Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an incense burner that is installed in front of a grave and raises an incense stick.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, an incense burner that raises an incense stick is installed in front of the grave. As this incense burner, a structure in which a stone material is cut out in the front-rear direction is often used. However, it takes a long time to burn the incense stick after it burns, and it often continues to burn after the grave visitor returns. If a strong wind blows in such a state, there is a risk that incense sticks that are still on fire will scatter and burn to dead leaves.
[0003]
For this reason, a tombstone incense burner (for example, see Patent Document 1) in which an incense burner is formed in a box shape and a sliding door type door is provided on the front surface has been developed. However, in this structure, since the tombstone incense burner is made of stone, it is difficult to accurately process the sliding door and the rail groove, and the door is clogged with sand and dust between the door and the rail groove. There is a problem that it is difficult to perform stable opening and closing over a long period of time.
[0004]

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention improves the above-mentioned problem, and with a very simple structure, the lid can be opened and closed alternately and the incense plate is raised and lowered, eliminating the risk of fire after finishing the grave visit and improving safety. An incense burner is provided.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gravestone incense burner according to claim 1 of the present invention rotates a rotating body having a lid and an incense plate attached to the inside of an incense burner body having an opening in the upper portion so that the lid closes the opening. Attached so that the incense plate is positioned at the opening with the lid rotated inside the incense burner body, and the incense plate rotated to the inside of the incense burner body on the bottom side of the incense burner body Occasionally, an ash tray that receives the ash dropped from here is attached in a drawer shape.
[0007]
The tombstone incense burner according to claim 2 of the present invention is characterized in that an incense plate attached to a rotating body is detachably attached. Furthermore, the gravestone incense burner according to claim 3 is characterized in that a handle that also serves as a stopper of the rotating body is provided on the lid so as to contact the opening.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an incense burner body made of stone, with an opening 2 formed in the upper part and superimposed on a base 3. Reference numeral 4 denotes a rotating body formed of a stone having a cross-sectional fan shape, and rotates around a support shaft 5 attached laterally inside the incense burner body 1. The rotating body 4 also serves as a lid portion 6 and a barrel 7 is supported on the rotation center side. A handle 8 also serves as a stopper projecting from the outer periphery of the rotating body 4. The bottom of the incense burner main body 1 is opened, and a base 3 made of stone is provided below the ash receiving tray 9, and an ash tray 9 is attached in a drawer shape.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, the rotating body 4 is formed in a sector fan shape, and arms 11, 11 project from both ends on the rotation center side. A shaft through hole 12 is formed in each of the arms 11 and 11, and a support shaft 5 passes through the arm 11 and 11 to rotatably support the rotating body 4. Engagement screws 13, 13 are attached to the inner surfaces of the arms 11, 11 on the tip side.
[0010]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the incense plate 7 has a rectangular ash drop hole 15 formed in the front surface of a box-shaped metal frame 14 and a bearing through which the support shaft 5 penetrates in the lateral direction on the back surface side. A groove 16 is formed. Further, screw holes 17 for engaging the engagement screws 12 are formed on the left and right side surfaces of the metal frame 14. Reference numeral 18 denotes a wire mesh bent in an inverted U shape, and the incense plate 7 is formed by inserting the wire mesh 18 into the metal frame 14.
[0011]
In this barrel 7, the bearing groove 16 is first inserted into the support shaft 5 that supports the rotating body 4, and then the engaging screws 13, 13 attached to the arms 11, 11 are engaged with the screw holes 17, 17. Then, after supporting the metal frame 14 on the arms 11, 11, a metal mesh 18 is attached to form the incense plate 7 as shown in FIG.
[0012]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a recess 20 is formed on the upper surface of the pedestal 3, and an ashtray tray 9 is attached in a drawer shape thereon, and an incense burner body 1 on which a rotating body 4 is attached as shown in FIG. A tombstone incense burner is formed.
[0013]
The tombstone incense burner having the above configuration is installed in front of the tomb, and when raising the incense stick, it is placed on the incense plate 7 positioned almost horizontally in the opening 2 as shown in FIG. When the grave visit is finished, the handle 8 is grasped by hand and the rotating body 4 is rotated to the front side. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the handle 8 also serving as a stopper is on the front side of the opening 2 of the incense burner body 1. Stop by hitting the top edge. As a result, the rotating body 4 becomes the lid portion 6 and closes the opening 2, so that the incense stick is still burning and even if wind blows, it is safe.
[0014]
In the course of rotation of the rotating body 4, the incense plate 7 attached integrally therewith also rotates, and the unburned incense stick falls to the lower ash receiving tray 9 and contacts the ash receiving tray 9 formed of stone. Then the heat is taken away and disappears. Further, the ash that has dropped onto the bottom surface of the metal frame 14 through the wire mesh 18 of the incense dish 7 falls to the ash tray 9 through the ash drop hole 15 that is opened in the front surface of the metal frame 14 in the process of rotation. The ash collected in the ash tray 9 can be easily cleaned because the ash tray 9 can be pulled out from the base 3 to the front. Moreover, since the incense plate 7 attached to the rotating body 4 is detachably attached to the support shaft 5 and the engaging screw 13, the incense plate 7 can be removed and easily cleaned.
[0015]
FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In the rotating body 4, a lid 6 and an incense plate holding unit 20 for holding the incense plate 7 are integrally formed of stone. FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the present invention in which the rotating body 4 is formed of a column-shaped stone material, and a concave groove-shaped incense dish holder along the axial direction is formed on a part of the outer periphery thereof. 20 is formed, and the incense plate 7 is inserted here. This structure makes it easy to balance rotation because the rotating body 4 is cylindrical.
[0016]
In addition, in the said description, although the case where the censer main body 1 and the base part 3 were formed separately was shown, the structure formed integrally may be sufficient.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the tombstone incense burner according to claim 1 of the present invention, the rotating body having the lid and the incense plate attached to the inside of the incense burner body having the opening formed in the upper portion, the lid is the opening. As the incense plate is mounted so that the incense plate is positioned in the opening with the lid portion rotated inside the incense burner body, the incense plate is opened when raising the incense stick. When the rotating body is rotated when the grave visit is over and the rotator is rotated, the rotating body becomes a lid and closes the opening, so that the incense sticks are still burning and the wind does not scatter It is safe.
[0018]
In addition, an ash tray that receives the ash dropped from here when the incense plate rotates inside the incense burner is attached to the bottom side of the incense burner body so that the ash dropped from the incense plate is collected by the ash tray. Then, it can be easily cleaned by pulling it out.
[0019]
Moreover, according to the gravestone incense burner of claim 2, since the incense plate attached to the rotating body is detachably attached, the incense plate can be easily cleaned. Further, according to the tombstone incense burner according to claim 3, since the handle that doubles as the stopper of the rotating body hits the opening portion, the lid portion protrudes from the time when the incense plate is used and when the lid portion is closed. Each can be held in a stable state.
