このため、L3は2mm(横方向に2箇所隙間があるので合計4mmの隙間を形成することになる。)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a security sash drop-off prevention attachment and a transparent resin plate with a security sash attachment attached thereto. The present invention also relates to a security sash fitted with a transparent resin plate. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a crime prevention construction method for remodeling an existing sash to a crime prevention sash using the above-mentioned drop-off prevention attachment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, crimes that destroy windows and illegally enter houses and buildings are increasing. On the other hand, various crime prevention sashes have been proposed in which windows are not easily destroyed in order to prevent intrusion. For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-203895 (Patent Document 1), in a window glass unit in which the periphery of a plate glass is surrounded by a sash through an elastic sealing material, the plate glass has a surface compressive stress exceeding 1200 kgf / cm 2 . The window glass unit characterized by having improved crime prevention property by using tempered glass is described. The publication describes that the so-called “super-tempered glass” can be used as a material of the window glass so that the window glass can be prevented from being easily broken.
[0003]
On the other hand, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-270331 (Patent Document 2) discloses a channel-shaped reinforcing material that can surround the periphery of a multilayer glass, an inner soft portion that abuts the glass relative to the multilayer glass, and the multilayer A soft material provided on the reinforcing material so as to cover the open end of the reinforcing material, and having an outer soft portion that contacts the glass and the sash and seals between the multilayer glass and the sash. A double-glazed glass with a drop-off prevention attachment is described in which the fall-off prevention attachment provided is attached to the peripheral edge. Such a double-glazed glass with a drop-off prevention attachment can be attached to a sash as it is, and it is said that attachment work can be facilitated.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-203895, even if super tempered glass is used, there is still a possibility that it will be destroyed by striking with a sharp hammer at the tip. Super tempered glass is considerably more expensive than ordinary glass, and there is a limit to its widespread use. On the other hand, it is known that a transparent resin plate represented by polycarbonate is superior in impact resistance to glass and can withstand a large impact. For example, even when a bullet is hit, penetration thereof can be prevented depending on the thickness.
[0006]
However, since a transparent resin plate such as polycarbonate has flexibility, if it is used instead of glass and incorporated into a normal sash, it can be easily bent by impact or pressing force and fall off the sash frame. There was a problem that. On the other hand, the structure of the sash frame itself can be changed in order to prevent the transparent resin plate from falling off, but it is difficult to incorporate the sash frame into an already installed sash frame.
[0007]
In response to the recent rapid increase in crime prevention awareness, there is a growing demand for windows with excellent crime prevention performance, including ordinary homes. In this case, discarding a sash frame that has already been installed and replacing it with a new sash separately increases the cost of crime prevention work and also wastes resources. Therefore, there is a demand for a sash that can be easily assembled using a sash frame that has already been assembled in a building and that is extremely excellent in crime prevention performance.
[0008]
By the way, as described in JP-A-8-270331, a method of incorporating a sash frame using a glass plate with a drop-off prevention attachment is already known. The gazette describes that a multi-layer glass can be easily incorporated into an existing sash frame. However, since the attachment is a drop-off prevention attachment for a non-flexible material such as glass, the use of the attachment does not prevent the transparent resin plate from dropping off.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and uses a transparent resin plate such as a polycarbonate plate having extremely excellent impact resistance, and prevents crime from falling off the sash frame against impact and pressing force. The purpose is to provide a sash. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a drop-off prevention attachment that allows a transparent resin plate to be easily fitted into an existing sash. It is another object of the present invention to provide a transparent resin plate with a drop-off prevention attachment that can be easily incorporated into an existing sash. Furthermore, it is also an object of the present invention to provide a crime prevention construction method for remodeling an existing sash to the crime prevention sash.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-described problem is a security sash in which the peripheral edge portion of the transparent resin plate is covered with a metal drop-off prevention attachment and the drop-off prevention attachment is fitted in the sash frame, and the drop-off prevention attachment holds the transparent resin plate. A security sash comprising a sandwiching part composed of a pair of parallel plates and a bottom part opposite to the end of the transparent resin plate, wherein the drop-off preventing attachment covers the transparent resin plate with a larger margin than a margin of the sash frame It is solved by. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a sash excellent in crime prevention properties in which the transparent resin plate is not easily detached from the sash frame even when subjected to an impact or a pressing force.

Here, the penetration is the depth at which the insertion member is hidden by the groove when the insertion member such as a transparent resin plate is inserted into the groove. When the penetration is 30 mm, the fitting member can be fitted to a depth of 30 mm. For example, in FIG. 2, the litter of the drop-
[0012]
At this time, it is preferable that the drop-off prevention attachment has a plurality of through holes and is screwed to the sash frame in the through holes. Thereby, it becomes possible to make the drop-off prevention attachment more difficult to drop off. Further, it is preferable that the screw can be tightened only from the indoor side of the sash frame and cannot be tightened from the outdoor side. Thereby, it is possible to provide a crime prevention sash without a clue that is disassembled from the outdoor side. Here, a screw can be tightened only from the indoor side of the sash frame and cannot be tightened from the outside of the sash frame. The screw tightening structure (screw groove, hexagonal hole, nut, etc.) It means that it is arranged only on the indoor side of the sash frame or the drop-off prevention attachment, and no screw tightening structure is arranged on the outdoor side.
[0013]
Further, the above-described problem is a metal crime prevention sash drop-off attachment used to cover the peripheral edge of the transparent resin plate, and is composed of a pair of parallel plates for holding the transparent resin plate and the transparent resin. The problem can also be solved by providing a drop-off prevention attachment in which the end portion of the plate has a facing bottom and the drop-off prevention attachment covers a transparent resin plate with a margin of 10 to 100 mm. Thereby, it is possible to provide a drop-off crime prevention attachment suitable for incorporation in the crime prevention sash.
[0014]
At this time, it is preferable that a plurality of holes are provided in the bottom portion. Thereby, not only can the water draining effect in the drop-off prevention attachment be enhanced, but also the drop-off prevention attachment and the sash frame can be fixed to the hole through a fixing bracket such as a bolt or a screw. Moreover, it is also preferable that a plurality of holes are provided at positions where a pair of parallel plates constituting the clamping portion face each other. As a result, it is possible to pass a fixing bracket such as a bolt or a screw in the lateral direction (normal direction of the clamping portion).
[0015]
Furthermore, the above-mentioned problem is a transparent resin plate with an attachment for crime prevention sash, in which the peripheral portion of the transparent resin plate is covered with a metal drop-off prevention attachment, and the drop-off prevention attachment is a pair of clamps for holding the transparent resin plate. Even with a transparent resin plate with an attachment for crime prevention sash, which comprises a sandwiching portion made of parallel plates and a bottom portion where the end portions of the transparent resin plate face each other, and the separation prevention cover that covers the transparent resin plate is 10 to 100 mm. Solved. Thereby, it becomes possible to improve the workability | operativity at the time of remodeling the existing sash to a crime prevention sash.
[0016]
At this time, it is preferable to have a through-hole which penetrates the said transparent resin plate and the said clamping part. Thereby, the drop-off prevention attachment and the transparent resin plate can be fixed to the through-hole through fixing fittings such as bolts and screws, and the integrity of the transparent resin plate with the security sash attachment can be improved. Further, if the transparent resin plate is a polycarbonate plate, the transparent resin plate with an attachment for crime prevention sash is preferable because it is particularly excellent in impact resistance.
[0017]
Furthermore, it is a crime prevention construction method for remodeling an existing sash to a crime prevention sash, wherein the crime prevention sash is covered with a metal drop-off prevention attachment, and the drop-off prevention attachment is within the sash frame. The drop-off prevention attachment is composed of a sandwiching portion composed of a pair of parallel plates for sandwiching the transparent resin plate and a bottom portion where the end portions of the transparent resin plate face each other, and the drop-off prevention attachment covers the transparent resin plate. The problem can also be solved by a crime prevention construction method characterized in that the margin is larger than the margin of the sash frame. As a result, the existing sash can be easily remodeled to the security sash.
