本発明は、コンバインの燃料供給載台に関するものである。

従来、機体の後部に、カッタを設け、一側に燃料供給口を突出させたコンバインは既に知られている。これらのコンバインで穀稈の刈取収穫作業を行う際に、脱穀装置の内部に藁屑等が詰まって十分な脱穀・選別作業が出来なくなることがあり、時々脱穀装置の内部を整備・点検する必要がある。そして、一般的には機体の後部に藁処理用のカッタが装着されているが、脱穀装置の後方内部の整備・点検をする際には、この重量のあるカッタを側部の一点で支持して他側を外側へ回動し、整備・点検するようにしている。
一方、機体の後部一側に設けられた燃料供給口にあっては、燃料を補充する際に、燃料タンクを置くための燃料供給載台を設けたものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記脱穀装置の後方内部の整備・点検をすべく、カッタを一側の支点を中心として回動して脱穀装置の後部側を開く時に、カッタを大きく回動出来ない不具合があった。本発明の目的は、上記従来の不具合を改善する点にある。

上記目的を達成するため、本発明においては、機体(1)の後部に脱穀装置(6)を設け、該脱穀装置(6)の後方にカッタ(7)を設け、該カッタ(7)側方に燃料供給口(12)を突出させたコンバインにおいて、上記燃料供給口(12)下部に、走行フレーム(15)に設けたブラケット(16)の支持部(A)を回動支点として、起立した収納状態と機体外側に向けて倒伏した使用状態に回動自在とした燃料供給載台(14)を設け、該燃料供給載台(14)を起立した収納状態では、上記燃料供給口(12)が燃料供給載台(14)の央部を通過すると共に、側面視で該燃料供給口(12)の上部側が、上記燃料供給載台(14)よりも機体外側に突出した状態となるように、上記燃料供給載台(14)をコ字状の枠で構成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図1〜図6に基づいて説明する。
図1は、本発明のコンバインの後部右側から見た全体斜視図であって、1は通常のグレンタンク型コンバインの機体、2は走行部、3は右側前方の運転席後部に設けた穀粒貯留用のグレンタンク、4は機体1上部に設けた穀粒排出用オーガー5の基部となる縦螺旋軸、6は上記グレンタンク3の左側側部に設けた脱穀装置で、この後方にカッタ7が備えられている。8はカッタ7で切断された排藁の排出方向を規制するためのスカート部であって、これらカッタ7及びスカート部8は上下が一体となっており、右側の支持部9により水平回動可能に支持されて、上記脱穀装置6の後方内部を整備・点検等する際に、左側の動力伝導や脱穀装置6後部への支持(図示省略)を外すことにより、右側の支持部9を支点として後方へ回動操作すると、脱穀装置6の後方内部が開放されて、後方からの整備・点検等が容易に出来るようになっている。10,10は上記縦螺旋軸4の後部側に設けた上下のカバー、11は燃料供給部である。

そして、燃料供給口12の下部には、帯鋼で構成された平面視コ字形状の燃料供給載台14が設けられており、これは、走行フレーム15に固定され、夫々上方に立ち上がった左右のブラケット16,16の頂部近くの左右の支持部A,Aで上記燃料供給載台14の左右の枠を夫々回動自在に軸支するようにしている。

一方、燃料供給載台14の左右の枠の基部近傍には丸棒よりなる横軸17が横架され、該横軸17には内側の支持部Aに装着された付勢用の弾機18が巻き掛けられていて、常時は燃料供給載台14が左右の支持部A,Aを回動支点として、上方の収納姿勢になるように付勢されている。つまり、図3で明白なように上記ブラケット16,16の頂部に設けられた上下2ケ所のストッパー部19,19’に上記横軸17の端部が当接して、燃料供給載台14の使用時,不使用時に燃料供給載台14が起伏してその姿勢を夫々一定の状態に位置決めするようになっている。
そして、上記燃料供給載台14を倒伏させた使用状態では、図3の鎖線の如く側面視で外側を水平面より角度θだけ上方に傾斜させた姿勢で係止している。
なお、20は燃料タンク、21は支持部Aの外側端部に設けた係止用のピンである。

以上のような構成よりなるコンバインの燃料供給載台14において、刈取収穫作業を行う前に先ず燃料の点検・補充を行うが、この時は収納状態にある燃料供給載台14を図3の鎖線状態に倒して、その上に燃料タンク20を載せると、燃料供給載台14は、燃料タンク20の重みで横軸17の左右端部がブラケット16,16頂部の下部ストッパー部19’,19’に当接する位置、つまり側面視で外側を角度θだけ上方に傾斜させた姿勢で係止されるので、例え燃料タンク20が満杯で重量が重くても燃料供給載台14からずれて落下するようなことがなく、安定した状態で燃料の補給が出来るものである。
しかも、通常の大きさの燃料タンク20を使用した場合には、図3に示す如く燃料タンク20の供給口22が、上記燃料供給口12より高い位置となり、燃料供給作業がし易い。

次に、燃料補給作業を終えて、燃料タンク20を燃料供給載台14から降ろすと、該燃料供給載台14は上記弾機18の付勢力により、左右の支持部A,Aを支点として起立した図3の実線で示す収納姿勢に自動復帰する。そして、この時は上記横軸17の端部がブラケット16,16頂部の上部ストッパー部19,19に当接して係止される。
また、上記燃料供給載台14は平面視で単にコ字状の枠で構成されていて、枠の内部に燃料供給口12に接当する部分がないので、上記回動した起立状態では、側面視で図3の実線で示すように上記燃料供給口12の上部側が、上記燃料供給載台14よりも外側に突出した姿勢となる。

このように燃料供給を終えて、コンバインは圃場内で刈取収穫作業を開始するが、刈取穀稈が倒伏していたり、濡れ材であったりすると、脱穀装置6の扱室や選別部等に穀稈の詰まりを生じたりするが、この時は上記カッタ7部分の左側の動力伝導や支持部材を外して、右側の支持部9を支点として左側を後方へ回動操作すると、カッタ7及びスカート部8が一体となって後方に移動して、脱穀装置6の後方内部が開放され、整備・点検等が容易に出来る。
この時、上記カッタ7及びスカート部8を大きく回動操作したとしても、燃料供給載台14は自動的に収納姿勢に収納されている為、燃料補給をする度毎にいちいち燃料供給載台14を作業者が起立操作する必要がなく、操作の煩わしさが無くなると共に、収納忘れにより上記カッタ7やスカート部8の回動により燃料供給載台14が接当して、これが破損するようなことがなくなる。

そして、作業者は脱穀装置6の整備・点検作業を終えたなら、カッタ7及びスカート部8を回動して元の位置に戻し、動力伝導や支持部材をセットして作業を再開する。

更に、図5及び6は他の実施例を示すもので、回動付勢用の弾機18を外して、上記支持部A,Aをボルトとナット等の緊定具23,23で締め付ければ、上記燃料供給載台14がブラケット16に対して任意の位置で係止することが出来、起立した収納姿勢ではカッタを大きく回動出来るものであると共に倒伏姿勢でも固定出来て、この時には両手で燃料タンク20を燃料供給載台14に乗せることが出来て、力のない老人や婦女子の作業性を良くするものである。
更にまた、本実施例においては、上記燃料供給載台14はコンバインの燃料補給を行う際の燃料タンク20置場としての例で説明したが、燃料供給載台14全体の強度アップを図ることにより、コンバイン上部の整備・点検等をする際の作業者の作業踏台として使用出来、この時は別途の作業踏台を用意する必要がなくなることは勿論である。

【発明の効果】
本請求項1に係る発明では、燃料供給載台14の収納状態では、上記燃料供給口12が燃料供給載台14の央部を通過すると共に、側面視で該燃料供給口12の上部側が、上記燃料供給載台14よりも機体外側に突出した状態となるように、上記燃料供給載台(14)をコ字状の枠で構成したことにより、燃料供給載台14を燃料供給口12に邪魔されることなく確実に収納出来るので、上記脱穀装置6の後方内部の整備・点検等の際にコンバイン後部に設けたカッタ7やスカート部8を安心して大きく回動操作出来るものである。
