本発明は、通常の固定電話機、または携帯電話機において、電話の相手側となる発信先の名前を電話機に発声するだけで発信先の電話番号である発信先電話番号に発信することができる音声認識機能付きの電話機、この電話機に電話番号を登録するための電話番号登録システム、および電話番号登録方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、音声認識機能付きの電話機では、その操作者が、音声認識させたい発信先の店舗や人の名前と、発信先電話番号とを対応づけて電話機に登録しなければならなかった。この登録方法の一つとして、特開平１１−３０８３１５号公報に開示されたものがある。この特開平１１−３０８３１５号公報では、電話番号案内サービスによる案内の通話中の音声から電話番号のみを音声認識手段により抽出して発信先電話番号として登録する方法が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の技術では次のような問題点がある。

第１の問題点は、電話番号は音声認識手段により認識されて登録されるが、発信先の名前については、操作者が電話機を操作し、発信先の名前を電話機に発声して登録しなければならず手間がかかることである。

第２の問題点は、音声認識手段が電話番号を抽出する際に誤認識するおそれがあるため、操作者は間違った電話番号が登録されていないかを確認する必要があり、音声認識手段が誤認識していると、操作者が電話機を操作して正しい電話番号に修正しなければならないことである。

本発明は上記したような従来の技術が有する問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、音声認識可能な発信先の名前、および発信先電話番号の情報を簡単に登録できる電話機、この電話機に電話番号を登録するための電話番号登録システム、および電話番号登録方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するための本発明の電話番号登録システムは、電話の相手側となる発信先の名前についての音声信号のデータである音声データとなる発信先データおよび該発信先データに対応する電話番号の文字データである発信電話番号データからなる登録データが前記発信先データ毎に格納された記憶装置と、前記登録データを送信する旨を通知する信号である登録データ通知信号および前記記憶装置に格納された登録データから所望の登録データを電話回線を介して外部に送信する制御装置と、を備えたコンピュータと、
前記登録データを格納するための記憶部と、前記コンピュータから電話回線を介して前記登録データ通知信号および前記所望の登録データを順に受信すると受信した登録データを前記記憶部に格納し、入力される音声を音声データに変換して求められた音声データに一致する発信先データを記憶部から検索し、検索された発信先データに対応する発信先電話番号データを前記記憶部より読み出し、読み出された発信先電話番号データの電話番号に発信する制御部と、を備えた電話機と、

上記のように構成される本発明では、登録データ通知信号および所望の登録データがコンピュータから電話機に送信され、登録データ通知信号および所望の登録データが電話機に順に受信されると、登録データ通知信号の後に登録データが受信されると判断されて、受信された登録データが記憶部に格納され、入力される音声データに一致する発信先データが記憶部から検索されると、検索された発信先データに対応する発信先電話番号データの電話番号に発信される。

上記目的を達成するための本発明の電話機は、電話の相手側となる発信先の名前についての音声信号のデータである音声データとなる発信先データ、および該発信先データに対応する電話番号の文字データである発信電話番号データからなる登録データを格納するための記憶部と、
前記登録データを受信する場合には、前記登録データを送信する旨を通知する信号である登録データ通知信号、および前記登録データを電話回線を介して外部から順に受信すると、受信した登録データを前記記憶部に格納し、入力される音声を音声データに変換し、求められた音声データに一致する発信先データを記憶部から検索し、検索された発信先データに対応する発信先電話番号データを前記記憶部より読み出し、読み出された発信先電話番号データの電話番号に発信し、前記登録データを送信する場合には、前記登録データ通知信号、および前記記憶部に格納された登録データから所望の登録データを電話回線を介して外部に送信する制御部と、

上記のように構成される本発明では、登録データを受信する場合には、登録データ通知信号および登録データが電話機に順に受信されると、登録データ通知信号の後に登録データが受信されると判断されて、受信された登録データが記憶部に格納され、入力される音声データに一致する発信先データが記憶部から検索されると、検索された発信先データに対応する発信先電話番号データの電話番号に発信され、登録データを送信する場合には、登録データ通知信号、および記憶部に格納された登録データから所望の登録データが電話回線を介して外部に送信される。

前記コンピュータは、電話の相手側となる発信先の名前についての音声信号のデータである音声データとなる発信先データおよび該発信先データに対応する電話番号の文字データである発信電話番号データからなる登録データが前記発信先データ毎に格納された記憶装置を設け、前記登録データを送信する旨を通知する信号である登録データ通知信号および前記記憶装置に格納された登録データから所望の登録データを順に前記電話機に送信し、
前記電話機は、前記登録データを格納するための記憶部を設け、前記コンピュータから前記登録データ通知信号および前記所望の登録データを順に受信すると、受信した登録データを前記記憶部に格納することを特徴とする。

本発明の電話番号登録システムは、電話番号案内サービスへの電話番号の問い合わせに対して、問い合わせ対象となる発信先の電話番号が文字データで電話機に送信され、発信先の名前が音声信号のデータである音声データで電話機に送信されることを特徴とする。

図１に示すように、電話番号登録システムは、電話番号を問い合わせる者の側に備えた電話機１０、および、電話機１０と電話回線１１を介して接続された、電話番号案内サービス会社側に備えたコンピュータ５０を有する構成である。

コンピュータ５０は、電話機１０の操作者による問い合わせの対象となる発信先の名前および電話番号などの情報が格納された記憶装置５１と、上記問い合わせに対して記憶装置５１に格納されたデータを検索して検索結果の情報を電話機１０に送信する制御装置５２と、コンピュータ５０を操作するサービスオペレータが指示を入力するための操作部５３と、操作部５３からの指示内容や記憶装置５１に格納された情報を表示するための表示部５４とを有する構成である。

記憶装置５１には、発信先の名前についての音声データである発信先データ、および発信先データに対応する発信先の電話番号の文字データである発信先電話番号データからなる登録データと、発信先データに対応する発信先の名前および住所についての文字データが発信先データ毎に格納されている。なお、音声データは、例えば、音声信号をＰＣＭ（ＰｕｌｓｅＣｏｄｅＭｏｄｕｌａｔｉｏｎ：パルス符号変調）によりデジタル化したデータである。

制御部１５は、上記登録データ通知信号をコンピュータ５０から受信すると、登録データ通知信号を受信した後、受信する登録データから発信先データを発信先記憶部１３に格納するとともに、発信先電話番号データを発信先データに対応付けて電話番号記憶部１４に格納する。また、図に示さない記憶手段に格納された制御プログラムにしたがって、音声認識部１２、音声合成部２１、電話番号発信部２０、表示部２２およびスピーカ１９を制御する。

次に、上記構成の電話番号登録システムにより、電話番号案内サービスからの案内による電話番号を登録するための動作手順を説明する。

操作者が電話機１０の操作部２３を操作して電話番号案内サービス会社に電話をかけ、電話番号の問い合わせ対象となる相手先の名前および住所をサービスオペレータに告げると、サービスオペレータはコンピュータ５０の操作部５３を操作して、名前および住所を検索条件としてコンピュータ５０に入力する。

However, the conventional technique has the following problems.

The first problem is that the phone number is recognized and registered by the voice recognition means, but the name of the destination must be registered by the operator operating the phone and speaking the name of the destination to the phone. It must be troublesome.

The second problem is that the voice recognition means may misrecognize when extracting the telephone number, so the operator needs to check whether the wrong telephone number is registered. If it is misrecognized, the operator must operate the telephone to correct the telephone number.
