【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、廃棄する場合に部品を分解して材料ごとに分別する面倒がなく、又、綴じ込んだパンフレットや雑誌等の頁を捲って見ることが容易なファイルの提供を課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、本発明のファイルは、パンフレットや雑誌等の頁の間に挟んでそのパンフレットや雑誌等を掛止可能な綴片4の長手方向の両端部にそれぞれ取付基板5を一体的に設けるとともに、その取付基板5と綴片4の境界に綴片4を取付基板5に対し起伏自在とするヒンジ溝6を設けて成るプラスチック製の綴込体1を形成して、その綴込体1を同じくプラスチック製の表紙体2における背表紙部3の内面側にその取付基板5を背表紙部3に対し超音波等による溶着により接合して取付けたことを特徴とする、という構成を採るものである。

なお、上記の本発明のファイルは、複数の綴片4を平行に配置して、それら複数の綴片4の両端部にそれぞれ一連の取付基板5を設けて綴込体1を構成することが可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を用いて本発明の実施の形態について説明する。まず、図1に示したものは、複数の綴込体1を表紙体2における背表紙部3の内面側に取付けたものである。綴込体1は、図2に示すように、1枚のプラスチック板を打ち抜いて形成することができる。すなわち、ポリプロピレン等熱可塑性の1枚のプラスチック板を、中央部を刳り抜いて枠状を呈するように打ち抜いて、その両側の長辺部をそれぞれ綴片4となすとともに、その両側の短辺部をそれぞれ取付基板5となし、又、両側の短辺部の裏面側における両端2個所にそれぞれ切込溝を平行に設けて、その切込溝をヒンジ溝6となすことによって形成することができる。そして、図1に示すように、その綴片4を取付基板5に対しヒンジ溝6で略垂直に折り曲げて起立させた状態にして表紙体2における背表紙部3の内面側に取付けることができる。なお、表紙体2も綴込体1と同様にポリプロピレン等熱可塑性のプラスチック製とする。そして、綴込体1は、その取付基板5を表紙体2の背表紙部3に対し、リベット等の金具を使用せずに、超音波等の溶着により接合して取付ける。図中、符号7がその溶着部を示すものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明のファイルは上記の通りであり、綴込体1と表紙体2が共にプラスチック製で、かつ、綴込体1の取付基板5をリベット等の金具を用いずに超音波等の溶着により表紙体2に接合するので、廃棄する場合に部品を分解して材料ごとに分別する面倒がなく、廃棄処理が容易になるというメリットがある。また、綴込体1の綴片4を取付基板5に対しヒンジ溝6により起伏自在としたので、綴片4で掛止したパンフレットや雑誌等の頁を捲るときに綴片4が倒れて頁が開きやすくなるので中身を見やすくなるというメリットがある。また、請求項2記載のように綴込体1を構成にすることにより、複数冊のパンフレットや雑誌等を綴じ込み可能とする場合に、1つの綴込体1を取付けるだけで良く、複数の綴込体を取付ける煩瑣がないというメリットがある。
