Description
【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a cigar cutter for cutting the tip of a cigar to create a mouthpiece.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally known cigar cutters include a scissor type that crosses semicircular cutting blades, and a press cutting type that includes a cutting blade that crosses a circular hole. The press-cut type cigar cutter has the inconvenience of having to prepare a plurality of cigar cutters because the hole for inserting the cigar must be in accordance with the outer diameter of the cigar. The present invention relates to a cocoon-type cigar cutter, and is particularly capable of forming the overall dimensions and shape small. A conventional scissors-type cigar cutter generally has a structure in which two scissors pieces having a cutting edge formed at one end around a fulcrum and a finger hook at the other end are pivotally supported by a fulcrum. However, with such a saddle type structure, the overall dimensions become long and it is difficult to reduce the size.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is to provide a cigar cutter in which the overall shape and dimensions can be made compact while the cigar cutting blade is formed in a large dimension capable of cutting a large-sized cigar.
[0004]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention adopts a means in which a finger hook is formed at the other end of two hook pieces rotatably supported at one end by a shaft pin, and the shaft pins of the two hook pieces are A semicircular cigar cutting blade is formed between each of the finger hooks, and the cigar is sandwiched between the cigar cutting blades to cut the cigar.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. Referring to the drawings, (1) shows a cigar cutter according to the present invention, which is composed of two collar pieces (3a) (3b) rotatably supported at one end by a shaft pin (2). The flange piece (3a) (3b) is provided with a finger hook part (4a) (4b) at the other end opposite to the shaft support part, and between the shaft pin (2) and the finger hook part (4a) (4b). Cutting blades (5a) and (5b) are formed. The cutting blades (5a) and (5b) are formed in a semicircular blade shape suitable for cutting a cylindrical cigar. The finger hooks (4a) and (4b) comprise finger insertion holes formed at the other ends of the collar pieces (3a) and (3b), and a rubber cushioning material (6) is fixed around the finger insertion holes. Has been. As shown in FIG. 4, the cushioning material (6) has different thicknesses on the front and back sides corresponding to the displacement of the flanged pieces (3a) and (3b) that are pivotally supported so as to match the height. It is.
[0006]
In the illustrated embodiment, the heel piece (3a) (3b) has a length of about 75 mm, and is a compact size about half as long as a conventional cigar type cigar cutter, It is formed into a shape. The cutting blades (5a) and (5b) can be formed to a length between the shaft pin (2) and the finger hooks (4a) and (4b) regardless of the short length of the collar piece. Thus, it is possible to obtain a cigar cutter having a cutting blade having a length sufficient to cut a thick cigar.
[0007]
In the illustrated embodiment, the cigar cutter is formed in a rice ball shape as a whole, but the shape is not limited to this. Further, the finger-hanging portion need not have a hole shape. Any shape and structure may be used as long as the cigar cutter can be operated by placing a finger.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, the cutting blade for cutting the cigar can be made sufficiently long while making the overall shape and dimensions compact.
