direction from the opposite side through the lower side of the receiving member 81 as shown in FIGS.
[0028]
The pulling force T causes the movable member 82 to be attracted and bent toward the receiving member 81, and the other end 4 b of the strip 4 or 4 ′ is pressed and clamped between the pressing tooth 81 a of the receiving member 81 and the movable member 82. Therefore, it can be fixed in a state where the tension T is applied.
When the tension T is increased, the movable member 82 is attracted more strongly to the receiving member 81 side, and the other end 4b of the strip 4 or 4 'is pressed more strongly, thereby increasing the gripping force. It will be firmly fixed.
[0029]
When removing the strip 4, the lever 5 is lifted in the B direction to release the lock, and the one end 4 a side of the strip 4 is pulled out as shown in FIG. 1. Then, when the other end 4b side of the loose strip 4 or 4 ′ is pushed in the C direction, the movable member 82 is separated from the receiving member 81 and the clamping force with respect to the other end 4b is weakened. 2 is extracted from the lower part of 81 in the C direction, and the winding of the movable member 82 is released to obtain the state shown in FIG. Further, by pulling in the D direction to the state shown in FIG.
[0030]
The movable member 82 shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 can be handled in the same manner as described above.
The band 4 used for fixing only needs to be able to fix the object to be fixed and the support by tension, and can be a general-purpose band that is strong against tension, such as various synthetic fibers. A braided fiber material or a band-shaped article using a combination of materials such as rubber and synthetic resin can be used.
[0031]
In this case, it is more preferable to use a belt-like material that is elastic and absorbs shock, such as rubbery material, because it can mitigate the impact force when an earthquake occurs, and it has nonflammability and flame resistance properties. It is preferable for fire countermeasures.
Next, a method for fixing the fixed object 1 (display) to the support 2 (computer main body) using the belt-shaped fixing tool 3 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0032]
First, the release paper 66 on the back surface of the strap binding device 3 is peeled off to select a place effective for fixing the object 1 to be fixed, and is attached to the surface of the support 2 to fix the strap binding device 3. To do.
One end of the band 4 is inserted into the lever portion 5 side of the fixed band-like binding strap 3 and locked. Then, the belt-like object 4 is wound around the fixed object 1 and the support 2 so as not to be loosened, and the other end 4b side of the belt-like object 4 is attached to the tension fixing part 80 side of the band-like object binding strap 3; Pull and fix tightly.
[0033]
If necessary, the fixing with the band 4 is repeated with several binding tools 3 and the band 4 to complete the fixing. Further, depending on the arrangement of the object to be fixed 1 and the support 2 and the manner of tying, it is possible to use only the lever part 5 of the tying fixture 3 or only the tension fixing part 80 side.
According to the band-like object tying fixture 3 configured as described above, the lever part 5 is locked, and the pressing force of the lever part 5 is used to dent the one end 4a side of the band-like object 4 with the pressing nipping part 60. The belt 4 can be clamped by being deformed by pressing and deforming, and the belt 4 can be sandwiched between the upper lateral teeth 52 and the lower lateral teeth 51 by the bending fixing portion 50, and can be countered against the force acting on the belt 4 by being bent and fixed in an L shape. The movable member 82 is moved to the receiving member 81 side by pulling the other end 4b of the strip 4 or 4 'that is wound around the movable member 82 and passed between the movable member 82 and the receiving member 81. Thus, the other end 4b of the strip 4 or 4 ′ can be pressed and clamped between the movable member 82 and the receiving member 81 and fixed in a tension state.
[0034]
Accordingly, relatively small articles such as OA equipment and household products can be fixed directly or indirectly on a desk or other equipment, and the band 4 can be tensioned and fixed, so that loosening in lashing is possible. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the to-be-fixed object 1 from falling or falling due to an earthquake or the like. In addition, since the belt-like object 4 can be easily attached and detached, it is possible to flexibly cope with movement accompanying changes in the layout of devices such as computers.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
According to the strap binding device of the present invention, the one end side of the strip can be easily clamped and bent and fixed firmly by pressing with the lever portion, and the movable member can be slid. By winding and pulling the other end of the belt-like material, the movable member and the receiving member can be pressed and clamped, and can be tightly fixed in a tensioned state.
[0036]
Therefore, relatively small items such as OA equipment and household products can be fixed directly or indirectly on a desk or other equipment, and the strap can be tensioned and fixed, so that loosening in lashing can be prevented. It is possible to prevent backlash and prevent the fixed object from falling or falling due to an earthquake or the like. In addition, since the belt-like object can be easily attached and detached, it is possible to flexibly cope with movement accompanying changes in the layout of the devices.
