街角で配っているポケットティッシュの外装フィルムを剥がして、一枚一枚に折り畳まれているティッシュを横に寝かせるように複数枚積み重ねて収容しておいたティッシュを容易に取り出して使用できるように為されたポケットティッシュ収容具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来は、ポケットティッシュ専用の収容具がなかったため、ポケットティッシュの外装フィルムを剥がさないまま、普通の収容ＢＯＸに収容しておき、使用するときは、収容ＢＯＸを開けて、一個ずつ取り出してから、外装フィルムを剥がし、中から一枚一枚折り畳まれたティッシュを取り出して使用していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ポケットティッシュは、バッグやポケットに入れて携帯しやすくするために、ティッシュを一枚一枚折り畳んでひとまとめにして外装フィルムに包まれているが、街角や駅前において、無料で数多く配られているので、携帯して使用する以上に手に入ってしまうため余ってしまい家に持って帰っても、ポケットティッシュを収容する適度な収容具が無かったため、ポケットティッシュを配っている場面に出くわすと、無料でありながら、必要以上にポケットティッシュをもらうのが面倒で、ありがた迷惑になっていた。また、ポケットチィッシュは、一枚一枚のティッシュが個別に折り畳まれて数枚ひとまとめにされて、外装フィルムに包まれているので、外装フィルムを剥がしてしまえばばらばらにむき出しになってしまうが収容する専用の容器が無く、無理矢理最後まで使い切らなくてはならず無駄であった。外装フィルムを剥がさずに、切れ目を切って使うときは、一枚一枚折り畳まれているので紙箱入りのティッシュペーパーのように使い勝手が良くなく、せっかく、無料でもらって家に持ち帰っても、家庭で有意義に使用するためのポケットティッシュ収容具が求められていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
ポケットティッシュは、ティッシュを一枚一枚折り畳んで、数枚をまとめて外装フィルムに包んでいるため、ポケットティッシュごとそのまま収容し、ポケットティッシュを包んでいる外装フィルムに切れ目を入れて、その都度、ティッシュを一枚一枚取り出していると、使いづらいので、外装フィルムを剥がして、むき出しのまま収容した方が良く、収容している状態も横たえて寝かせるように積み重ねて収容した方が取り出しやすくなるので、収容具の本体部は、内部が空洞の主に四角筒状とし、その内部を収容部とする。上面は開放して挿入口とし、下面も開放して取り出し口とする。本体部を冷蔵庫などの金属壁面に取り付ける側の面を裏面とし、裏面に磁石部を設け、相対する面を前面とし、前面には、上縁から下縁まで貫通させた溝部を設ける。さらに、本体部内部の収容部下部に、出っ張り部を設けて、収容したティッシュが本体部下面の取り出し口から脱落しないようにする。冷蔵庫壁面に磁石によって取り付けられた本体部に、ポケットティッシュの外装フィルムを剥がしたあと、一枚一枚折り畳まれているティッシュ全体を指でつまんで、本体部上面の挿入口から横にして寝かせたまま入れ、ティッシュをつまんでいる指を溝部に差し入れながら溝部に沿って滑らせることで、本体部内部の収容部下部まで挿入してティッシュを横に寝かせたまま収容でき、これを繰り返すことでティッシュを横に寝かせて積み重ねて収容することができるようになり、手を離しても、出っ張り部が障害になって、容易に脱落しなくなり、取り出すときは、開放している本体部の下面から下層にあるティッシュを必要な一枚から数枚つまんで、下側に引っ張り出せば容易に取り出せるポケットティッシュ収容具として使用できるようになり、ポケットティッシュをもらって帰っても、繰り返し、容易に収容でき、容易に取り出せ、ポケットティッシュを有効に利用できる収容具になるのである。

実施例について図面を参照して説明すると、図１において、街角で配られているポケットティッシュの外装フィルムを剥がして、中のティッシュ（１０）を取り出し、横に寝かせるように積み重ねて収容することができる大きさを有する四角筒状の本体部（１）の内部を空洞にして収容部（２）とする。本体部（１）を冷蔵庫（１１）などの金属壁面に取り付ける側面を裏面（６）とし磁石部（９）を設け、相対する面を前面（５）とし、前面（５）の上縁から下縁までを貫通させて溝部（７）とする。本体部（１）の上面は開放させて挿入口（３）とし、下面も開放させて取り出し口（４）とする。収容部（２）に横に寝かせて積み重ねて収容したティッシュ（１０）が、取り出し口（４）から脱落しないように、本体部（１）内側の収容部（２）下部の取り出し口（４）付近に出っ張り部（８）を設ける。

本発明の収容具では、最初から外装フィルムを剥がして収容具という、決まった所に収容されているので、従来のように、外装フィルムに包んだまま、どこにしまったか分からなくて探さなくても良く便利である。
