【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、筆記具の包装袋および包装用補助具に係り、詳しくは表面シート部が透明なフィルムからなり、且つ少なくともその一部に印刷が施されている包装袋内に、ボールペンやマーカーペン等の所謂筆記具を収納せしめて包装する際に使用する包装用補助具付き筆記具用包装袋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から知られているボールペンやマーカーペン等の筆記具等の包装は図８に例示したように、収納された筆記具Ｂが見えるように表面シート部C-1 が透明なフィルムからなる正面略縦長矩形状で上端側に陳列用の吊持部７を有する包装袋Ｃ内に、封止可能な開口部から筆記具Ｂを挿入させて収納させると言った包装形態が主流である。又、包装袋Ｃの透明な表面シート部C-1 には筆記具Ｂの商品名、品質等の印刷部８（梨地模様にて表した部分）が施されていて、包装袋Ｃから筆記具Ｂを取り出すことなく、その商品名、品質等が一目で分かるようになっている。又、表面シート部C-1 の印刷部８には必要に応じて色彩効果（装飾効果等）を図る意味を含めて着色等が施されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来の包装はクリップB-2 が装着されている側から包装袋Ｃ内に筆記具Ｂを挿入収納させた後に、封止可能な開口部を封止しただけであることから、図示のように、クリップB-2 を横に向けた横向き状態まで筆記具Ｂが回ったり（転がったり）、斜めに傾いてしまう等、筆記具Ｂが包装袋Ｃ内で遊ぶ虞れがある。この様に、筆記具Ｂが回ってしまうと、クリップB-2 の表面に施されている商品名、製造販売元名等の印刷部８が吊下げ陳列状態において見えにくくなる。そして、斜めに傾いたり、所定の包装位置より移動したりすると、包装袋Ｃの表面シート部C-1 の前述した印刷部８によって筆記具Ｂが隠されてしまって筆記具Ｂ全体が見えにくくなる等の不具合が起こる。そのために、従来では顧客が吊下げ陳列されている包装袋Ｃを陳列棚の吊下げ杆等から取り外し、該包装袋Ｃを揺すったり、筆記具Ｂ自体を表面シート部C-1 の上から指先で印刷部８が施されていない透視部分９（所定の包装位置）まで移動させて筆記具Ｂ全体のデザイン等を確認しなければならないといった手数を掛ける結果を招くばかりか、この様に、筆記具Ｂを移動させる行為が数人の顧客によって繰り返されると、包装袋Ｃの表面シート部C-1 に皺ができたり、キズが付いてその透視部分９においても筆記具Ｂが見えにくくなる等の包装形態を乱す虞れがあり、その改善が望まれていた。

本発明はこの様な従来事情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とする処は、包装袋内に収納された筆記具が遊ばないように包装袋内の所定の包装位置に保持し得、しかも筆記具を包装袋内にスムーズに挿入収納し得る包装用補助具付き筆記具用包装袋を提供することにある。

【課題を達成するための手段】
課題を達成するために第一の発明では、少なくとも表面シート部が透明なフィルムからなる包装袋であって、クリップを有する筆記具と共に補助具本体が収納されるようにした包装用補助具付き筆記具用包装袋において、前記補助具本体が、薄板状を成し且つ少なくとも適宜の剛性を有し、筆記具の表面に突出するクリップの脚部に対して嵌め込み係止させる透孔を有するとともに、前記包装袋とは別体に具備されている事を特徴とする。
この第一の発明によれば、筆記具は表面の凸部に対して透孔を嵌め込み係止させた状態でセットされて一緒に収納された適宜の剛性を有する薄板状の補助具本体により回ったり、傾いたり、移動すると言った遊び（動き）がない不動の状態で包装袋内に収納保持される。

又、第二の発明では、上記包装袋に、印刷部と印刷部が施されていない透視部分とを設け、上記透孔が、包装袋の幅より僅かに小さい幅に形成された補助具本体の幅方向における所定部位に開口され、該所定部位を包装袋の表面シート部の前記透視部分に対応させた事を特徴とする。
この第二の発明によれば、前述した第一の発明のように、補助具本体を筆記具にセットさせた後に該筆記具と共に包装袋内に挿入すると、筆記具は表面シート部の透視部分に位置された包装袋内における所定の包装位置に補助具本体により案内されて当該包装位置に不動の状態で収納される。

又、第三の発明では、透孔が、包装袋の長さよりも短い補助具本体の縦方向上下２カ所に開口され、これら２カ所の透孔は、筆記具におけるクリップの脚部と玉部の２カ所に嵌め込み係止されるように設けられている事を特徴とする。
この第三の発明によれば、筆記具はクリップの脚部と玉部の２カ所が補助具本体の上下２カ所の透孔に嵌め込み係止された状態で包装袋内に収納される。つまり、筆記具は一緒に収納される補助具本体により上下２点支持に保持された状態にて包装袋内に収納される。そして、収納された包装袋内の筆記具は包装袋の表面シート部の透視部分と透明な補助具本体を通して見える。

又、第四の発明では、少なくともクリップの脚部に嵌め込み係止させる補助具本体の上側透孔と、前記玉部に嵌め込み係止させる下側透孔とに亘りスリットを設けて、上下２カ所の透孔を連絡させた事を特徴とする。
この第四の発明によれば、補助具本体の上側透孔を少なくともクリップの脚部に対して、そして、下側透孔をキャップ玉部に対して夫々嵌め込み係止させて補助具本体を筆記具にセットする際、クリップの表面にスリットを沿わせた状態で補助具本体を下方に移動させると、上下２カ所の両透孔を連絡するスリットが左右に拡開する。すると、クリップが開いた開口から補助具本体の表面側に突出すると同時にクリップの脚部とその先端側裏面のキャップ玉部に対して補助具本体の上下２カ所の透孔が夫々嵌め込み係止される。

又、第五の発明では、補助具本体の上辺縁部に、筆記具の上端側を補助具本体とより包み込む折返し片部が設けられ、該折返し片部を連設する補助具本体の上辺縁部まで上側透孔が開口延長している事を特徴とする。
この第五の発明によれば、補助具本体を筆記具にセットせしめて筆記具と共に包装袋内に収納する際、折返し片部を例えば筆記具のクリップが装着されている装着側に対して反対側に折り返して補助具本体とにより筆記具の上端側を包み込んだ状態にて包装袋内に挿入する。すると、補助具本体と折返し片部との協動で包装袋を広げながら筆記具を包装袋内に案内する。つまり、筆記具は補助具本体と折返し片部により案内されて包装袋内にスムーズに挿入収納される。又、クリップを挿通せしめる補助具本体の上側透孔が、折返し片部を連設する補助具本体の上辺縁部まで開口延長していることで、補助具本体を筆記具にセットする際、上側透孔に対してクリップをスムーズに挿通せしめて該クリップを補助具本体の表面側に突出させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の具体例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は本発明に係わる包装用補助具Ａを用いて、ボールペン、マーカーペン等の所謂筆記具Ｂを包装袋Ｃ内に収納せしめた包装形態の一例を示し、該筆記具Ｂはペン先が突出する軸筒B-3 の先端側にクリップB-2 を一体に備えたキャップB-1 を着脱可能に装着してなるもので、キャップB-1 の尾端側（上端側）の表面からクリップB-2 の一部と共に突出するその脚部２と、クリップB-2 の先端側裏面においてキャップB-1 の表面から突出するキャップ玉部３とに補助具本体１の後述する上下２カ所の透孔４，５を夫々嵌め込み係止させて補助具本体１の表面側にクリップB-2 を突出（露出）させる。つまり、補助具本体１をキャップ B-1 とクリップB-2 との間にセットせしめた状態で、この補助具本体１を筆記具Ｂと共に包装袋Ｃ内に挿入収納せしめ、包装袋Ｃの開口部６を封止舌片6-1 にて封止せしめて筆記具Ｂを包装するようにしてなる。

包装袋Ｃは、収納する筆記具Ｂの長さよりも長く、所要の幅に切断された透明な合成樹脂製フィルムからなる表面シート部C-1 と、半透明又は不透明な合成樹脂製フィルムからなる裏面シート部C-2 とを重ね合わせて下辺部を除くその三辺縁部を熱溶着せしめた正面略縦長矩形状に形成すると共に、その下辺部の開口部６には表面シート部C-1 から延設させた封止舌片6-1 を設けて、開口部６を封止可能とする周知の構造を成す。そして、熱溶着された上辺部には表裏両シート部C-1 ，C-2 から延設させた陳列用の吊持部７を設けると共に、表面シート部C-1 の両長辺部に沿わせた両側には商品名、品質等、そして必要に応じて着色される印刷部８（図において梨地模様が施されている部分）を施してなる。つまり、縦方向両側の印刷部８間を収納された筆記具Ｂ全体を透視し得る透視部分９としてなる。又、図示を省略しているが、裏面シート部C-2 には商品の使用上の注意書き、製造販売元名等の印刷部が施されている。
図中10は、吊持部７に開口した吊下げ孔であり、この吊下げ孔10を陳列棚の吊下げ杆等に通して店頭等に吊下げ陳列するようになっている。

補助具本体１は、筆記具Ｂの軸径よりも広い幅Ｌ1 に形成されている包装袋Ｃ内における表面シート部C-1 の前述した透視部分９（所定の包装位置）に位置させた状態で筆記具Ｂが、回ったり（転がったり）、斜めに傾いたり、移動したりしないように当該位置に保持する役目を成すもので、適宜の剛性を有する合成樹脂材料等の透明な部材を用いて包装袋Ｃの長さよりも短く、包装袋Ｃの幅Ｌ1 に適合し得る正面略縦長矩形状の薄板状に形成してなる。例えば図示例のように、キャップB-1 の長さよりも長く、そして包装袋Ｃの幅Ｌ1 よりも僅かに小さい幅Ｌ2 を有する正面略縦長矩形状の薄板状に形成すると共に、キャップB-1 の尾端側（上端側）の表面から突出するクリップB-2 の脚部２、そしてクリップB-2 の先端側裏面においてキャップB-1 の表面から突出するキャップ玉部３に夫々嵌め込み係止させる透孔４，５を縦方向上下２カ所に開口してなる。

尚、補助具本体１は包装袋Ｃ内に筆記具Ｂと共に収納された状態において、筆記具Ｂを前述した表面シート部C-1 の透視部分９に不動な状態に保持する剛性に加えて、適度の可撓性を有する部材を用いて形成することが好ましいものである。つまり、筆記具ＢのキャップB-1 とクリップB-2 との間にセットした状態で、筆記具Ｂと共に包装袋Ｃ内に挿入させた際、包装袋Ｃの横断開口形状やキャップB-1 の外面形状等に沿って適度に湾曲するようにする事が好ましい（図１（ロ）及び図２参照）。又、補助具本体１の４隅コーナーを図示例の如く円弧状にカットせしめて、包装袋Ｃ内に筆記具Ｂと共に挿入させる際に、該包装袋Ｃの表裏両シート部C-1 ，C-2 に引っ掛からないように、そして、表裏両シート部C-1 ， C-2 に傷等を付けないように配慮する事が好ましい（図３参照）。

上下２カ所の透孔４，５の内、上側透孔４は、補助具本体１をキャップB-1 とクリップB-2 との間にセットする際、クリップB-2 をその先端側から挿通させて該クリップB-2 を補助具本体１の表面側に突出（露出）させると共に、その脚部２に対して嵌め込み係止させて、筆記具Ｂが包装袋Ｃ内で回ったり、傾いたり、移動する等の遊び（動き）を阻止する役目を成すもので、クリップB-2 の一部（根元部）と脚部２とに適合させた状態にて嵌め込み係止し得る開口形状にて補助具本体１の上辺縁部側におけるその幅Ｌ2 方向の所定部位に開口してなる。つまり、包装袋Ｃ内に補助具本体１を収納させた状態において、表面シート部C-1 の透視部分９に位置する補助具本体１の幅Ｌ2 方向の所定部位に開口して、筆記具Ｂが補助具本体１により案内されて必ず表面シート部C-1 の透視部分９に位置する包装袋Ｃ内に収納されるようにしてなる。
尚、この上側透孔４の開口形状は図示例の如く、クリップB-2 の幅にて縦長長方形状に形成するも、或いは上側にクリップB-2 の幅とその厚さに適合させた開口形状にて開口させた第１透孔と、この第１透孔の幅方向中心部より下側に向けて脚部２の突出幅に適合させた開口形状にて開口させた第２透孔とを連通させてなる略Ｔ字型形状に形成するも良く、その開口形状は自由である。要するに、クリップB-2 の脚部２を上下左右方向に不動の状態に係止し得る開口形状であれば良い。

一方、下側透孔５は、補助具本体１がキャップB-1 とクリップB-2 との間にセットされた状態で、キャップ玉部３に対して嵌め込み係止させて、上側透孔４との協動（上下２点支持）で前記した遊びを阻止する、特に筆記具Ｂが斜めに傾かないように阻止する役目を成すもので、キャップ玉部３に適合させた状態にて嵌め込み係止し得る開口形状にて補助具本体１の下辺縁部側における前述した幅Ｌ2 方向の所定部位に開口してなる。詳しく述べると、キャップ玉部３の突出幅に適合し得る開口幅で、尚且つ隣接してクリップB-2 の裏面から突出するクリップ玉部11が遊嵌状態にてその一部（突端側）が内在し得るように縦長長方形状に開口して、キャップ玉部３に対して補助具本体１の下側透孔５を嵌め込み係止させた状態でクリップ玉部11の一部が遊嵌状に内在するようにしてなる（図１参照）。
尚、この下側透孔５の開口形状は前述したようにクリップ玉部11の一部が内在し得るように図示例の如く縦長長方形状に形成するも、或るはキャップ玉部３の突出形状に適合させた例えば横長長方形状に形成するも良く、自由である。

次に、以上の如く構成した本実施詳述の包装用補助具Ａを用いた筆記具Ｂの包装法について簡単に説明すると、補助具本体１の上側透孔４よりクリップB-2 を挿通せしめて該クリップB-2 を補助具本体１の表面側に上側透孔４から突出させてクリップB-2 の一部を含めてその脚部２に対して上側透孔４を嵌め込み係止させると共に、下側透孔５をキャップ玉部３に対して嵌め込み係止させて補助具本体１をキャップB-1 とクリップB-2 との間にセットする。この状態で筆記具Ｂと共に補助具本体１を包装袋Ｃの開口部６から該包装袋Ｃ内に挿入する。すると、筆記具Ｂは包装袋Ｃの幅Ｌ1 に対して適合せしめた状態で挿入される補助具本体１により案内されて表面シート部C-1 の透視部分９に確実に位置された状態で収納されて行く。筆記具Ｂ全体を包装袋Ｃ内に挿入収納させた後、包装袋Ｃの開口部６を封止舌片6-1 にて封止せしめる（図１参照）。

而して、包装袋Ｃ内に収納された筆記具Ｂは、包装袋Ｃの幅Ｌ1 方向に対して適合せしめた状態で収納された補助具本体１の上下２カ所の透孔４，５によりクリップB-2 の脚部２とキャップ玉部３とが係止保持されている。つまり、補助具本体１により上下２点支持に保持されていることで、回ったり、傾いたり、移動すると言った遊び（動き）がない不動の状態で包装袋Ｃ内に収納保持されるものである。又、筆記具Ｂは表面シート部C-1 の透明部分９に補助具本体１により保持され、しかも、補助具本体１は透明である事から、顧客は表面シート部C-1 の透視部分９と透明な補助具本体１を通して筆記具Ｂ全体を見ることができる（図１参照）。つまり、包装袋Ｃから取り出すことなく筆記具Ｂ全体のデザイン等が一目で分かる。

図４及び図５は、包装用補助具A-1 の他の実施例を示した斜視図であり、斯る実施例の包装用補助具A-1 は前述した実施例詳述の補助具本体１において、クリップB-2 の脚部２に嵌め込み係止させる上側透孔４と、キャップ玉部３に嵌め込み係止させる下側透孔５とに亘りスリット12を設けて、上下２カ所の両透孔４，５を連絡させたものである。そして、下側透孔５から下側に向けて前記スリット12と同一延長線上に更にスリット13を設けてなるものである。

而して、斯る実施例詳述の包装用補助具A-1 によれば、補助具本体１の表面側にクリップB-2 を突出（露出）させてその脚部２とキャップ玉部３に対して補助具本体１の上側透孔４と下側透孔５とを夫々嵌め込み係止させてキャップB-1 とクリップB-2 の間に補助具本体１をセットするその操作を、クリップB-2 の表面にスリット12，13を沿わせた状態で補助具本体１を下方に移動させるように押し込むことで、上下の透孔４，５を連通するスリット12、そして下側透孔５に連通するスリット13が左右に拡開せしめて（図５の状態）、この開いた開口14からクリップB-2 が補助具本体１の表面側に突出する。つまり、前述した実施例のように、上側透孔４を通してクリップB-2 を突出させると行った操作を行うことなく、クリップB-2 を補助具本体１の表面側に突出させて該補助具本体１の上側透孔４をクリップB-2 の脚部２に対して、下側透孔５をキャップ玉部３に対して夫々嵌め込み係止させてキャップB-1 とクリップB-2 との間に補助具本体１を簡単にセットすることができる。

図６及び図７は、同じく包装用補助具A-2 の他の実施例を示した斜視図であり、斯る実施例の包装用補助具A-2 は前述した実施例詳述の補助具本体１において、その上辺縁部に、キャップB-1 の尾端側（上端側）を補助具本体１とより包み込む折返し片部1-1 を設けると共に、該折返し片部1-1 が連設する補助具本体１の上辺縁部の屈曲部15まで上側透孔４を開口形状を延長させたものである。

而して、斯る実施例詳述の包装用補助具Ａによれば、上側透孔４の開口形状を大きく（長く）形成した分、該上側透孔４を通してクリップB-2 を補助具本体１の表面側に突出させるその操作が簡便となる。そして、補助具本体１を前述した実施例詳述の如く、キャップB-1 とクリップB-2 との間にセットさせた後に折返し片部1-1 を補助具本体１とは反対側に折返してキャップB-1 の尾端側を補助具本体１とにより包み込んだ状態とし、この状態で包装袋Ｃ内にその開口部６から挿入することで、補助具本体１と折返し片部1-1 との協動で包装袋Ｃを広げながら筆記具Ｂを包装袋Ｃ内に案内する（図７の状態）。つまり、筆記具Ｂを補助具本体１と折返し片部1-1 とにより案内させて包装袋Ｃ内にスムーズに挿入収納させることができる。

尚、前述した実施例においてはキャップB-1 に対してクリップB-2 が一体に装着（同時成形）されている構造形態として詳述したが、別加工により製作されたクリップB-2 をキャップB-1 に対して装着してなる構造形態の筆記具Ｂにおいても本発明は対象としていることは言うまでもないであろう。

【発明の効果】
本発明の包装用補助具付き筆記具用包装袋は叙上の如く構成してなるから、下記の作用効果を奏する。
第一の発明によれば、筆記具は表面の凸部に対して透孔を嵌め込み係止させた状態でセットされて包装袋内に一緒に収納された適宜の剛性を有する薄板状の補助具本体により不動の状態で収納保持される。それにより、筆記具を包装袋内で回ったり、傾いたり、移動すると言った遊び（動き）がない包装形態で収納することができる。

第二の発明によれば、前述した第一の発明のように、補助具本体を筆記具にセットさせた後に該筆記具と共に包装袋内に挿入すると、筆記具は表面シート部の透視部分に位置された包装袋内における所定の包装位置に補助具本体により案内されて当該包装位置に不動の状態で収納される。つまり、補助具本体により筆記具を表面シート部の透視部分に確実に位置させた状態で包装袋内に収納することができる。

第三の発明によれば、筆記具は上下２カ所の凸部が補助具本体の上下２カ所の透孔に嵌め込み係止された状態で包装袋内に収納される。つまり、筆記具は上下２点支持に保持された状態で包装袋内に収納される。それにより、包装袋内において回ったり、傾いたり、移動すると言った遊びがより一層確実防止された包装形態にて筆記具を包装袋内に収納することができる。そして、包装袋内の筆記具は表面シート部の透視部分と透明な補助具本体を通して見ることができる。

第四の発明によれば、補助具本体の上側透孔をクリップの脚部に対して、そして、下側透孔をクリップの先端側裏面において突出する玉部（キャップ玉部）に対して夫々嵌め込み係止させて筆記具に補助具本体をセットする際、クリップの表面上にスリットを沿わせた状態で補助具本体を下方に移動させると、上下２カ所の両透孔を連絡するスリットが左右に拡開し、開いた開口からクリップが補助具本体の表面側に突出すると同時にクリップの脚部とその先端側裏面の玉部に対して補助具本体の上下の透孔が夫々嵌め込み係止される。よって、補助具本体を筆記具に対して簡単にセットすることができる。

第五の発明によれば、補助具本体を筆記具にセットせしめて筆記具と共に包装袋内に収納する際、折返し片部を例えば筆記具のクリップが装着されている装着側に対して反対側に折り返して補助具本体とにより筆記具を上端側を包み込んだ状態にて包装袋内に挿入する。すると、補助具本体と折返し片部との協動で包装袋を広げながら筆記具を包装袋内に案内する。つまり、筆記具を補助具本体と折返し片部とにより案内させて包装袋内にスムーズに挿入収納させることができる。又、補助具本体の上側透孔が、折返し片部を連設する補助具本体の上辺縁部まで開口延長していることで、筆記具に補助具本体をセットする際、上側透孔に対してクリップをスムーズに挿通せしめて該クリップを補助具本体の表面側に突出させることができる。

第六の発明によれば、補助具本体が透明である事から、顧客は表面シート部の透視部分と透明な補助具本体を通して筆記具全体を見ることができる。つまり、包装袋から取り出すことなく筆記具全体のデザイン等が一目で分かる。

第七の発明によれば、包装袋内に筆記具と共に挿入させる際に、該包装袋の表裏両シート部に引っ掛からないように、そして、表裏両シート部に傷等を付けないようにすることができる。

第八の発明によれば、補助具本体に対し、クリップを上下左右方向に移動しない状態に係止することができる。

従って、本発明の包装用補助具によれば、筆記具が回ったり、傾いたり、移動すると言った遊び（動き）がない不動の状態で包装袋内に収納保持し得ることから、表面シート部の印刷部によって筆記具が見えにくくなることはない。よって、従来のように、顧客は筆記具全体のデザイン等を確認するために包装袋を揺する等の行為を行うことなく、その確認を行うことができる。しかも、表面シート部に皺ができたり、キズが付いてその透視部分においても筆記具が見えにくくなる等の包装形態を乱す虞れもなくなる。又、筆記具を包装袋内に収納する際には補助具本体と折返し片との協動で包装袋を広げながら筆記具を包装袋内にスムーズに挿入収納させることができることから、従来に比べて包装作業の軽減と作業効率の向上が期待できる等の数々の効果が得られる。
