Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes a sliding door at a position outside a storage chamber opening of various storage cabinets such as cupboards, bookshelves, display shelves and the like, and a sliding door provided with a stopper, and is usually difficult to wipe and clean. The present invention relates to a sliding door device capable of wiping and cleaning almost the entire back surface of a side sliding door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various storage furniture such as cupboards, book shelves, display shelves, and the like are often equipped with sliding doors having glass windows in the storage cabinet. In this sliding door, there is one in which guide rails are mounted vertically on the outside of the storage chamber opening of the storage housing, and the sliding door opens and closes along the guide rail. In many cases, this type of sliding door is generally provided with two sliding doors in one housing. In the case where the sliding door rail is provided on the indoor side of the opening of the storage chamber, the respective stoppers in the closed state and the open state of the sliding door are brought into contact with the end surfaces in the width direction of the sliding door using the inner wall plate of the storage chamber. As a role.
[0003]
In the case where the guide rail of the sliding door is provided so as to be exposed to the outside from the opening of the storage chamber, unlike the case where the sliding door is mounted on the side of the storage inner chamber of the opening of the storage housing as shown in FIG. Although it is structurally impossible to use the inner wall of the storage room as a stopper for the sliding door, the appearance or design is emphasized instead. For this purpose, a small stopper member may be attached so as to protrude outward from the opening of the storage chamber. Accordingly, each sliding door in the closed state can be stopped so as not to be detached from the housing case.
[0004]
In a closed sliding door, if the rear sliding door is moved in the opening direction, leaving the rear sliding door alone, the stopper in the closed state of the rear sliding door is too short and the front sliding door is excessive in the opening direction. There is a possibility that the guide wheel of the front side sliding door may be removed from the guide rail. In addition, it is possible to provide a stopper for the opening direction of the front sliding door on the storage case, but the amount of the stopper protruding outward from the storage case becomes too large, and only the appearance of the storage case is impaired. In addition, there is a risk of being caught on clothes or being caught directly on the human body, resulting in injury, and such a stopper protruding outward from the housing is of the smallest possible size.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the stopper when the front side sliding door is moved in the opening direction cannot be mounted with a large one in terms of appearance and safety. Thus, as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, this type of sliding door apparatus includes a rear sliding door b provided with a stopper b 1 . In this case, a stopper b 1 with which the opening side end of the front side sliding door a comes into contact with the closing side vertical support member constituting the frame of the rear side sliding door b. The stopper b 1, as shown in FIG. 11 (A), obtained by integrally molding the stopper b 1 in the vertical support member closing side of the rear surface side sliding door b, stopper b 1 is separated from the rear side sliding door b I can't do it. Thus, the stopper b 1 formed on the closing side vertical support member of the rear side sliding door b serves as the stopper b 1 in the opening side movement of the front side sliding door a.
[0006]
In the above sliding door, when the front side sliding door a back side is wiped and cleaned by wiping and cleaning the sliding door, the following problems occur. First, since the opening side vertical support member of the front side sliding door a contacts the stopper b 1 formed on the rear side sliding door b, the front side sliding door a and the rear side sliding door b cannot pass each other. That is, the front side sliding door a and the rear side sliding door b can overlap, but the front side sliding door a cannot move to the opposite side due to the stopper b 1 formed on the rear side sliding door b.
[0007]
Therefore, the rear side of the glass of the front side sliding door a opens the front side sliding door a so that the arm can enter from between the sliding door and the side plate of the housing by the opening degree of the front side sliding door a. ), The front side sliding door a can be wiped and cleaned in the region T 1 . However, the remaining region T 2 of the front side sliding door a can not wipe because overlap between the rear-side sliding door b. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 11 (C), the sliding doors b and b are stopped at the stop line K by the stopper b 1 of the rear side sliding door b, and the sliding doors a and b cannot move.
[0008]
Therefore, the area T 2 of the front side sliding door a which is the uncleaned portion is in a state where the rear side sliding door b always overlaps, so that the area T 2 of the front side sliding door a as shown in FIG. The part cannot be wiped and cleaned other than removing the front side sliding door a from the guide rail. In particular, in the case where the storage case is used as a cupboard or a food shelf, it is desired to always clean it, and a sliding door device that can be wiped and cleaned is desired. As described above, an object of the present invention is to enable the entire surface of the sliding door device to be wiped and cleaned on the back surface side of the front sliding door.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above, the inventor has intensively and researched to solve the above problems, and as a result, the present invention is a sliding door mounted outside the storage chamber opening of the storage casing, and is located away from the storage casing. A front side sliding door, and a rear side sliding door located close to the opening side of the storage chamber, and a vertical supporting member on the closing side of the rear side sliding door includes a vertical supporting member on the opening side of the front side sliding door; An abutting stopper member is mounted, and the stopper member is detachable from the rear side sliding door, and a mounting recess is formed in the vertical support member along the vertical direction. By adopting the sliding door device for positioning to be mounted, the sliding door is provided outside the storage chamber opening of the storage housing and provided with a stopper between the sliding doors, and usually the front side sliding door is difficult to wipe and clean. The back The entire surface can wipe is obtained by solving the above problems.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the sliding door A is composed of a front side sliding door A 1 and a rear side sliding door A 2, and is exposed outward from the storage chamber opening of the storage case C, that is, outside the storage case C. In this way, the front side sliding door A 1 and the rear side sliding door A 2 are arranged. As shown in FIG. 11 (E), this is different from the case where the sliding door is mounted on the storage chamber side from the opening in the conventional storage housing c.
