【0009】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a surface modifier, and more particularly, to a surface modifier excellent in heat resistance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Diorganopolysiloxane having a polyoxyalkylene group in the molecule imparts good smoothness and antistatic properties to the fiber surface, and is therefore used as a surface modifier for various fibers (for example, JP-A-2 -12757569, JP-A-52-96297, JP-A-52-91994 and JP-A-54-142400). The polyoxyalkylene group-containing diorganopolysiloxane is also used as a surface modifier for modifying the surface properties by adding to and blending with various organic resins. For example, it is used as a surface modifier for improving the anti-fogging property and anti-fogging property of this film by adding and blending it in a vinyl chloride resin used for films such as agricultural vinyl houses (for example, And Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-2906 and JP-A-55-91663). However, this type of polyoxyalkylene group-containing diorganopolysiloxane is generally inferior in heat resistance and suffers from thermal decomposition under relatively low temperature conditions. Therefore, there is Rutoitta problems that surface modification effect can make low when using for example the same as for synthetic fibers oils and film additives which are exposed to high temperature conditions.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have reached the present invention.
That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a surface modifier excellent in heat resistance.
[0004]
[Means for solving the problems]
The present invention has the general formula:

[Chemical formula 5]
In the above formula, R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and specific examples include an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, and an arylalkyl group. Among these, a methyl group is representative. B is a polyoxyalkylene group-containing organic group represented by the general formula: — (R 1 ) b —O— (R 4 O) c —R 5 , and D is a phenol group-containing organic represented by the above general formula. It is a group. Here, R 1 is a divalent hydrocarbon group, R 2 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group or an alkoxy group, R 4 is the same or different divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R 5 is a hydrogen atom, a monovalent hydrocarbon group or an acyl group. Moreover, a is an integer of 0-4, b is 0 or 1, and c is an integer of 1-100. A is a group selected from R, B and D. x is a number from 1 to 500, y is a number from 1 to 50, z is a number from 0 to 50, and (x + y + z) is a number in the range from 2 to 500. However, when z is 0, A is a phenol group-containing organic group represented by D. The diorganopolysiloxane used in the present invention preferably has an average equivalent weight (total molecular weight / number of phenol group-containing organic groups) of the above phenol group-containing organic groups of 50,000 or less, preferably 30,000 or less. It is more preferable that
[0006]
As such a diorganopolysiloxane, a compound represented by the following formula is exemplified.
[Chemical 6]
[Chemical 7]
[Chemical 8]
[Chemical 9]
[0007]
Such a diorganopolysiloxane used in the present invention has, for example, the formula:
[Chemical Formula 10]
An alkenyl group-containing polyoxyalkylene compound represented by the formula: CH 2 ═CHCH 2 O (C 2 H 4 O) 10 H, and a linear or cyclic methylhydrogen polysiloxane represented by formula:
Embedded image
In the presence of a catalyst such as chloroplatinic acid, a reaction solvent such as toluene is added to the alkenyl group-containing phenolic compound represented by Then, it can be produced by removing the solvent and the like under reduced pressure at a temperature of 120 to 130 ° C. When a phenol group is introduced into both ends of the molecular chain and a polyoxyalkylene group is introduced into the side chain, tetramethyldisiloxane and an alkenyl group-containing phenol compound are first subjected to an addition reaction in the same manner as described above. Next, by reacting the obtained reaction product with octamethyltetracyclosiloxane and methylhydrogen tetracyclosiloxane using a catalyst such as activated clay, for example, the formula:
Embedded image
The diorganopolysiloxane represented by is synthesized. After the catalyst is filtered off, an alkenyl group-containing polyoxyalkylene compound represented by the formula: CH 2 = CHCH 2 O (C 2 H 4 O) 12 CH 3 is added to the diorganopolysiloxane with a platinum catalyst or the like. And can be produced by addition reaction.
[0008]
The surface modifier of the present invention is based on the above diorganopolysiloxane. When the surface modifier of the present invention is added to various resins such as films, the above diorganopolysiloxane is added. What is necessary is just to add in a resin pellet or a polyvinyl chloride sol as it is, and melt | dissolve into a film after that.
[0009]
In the surface modifier of the present invention as described above, since the main component diorganopolysiloxane contains a phenol group and a polyoxyalkylene group, the polyoxyalkylene group-containing diorganopolysiloxane does not contain a phenol group. Compared to the above, the heat resistance is remarkably improved. Therefore, the surface modifier of the present invention has excellent smoothness, antistatic properties, antifogging properties, antifogging properties, etc. peculiar to polyoxyalkylene group-containing diorganopolysiloxane even when used under high temperature conditions. It has the advantage that the effect does not decrease. By adding such a surface modifier of the present invention to the film for house cultivation and tunnel cultivation made of polyethylene, polypropylene or vinyl chloride, a durable anti-fogging effect and anti-fogging effect are imparted. can do.
