本発明は、躯体表面に自然石張り等の化粧張りを施す際に用いる化粧張り施工装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
躯体内部がコンクリートで表面に自然石平板の化粧部材によって化粧張りを施すと審美性に富むと共に景観上好ましいものとなるため、種々の工法が実施されている。例えば、特開平5-133070号では目地部に重ね代を形成して化粧材をアンカーピン等の金具で固定したり、特開平11-22145号のように上下に複数の化粧材を帯板等で一体化し、取付け具によって一括して壁面に施工している例がみられる。また、特開平9-177101号のように施工対象の躯体を形成するためのコンクリート打ちに先駆けて、背面の型枠と表面の自然石平板間に長い棒状のセパレータを用いる例もみられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、自然石平板は高重量であるから、特開平5-133070号のように手軽にアンカーピン等の金具で固定したり、特開平11-22145号のように複数の化粧材を帯板等で一体化し、取付け具によって一括して壁面に施工するといった施工法は現実的でない。また、特開平9-177101号のように背面の型枠と表面の自然石平板間にセパレータを用いる施工は、長尺かつ壁厚に合った長さのセパレータを各種サイズで必要としている。

そこで、本発明者は、化粧部材が自然石平板のような高重量物であっても、高能率かつ安全に化粧張りを施すことができ、しかも施工費が安価であり、かつ仕上がり状態が良い化粧張り施工装置について検討した。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を検討した結果、化粧張り施工対象の躯体に固定する上下の化粧部材を支持する横バタ部材と、前記化粧部材に設けた掛止溝に掛止する掛止部を一端に有し、前記横バタ部材を化粧部材の表面に押圧する押圧ボルト部を他端に有するセパレータと、前記横バタ部材を支持する縦バタ部材とからなる化粧張り施工装置とした。

具体的には、横バタ部材はセパレータを挿通することができる間隙をあけて上下に設けたL型部材の端部を溶接して所定間隔をあけて設けるのが好ましく、その他、セパレータを挿通することができる間隙をあけてチャンネル型材を上下に同様に用いるとか、短冊状板材に長孔を設けた構造であっても構わない。

横バタ部材には化粧部材への押圧脚部を設けると、各化粧部材の表面を好適に押圧することができる。この押圧脚部の化粧部材との接触部に弾性体を設けると、化粧部材の表面を傷付けることなく、しかも、ズレを防止することができる。

セパレータの掛止部は、押圧ボルト部の一端に拡径頭部として設けるのがよく、化粧部材に設けた掛止溝に前記拡径頭部を掛止する。

化粧部材として、従来の施工方法では取り扱いが困難であった高重量かつ表面が傷付き易い自然石の平板張りに本発明の装置を用いると好適である。

セパレータの押圧ボルト部の化粧部材内側部位に可切断部を設けるとよい。押圧ボルト部の可切断部は溝又は切欠きが好ましい。セパレータの押圧ボルト部にこのような可切断部を設けると、各化粧部材を固定し終えた後に、目地塗りする前にセパレータの押圧ボルト部を可切断部から折って取り除くことができ、目地塗りを終えた後に内部に残存する押圧ボルト部の一端の拡径頭部等が見えなくなる特徴が得られる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の化粧張り施工装置を用いて自然石の平板張りを行う様子を示す斜視図であり、図2は図1中A部拡大図、図3は正面図である。これらの図にみられるように、化粧張り施工対象の躯体10に固定する上下の化粧部材1,1を横バタ部材2によって支持する。横バタ部材2は、セパレータ3を挿通することができるだけの間隙4をあけて、L型部材2a,2bを上下に背中合わせで端部を溶接して設けている。

セパレータ3は前記化粧部材1に設けた掛止溝3aに掛止する掛止部3aを一端に有し、横バタ部材2を化粧部材の表面に押圧する押圧ボルト部3bを他端に有する。押圧ボルト部3bの先端のねじ部をナット5で締め付ける構造である。セパレータ3の基部の掛止部3aは、矩形の拡径頭部となっている。

上下の石材製化粧部材1,1には掛止溝6,6を設けており、この掛止溝6,6の任意な位置へ前記セパレータ3の基部の掛止部3aを掛止することができる。

また、横バタ部材2には化粧部材1への押圧脚部7a,7bを設けている。押圧脚部7a,7bは、この例では横バタ部材2のL型部材2a,2bに螺入しており、各化粧部材の表面を好適に押圧することができる。この押圧脚部7a,7bの化粧部材1との接触部に弾性体を設けており、化粧部材の表面に傷付けることなく、しかも、ズレを防止することができるようにしている。

この横バタ部材2は施工面の要部で縦バタ部材11で支持する。横バタ部材2と縦バタ部材11とは連結金具12で緊締している。連結金具12は横バタ部材2と縦バタ部材11と化粧部材1間に亘る横向きコ字型金具を用い、締付ねじ13で締め付けるようにしている。

コンクリート打設等により化粧部材1を一体化した後に、セパレータ3の押圧ボルト部3bの先端のねじ部とナット5は、セパレータの押圧ボルト部の化粧部材内側部位に設けた可切断部8から折って取り除いてしまうことによって取り除くことができる。その後に目地をセメント等で埋めてしまうとセパレータ3の残留部分が隠れてしまい、良好に仕上がる。可切断部8は曲げると折れる溝に形成している。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、予め作業場等で化粧部材に掛止溝を設けておくので、施工現場では縦バタ部材に固定される横バタ部材に支持される化粧部材を躯体表面にアンカーで組み付ける作業となり、化粧部材が自然石平板のような高重量物であっても、正確に高能率で化粧張り面を施工することができる。安全に化粧張りできる上に、市販のアンカーの使用が可能で安価に施工できる。しかも、仕上がり状態が良い。

化粧部材として、従来の施工方法では取り扱いが困難であった高重量かつ表面が傷付き易かったり、ひび割れの生ずるおそれのある自然石の平板張りに本発明の装置を用いると好適である。
