【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は陳列棚用フック及び陳列構造に関し、その目的は、形状や大きさに関わらず多種類の商品を美しく陳列することができ、関連性のある商品を近くに配置することにより、買い物に便利であるともに、買い物客の購買意欲を向上させることのできる陳列棚用フック及び陳列構造を提供することにある。

【従来の技術】
スーパーやコンビニエンスストアーなど、多種多様な商品を販売している店においては、商品の陳列方法として、図１２に示すような陳列棚を多数並べ、各棚板上に商品を陳列する方法を採用している場合が多い。
このような陳列棚に商品を陳列する際には、商品をどのように配置するかが重要であり、これにより、店内の雰囲気や買い物に便利であるか否かが決められるといっても過言ではない。そこで通常は、買い物客が買い物をしやすいと感じるように、例えば、食料品は食料品用の陳列棚に、文房具は文房具用の陳列棚に、化粧品は化粧品用の陳列棚に陳列するなど、同じ分野の商品を同じ陳列棚、或いは近隣の陳列棚に置いている場合が多い。

しかしながら、陳列棚の構造上、商品の分野だけを考慮して商品の配置を決定するのは困難である。即ち、同じ分野の商品であっても、その形状や大きさが全く異なる場合には、同じ陳列棚、或いは近隣の陳列棚に配置するのは困難であり、また、配置することができたとしても、外観の美しさが損なわれてしまうことになるだけでなく、陳列商品数が少なくなるという問題がある。従って、実際に商品を配置する際には、商品の分野だけでなく、大きさや形状なども考慮して商品の配置を決めることが多い。例えば、図１２に示すような陳列棚を用いる場合には、多数の商品を美しく陳列するために、同じ高さの商品が同じ棚板上に陳列される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した如く、大きさや形状が似ている商品を同じ陳列棚に陳列すると、美しく陳列することはできるが、関連性がある商品を、その大きさや形状が全く異なるという理由で、ばらばらに配置することになってしまうという問題点が存在する。従って、客が商品を探す際に不便に感じるだけでなく、商品を探している間に購買意欲が失われてしまうこともある。
例えば、塗料などは通常、円柱状の缶や容器などに詰められた状態で売られており、陳列の際には、缶や容器の大きさや形状が似ている商品を集めて同じ棚板上に陳列していることが多い。一方、塗料を使う場合には刷毛、ローラー、マスキングテープ、サンドペーパー、剥離用具などを使用するが、このような塗料の関連商品は、塗料の缶や容器とはその大きさ、形状が全く異なるため、塗料とは別の陳列棚に陳列されていることが多い。従って、塗料と一緒に刷毛などの関連商品を買う場合には、塗料を探した後、刷毛などを探す必要があるので、客が非常に不便に感じるだけでなく、商品を探している間に購買意欲が失われてしまうこともある。
また、人が一つの商品を選んで買う際には、その近辺に陳列されている商品も目にとまるため、関連商品が近くに陳列されていると、その関連商品も一緒に買ってしまうことがよくあるが、関連商品が全く別の場所に陳列されていると、このような現象は起こらず、買い物客の購買意欲を高めることはできない。

そこで、形状や大きさに関わらず多種類の商品を美しく陳列することができ、関連性のある商品を近くに配置することにより、買い物に便利であるともに、買い物客の購買意欲を向上させることのできる陳列棚用フック及び陳列構造の創出が望まれていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解決するためになされたものであって、請求項１に係る発明は、縦軸と横軸により略コの字状に形成された本体軸と、この本体軸の横軸に取り付けられた上部固定プレート及び下部固定プレートからなる陳列棚用フックであって、該上部固定プレートは本体軸の上端横軸に、該下部固定プレートは最下部近傍の横軸にそれぞれ陳列棚方向に向かって取り付けられており、また該縦軸には１個又は２個以上のフックが陳列棚反対方向に向かって設けられており、更に該下部固定プレートは上下動可能とされてなることを特徴とする陳列棚用フックに関し、請求項２に係る発明は、前記縦軸の中途部に１本又は２本以上の横軸が、更にそれぞれの横軸に中途部固定プレートが陳列棚方向に向かって取り付けられており、且つ中途部固定プレートは上下動可能とされてなることを特徴とする請求項１記載の陳列棚用フックに関する。

更に請求項５に係る発明は、複数の棚板を有する陳列棚に陳列棚用フックが固定されてなる陳列構造であって、該陳列棚用フックは、縦軸と横軸により略コの字状に形成された本体軸と、この本体軸の横軸に取り付けられた上部固定プレート及び下部固定プレートからなり、該上部固定プレートは本体軸の上端横軸に、該下部固定プレートは最下部近傍の横軸にそれぞれ陳列棚方向に向かって取り付けられており、また該縦軸には１個又は２個以上のフックが陳列棚反対方向に向かって設けられており、更に該下部固定プレートは上下動可能とされてなり、陳列棚の最上部又は上部の棚板に上部固定プレートが、陳列棚の最下部又は下部の棚板に下部固定プレートが固定され、陳列棚及び陳列棚用フックに商品が陳列されてなることを特徴とする陳列構造に関し、請求項６に係る発明は、前記陳列棚用フックの上部固定プレート及び下部固定プレートが水平で、左右に並べられた２つの陳列棚を連結するように、陳列棚用フックが固定されてなることを特徴とする請求項５記載の陳列構造に関し、請求項７に係る発明は、前記陳列棚用フックの上部固定プレート及び下部固定プレートが、上面固定部及び側面固定部からなる正面視略鉤状で、陳列棚の右端又は左端に陳列棚用フックが固定されてなることを特徴とする請求項５記載の陳列構造に関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

本発明に係る陳列棚用フック（１）は、図１に示すように、本体軸（２）及び固定プレートからなる。固定プレートは少なくとも上部固定プレート（３）と下部固定プレート（４）の２枚存在する。

本体軸（２）は、陳列棚の前側に設置しやすいように、縦軸（２１）と横軸（２２）により略コの字状に形成されている。本体軸（２）として使用する棒は、特に限定されないが、丸棒を使用すると、後述する下部固定プレート（４）が上下に動くだけでなく回動自在となるため、陳列棚用フック（１）の固定がより容易になり好ましい。本体軸（２）として丸棒を使用する場合、その太さは特に限定されないが、太すぎると陳列棚に陳列されている商品の邪魔になるため、直径５ｍｍ程度のものを用いるのが好ましい。

縦軸（２１）には１つ或いは２つ以上のフック（５）が陳列棚反対方向に向かって設けられており、図２に示すように、フック（５）を使用して、棚板上に陳列しにくい比較的小さな商品等を陳列することができる。

本体軸（２）の上端の横軸（２２）には、陳列棚用フック（１）の上部を陳列棚の上部に固定するための上部固定プレート（３）が、縦軸（２１）の最下部近傍の横軸（２２）には、陳列棚用フック（１）の下部を陳列棚の下部に固定するための下部固定プレート（４）が、それぞれ陳列棚方向に向かって取り付けられている（図１参照）。
陳列棚用フック（１）を陳列棚（Ｔ）に設置する際には、両面粘着テープや接着剤などを用いて、先ず、上部固定プレート（３）を陳列棚（Ｔ）の最上部又は上部の棚板（ｔ）に固定することにより陳列棚用フック（１）の上部を固定し、次いで、下部固定プレート（４）を陳列棚（Ｔ）の最下部又は下部の棚板（ｔ）に固定することにより、陳列棚用フック（１）全体を陳列棚（Ｔ）に固定することができる（図３参照）。
尚、陳列棚（Ｔ）の高さは様々であるため、その高さに対応できるように、下部固定プレート（４）は上下動可能とされている。即ち、下部固定プレート（４）が取り付けられる横軸（２２）は、上下にスライドするように縦軸（２１）に取り付けられており、これにより、下部固定プレート（４）は上下動可能とされている。従って、下部固定プレート（４）を最下部又は下部の棚板（ｔ）に固定する際には、棚板（ｔ）の高さに合わせて、下部固定プレート（４）の位置を調整すればよい。

上述した如く、陳列棚用フック（１）は上下２箇所で固定されているので安定性が良く、また、上部固定プレート（３）及び下部固定プレート（４）を、両面粘着テープや接着剤などを用いて棚板（ｔ）に固定するだけで、簡単に陳列棚用フック（１）を陳列棚（Ｔ）に設置することができる。

図１に示す第１実施例においては、上部固定プレート（３）及び下部固定プレート（４）は水平とされており、この第１実施例に係る陳列棚用フック（１）は、図３に示すように、左右に並んだ２つの陳列棚（Ｔ）を連結するように設置する場合に、好ましく用いられる。
また、図４に示すように、陳列棚（Ｔ）の略中央に陳列棚用フック（１）を設けたり、陳列棚用フック（１）を複数使用して、より多くの商品を陳列できるようにすることも可能である。

図５に示す第２実施例及び、図６に示す第３実施例においては、上部固定プレート（３）及び下部固定プレート（４）は上面固定部（３ａ、４ａ）及び側面固定部（３ｂ、４ｂ）からなる正面視略鉤状とされている。
第２実施例に係る陳列棚用フック（１）は、図７に示すように、陳列棚用フック（１）を陳列棚（Ｔ）の右端に設置するに場合に好ましく用いられ、第３実施例に係る陳列棚用フック（１）は、図８に示すように、陳列棚用フック（１）を陳列棚（Ｔ）の左端に設置するに場合に好ましく用いられる。つまり、第２実施例及び第３実施例に係る陳列棚用フック（１）を用いると、陳列棚（Ｔ）の右端や左端に陳列棚用フック（１）を設置した際に、上部固定プレート（３）及び下部固定プレート（４）が陳列棚（Ｔ）の横方向にはみ出ることがないので、陳列棚（Ｔ）を単独で使用する場合や、複数連結された陳列棚（Ｔ）の右端又は左端の陳列棚（Ｔ）に好適に使用することができる。

第１実施例乃至第３実施例においては、本体軸（２）には上部固定プレート（３）と下部固定プレート（４）の２枚の固定プレートが取り付けられているが、図９に示すように、縦軸（２１）の中途部にも横軸（２２）を設けて、この横軸（２２）に中途部固定プレート（６）を取り付けることも可能である。中途部固定プレート（６）は、図１０に示すように、上部固定プレート（３）が固定されている棚板（ｔ）と、下部固定プレート（４）が固定されている棚板（ｔ）の間にある棚板（ｔ）に固定され、これにより、陳列棚用フック（１）をより安定した状態で、陳列棚（Ｔ）に固定することができる。従って、特に陳列棚（Ｔ）の高さが高い場合には、中途部固定プレート（６）を取り付けるのが好ましい。又、図９示例においては中途部固定プレート（６）は１枚取り付けられているが、縦軸（２１）の中途部に横軸（２２）を２本以上設けて、それぞれの横軸（２２）に中途部固定プレート（６）を取り付けることも勿論可能である。
尚、この中途部固定プレート（６）は、下部固定プレート（４）と同様に、上下動可能とされており、中途部固定プレート（６）を固定する棚板（ｔ）の高さに合わせて中途部固定プレート（６）の位置を調整すればよい。

以上説明したような陳列棚用フック（１）を陳列棚（Ｔ）に設置することにより、図１１に示すように、陳列棚（Ｔ）の各棚板（ｔ）上及び陳列棚用フック（１）に商品を陳列することができ、陳列棚（Ｔ）１台当たりの陳列商品数を増加することができる。
尚、図１１に示す陳列例は塗料及び塗料関連商品を陳列する場合の例であり、円柱状の缶や容器に詰められた塗料（Ｐ）のように、棚板（ｔ）上に陳列しやすい商品は、その大きさや形状が似ている商品を集めて同じ棚板（ｔ）上に陳列し、刷毛、ローラー、マスキングテープ、サンドペーパー、剥離用具などの塗料関連商品（Ｋ）のように、塗料（Ｐ）と同じ棚板（ｔ）上に置くのが困難な商品は、陳列棚用フック（１）に掛けて陳列すればよい。
つまり、形状が全く異なる商品であっても近くに陳列することができるので、例えば、塗料と刷毛、家電製品と延長コード類、茶類と茶パック、コーヒー豆とフィルター、化粧品と刷毛、エアー工具類とカプラー、家具・木工品と補修材、床材（塩化ビニル系タイプ，繊維用品）とスベリ止め、テーブルクロスとテーブルクロス止め、パテやコーティング剤とヘラ、エアゾール缶製品とガス抜きピン、工作キットと接着剤、オイルやグリス類とハンドクリーナーなど、お互いに関連性のある商品を近くに陳列することができる。従って、買い物客が関連商品を一度に探すことができるので、買い物に便利であるとともに、買い物客の購買意欲を高めることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上詳細に説明したように、請求項１に係る発明は、縦軸と横軸により略コの字状に形成された本体軸と、この本体軸の横軸に取り付けられた上部固定プレート及び下部固定プレートからなる陳列棚用フックであって、該上部固定プレートは本体軸の上端横軸に、該下部固定プレートは最下部近傍の横軸にそれぞれ陳列棚方向に向かって取り付けられており、また該縦軸には１個又は２個以上のフックが陳列棚反対方向に向かって設けられており、更に該下部固定プレートは上下動可能とされてなることを特徴とする陳列棚用フックに関するものであるから、上部固定プレート及び下部固定プレートを、両面粘着テープや接着剤などを用いて棚板に固定するだけで、簡単に陳列棚用フックを陳列棚に設置することができ、しかも安定性も良いという効果を奏する。また下部固定プレートは上下動可能とされているので、陳列棚の高さに対応して下部固定プレートの位置を調整することにより、種々の高さの陳列棚に陳列棚用フックを設置することができる。
